Rooms are very spacious and clean.

That they kept the hotel sparkling and clean rain or shine someone was there to dry the floor each step you made while it was wet. Everyday my was room cleaned, each day I went out and came back and I stayed there 5 days .I must say I made the right choice when I chose that hotel . There was a kitchen morning staff that greeted me each morning just as I came out the elevator with a smile a “Good morning breakfast is ready” quote “COME ON OVER WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU TODAY?” Was her number one question.🤗

Two downsides: 1. There's only 1 elevator and its really slow. 2. Breakfast ends at 9:00 am on weekends, which to me, its too early.

What was unique was the lack of ventilation. Especially after the strong chemicals were used to clean the rooms. It would be good if there was a way to open a window and get fresh air sometimes.

Parking was very limited, i feel like having people who payed $150+ a night AND security deposit park in the wawa parking lot that has constant heavy traffic is crazy. Other than that, everyone was nice and helpful, room was nice! We enjoyed all the close restaurants it was very convenient!

Shower was dirty, elevator slow, breakfast was fine. Had to get sheets, blanket and pillow to use pullout couch. All in all it was ok. Wawa next to hotel is nice.

I was in town for a brief stay and stayed here. I checked in late and the staff was really helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the place was really clean.

If you’re an International Traveller, specifically from the Caribbean I do not recommend staying here. A hold is still on my card from April. My bank advised me that all they require is a letter via email from the hotel stating that I have no balance and that the hotel will not be claiming the funds on hold. I spoke to the hotel manager and was told that they do not provide letters and I would have to wait 2-3 months for my funds to be released. This is ridiculous, please stay far away!!!!!

Not bad for a small hotel. Staff was helpful and as courteous as one would expect in those circumstances. There was a minor fly problem in the breakfast area--but this is Florida in the warm spring.

Even Orbitz is unable to assist because they can't get hold of the manager in charge. Orbitz, for the sake of your reputation I would suggest you find ways to limit this availability of this facility to your customers.

I've been here twice already. Breakfast varies by day, offering options like scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, or sausage, with the rest being continental. It's great for a quick bite, and the coffee is always fresh and hot. The facility features an outdoor pool, and parking is self-parking. If you're hungry, Wawa is just ten steps away, and you can also visit other places either on foot or by car. Rooms are clean—consider wearing socks—and if you need extra towels or anything else, ask the Front Desk, and they will help you. The quiet business area is on the main floor, so you can relax, eat snacks, read a book, watch a game on your tablet, plug in to charge your device, sleep while waiting for your ride, or sit in a peaceful spot. It's perfect for me, being close to my family and the beach (Las Olas), just 15 minutes or less away. The atmosphere is family-friendly and relaxed. Make your own day—ENJOY!!!

1. Two small cartons of refrigerated milk that was spoiled. This is dangerous! 2. Breakfast sausage links that were tough to cut through and hard to eat. This could have been from being cooked to long and or day old sausage. The person that was overseeing the hotel restaurant that morning stated that - 1. She was sorry about the milk being sour 2. The reason for the sour milk was because the hotel customers don't always close the refrigerator door 3. She was not a "Robot", and she can't be everywhere at once. She was however very apologetic and bought over 2 fresh cartons of milk. Other than that our overall stay at this establishment was very nice.

I love that a 24hr Wawa was just across from the property. It was easy to refill my rental vehicle or grab a bite to eat. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Yes, there is shuttle service from the airport, however, it took them 90 minutes to pick us up. Uber would have been quicker. Shuttle guy, named Christian, never said a word to us and is not friendly. Communication needs improvement as room was not ready for another 2 hrs. What I needed to hear was hotel policy and that nothing could be guaranteed. Instead, they gave me false hope and told me what I wanted to hear and not what actually could happen. I called weeks before doing the responsible thing, asking if I should book an extra night. Paying more for a guaranteed room was more important to me. I am disabled with complex disabilities that require a room. The wait was medically challenging. The room really was exceptional which is why I would stay again but would get a later flight.

Room was clean. The fitness area was clean. AC worked well. The free breakfast was great. The mattress for the pull out couch, was terribly uncomfortable - that was our only issue.

Parking was ok. One or two persons at the front desk was ok. Managers have no regards for customers. Slept in a bed with bed bugs and when i went to .ake a complaint there was no mangager in place. I was informed that i would have to wait until 9am the following morning to speak with the manager. This is unacceptable and a complete disregard for customers concerns, health and safety.

