I called 3 times to be picked up at FLL and no one ended showing up. Finally called UBER to get to the hotel

Room 410 next to gym vibrated when treadmill was used. Broken bed frame noisy. Toiletseat not even attached. Cleaning crew doesn't care. Told by staff not to get that room again there will be no next time.

This hotel needs more monitoring and security. All night long on level 6 we heard the doors slamming which means alot of traffic going on until 2am. Very concerned about this hotel. What is really going on? Could not sleep at all!

Large and clean room. The airport shuttle service was useful and there was excellent restaurant options in walking distance. The only negative was that we had to ask 3 times and wait 4-5 hours to recieve bedding for the pull out sofa. Other than that, the pool and fitness center were great

I was there for a quick turn around trip. It was a great hotel conveniently located by the airport. The staff was top rate and I really appreciated the breakfast in the am.

WORST RECEPTIONISTS AND HOUSEKEEPERS. Housekeeper forced me to tip her. Manager was very rude. They lock the front doors even during the day and I couldn't get into the hotel. Keys never work. Towels were overused, torn, and pinkish. Area is horrible full of homeless people. I didn't feel safe or clean at this hotel. Find another hotel in a better area. The staff doesn't care for the guests.

Secure with the parking garage gate. When it comes to the pool everyone loved how clean it was and staff was informative while they were cleaning it one of the days we were there which was awesome to see! The whole family loved the continental breakfast and the staff helped my kids several times when they were making pancakes! All in all highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and maintained well. The outside was clean and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was kept up and did the job. It’s right by the train tracks and airport but there were no noise disturbance from our room. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was very quiet and we slept really well. I love the fact that they provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion as amenities. I also like the fact that parking is complimentary. The breakfast buffet was small but very well appointed and the selections were great.

Make sure to call the hotel for a pickup from the shuttle.

The hotel stated it was no smoking, but there were ashtrays and people smoking in the pool area. Not something I want to be around. Storms rolled through the night we were there. Went to use the pool in the late morning and there was lots of debris.

Due to the flight delay, we got the hotel at 2am, the main entrance was locked. I called, there was no answer at the beginning. Finally someone answered the phone, and asked to press a button to open the door. But there was no button anywhere to be found. The stuff was rude and inpatient. I realized I might be at the wrong door. I found a door at the parking garage which can be opened by pressing a button. It was not good experience at all

When I checked in really late at night the desk attendant was super helpful and all the amenities where amazingly clean.

Location was perfect. We left for a cruise at Port Everglades. We used All Star Transportation to get us to the ship the next morning and it was worth every penny! Went straight to the ship as they have special access. Breakfast had a nice selection too. Comfortable beds. Real nice Nothing

A few good restaurants close. Holiday inn was pretty awesome and we had two good stays in between our cruise. No issues getting in and out and the lady that ran the airport terminal shuttle was awesome at getting us where we had to go. It was a good choice in hotel.

Good hotel, 5 minutes from airport. The on site parking was $10 and the entrance and exit were protected by a full automated door.

Breakfast was fresh. I just didn’t have enough variety. It was no bacon other than that. It was excellent. The airport shuttle has another story I don’t know whether it was just a bad day or they was busy, but I think it just took too long for them to pick me up other than that. The driver was excellent and a room was clean spacious and I really like the bathroom and the shower.

You do have to request the airport shuttle. I had a rental car so this didn't bother me so much but it's good to know. Breakfast options were okay. Not the best selection I've ever seen for a continental breakfast, but enough options to fill the belly. My only negative experience really was the parking garage is kind of confusing to find & I accidentally turned into the law firm parking lot next door & when I tried to get out of that lot, there was a weird guy that seemed like he was trying to thumb a ride or something. I kept driving & was able to navigate out of that lot & find the hotel parking which is sort of behind the hotel. But, the guy from before followed me to the hotel parking garage. As a solo female traveler arriving at night that definitely made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I ended up calling my family to stay on the phone with them until I made it into the hotel. While the actual parking itself is located upstairs behind locked gate, you do have to park on the first floor initially to check in at the lobby then back out to your car to move it upstairs, which definitely felt a bit uncomfortable with this man lurking there trying to get my attention. It almost feels like you're in a bad area of the town which is disappointing bc a mile down the road is a bunch of shopping/restaurants & hotels that I might considering staying at in the future because it felt safer. But overall, everyone I interacted with at the hotel, both staff and guests, were pretty nice.

