I stay here once a week and always recieve great Customer Service from the staff and the guys are always accommodating and friendly. Last night the A/C did not work it was only blowing room temperature air - and it is already HOT in Texas! I called the front desk and there was nowhere to move so I took a cold shower and was glad to have a soft bed. I feel confident had another room been available he would have moved me. Check the A/C in Room 203!!

I liked the price of the room and that is all The staff never answered the phone when I had questions while traveling on the road. The towels looked dingy, the room was half cleaned and there was hairs in the bed in the tub and sink. I also saw many women of the night walking around. Plenty of opportunities for you to have a happy ending lol.

Mildew smell and mold throughout the room

This hotel was very dirty. There was roaches in the bedroom. There was hair in the shower and the air smelled very stale and moldy and there was molds on the shower head. Would definitely not stay didn't even get a good night's sleep

Motel is well maintained, but not located in a choice area of town, however easy access to Love field. There was loud music at night, but when I called the office they responded promptly and music stopped.

I understand that this is a budget property offering, however, I still have certain minimum standards. The floor had an oily film. The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. On top of these issues, there was no way to connect devices ie: computer, DVD player etc. to the TV in the room (no way to change the input). I stay in Dallas overnight regularly. On my previous stay at this property, the shower drained so slow that I was standing in three inches of water by the end of the shower. This is the second and final time staying in this poorly maintained property.

This place was sketchy. The rooms looked as if the previous customers just finished doing narcotics on the counter top based on a powdery substance that was observed. The bathtub had long wet hairs and the bed sheet was marked with a brown substance. When we tried to get a refund the motel desk employee stated they did not offer refunds. I had to contact Expedia who were only able to give a 25.00 credit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY. Prostitution was obvious as well.

The management were friendly and greeted the customers with a smile. My room did not have a working AC unit. At the time of check in there were no other rooms available to move to.

The price the check in clerk was ok he wasn’t rude or unfriendly but not helpful. When checked in he did what was needed in decent time but when he gave room he just said that’s all. Never directed way to room so we just had to drive around to look for room wound up driving around almost entire building when we could have took the other way but again no assistance in which direction First all you could smell was pot everywhere as soon as you opened car door it was like slap in face and no smoking rooms well we passed room with window was up and just pure pot coming out the window . Room I was given had light smell of smoke. So lie about all rooms are non smoking. Then beds 1 of beds was broke on one corner, mattress so thin that you felt the metal frame through mattress. Now my reservation was for 3 but only 2 towels and wash clothes when I went back to front desk to get another set he looked like I had said the most worst thing in the world to him. He first said they didn’t keep any in office. Not my problem I have reservation for 3 I expect enough bathroom supplies for 3 I told him 4 times I only needed 1 set when he finally realized I wasn’t leaving with out he had to go somewhere to get but hands me 1 towel and 1 bath mat I just looked at him shook my head and left. The final straw at around 10pm a couple in one of the rooms started arguing I mean screaming yelling cussing slamming door slamming car door cranking car reving up engine bet I hear sob and effing ever other word finally at 1115 I called front desk to complain he just said ok I had to threaten to call cops before he would even act like he wanted to attempt to address the problem said he would send security. I doubted they never stopped until I finally opened door told them I was fixing to call cops for disturbing the peace 1 hour after I had called the front desk

The front desk guy was supposed to bring towels as our room had two hand towels and a wash cloth, he never did. He was too busy up front ignoring people. (speaking of these towels were stained with grease, makeup and you could see through them. The floor was dirty and sticky with soda in front of the tv you could see the stain. The bed was basically a cot. We had to clean the toilet as the underside lid was full of feces. It was a smoking room but the pot smell was the worst and gave me a horrible headache. One desk chair, 1 hangers 1/2 roll of toilet paper and one tiny bar of soap. Don’t forget we had to dry off with hand towels. Take this room out of rotation, the whole hotel gave motel 6 a bad name. Others in the area were so much nice

The area itself is very ify. Homeless people walking around. The place could use some sprucing up. The room we got stunk. Had an old very musty smell. Once i turned on the a/c and sprayed fabreeze it was ok. All in all, it was ok. But I wont go here again. I wanted a good night of sleep. I couldnt, i was worried of what could happen.

The place was ok for just an overnight quick stay. The area was to me not the best place and I'm glad I had my husband with me as I don't believe I would of felt safe. Could use some cleaning up on the outside like cleaning by the doors and could use some fixing up in the room we stayed in basically but some fresh paint.

