Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay

Everything is good,just the valet parking is like $60 per night and it’s a little tricky because the comercial street is really busy. Other then that we love the breakfast and room and of curse the view to the city ?

I wish this facility had a better gym and swimming pool but in the end it was fantastic.

Great breakfast and huge hotel. The room was really big and comfortable. Ubication was perfect They charged us the stay twice. The first through booking and the second when we were paying the deposit. They told us that this should be solutioned within a few days, but more than 15 days later we are still waiting for the refund

I really liked the hosting and it met all expectations Two things it’s no good. 1st the blackout curtains do not completely seal the window and in the morning a lot of sun enters through the cracks and the second thing is that the shower water is weak.

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool! I was charged twice but I spoke to manager Adrian, he was very helpful and I got my refund right away.

Location and gym were good Staff were helpful Poor maintenance on the rooms, no kettle to boil water poor tea options Valet parking was very expensive @A$100 When we booked, we requested adjoining rooms as we has a grand daughter to look after. So, although we had that confirmed at the time of booking, we arrived to find we were located on different floors Upon arrival around 8.30pm, we were advise that our requirements could not be accommodated The staff, to their credit, fixed the issue the next day

Parking is done by a 3rd party company for both properties and is valet only. Valet crew was great helped out in the tight area that isvthe front of the hotel. Breakfast was the usual fare eggs toast waffles cereals and such. Did have bacon and that was a plus also didnt have to pay extra for it so that was a nice surprise.

I had a great experience. Only thing need new irons none of them worked appropriately

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The staff were all very friendly and our room was immaculate and very spacious. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and both mornings we ate the buffet there were some slightly different choices. My kids enjoyed the pool too!

My only issue is that we booked a room to accommodate 4 people; 2 beds and a sofa bed, only to arrive and be given a handicapped king room that most certainly did not fit my family. It was my first time staying at a Marriott property and I won't say it will be my last, but the experience didn't live up to the hype from my friends.

The stay was great. The room was good, great to have breakfast included, the staff was kind. We did have a weird encounter with a front desk staff, but everyone else was warm and friendly. I would stay again.

Room was spotless and great service. The one thing that should have been mentioned in the flyer brochure given at check in was that breakfast was on the 2nd floor, having the AC HOTEL Breakfast mentioned was confusing

Very nice room. Had a suite with a living room and kitchen. Didn’t cook at all during the trip but having the plates, utensils, fridge and microwave was nice to have. Room was clean. Closing breakfast at 9 or 9:30 seems early to me. I don’t want to have to wake up early on vacation just to get breakfast so we only had breakfast at the hotel once. Nice hotel though. Close to everything downtown. Lots of places to walk to in the area.

Valet took forever to get our car, we were tired, decided to park in the surface lot next to the hotel, could clearly see my truck from my room, and we were broken into around 4 am. I understand that it is outside of the property but waiting so long for someone to take our truck at 11 at night when you’re paying $50 for valet seemed crazy.

Breakfast was a nice spread, your typical hotel breakfast but it was nice it was offered for free, the room i stayed in was a studio it was big enough you really don’t need a suite a studio will make your jaw go WOW! I was definitely impressed the size, cleanliness as well as the view and bed were comfortable I’ll definitely be staying again!

Location was perfect on Commerce Street. We were able to walk to Reunion Tower, The Sixth Floor Museum, and lots of nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean and breakfast was convient. I just wish that they served breakfast until 10:00 AM as I live on the West Coast so have a tough time getting up for breakfast by 7:00 AM.

Hotel itself is great, room was massive! Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cooked food options including oatmeal and continental options. You could even make your own waffles or have bagels. Fresh fruit and yogurt available too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

We had a suite, which is quite big. Breakfast is pretty good too . Front desk staff are friendly. However, a few of area should be addressed: bathroom should have some places to hang towels. Parking is very expensive (only valet parking was offered, but no self parking option)

I had a great stay, friendly staff, good room, comfortable bed and parking was easy.

Room was large with a small kitchen which was very a benefit as the food in most places in America was not good. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful even got a late check out for free. Breakfast was ok better than most places, however they didn't offer a sugar free muesli (all cereals were loaded with sugar.