We stay here every time we go on a cruise. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. A+

We had a 2 queen suite for our stay before and after a cruise. The beds were high up from the ground. They had a pillow top on them. A nicer bed for a hotel in my experience. There was a big tv and sitting area as well. The hot breakfast in the morning had things my son with celiac could eat (eggs, sausage, egg and cheese omelet). There was also coffee, juice, carton milks, and yogurt. Bread items included bagels, toast, muffins, pancake maker. The dining area fills up quick. They do offer a shuttle to and from the airport. There is NO luggage storage, contrary to what the paper sign on the entrance says. Check in and out were quick. And people do book rooms for day use only here. We did not explore the area at all. We were here twice for 1 night before and after a cruise. They have Dove shower products in the shower.

We’ve stayed here several times and we are always pleased with this hotel.

Didn’t stay. Got off our cruise early and they had no where to store our bags before room was ready. Paid 25 dollars to get early check in and was told I could wait in the lobby. Never asked about eating and the guy at the counter went out of his way twice to tell me I could not eat food from the breakfast. If you are getting off a cruise early don’t book here. Called another hotel and they were confused when I asked if they had a place for my bags. Never asked ahead of time so shame on me.

Location was great for us. It was a quick trip to the port for our cruise No fault of the hotel but the traffic noise was horrible. It kept us awake until way past 3 am. Front desk staff not real friendly.

Room and staff was great, we did have to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. Breakfast was okay, no yougurt which surprised me and typical powdered eggs, the bacon was dry and weird texture, the cinnamon rolls were great.

Front desk staff is rude, and the amenities are not in working conditions (washers/dryers).

Great location for the cruise port. Very close to Wendy's, Waffle House and Wawa, and not far from Hard Rock Casino. Room was spacious, and the facility felt safe. Plenty of onsite parking. It seemed to be mostly cruisers staying there based on the lobby on checkout morning. Our wall thermostat had a dead battery so we couldn't control the AC unit, but since it was just a one night stay, we didn't report it as a problem. At breakfast, they ran out of sausage by 9:00 and didn't refill it by 10:00 when we left for our cruise. The entrance to the hotel is a little confusing as you have to drive through Wawa to get there.

The room was large and clean the bathroom was very nicely renovated. There was a sofa, microwave, Kurig coffee maker, frig, sink. The bed was comfortable and towels/linens of good quality. When I raised a complaint with the front desk in the morning, the clerk basically said it was my fault for not knowing the layout of the hotel in advance, as opposed to them simply fixing their elevator. The noise is heard on every single floor, including reception. We took one look at the breakfast and it was completely unappetising. The carpets around the building smelled and they try to mask it with a very strong air freshener, which did not work. I would not recommend in any way.

Next to elevator. It was incredibly noisy. Could not sleep, so got up early and left. $378 for that miserable experience!

The staff was awful. We got there pretty early and they were unhelpful regarding bags. They also advertised a free shuttle to the airport and then told us it only applies when you check out at noon. What if we needed an earlier shuttle for an early flight? They also charged us $100 at 4 am the next day. I'm not sure what the charge was for but this was in addition to the room fee we had already been charged. We didn't even stay there because we got a flight the earlier day but paid the room fee. It's likely they rented that room out again and got paid double. Smoke from smokers right outside the front door came into the hotel. Their lounge seemed old and not that clean, and the corridors are very narrow. I would never stay there again

We arrived for check in, I booked 12 rooms for a show where the artists arrived tired from the trip and they could only start entering the rooms some at 5 pm others at 6 pm, this was really very disrespectful. We also had problems at the front desk that couldn't find our reservations already paid, they made me pay 2 times the security deposit. The rooms due to the hurry that the cleaners were to clean left hair on the floor and wall of the box. I always give preference to this hotel chain, but this time it was disappointing and shameful for me who brought the artists.

Love this hotel for its closeness to airport and freeway. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast had a large assortment to pick from. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Ft. Lauderdale.

Parking was terrible. The lot was constantly full and you have to park at the gas station next door, which didn't feel safe at night. They gave us a parking pass for the car but I still worried about it being towed and stressed about enough space because the gas station spots were also pretty full.

The lady at check in was super rude! Blunt, dismissive and extremely rude - worst we have experienced.

Lack of parking

Our room was clean and comfortable the staff were excellent and the continental breakfast had lots of options.

The rooms weren’t ready even though it was after check out time. The rooms weren’t very clean (bathroom in particular). Needed an extra pillow and a plunger and had to get the extra pillow myself and the person who knew where the plunger was wasn’t at the hotel. They did finally come up and take care of it. The airport transport was good. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was practically brand new and conveniently located close to the cruise port of Port Everglades. Breakfast was included and phenomenal with friendly staff manning the quality of food/service.