Staff was incredibly kind and considerate, especially housekeeping! Room was really clean. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel food but still pretty good. Random nitpicking things: The towels seemed kind of rough, and my TV would intermittently turn off and I would lose connection. Other than that it was an overall good place to stay!

This was the LOUDEST hotel with the THINNEST walls and floors I've ever stayed in. It sounded like the people above us were sliding furniture and dropping things on the floor throughout the entire night, and there was some unidentifiable vibrating/whirring throughout the night that sounded like the elevator working, but we were nowhere near the elevator. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room only worked if the fan was set to High, which caused something in the unit to rattle horribly (again, loudest hotel ever). When we set the unit to Low or Auto, it wouldn't turn on at all. We finally slept with no AC at all. When I called the front desk, their only solution was for us to let someone come into our room (at 9:30 at night when our kids were already dressed for bed) to look at it. When I asked if there was another room we could move to, I was told they only had a room with a king bed (there were four of us). I called back and asked if there were two rooms we could split and move into, and I was told I could not be helped because I refused to let someone come into the room to look at the AC unit. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they would be available in the morning. I asked how that would help us sleep tonight, and the front desk clerk said, "So you can get a discount." This response made it clear they thought I was just trying to get a discount (I was not), and they had no interest in actually helping me solve the problem.

Hotel was decent. No hot water.. when filled the bath for the kids.. the water was yellow. The housekeeping was a joke. Didn’t make all the beds or picked up garbage.. or sweep floors or wiped surfaces. Few times new towels that were provided were stained or had crusted baked on them. Just overall disappointing.

The AC was very loud most of the night Also the airport shuttle driver was very rude and I snored me twice at the airport pick up area. I ended up booking an uber and saw the same shuttle and driver arriving at the hotel. The driver taking us to the airport was very nice.

Room was of good size and had excellent bright lighting throughout. Breakfast area was crowded. Impressed by the egg white omelets and the candied pecan halves for oatmeal topping. Staff at desk explained frequent issues with ride share delays at main gate of Port Everglades and recommended service that hotel had that could skip the main gate and use a service gate, to save time. Don’t feel that I was steered toward this company,but was dealt with honestly regarding main gate delays.

Upon check-in it was evident the young lady was new at her job. The hotel was fine and clean. The breakfast was good. It was very busy and there was not enough places for people to sit and enjoy their breakfast. Parking was cramped against concrete beams but there was never too many cars parked. Overall I'd stay here again.

The reception desk team members were warm, accomodating, and friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast attendant either hates her job or had a bad morning. We were sitting having coffee from a out 7:30 until the end of breakfast at 9:30. There was the usual so steady stream of people but everyone seemed upbeat and enjoying their morning. I didn't notice anyone grumpy other than the attendant. The coffee machines weren't working so she told someone "see, this is what happens when people are getting coffee 24/7" as she cleaned out the machines and reset them Then I heard people taking about the oatmeal, eggs, etc running out. We hadn't seen the attendant for quite a while. At 9:10, I was ready to get some eggs and oatmeal and they had still not been refilled. I went to the reception desk clerk and asked. She seemed perplexed as breakfast doesn't end until 9:30. When she asked the breakfast attendant, the attendant complained "well, most of it just ends up in the garbage", I assume meaning, she wasn't going to put more food out. Either offer breakfast or don't. Don't play games and then complain about what the guests do and don't do that you made promises to. There are so many good options in the area to stay. Why stay here?

The room was comfortable. It took forever to check in, the staff had difficulty finding the reservation, even after providing documents from Booking.com which had all the info. The breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30, but everything was low or empty by 9am, and not refilled. Overall, very disappointing.

They refused to provide airport shuttle service (after we dropped our rental car off early, so we didn't have to allow time for returning it in the morning). The main reason why I chose this hotel was the fact that they offered shuttle service.

