Room smelled bad towels smelled bad smelled like they weren't washed I think they gave us the horrible room based on our color (black) because other people (white) seem to not complain about smelly towels or room. Breakfast was good that's it staff was decent but the room was Horrible had to buy candles air sanitizer spray and shower disinfectant cleaner

Swimming pool is a little hidden but at a perfect temperature. Free Parking, Free Breakfast and Unlimited coffee 24hrs a day, what more can you ask for. Will be using Marriot again and signed up to a membership.

Super quiet stay even with a kids soccer team at the hotel. Beautiful view out our window- pond and several birds. The area was very calm on a Saturday so we were able to take a pleasant walk.

I wish the breakfast time was until 10 am all Seven days. The liquid soap bottles were empty and didn’t get filled up when room was cleaned. The safe box was not in the room. When we asked about the safe box, they asked to leave the valuables at the front desk.

The staff is incredibly rude and not accommodating. I had a terrible interaction with a front desk staff member named “Faye”. Zero hospitality. Staff needs better training and it’s start with management.

Breakfast area was gross, garbage overfull, counters where food is was dirty. Outdoor pool has a total of 5 chairs around it, cleaning staff was not friendly and loud. Front desk was friendly and efficient.

Amazing place

The hotel was very clean. It was in a good location with lots around to eat and shop. The front desk clerk, Devonte, was amazing! The room was clean, the beds were soft and comfy, and the water pressure was excellent. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice and was clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Our room has some popcorn or something on the floor when we checked in. Also found hair on sheets on one of the beds. Breakfast was the usual free hotel breakfast. Only stayed one night. Will say it was much cleaner than the DoubleTree down the road.

We booked this location for a one night stay prior to our cruise leaving out of Port Everglades. Upon check-in the staff was very friendly and informative. Our room was very clean and much bigger than expected as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Very comfy bed and a breakfast that gets the job done

This is not like any other Marriott we’ve stayed in anywhere. I had higher hopes as it is in Boca. The staff were pleasant and helpful if you got the right one. Cleanliness and noise were issues. They let masses of children run the halls at night throwing ice and creamers everywhere until nearly midnight. I’d say for nearly 300$ it was disappointing.

2nd room there were squishy water spots under the carpet 3rd room fire alarm was low on battery so the light blinked all night. By that time I gave up switching rooms because I was exhausted and went to sleep. Front desk was very kind and quick to change me rooms.

Breakfast was fairly fresh but food quality was not great. Dining area was only somewhat clean, pull out couch in room was horribly uncomfortable.

Perfect for me

Nice room and clean- but shower didn’t work correctly and water in tub barely drained. We came in middle of night and couldn’t get fixed. Told the front desk in the morning to make sure they fixed before next guests. They don’t really seem to care.

Check-in was easy with friendly employees. Room was clean, beds comfy. Breakfast is ok. I am happy as long as they have a waffle maker and they do!!! Easy free parking on site.

We enjoyed the comfort of our room and the complimentary breakfast. No one enjoyed the pool, it was not cleaned which was disappointing

I spent 3 days at this hotel. The internet would not work. I complained a few times but no one could be bothered to fix it. TV's are supposed to have internet access for Netflix and other online services, but they did not work and no one at the hotel fixed it. If this is important to you, you should stay somewhere else!

I arrived early and it was not a problem to check in. The room was clean and cozy. Asked for extra towels with no problem. Breakfast was a hit with, bacon, sausage, omelets, juice, coffee, tea and you can make your own waffles. There are local restaurants nearby and 15 minutes away from the beach. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and never disappointed. Thanks again Marriott, see you soon!

The breakfast time period seems not to be clear to all employees, as food removal and juice machines were turned off previous to the end time (it was confusing). Overall was good. The AC of the room was leaking and needed to be repaired as the carpet was completely wet. This was attended in a timely manner. In this same topic, we set up the AC unit to be on and it continuously turned off making the room to get hot, like AUTO setting. People from the counter and room service were very polite, friendly and attentive. Pillows need to be replaced or upgraded; those were really uncomfortable to sleep with. Access to I95 was great and very well located near beach area.

Our stay for the most part was great! Breakfast 2 mornings had great choices, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only problem was housekeeping didn't tend to our room, i had to go to front desk to request clean bath towels. Housekeeping was across the hall from us when we left that day so not sure what happened.