The floor was not clean dirty. The bathroom was yellow stains all around the bathroom tub walls and bottom base boards. The bed was clean and nice. The outside looks scary. The front desk person was nice but I never had to put up a $50 deposit at the other motels. Then I ask to use a iron and he told me I have. To leave my ID. I didn't have to do this at the other motel 6. I changed location only cause this one was closer in town to my church. I rather drive. To the one I've use for the last weekend in Duncanville tx. Way better. The bed was nicely made and clean

Bugs in bed, ac barley worked, booked a king and was given two full instead- but was not told anything until after I went to the room, noticed and went back to talk to them. Checked the beds and there were two bugs. Checked out immediately.

Terrible. Stayed there for a couple hours and was finally falling asleep since you can most definitely hear everything and someone, somehow got a key to the room I was in and opened the door. Luckily the top lock was on. So they only partially opened it. I even yelled and they still opened the door. Had to leave after that did not feel safe or comfortable.

The value is good and it's very close to the DAL airport The shower was hard to understand, the water temps were reversed took me 30 mins to figure it out. The showerhead was no better barely any pressure. I had to take the showerhead off to get a decent shower.

The hotel could improve by upgrading the bed pillows, as they were too flat and uncomfortable. It would also help to have electrical outlets closer to the nightstands so guests can easily charge their phones. When I mentioned these concerns to the front desk clerk, she did not seem interested or concerned about the feedback. Being more receptive and professional when guests share concerns would make a big difference in the overall experience.

Nothing. There's nothing here. You might be lucky and get a room with a mini fridge. You'll NEVER get a microwave in room. You need to walk all the way to the lobby to use one. Then wall all the way back to your room to read your cold food. They charge you $20 for everything! Want to book another night, $20 on top of the regular cost. Want a late check out? $20 on top of the treks prices. Want a want to keep the room you've been in? $20 on top of the regular prices. Early check in? $20! They give nothing in return. No free breakfast. No free coffee. No coffee maker in room. The non-smoking rooms smell terrible compared to the smoking rooms. This is a place just to sleep, nothing else. Not worth the money the scan you out of. Everything! This place is booty.

Yes, I had a good time there. The staff were very helpful. They have on sight laundry that is helpful. They have a convience store in the parking lot and a 7 eleven about 6 blocks away. The DART 207 runs right in front, you can get anywhere in the Dallas metroplex from that.

The room was ok for being a 3 star. The staff however were not accommodating at all. After checking out at 11 I reserved my uber to the airport for 1pm the night before think I would be able to get a late check out given my circumstances. They wanted to charge and absurd amount just for an extra hour. I declined and waited for my uber in the lobby. After being in the lobby I was kicked out by security because according to them the lobby is for customers only . Security said that I was there too long and had to go. I was so outraged by this that instead of really expressing how I felt I chose to leave and stand outside in 23 degree weather for another hour waiting for my uber.

They said you should have told us last night when you checked in. No I'm sorry you experienced this, this is not how we want our customers to view us.no compensation. They told me to take it up with Expedia. Expedia also did not help, rep said it was out of his control.

The staff is great. Clean room. Only thing from the room was the toilet was running and i called and they came out and fixed it. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Delay in checking in as the desk clerk was off somewhere else and the person attending the desk didn't even acknowledge I was there. The room was clean but very stripped down no small refrigerator or microwave or even small coffee pot. Bed sounded like broken springs everytime you moved or turned. Very noisy with hotel guests as well as road noise.

Clean rooms great customer service and they even allow early check ins. Right off the hwy so easy on/off access!! Super quiet & spacious. Only downside is no microwave in the room.

The rooms were not safe for my 7 year old son to stay in. One room had electrical outlets without proper covering exposing live wires and the second room had drugs and razor blades present in the room. Luckily I checked the rooms prior to checking in. I did not stay at this location and their policy is not to refund under any circumstances.

It aint a bad place to stay if you on a budget and going to a concert or something only 20 min away from Dos equis pavilion where i experienced greyday 2025 it was a vibe 💯

I didn't feel safe my room door looked like someone tried to kick it in and from the inside the bottom of the door was open.

