Not how it looks really bad and smelly but the light that it’s what it is

The housekeeping crew was very nice and cleaned up really good. The bed is super soft and its hidden away a little so you feel more relaxed. Its a regular room with extra lights,a mirror and pole or tub if you choose. They advertise like a great room with features that do not come with the room.

Dirty surprise fee room was not what it was supposed tobe the water I the hottub wasnt hot while place was shitty A full refund i didnt stay i left immediately

Nothing nasty. I didn’t stay there waste of money. I would like a refund. It wasn’t as advertised. I asked for a private tub in the room and no one was staying there so they either didn’t have them at all or just didn’t care about my request. It was nasty I didn’t even stay. I wasted money. I would life a refund but never again.

There were boogers all over the walls, cigarette burns on the blankets, chewed gum stuck to the head board, dead bugs on the walls and floors and it looks like it's never been swept

Yes, everything was clean and the atmosphere perfectfor our adventure. Suggestions for those haded there. Have plenty of drinks snacks and toiletres especially your own towels. 2 aren't near enough for the fn that can be had there. Lol its kinda out of the way, so have your supplies ready. Past that, its a great spot to have adult fun!!

The Room was really dirty, especially the floors. There was hair everywhere, we ended up not staying

Location Broken jacuzzi tub, air conditioner wasn't working properly, room was not clean, had some kind of animal feces in the corner of room, staff was not able to assist me in changing rooms.

I did not stay here . I checked in and went into the room and there was stains of bodily fluids on the couch , the chair , and the towels . I didn’t even both to look at the bed I just left it was very disgusting .

I do with the pillows had pillow cases and the bed frame be cleaner but hey, add a couple more channels and I’d rate it 4 stars.

This funky little hotel could be awesome but it's extremely dirty. No room descriptions on website so you just don't know what you're getting. The rooms are supposed to be romantic but there was absolutely nothing romantic about it. It was a standard hotel room with some red lighting around the bed. The room is in desperate need of repair and cleaning. There is no do not disturb signs so bed was made while I was out and I didn't like someone being in my room and it being a surprise that they were.

The pics online are way nicer than what they really are. The tv was messed up, the toilet ran nonstop, the stripper pole was a piece of galvanized fence post and was so close to a pointy wood corner that if you wernt paying attention you could get seriously hurt.

when we walked in there was a very foul smell, we undid the bed and found holes in the sheets from cigarettes as well as spots of blood that had been sitting there on all of the pillows they provided. above the bedframe there was A PILE of bugs as well as old chewed up gum. i tried to go back and demand a refund as this is a a health hazard and disgusting but they denied doing so. they need to shut this place down.

We paid $75 for the room and when we arrived there was an advertisement for jaccuzi rooms available for up to $125. We asked to upgrade and pay the difference. They charged us $96 extra. In the room that we paid $171 for, we had no hot water, no water pressure, and the only channels that worked were the porn channels. I was extremely disappointed. They put off like they cater to couples… but this is more the “pay to play” type of scene. Would not recommend and will definitely not return.

Eh, I paid extra for a better room and it definitely was not worth it. Motel is dated and decor is hideous. Don’t count on watching anything on the TV really besides porn. If you need a room quick and this is the closest, then it makes sense. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear things going on all around you. Area is sketchy too.

Service was basic. Not friendly but not bad. Room was dirty. Looked like a child tried to clean it. Absolutely no detail cleaning. Tv had no channels unless you want to watch porn and nothing else. Room on the smaller side. Basic amenities, 1 shampoo and 1 bar of soap.

We were told to go to room 116 where I was met with a roaches crawling in the floor and the tub. It looked me right in the eyes and wasn’t ashamed at all. The tub faucet was cracked and broken. I once again went to back to the office and they moved us to 115. We were satisfied with room 115, but being under new management I expected the suites to be clean and upgraded. I guess you get what you pay for…

Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I was searching for a last minute stay Saturday night and I didn’t even sleep there. The bed sheet were dirty and with hairs on it , seemed as if they weren’t even changed.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever been. Like it’s never been cleaned. No ice. Television barely picked up channels.had to turn water off to toilet bc it ran non-stop. No help from “management”! Just a crappy place

The area was quiet and clean . It was a nice near by get a away for date night . It was a fun and beautiful room.