There was not enough parking at night due to large trucks taking up additional space. Breakfast selections were extremely limited and not readily refilled. My room was not serviced for 2 days and toiletries were not filled upon my arrival. I am an IHG member and had to book through Expedia because the hotel would not honor the lower rate. My rewards membership was not honored.

Property was convenient to airport. It was very quiet. Only negative was the check in process when we arrived. We were given keys to the wrong room, and it wouldn’t unlock. When we went back down to report the issue, we were given all new keys completely opposite end of the hotel.

Receptionist Ravi and the lady in the cafeteria are nice and accommodating. Also, appreciated the luggage storage since we arrived too early for check in. Clean and nice suite room, however, room right next to the 24 hour gym is not good. Late night at 2349, some guests are dropping weights like crazy until past midnight. Free shuttle to the airport is a great addition but the driver that day seemed to be not in the mood and unhappy to drop us for some reason. Overall, we like the good location, close to airport, cruise terminal, several restaurants, and there’s a walkable gas station with a convenience store nearby.

My room was ok. The fridge was not cleaned as there was food left inside from a prior guest which made me feel like the room was not cleaned either. Luckily I bring my own blankets and towels with me when I travel. It was quiet and having Wawa right next door was a convenient. The cleaning staff were not friendly either.

Stayed 2 nights. Bathroom and room were clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. There was also a good selection for breakfast daily. Staff were all very pleasant especially Haciena at the breakfast station.

Room was good. Service was very good. Location was very good. Rooms were clean but a little dated. My biggest complaint is the a/c unit. It worked but had an awful noise to it. I went to the front desk for another room for this reason but was told all the units make this noise. Thankfully my son lived close by so I was able to get a fan from him to help drown out the noise it puts out

I was disappointed had a knock on my door to check out when i had 4 nights paid for the stay no apologies for disturbing me only the maid after i walked to the elevator apologized the person who knocked on my door was rude i believe i needed to be compensated for one night at least and still an apology

The shuttle was nice, but the service desk employees didn't make you feel welcoming Monday morning when leaving, the desk over charged my card and one person gave me a price when I checked in for my room and then the morning staff that morning charged me another price which made me upset that I was charged an additional price when I was told I wouldn't.

The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The shower was so gross we had to wear shower shoes. For one full day the elevators were out and the manager thought they were working again when they actually were not. The only good thing about this property was the waffle house directly next door.

I am originally from that area so I felt that the location is central to the beach, the mall, dining. The price was reasonable. The rooms, the breakfast area and the lobby were clean. Hot breakfast was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good as well, great coffee and good options. My only complaint would be the slow elevator. But that was over shadowed by all the other good stuff. I will certainly stay with you guys again!

The over powering carpet deodorizer in the hallway was too strong. Free breakfast was typical. Overall the place was a great deal for the price. But the overall hotel was very nice.

One thing that really stood out was the toiletry selection—everything was Dove big bottles of it which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. Now, let’s talk about breakfast , it was absolutely awesome! Fresh, hot, and with plenty of variety to suit anyone’s tastes. But the real star of the morning is Hasina, the breakfast chef. She is truly the light of the place. Hasina went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy, well-fed, and taken care of. Her smile, kindness, and warm energy made each morning something to look forward to. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests—she’s not just serving food, she’s serving joy. Throughout my stay, I felt taken care of. The housekeeping staff was courteous and efficient, the amenities were excellent, and every team member I interacted with made sure I had everything I needed. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and truly welcoming hotel experience. The service and comfort of the room were excellent. However I was in room 411 and the AC condensation made the carpet underneath it and around the window constantly damp. The window seal leaked water to the extent that I had to keep a bath towel on it to soak up the water. I took photos and showed front desk but that was the extent of their addressing it. Not worth the hassle of moving rooms. The parking is very tight. The elevator has got to be the slowest elevator in the history of hotel elevators. And one elevator for a hotel of this size is ridiculous. For those reasons I probably would not stay again. The woman running the breakfast during the week is a gem.

This location was conveniently located. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The shower had good water pressure. The breakfast had good choices and the staff were very attentive. There is some road noise due to the busy area.

We got to check in early,a plus! Very nice front desk attendant.The room was clean and comfortable.They had breakfast available until 10:00 am. I walked in at 10:00 and I just wanted to check out what was available. The attendant offered me to take out something. I grabbed a banana and a cinnamon roll.They seemed to be concerned about locals coming in and taking advantage of the complimentary items. I have witnessed that in other hotels,mostly homeless.I would stay here again.

Bathrooms were disgusting, there was even a roach in the bathroom. They would not allow us to change rooms or clean the shower. At the very least we would have accepted the necessary tools to clean it but they have terrible service and would not recommend here.