While I did not stay there , the check in process was terrible . I didn’t know that I needed to pay an extra deposit more than the nightly stay . I was told I couldn’t tap my own physical card something that the Arabs do to get over on the Economy because anywhere else in the US OF STORES tap is allowed. Therefore, without hesitation I told him to cancel my room for tonight as he kept provoking me with cash or physical card like im so called thief. Finally, as I was on the phone with my uber , he proceeded to tell me the lobby closes at 9 making me and my 3 luggage sets and carry on bag sit outside. Even while I was there he harrassed another blk woman in front of my face wrongfully accusing her of bringing in an extra female guest when all she did was get dropped off.

We had bad vibes immediately. A very-obvious prostitute got in a car to leave as we were pulling up. Check in was fine, friendly staff. Got to the room and it felt like the AC hadn't been on in days - hot, muggy, smelled. Smoke alarm was beeping low battery. Took an hour to get a guy to come unhook it (battery not replaced). The last straw was when I was sitting on the bed and the gnats flying in my face. I've stayed in my fair share of budget motels. My expectations were pretty low but this was just gross & the neighborhood was sketch. We checked in at 3 & left dueces flying ✌️ by 4:30.

The front desk decided to say that there was a noise complaint and try to not accept rent to a room under under my name. What was the complaint that there was a why didn’t knock on the door cause I don’t even know there is a I recommend on the hotel that were there boys don’t speak English or comprehend.

Then he said he is gonna upgrade me. We ended up in a double bed situation, toilet runs all night and half the tv stations don't even work. I asked if this is an upgraded room do they not come with a microwave? He said we don't have microwaves. I went to grab the cleaning lady while she was in a room cleaning and there was a microwave. So why was I told that after he said he upgraded me. This place is a joke blood on the walls in the hallways,trash on the staircase and the railing was so dirty you would not want to touch it. I definitely got what I paid for.

Everything was good until I left my AirPods. I tracked them back to the hotel. Called the front desk after noticed I left them. I was by the employee the housekeepers did not say anything in there group chat about finding my AirPods. Well no duh they not going to tell the truth. I hope they enjoy them. Asked for the manger to call me and he or she has failed to call me back.

-the room looked freshly mopped but my socks looked like I was walking through mud. -the sides of the toilet weren't cleaned and saw a puddle of urine on the side. -the tried to hide water damage so the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. -the toilet tank flap lost its suction so it was continuously draining, when I told management so it's not added onto my bill they said they've been waiting for maintenance to fix it. -there was a random door that was blocked by the mini fridge and microwave, which someone was messing with on the other side on the first night. -blankets were moist. Customer service: 2/5 +was able to check in early -when calling the front desk no one answered so left a voicemail. Later I went to talk to them and they told me that the voicemail was t.wkrmimg and they weren't aware that I called. -there wasn't a "do not disturb sign"

The first room they gave me had people staying in the room with a dog. There were only two pillows on the bed. Supposed too have king bed ended up with 2 full bed. Then I get home they charged me 50 dollars for pillows. They said I took the pillows.

I have been to the location before and the cleaners I feel they had before cleaned the rooms good.I stayed there two other times. This third time I stayed there I checked in May 15th and I was given a dirty room. MY son and I had two beds, on one of the bed frames, there was something dirty that looks like it was dried on. The mirror was smudged and dirty the facet head was dirty the sink was dirty with hair in it, the tub was a little dirty, and the plug you use to plug the bath tub was dirty. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed. When we asked for another room we were told no. I think I deserve a partial refund because of this. I couldnt even take a bath last night because it was so dirty. Then I rebooked my stay for May 16th-May17th on Expedia and they said they could not find my reservation in my system and then said their system was down. This incovenienced me and my son and we were asked to leave the room at 11am which is check out time today when I had already paid for another day. We had no where to go from 11am -2:30pm. Expedia found us another hotel, but this hotel is not close to anything making it even more convenient for me and wasting more money on Uber rides. I am very disappointed. Will not be going back again.

Room is not maintained appropriately. My husband had to leave the room as he became dizzy and realized the air conditioner was emitting coolant into the room when the compressor was on. We had to switch to vent only. The bathroom door would not close tightly. It needs to be rehung. There is mold on the walls. There were dust bunnies all over the floor.

I am a weekly guest at this Motel 6 and the staff is always friendly efficient and pleasant. The accommodations are always clean and ready the location (near Love Field) is perfect for my needs i feel ivery safe and secure at this Motel 6, and thst is not always the case iat surrounding properties. Keep up the good work!!