We found a bed big the morning We woke up. My husband knocked it off off my pillow because I didn’t know what it was. I tried to contact and teen the front desk and they said or did nothing to resolve the situation.

The room was clean, staff was nice, but let's face it. That's not why you go here. Our room had a comfortable bed, mirrors everywhere, led mood lighting and a stripper pole on a stage. Also, some porn channels are included. Amazing experience! I'll definitely be back to try a jacuzzi room!

The room I was given was not a nonsmoking room like I requested. Half way through the night the heat went out in the room the guy at the front desk acted as if there was nothing he could do. Even though there were other room available.

There's nothing romantic about the hotel maybe if your taking a hooker there then ot works not a real stripper pole only a metal pole stuck in the ground on a platform tv cable kept cutting out bed was hardbut i would stay again for only one reason the shower pressure was absolutely amazing the room was pretty big i didnt mind it

Turned on the TV instantly saw porn. Could kinda make sure the channel is a little cleaner when the TV comes on.

The room i got was way over priced. I paid fir what was supposed to be a hot tub room and then when i got there to check in the guy told me i would cost an extra 70 after i had already spent over a 100 on the room

Nothing like the pictures. My room was dirty , someone left there cloths behind telling me the room was not cleaned. And you have to pay a extra cleaning fee!!

The room I got was not the one shown in the picture and I had to get a room change because the lights around and above the bed didn't work. And the lights in the room they switched me to were normal colored lights. I was expecting colored lights, maybe red or green. Overall it was clean but the shower had no water pressure. For the price I expected better...

I like the fact that the rooms weren't too far away from the parking lot due to the fact that you can't smoke in the rooms in city limits that was really nice that I didn't have to walk too far to smoke I didn't particularly like the fact that it seemed as if the tub wasn't cleaned I took a stand up shower but as far as a sit-down bath I did not feel comfortable overall property in service was great

Great stay and friendly staff!

Booked a reservation and prepaid so I could have a stay while others took care of personal business. Arrived before 11:00AM and knew I wouldn't be able check in immediately. Paid incidentals, and gave my wife credit card and receipts. Walked around until noon, and when I returned, I was denied occupancy because I didn't have required identification or receipts. Nowhere to sit in lobby, sat outside. Informed by owner/manager that I had to leave the property. Worst Hospitality experience of my 74 year world traveler life.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the site. There are no different colored lights but the wall is painted to make it appear that way. After going back to the office to inform them that was not the room we booked he gladly moved us to the 2nd room in which we found a broken crack pipe at the bottom of the bed. We would have left but it was late, we were tired and didn’t want to throw away the money we paid since we was informed they would not refund us but give us a different room. The owner gave us a choice of 3 rooms and we ended up staying. The owner was very nice and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. If he gets his staff worked out he will be successful.

I liked the date I had but I asked for pillows and they never came. The tv volume didn’t work. And they opened my door at 730 in the morning not knowing that they switched our rooms the night before. We were still sleeping when they opened the door and they did it twice.

Unique experience. This was the only motel that showed up in the area of my business. I bit on it not knowing what to expect. It is an old motel recently taken over by new owner. The rooms are completely new-everything. That was a nice surprise. Room was lacking microwave, clock and coffee maker. When I checked out I told owner that. He made a list and told me he would add those items incl coffee in lobby. The guy is really nice and accommodating.

NASTY! ROACH ON BED!

The pictures of the room where different then what it actually was and we thought we booked a certain room and didn't get the one we expected. Very dissapointed

The towels looked dirty and dingy. The room tv was not as great. The beds needed to be fixed. The framing seemed old

BEWARE!!!!!! Do NOT waste your money in this dump! ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! There was even a broken crack pipe on the floor in the SECOND of the NASTY rooms offered to us INSTEAD of the one we paid for. The first room had been left wide open and the entire floor was a puddle of (hopefully water?) but it smelled awful and had no a/c or promised jetted tub. The second room was not better. There were Bodily fluid stains you don’t wanna know about and hairs (mainly shall we say lil dark curlies) absolutely everywhere. Broken doors. Filthy SHOWER-NOT JETTED TUB. Speakers blown out on TV. So absolutely NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND NOT RECOMMENDED.