Was a good overall hotel

Airport shuttle was horrible. We stood in the pick up area for 3 hours waiting for transfer. Tried calling the hotel and they would not take the call. When they did answer the phone they told us they were busy and didn't know when the driver would be there. Poor customer service all the way.

Unfortunately, we waited so long for the airport shuttle (over 45 minutes) ended up taking an uber. Room was not ready by 3pm but was allowed to store luggage in the office area. Once we were able to check in, staff was friendly. Overall, ok experience but wouldn’t return.

Although full up, reception was terrific about handing around the reception area waiting and as soon as housekeeping was done, the called people to check-in based on who had waited the longest. They did sucha remarkable job under very trying conditions. Also, the room was clean, comfortable and next time I am there, I will book again.

My reservation was for 4 rooms. At check in they only wanted to give me three rooms, even though I had the paperwork that showed we had four rooms booked. My husband had to get very firm to get the 4th room.

Breakfast was good, the gym was nice, great coffee, nice room, and overall a really nice experience. The breakfast was very busy and some things were out or very low. We didnt know that there was a fee to park onsite so that caught us by surprise.

Fix noisy bed room 619. I’m one tiny girl on a king and every time I rolled over bed was so loud I was afraid I was waking neighbors. Hardly any water comes out of shower. I’m use to low pressure in hotels but this was severe. Staff was excellent! :)

The room was clean and spacious. I didn't like that the gym didn't open until 7am and the fact that we had to rekey our room keys just about everyday. Also I would've liked to have free parking although I was somewhat impressed with the free breakfast.

Multiple issues with room key- took a few turns to get into the room, had to keep going back to the front desk. Key didn’t work the first time in the parking garage and it didn’t work to get into building to check out at 5am. My son was given a key for the lobby bathroom and that didn’t work as well.

My room wasn’t ready at 5 pm on check in day with no prior notice of this issue. Didn’t get a room until 6:30 pm. The staff was not helpful or personal at all. The room was nice and clean.

Room was quiet and clean. The shower was pathetic. The breakfast was not very good. Pre-frozen omeletes and powdered eggs. I do recommend using the outside transportation company they work with to get to the cruise port. They have access an alternate gat that saves at least an hour.

Room was clean. Desk guy was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Only issue was a lot of traffic noise even though we were on the top floor.

Arrived very early (9am) prior to check-in due to airport cancelations. Our luggage was checked in, and we were promptly notified when the room was ready (12:30) as we waited in the lobby, which is tiny and filled with more people than there is seating for. Staff was friendly enough, even to the strung-out vagrant that entered the lobby for coffee. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. During the night, we realized the heat in the room did not work and was at 64 degrees. This was during the extremely cold weather experienced in January. We were able to get the heat up to 67 but no warmer. Breakfast was good, sausage gravy, eggs, toast, packaged muffins and yogurt other than the "juice" (the most watered down concentrate ever had). Shuttle was not reliable, arriving 30 minutes after our pre-areanged pickup time just before we scheduling a last minute uber. Fine for a last minute, unplanned stay near port & airport.

The telescoping handle on my suitcase got stuck. We asked the staff member who works maintenance for help. Not only did he help us, he fixed the handle. He was very professional and it was obvious he is a hard worker. The hotel is decent, most of the staff are helpful and I recommend this facility.

The checkout could have been better. Seemed like the reception was on a personal call. Overheard some appointment on Saturday that would work for her and she kept going on. She didn’t even acknowledge me and the after 4 mins I walked away. Returned and checked out.

The complementary airport shuttle would not pick us at the airport, the front desk was understaffed and the first airport shuttle in the morning didn’t leave the hotel until 5:30 am so not possible to use for international flights leaving earlier than 8 am. Descent breakfast but starts at 6 am so not able to use if you have an early morning international flight leaving before 8:30 am. Finally the hotel is very over priced - with taxes we paid over $560 Canadian.

We chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. I called ahead of time to make sure the shuttle would pick us up at FLL. When I called to let them know I was at the airport, they said the shuttle already made its last trip. The shuttle service ends at 11pm, and I called 10 minutes before then. My flight got in late which isn’t this hotel’s fault, but it was very frustrating to deal with. I guess calling before 11 isn’t enough.