I ended up just paying for my first night and leaving. The rooms has been redone but they smelled bad and the exterior was absolutely disgusting and the clientele was definitely sketchy. I wasn’t about to leave my truck in that parking lot over night. The guy at the counter was very nice and I just explained to him I wasn’t comfortable staying there so he agreed to refund my second night that I was suppose to stay. Also this hotel is nowhere near Dallas Market Center. It’s much closer to Love Field

I love the staff! They are Indian guys and I love Indian guys! The are respectful and helpful!. The room are clean and whoever they employed to clean the rooms are very good cleaners. The non-smoking rooms always smell clean. The inside of the room is a modern layout. Beautiful flooring is that new kind of gray wood flooring that looks sleek. There is never any trash on the grounds and I like that. You would never think such a nice hotel with a nice layout in the rooms would be in an area that it is in. I went to another Motel 6 in Addison and it was horrible. The staff was a guy and he was rude, the non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke and smelled roach infested, the bathtub was plastic and peeling and there was a bug in the bathtub. The sheets were also stained and so were the blankets at the Motel 6 in Addison. This location that I am writing a review about which is Motel 6- Market Center, is a very good hotel. Keep up the good work guys.

Everything Went Well, Clean And Quiet, Staff Was Freindly.

I stay at this Motel 6 frequently and Everytime I do, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the price is right.

I've stayed at other motels in the area and I always come back here because the staff is very friendly and helpful always polite and the rooms are always very clean.

Very poorly maintained

I booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room, the top latch on the door was hanging off. There was hair on the bathroom door and bed that wasn’t mines. Also when I got got to the hotel no rooms was ready, the first room the light was not working.

Was great. Accessable to anything I need . Manager is very nice and I've met a housekeeper That I think is pretty sweet. Overall it's been a positive experience. Thank you.

I had a pre-paid reservation because my flight would land late in the evening. Once I landed, I called the front desk to confirm that I was coming in late. When I arrived at the hotel, the same person with whom I spoke on the phone checked me in. However, I had to stay outside in the cold, while talking to the person thru a window. There was nobody else with me, nobody in the street, and they even had a security guard walking the perimeter. And still, they wouldn't let me into the lobby with my bags. Had to stay outside. I asked a couple of times and they said "we keep it closed because of the homeless people." I mentioned to them that they knew who I was, I had already paid for the room, and even called to let them know of my arrival. But they still wouldn't open the door... Not the best impression...

Staff is very accommodating and helpful ! They went over and beyond on a few different instances to help me meet certain wants and needs .Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I was extremely pleased with my stay and the front desk honored my requests with regard to location parking. The nice remodeled room was very clean and comfortable and worth leaving a generous tip. And, they left the lights on.

Overall it was a good stay.. there were only 2 small issues.. 1) the t.v. had a cracked screen so it made it difficult to watch it. 2) the microwave did not work so we weren't able to heat up any food in the room. Other than that everything else was really good..I'll be staying here again in the near future.

The front desk staff are obstinate and unmoved. The lobby is not a place for people, she told me, and that as a person with a reservation for later that day, I would need to wait outside or somewhere else.

I saw roaches

Room 141 had plumbing leak. I reported it and after about 5 hours they still had not arranged for a new room- bathroom floor had a leak. Also, the bathroom had cockroaches

A spacious, clean room with a real blanket on the bed instead of a duvet made this stay a hit for me. It's one of the closest places to stay near Love Field and convenient to any part of North Dallas

Well located with a lot nearby (not within walking distance) and very easy check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was large and sheets clean, but was an uncomfortable mattress. Bed not so great, but the rest was fine.

No one comes for towels or toilet paper no hot water some rooms have microwave and mini fridge others don’t they don’t collect the trash

The housekeeper took our dirty towels while we gone to the hospital with my dad and didn’t replace them and when I asked the housekeeper argued with me about giving us more towels.

Manager kicked me out because I used a third party app and booked the room at a discount. I said fine, as nobody wants to be where they're not welcome, but I would need till checkout the following day to secure a new reservation somewhere else. (I had already paid for several days) He agreed and told me he would refund me for the remaining 3 days. Not only did he charge mya $100 "cleaning fee", but it's been a week and still no refund. We left the room spotless, and I took pictures by the way. I'm currently in contact with corporate.