Quite and convenient to get to but when we got there and while we were out they turned the air conditioning off..im glad it wasn't super hot..other than that it was a good stay

It was a little hard to find, hidden away because we did not see any road signs directing us there. Maybe it was supposed to be that way. We had a gps, but we found it because we happened to look up at the right time.

It is catered to couples but I did not like the fact that the AcX took too long to cool.

I spent $150 for one night in the honeymoon suite and I can’t say it was worth it. There are two honeymoon suites on the property and we stayed in the first one earlier in the year and had a great experience. The second honeymoon suite was comparatively disappointing. I talked to the woman at the front desk about it and was given the runaround with no resolution. Definitely wouldn’t spend $150 here again.

Smelled like weed inside a non smoking room

The room was not clean. We found a dead roach under the AC. A live one crawling on the wall. Cigarette but behind the headboard. Had to use the atm to pay cash because debit would not work. Horrible experience

Check in was simple staff was curteous. But the power went off completely for a couple of hours. When asked about recieving some type of discount for the inconvience. I was shoned away. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The lights went out for like 3 hours and it was 100 degrees outside. I hoping for a big discount.

Room was not very clean. Jacuzzi spa area smelled like mold and the rest of the room smelled of cigarette ash. I requested a different room but apparently the entire property allows smoking. My girlfriend has asthma so the air quality was concerning. I myself started having allergic reactions to the smoke smell. The office gave me air freshener spray and sent me on my way. Luckily the air spray was sufficient to temporarily deal with how suffocating the room was. We dealt with it since it was already paid for but we will not be back. I definitely would suggest allocating some rooms as non-smoking and improve the air quality. Not everyone enjoys the smell of smoke ash in their room.

Rude customer service thought I was done with this place since their was red ants all over and left booked another location for the same night hoping to get a refund back well now I'm not getting anything back they claimed I stayed there all night. I would not recommend this place to no one very bad area and they dont care about their customers or how they have to sleep in a room.

My husband and I love the idea of the themed rooms but the sheets were stained and dirty. there was consistent long lasting dirt around the bed frame. The shower also could have been a little bit cleaner. But I also came prepared with my own sheets and lysol because I read the reviews ahead of time

Only reason it was a good choice is it was cheap stay for impromptu date night. Not that romantic more like raunchy . Room was not clean enough. You could see where ppl killed bugs on Wall. Shower had dingy towel over drain and hair. I sprayed sheets and toilet, kept flip flops on and enjoyed my husband for a cheap getaway from kids. IN THE HOOD JUST IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW Oh and staff is rude. They will assume you're a crackhead or prostitute. AND HIT CARD AFTER FACT FOR SOME DUMB CHARGE. BIG MISTAKE

I cleaned the tub, fridge and toilet myself when I checked in and out. The tv had alot of static so I couldn't really hear/ watch the channels I wanted to watch. However, overall, the staff was friendly and I did enjoy myself.

Overall this was a great place for a great rate!! When we come back to Dallas, I would definitely stay here again!! The mirrors and lights were neat 😇👹. The room didn't smell as some had commented previous. The only thing I wish was in the room was a hair dryer and an iron. #thumbsup

Filled with bugs! Mosquitos, flies, cockroaches! Even when changed to another room! They mentioned it happens when people open and close the door. Would have been nice to know ahead of time and I would’ve gone elsewhere

When my wife and I arrived there was already one group of customers standing in the parking lot looking for a new place to stay, and another woman in the lobby yelling at the young clerk about the condition of their room. Wow. I am absolutely convinced that any review above a 2-star rating is either bought or from staff. The room reeked of cleaning chemicals. There were 6 flies buzzing around in it (I counted because I killed them all). There were dead bugs smeared on the wall (not my doing), in fact the walls and runners were quite filthy. The toilet had blood and poop on the seat. The washcloths HAD PUBIC HAIRS ON THEM. TV has SD cable (no HD) and 2 CHANNELS OF HARD CORE PORN. We had other plans and left in the early evening. When we returned later the entire outside smelled like a giant weed party was going on. We checked out. BOTTOM LINE: If you're looking for a place to spend an hour getting your rocks off, this may be what you want. If not, for your own sake - look elsewhere!!!
