Budget. Hotel what was expected

The staff and location was Excellent. No ice, no breakfast.

I pay similar price for much more amenities. Floor is hard wood, no carpet. There is no breakfast, no gym, no pool. Some lights were not working. Bathroom did not have body wash, conditioner and we had to ask front desk for shampoo. They gave us bars of soap, but was not even scented. This is first time I see a hotel with no coffee offered either in the room or in the lobby. Laundry room behind the front desk was dirty and trash on the floor. This more like rental apartment than a hotel room. I guess if u know what you are getting, then it is good enough. We had a decent night sleep with no noise or hollering.

Parking was ok

My wife and I have been coming to that Extended Stay for years. So in coming back to?the city , I wanted to go where we are familiar. After getting settled in our room, we started noticing changes quickly. We didn't like the changes in towel service , pots, and silverware. Then the major kicker, and I'm glad my wife is observant because something that we were always used to was " garbage removal from the room " ! And if you forgot to take the garbage out , you would be fined. That was to much for us. So for those reasons, we won't be back .

Had to wait for a bit at the front desk while a room was identified. Bed was good, room a bit shabby/run down. Lights next to bed did not work. Only bar of soap, no shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. In the morning there was no one at the front desk or around the lobby area. Front desk had a non-rtransparent pull down safety door. Wasn't asure how to check-out, so just left.

The kitchen did not have pots, pans,silverware or even a coffee cup. All would be provided for an extra $60. The lobby was not open when I first arrived. No remote for the television.

Yes it is a fabulous place to be the people that were working there were very great the room for clean the hallways were clean the entrance was clean and it was snowy-ish they do really well

Staff were all very courteous and helpful. We had an erratic noise problem with the HVAC unit's fan. Not consistent enough to warrant having someone come in to repair it, but is was loud when it happened. There were only washcloths and bath towels in the bathroom--no hand towels. Furniture was functional, but many pieces had dents/chips, etc. The prices on the vending machines were exorbitant, leading us to pick up more supplies (soda/chips/crackers, etc.) at Walmart instead of at the hotel since the point of staying at the Extended America Select Suites was to save money.

Very nice room overall. Just a few minor things look like it needed to be updated l, but great room for the price. Friendly staff when checking in. Only thing was that later at night, the front desk was completely closed so when we had issues with our key, it was difficult to quickly get help. Overall good hotel.

Let’s start with check-in: the staff was unprofessional, rude, and clearly lacked knowledge about basic procedures. They were unable to answer simple questions regarding the accommodations I had arranged prior to arrival. Secondly, I was locked out of my room every single night during my stay because the key cards continuously got demagnetized. After working 10-hour shifts, I returned to the property after 11 PM only to be stuck outside. I had to call customer service to reach someone on-site to let me in—absolutely unacceptable and beyond inconvenient. Third, the condition of the property is shocking. The carpets are filthy, stained, and discolored, making low-income housing look like a luxury hotel in comparison. The baseboards were dirty, the paint was peeling, and everything felt severely outdated and neglected. I will never stay at this property again. Beware before booking. No one should have to spend their hard-earned money on a place that delivers such a poor experience from top to bottom.

Front counter gal DJ and mgr on staff were great! Our room was at the end of the hall and whatever was going on caused a vibration that would come and go. Would wake us up.

The kitchen in the room was adorable. Clean. The room does not have a coffee pot but they will provide one if you ask.

I called and asked what type of coffee pot in the rooms was told Mr Coffee purchased everything for that. When we arrived was told no Coffee pots also no hair dryers. Rooms old kinda stale. You get what you pay for. Police action two doors down from our room. Smelled like packaging.

Avoid staying here!

Never again. The room cleaness was substandar - the room stinked, the forniture was dusty, the kitchen dirty and floors sticky. The kitchen was unsuable - it is not minimally stocked and additional $60 are necessary to get the minimal kitchen gear, not including cleaning supplies nor coffee makers. Also, if you read that the place is an “hotel” that offers toiletries, it is innacurate. It is not an hotel- for $97/night you get a place to sleep with a wc and shower, stove/microwave and fridge ( no closets). Shared areas like elevator stinked of cigarettes. We end up leaving one day earlier, loosing money rather than enduring one night more.

The rooms were clean. But what they don’t advise is that they charge to use the cooking supplies that are advertised. I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before, but NEVER have been charged. I was frustrated about that! It was $20 for pot, pan and utensils. Then it was another $17 for ONE plate, ONE bowl, ONE spoon and fork. I chose not to spend this extra money, so it made my “extended stay” less inviting.

Very bad noise in hallway also hallway dirty and room smells

Very welcoming staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We came in after hours and they were very accommodating and even found us an upgrade.

Bed was very comfortable..door going inside the room was noisy. Fridge very good and front check in staff was great. Very Friendly except one was Cowboys fan.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms itself were a little out dated compared to other extended stays I have been to and you did have to pay extra for linen changes and items to use the kitchen.