Our overall stay was great. However, the atmosphere and surrounding areas were a bit much. The nightlife around the hotel was wild, loud, and had all the outside/lobby entrances of hotel smelling like marijuana. The area/location was honestly not what I was expecting. The homeless population downtown seems to be a problem as well. Now to actually Hotel/Service I can say was on point. The rooms were very clean and overall 10/10. However due to all the stuff mentioned I wouldn’t book again or recommend. Also keep in mind that this Hotel is also connected to 2 other hotels all in one. Making parking limited and Hotel Portion divided by three different hotels.

Our stay was nice. For the most part front desk was nice and friendly. Our last day we went down to have breakfast and asked the front desk if breakfast is still available. unfortunately we were 10mins past the serving time which was fine, but as we were sitting down having coffee, the lady at the front desk escorted a man to the closed breakfast area to grab some food. Never did she ask if we would like to grab some food. My thoughts are if the kitchen is closed, then it should be closed for all. Smh...

It was a pleasure staying at the Residence Inn Dallas Downtown. Their entrance might be a bit. Confusing because it’s right next to two other properties but other than that the experience was spectacular. I requested two beds and got them. Rooms were clean when I got in. It’s quiet even though the property is downtown. I never got the chance to walk outside at night but during day time walking to the DART felt pretty safe. Breakfast was great. They do have limited number of laundry machines but is open 24 hrs. Stay here, you won’t regret it. Staff were amazing too although I really didn’t have that much interaction with them.

I love the staff, the hotel was awesome!! Although the pool was closed , the staff informed us immediately and offer other options!! I love have attentive they were! Definitely would like to visit again!! It was for my daughters 12th birthday!!

Overall, it was a nice property, however, the pool amenity was not available as it was going under renovation.

Great hotel with free hot breakfast every morning. Only thing was our air conditioner was weird, we set it cooler before we left for the day, and when we came back at the end of the day it was warmer than what we set it at.

Valet tow my car when I was told by multiple worker they will charge the room however we woke up to a towed vehicle which they had the keys plus I tried to cancel the second day because I book through a third party company they wouldn’t honor it I will never book through this site again

We had a short getaway and the room was more than we could have hoped for. Small kitchen and living area. Everything was clean and perfect

The A/C didn't very well, the maintenance man couldn't speak English, the room was very hot

Two things to improve upon: 1) the availability of clean towels for the pool (not a big deal, we just had to ask several staff more than once for towel replenishment as the baskets were empty) 2) only two functioning elevators created constraint among the busy floors, especially trying to get from or to the lobby Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend it!

It was great. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable and clean.

The only strange thing was the way the elevator operated. You had to choose your floor before entering the elevator, and there was a moment when the system glitched. However, the glitch was over in a few minutes, and it did not delay my plans. I definitely will plan to stay here again when visiting Dallas.

This property does not offer onsite parking, but valet is available at $45 day. However, valet attendants are not responsible. One of them lost our key to the rental car. VERY DISAPPOINTING when the onsite manager stated “ I KNOW MY GUYS DIDN’T LOSE IT” I was so disappointed I booked an earlier flight to get out of the hotel asap.

We had a great time. Very good location for all the things we did! Bar hopping and then breakfast at Kitchen and Kocktails ! All within walking distance. Our room was excellent. Two queen beds and a pullout sofa, a kitchenette. Everything was excellent!

Had an overall great stay, however we were told breakfast was until 11 am on Sunday and they closed and put away everything at 10 am. We also paid for Valet and when we requested our vehicle, it took an HOUR to be brought to us.

I want a refund, the hotel pool was under construction. A dog was barking non stop in the room next door and we checked out within 2 hours of checking in and went to the hotel next door!!!!

We tried to check in and the computer systems where down. Had to stand in a huge line to get checked in just to be told i had to fill out a paper and give them credit card info even though i prepaid for the room. We finally get to the room and the huge floor rug had stains all over it. Kitchen cabinet under the sink was broken and the ac didnt stay on very long so it was hot. Smelt like cigarette smoke. Cost $51 to park for 1 day!!!!

Overall, this was a great stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our room was very spacious. There was an elevator that wasn't working, but it didn't effect our stay too much. The free breakfast was nice as well.

I am utterly ashamed of this hotel and its actions. We discovered bed bugs in our room, raising serious concerns about the hygiene standards of this establishment. Forced to leave early and switch to another hotel, we requested a refund. However, not only did they lie to us by claiming they would conduct a pest inspection—which they clearly did not—but they also refused to refund us. We are beyond disappointed and deeply frustrated. We will never return.

Hotel was fine for a quick stay. Clean and acceptable. The issue is the surrounding area. Lots of homeless and navigating the area at night is a challenge.