My two day experience at this property was horrendous. Everyone at the hotel had issues getting into their rooms. We had to have help each time we returned to the hotel and it was about a 15 minute timeframe each time. The second night my buddy waited two hours to get in his room and they had to completely change the lock on his door. In addition the front desk was very unhelpful and not able to offer any type of discount or anything. Nightmare!

The room was small but okay. The sheets and pillows were really uncomfortable and the bed was creaky. The sheets were pilled, not soft. Staff was helpful, check in easy. Would just like a more comfortable bed.

I was mislead about this property. It shared it har shuttle service to airport. I got there and they said they don’t have shuttle service in the early am. Not acceptable. The service manager was rude and every time I called to talk to upper management to get a refund they said they are unavailable and never returned my call. Terrible!

It was a late check in, around 2 am and when we entered our room we found a cockroaches in a bathroom, also a person who we checked in with was rude!

The only thing good about this hotel was the front desk clerk when we first came in in the evening. We had to wait well over an hour for an extra blanket and pillow. The room was not the cleanest and the hotel was just not friendly.

The first room we got in had bugs crawling on the desk and AC which was disgusting. Then we switched to another room and later found that room’s AC leaked water. The Wifi was not stable either. This is by far the worst IHG hotel I’ve ever stayed. Airport pickup and breakfast were good though.

My stay was good overall. However, we only had housekeeping one day out of 6. The breakfast was also okay but it was repetitive and didn’t cater to persons who don’t eat red meat. The staff at the front desk was super helpful and nice. The parking was also pretty convenient and cheap ($10). I appreciated that they only put a hold of $50 on your card. However, we received a charge of $3.50 after we checked out?? Don’t know what that was about being that we checked out a few hours early. Good stay overall but the area wasn’t the best.

Great room for a price. That gave me a lot of peace while I visited my son for the second time since he moved to north Miami 6 months ago. It’s a great location with easy access to the beach, the airport and entertainment. I’ll definitely be back.

The room was in good condition and staff was alright too. It's the fact that we had the not yet ready sign on our door and the manager still okayed maintenance to go in our room to remove a glass covering and someone opened and went through our suitcases and the Manager simply said he felt we were over doing it. The front desk person when we arrived at night was extremely rude. And the room was disgusting and not clean. The bathroom had pubic hair and hairs from other people before everywhere. Thankfully I always bring sani wipes and wiped everything down. We were only there for one night to catch an early flight so not much we could do at that time.

the room was clean and the breakfast was fresh. I did not like that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel stopped running at 11pm when i didn't get into Fort Lauderdale airport until midnight. My only option was to pay $30 for uber to pick me up. not only that but the shuttle to Port Miami cost $50 a person when an Uber cost $20 a person.

Clean room, but we had to wait three hours to get in it. The lady at the desk was giving rooms to people who were just walking in while several of us waited until gently confronting her.

The airport shuttle experience was extremely frustrating, no one answered the airport shuttle line, after calling the hotel staff they didn’t know what the shuttle looked like, and we waited nearly an hour at the airport before it finally arrived. We avoided using the shuttle on the return trip because they said it would take another hour just to request. Our room had a king bed and a sofa bed, but only one extra pillow, which was dirty, in the drawer. After calling for blankets and pillows and waiting over an hour with no update, I went down to the front desk, where staff also seemed to struggle to get anyone to deliver them. Our room seemed to have trash and the king bed blankets replaced each day but not the blankets for the sofa bed. We had friends in the same type of room down the hall on the same floor but they said they never got any service of trash removal nor bedding replaced. It was nice having the breakfast but not enough space to eat unless you went right at 6:30am. The set up was hard to serve yourself without help as all the food warmers didn’t have a way to stay open and would shut on you. You need two hands to open warmer and to spoon out food then there was no space to place your plate close, so someone would have to help you scoop eggs or get the biscuits and gravy.

The hotel isn’t one with a fancy lobby etc but the rooms exceeded my expectations. Everything at this hotel was beyond satisfactory. It is very clean, the hallways are bright, clean walls, clean carpets and it smells good. Upon opening the room door, it gave a very clean fresh smell, very welcoming. The bathrooms were very clean too. Very clean counters, the toilets may have been new , I don’t know but there was no grime or dirty anywhere . I can’t stress how impressed we were. Not to mention the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Gave us an early check-in . It couldn’t get any better than this. This may be our new spot for accommodation. Thanks you !