The maintenance guy was extremely rude and very unprofessional.My tv wasn't working properly and he basically said it was my fault for using a firestick on it which I've been using every time I stay at an extended stay hotel.I also had drugged out females constantly knocking on my door asking to stay in my room.Ive been using extended stay hotels at various locations for over 10years.This is the last time I stay here.

Arrived just after 6pm. Room we were given hadn't been cleaned. Opened the door and turned around, right back to the checkin desk. After getting a second room, the bathroor doorknock fell off just opening the door. Told the front desk at checkout and wasn't offered even an apology. On the second floor and very noisy from the room above. Will not stay again and will not recommend.

There is nothing good to say about this property. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. You had to fill the toilet yourself if you wanted to flush it because the tank didnt fill. The TV didnt work. The air conditioner didnt work. Despite all of these issues, we didnt even have the option to switch rooms because the entire time we were on the property, there wasnt a single employee on site.

Well, not all the lights worked. They didn’t have complementary coffee or tea. The phone was like greasy. My key card stopped working to let me in the building It was a quick response from staff to get me in and get me a new card The person on the phone was super friendly. Was very professional. All the Desk agents were great

No breakfast thats why we booked here was for the breakfast, laundry 3.50 to wash and 3.50 to dry. STAFF WAS AMAZING, FRIENDLY, CAREING AND JUST MADE YOU FEEL AT HOME. TRACY WAS SO HELPFUL, SAME WITH DJ AND JESSICA. I CANT REMEMBER THE OTHERS NAMES BUT THEY ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Not a good stay. Booked for 2 beds received room with 1 bed forcing myself and 3 kids in 1 bed tv not facing bed kids had no entertainment waited hours for a agent that was supposed to resolve the issue and received dial tone.. no one knows my situation and how hard I worked today to get this room for my children to have a safe place to sleep.. I can’t even fully close the curtain for privacy and on the first level smh I just wanted a good night sleep even if I had to cancel and try another place hence that’s not an option because I can’t get through to anyone fml -_____- ppl need more love not family friendly at all

Extremely clean, in the rooms in the in the common areas all outside the building extremely clean. The staff was extremely polite. All of the staff. They have a large staff and everyone was so polite. They act like a place that appreciates your business!

Never again I would stay there

To avoid this charge, we had to empty & throw the trash ourselves in their dumpster. The place is clean & staff is friendly.

They changed over to a select stay with no amenities and they meant no amenities. Room was dirty. We checked out after 1 hour and went to another hotel.

.. or they charge you $50. Most horrible place I have ever stayed.

Expedia listing indicated breakfast was included but it was not.

From what I can remember it was wonderful.

The only thing that was strange is that in the morning no one is at desk . I dropped off keys around 7:30 am and front desk closed , they just switched over to no breakfast service that day

The hotel for weekend prices, it's expensive. A not very nice place, people drinking in the parking lot, the entrance smelled bad, but I'm going to give credit to the cleaning of the rooms 👌 9, They offer you breakfast and it turns out they are dispatch machines.

The elevator smelled like cigarettes, they refused to give us more pillows or towls, and there was trash left in the room, both in the can and under the beds when we arrived.

Breakfast was very poor, only coffee, muffins and oatmeal.

I really enjoyed staying here. Budget friendly and relatively close drive to stores in case something is needed.

Second night of our stay we were over run with flies. We bought fly swatters when we were out that day and made a game out of getting them all. Killed at least two dozen that night with probably another 10 the next day.

Facility needs to be updated/remodeled.

Staff is nice

I can't tell you about my stay because when I arrived at the hotel at 1 am with a confirmed reservation, THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS!!! So at 1 in the morning with early morning business meetings the next day, I had to find a new hotel. INEXCUSABLE, HORRIBLE, COMPLETELY WORTHLESS.

Very slow wifi - No vending machine if you need a quick refreshment or food bar and candy. No one is cleaning our room. Soap and shampoo is very cheap or old.

It smelled of smoke throughout. Had to keep restroom vent on to rid the smoke smell. Not even a coffee pot in the room. Staff was friendly. Check in was easy because I prebooked.

Liked the stay except for the WiFi—advertised free WiFi but it was very slow and they wanted extra money to get it fast enough for streaming. I couldn’t even get my email with how slow it was.

The breakfast was really poor compared to other places. Breakfast bars in small muffins just don't cut it. Can probably get a better breakfast out of the machine.

The staff at the front desk always welcomes me and offers any assistance I may need u.e. A luggage dolly, kitchen tools for my room, or just friendly banter. I always stay at this location when I travel in the area. Can’t beat the price, convenience or location.

Saturday we were out on excursions and came back to our bedding being the same it was so late I called down to the front desk but did not receive and answer. I would return because I like the quiet area it was nice to get out of the city. The men and women at the counter at check out were extremely nice, so was the guy that checked me in but I would have like my bedding changed and garbage we had thrown out That was the only issue and toilet was noisy.