My family and I stay in Deerfield Fairfield Inn for a weekend and we had a great experience. Since the moment we walk inside the hotel it feels pleasant. The hotel smells good, very modern decoration, and everything looks very clean. Also the room was nice with enough amount of towels and comfortable beds. We loved the fact that the location of the hotel was so closed to all the places we want to go, including the Deerfield beach and restaurants nearby. In addition, the hot breakfast was really good with plenty of options for everyone. We had a great experience in this hotel and highly recommended.

Just passing through and needed a place to rest. Chose this hotel because its fairly new and I have famiky and friends near by.

Pros: clean room, comfortable beds, convenient location Cons: understaffed or poorly trained staff. Waited on long line to check in. Only 1 staff member available for check ins. On first day, Breakfast items were not replenished on a timely basis and there were no eggs and no coffee for at least 15 minutes. Had to track down employee to point out that they ran out. On day 2 of my stay coffee not hot- just lukewarm. Pillows on bed flattened into pancakes when lain on. Had to stack 4 pillows just to feel like I was sleeping on 1 pillow. For the price I paid, there are better hotels with more competent service and breakfasts.

It’s our second stay at the hotel in a month. Definitely, we will consider it for our next local trips. The only thing that can be improved is breakfast. My son ate an expired yogurt. We only paid attention to the date after he ate it. A hotel full of kids serves expired yogurt? Makes you wonder what else was expired. The lady at the breakfast area was kind of mean. No trash cans around. You have to ask for them, so you can’t even clean after yourself.

Overall the stay was great. Room and bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was a dead roach in the bathroom, hair in the tub and sink and some strands of hair on the “clean” pillows.

The dog park bags were gone and the trash was over the sides of the can. The pet fee was $125 so we certainly should have had those filled. Not really a pet fee; more of a pet robbery. My fault for not asking but that was shocking. The hair conditioner was out, we got 1 towel apiece and the charging port didn’t work. Far from restaurants. Never again

Stay here one for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Continental breakfast was good. Room and facilities were very clean. Free parking. Definitely will stay here in the future.

When we entered our room, there were used towels hanging on a hook in the bathroom. The king bed mattress had two depressions, one on each side of the bed. Was in my opinion worn out and impossible to sleep on comfortably. The shower head was frozen in place and couldn’t be adjusted. Carpet had a chemical smell. Would not stay there again and disappointed in Marriott Bonvoy! Expected more.

breakfast area too busy for 2 young people to handle and no one from staff seemed to help or come to aid. Plus buffet was poor quality. Felt terrible for the young employs who were stuck trying their best. Said something to front desk who was only watching TV.

The rooms had a terrible odor. They changed my room and the bathroom shower curtain did not have an inner liner. The second room also has a bad odor. The best thing was the breakfast at this hotel. Usually Marriott hotels are very good, but there is always an exception.

For being a Marriott the bathroom was not to my expectations. Floors are dirty and sticky and tubs look quite old/dirty looking. Towels should be visibly displayed not hiding under the sink. Additionally, pillows are very flat and would not be goven more than one additional pillow.

Property was better than expected, I loved the breakfast.

Another family member had booked a room at near by. We got off our cruise and had a Lyft take us to that hotel. Customer service was not great. We got to the room to find out it was Disgusting!! I immediately went on hotels.com to find something else. I found Fairfield was a short walk away and highly rated. This was around 11am and their check in is normally 4pm. We arrive and the young man at the desk was so nice. He advised they didn't have rooms available at the moment to check in by he was glad to put our luggage in his office. We waited in the very nice lobby watching a movie while we waited. We were able to check in around 1pm. Got to the room and it was clean and cozy. So thankful they were able to help a traveling Mom.

Pillows were horrible, I would have to remind the staff to clean our room and the air conditioner was so loud.

Wonderful location in a quiet corner but close enough to known restaurants & stores (8 mins away)! Room was up to date on appliances and very clean! I appreciated the front desk staff for being friendly. Free Breakfast was a definite plus!!! Breakfast area was clean and well placed. Incidentals were $20 a night which I am glad because they did have the hold I my card for more than the 7-10 days that was stated to me when I called but other than that I was satisfied with my stay.

I made reservations for king bec they give me 2 queens bed, they didn’t want to give me a refund i had to call my bank to resolve that

Good place to stay overall. Request one king bed at booking but got 2 queen beds instead but was soooo tired because it was very late at night to go and change rooms. Hotel a little outdated but clean overall.

I was greeted by Julie who was amazing! She answered any questions we had and has a great personality. Miss Lisa was amazing! She was super friendly and suggested the Sawgrass Mill for fun shopping and we had dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. Our room was neat and clean. Breakfast got a thumbs up approval from my daughter. I will be staying here again.