The location was great for going to cruise port. The room was clea. I slept fairly well. Which is better than at home do to pain issues. The daily breakfast was good. I would stay here again next time.

Everything was perfect but shuttle to the airport starts at 6 am not at 5 am as is listed in the website and Expedia 😞 I had to take an uber to the airport instead. And the shuttle was one of the things why i choose this place.

The staff was curious, the room looked great, amenities were good (lived the free shuttle to the neighboring hotel and the food at KiKis was some of the best food I’ve ever had!!). However, we arrived around 415 and our room still wasn’t ready. Also, the bed made HORRIBLE sounds anytime you moved even a centimeter!! Kept us up all night

The Dove amenities, clean room, black out shades, pool and gym were oh so nice. I travel a lot and it's few and far between that a hotel and its stay hit all the marks. I loved that it was walking distance from Dania Beach, restaurants, local marts and access to quick public transit. I used Lyft, Uber and public transit with zero issues. I will definitely book with them again.

The entire hotel. It felt fresh, clean and modern. I love how the hotel has all the dove products. That's so helpful as I was departing for a cruise the next day. I did have to take our all of my toiletry items. I love that they had the protein Greek yogurt that I eat at home too.

Called for the airport shuttle multiple times told it would be 10 minutes, it then drove by us, called back after 45 minutes of waiting, called and they said we had to wait 45-60 minutes or call an Uber. Room noisy.

Overall ok we were there just to sleep before cruise. We paid for location. Room very basic and had some wear especially in bathroom. Im guessing the only smoking area is around the pool. We wanted to enjoy some time outside before checking out but it was too gross. Thr biggest complaint was the shuttle from airport. Pure chaos. We called at 640 pm and a shuttle came at 730. We ran up to.the shuttle and a party of 10 who.said they didnt call got on shuttle and my group and another family that did call had ro figure out how to squeeze on the van. I sat in front seat and two kids sat on parents laps. I would not call the shuttle a perk for staying there.

Called at 8pm about to take off from my origin flight and asked about the airport shuttle. I was told just to call them when we get our bags. I did as I was told, and was informed at midnight when I called that the shuttle stops at 11:30. Unexpectedly had to uber and spend more money. Arrived at the hotel around 12:30am, and just wanted to sleep. The bed was rock solid and the pillows were mushy. The fridge also did not have a freezer portion in it which I was expecting for my medication. To boot, their printer wasn’t working and I had to email the front desk to have them print for me.

As usual our stay was wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We appreciate the great service here year after year.

We found this a great option for a planned layover. Our stay began with perhaps the friendliest and most helpful check in from any hotel I can remember. We appreciated the free airport shuttle, but know that the return trip is on the hour, not exactly when you wish to leave. We loved the breakfast, staff, and amenities. The crib however was awful as it was metal and squeaky and our son flops around in his sleep, so we all had a lot of trouble getting sleep. Great beds for the adults though.

It was good for access to the port. It was bad because there was not enough room for everyone to sit comfortably for breakfast and the hot water did not work properly in the shower.

The hotel itself could not be any more convenient if you are doing a cruise or flying. The staff was nice, good biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Only downside was the shower had no pressure took me so long to wash my hair.

The shuttle refused to come to pick us up. We called to tell them we were there at 10:30 and they said the shuttle stops at 11 so they would not come to get us. Then the morning shuttle we requested was told we did not need a ride which made us nearly late for our flight.

We stayed at this hotel after our cruise. We arrived back to port earlier than expected and arrived at the hotel before 10am. They worked to get us a room cleaned so we could check in early. The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast, bagels, cinnamon rolls, muffins, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, gravy, pancakes and I’m sure more that I am forgetting. We also used the complementary shuttle for our 7:30am flight. The kids played in the hotel pool which was decent. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only “negatives” we had was our room shared the outside wall with the 4th floor pool and you could hear guests outside until around 11 and you can’t really walk anywhere so we just DoorDashed dinner. All in all we would stay here again.
