Staff were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was included which included hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties) as well as bagels, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt and a selection of cereal. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is situated far enough away from the busy main area so the hotel is quiet.

The rooms and common areas were spotless, check-in and check-out was seamless. Parking, breakfast, and the other amenities were great. The staff is warm and welcoming. I wondered if it was recently built, as everything was pristine!

The staff were friendly and professional- The breakfast was excellent! My only recommendation would be to improve the lighting in the room. At 79, I don’t see as well as I used to. Better lighting would help.

From the waffles to the eggs and the bacon to the sausage the breakfast was great. Tremendous variety for everyone. Great location and walking distance to the shops and restaurants downtown. I highly recommend.

Breakfast and staff were great, the beach shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. Very convenient when going down to the beach. The air wasn’t as cold as we would have liked, but it was ok for the time we were there. The parking was gated and secure, which was great for peace of mind.

It was a beautiful room and the location is fantastic. We had one of the best dinners in a long time at Dadas. I even forgot my bathing suit in the room and they said they will mail it back to me next week. Grateful to have found a new place to stay while visiting Delray Beach ⛱️ I wish they had bathtubs just because I like to soak after a long day of snorkeling and shelling.

There three days and no room service. With the price we paid, I expect clean towels daily. I was charged for a bottle of water and found out about it after we checked out. Took a lot of phones call to finally get the front desk to dispute the charge. Not the best process.

The faculty decor was excellent. The space in the room was also great. The overall cleanliness and layout all good The location is close to beach and nightlife area which is great. The area surrounding is still up and coming so not so great yet.

Front desk staff needs more training how to treat guest. They are the face of the business. We met a lady in the afternoon that was very cut and dry. A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time. Very rude. Only during our departure that we met Ms. Shavin during our checkout. She was nice. Besides that, breakfast is a little poor considering Marriott standard and price.

Lobby was nice. Check in was efficient. We brought our dog. Being on the first floor with easy access to dog friendly exit with doggie bags readily available was nice. It appeared that the room we were given hadn't been maintained. The mini fridge's shelves were broken so you couldn't put food and drink into it properly. The shower had a large crack in it. There was no conditioner in the shower and though we asked the manager to please put some in during our stay , it didn't happen. It was the most expensive Fairfield Inn we have ever stayed in, likely because Delray is a pricey area, but the room and service was in no way worth the high cost. We do appreciate that the manager gave us some compensation but we wouldn't go back.

For starters the hotel is trash. As soon as you get out of your car there are people asking you for money and when you tell the front desk they blow it off. The front desk was fairly uneducated on how to check us in with the rooms being prepaid on booking.com. The rooms were filthy!! No bags in the trash cans, there were brown stains on the walls and some kind of pile up of god knows what on the floor. Not to mention the “complimentary breakfast” was disgusting. You could tell it was reheated over and over. While we were in the dining area a homeless person banged on the door trying to come in for free food. We will never stay there again!! Absolutely disgraceful

Good variety for breakfast. Parking was available in a gated lot as well as just outside the entrance. Since the blocks surrounding this hotel didn't have the safest feel, we were happy to be able to use the gated lot. Room was in great condition. Staff (aside from 1 housekeeper) was excellent. Every other person I encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk went above & beyond when we ran into an issue.

Had a 5 days stay at the place with the kids. Really enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Also, the hotel was very close to Atlantic avenue and to the main attractions. Definitely recommend this hotel for future stays.

The hotel is in a great spot on Atlantic Avenue, very clean, great breakfast. It was cery clean and the room was spacious. My 2nd time staying here, will choose it again.

The hotel room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Also, the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, and everything was labeled. My only issue was that the orange juice was out of service. Nonetheless, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and modern amenities.

Everything was great until the AC did not work throughout the night. I was disappointed. At one point at dawn we put the AC on 66 and I don’t think the temperature got even to 70.

Customer service was good; breakfast was good (standard fare for this level hotel); there were 3 adults in our room and the sofabed mattress was like a flimsy box spring. I can't imagine anyone being able to sleep on it. BEWARE!

Our stay here was pleasant, some of the staff members were courteous and professional some of the others were indifferent. Overall I would stay here again. A woman at the front desk by the name of Florida was absolutely amazing. Flo was extremely pleasant and helpful she did everything to make our stay pleasurable.

This hotel was nice great breakfast however the bed mattress was like sleeping on concrete it was horrible and let me say my husband and I only got a few hours of sleep a night due to how hard it was. Seriously it was like sleeping on a concrete floor.

Staff was kind. Hotel was clean and very well decorated. No charge for parking. The AC in the room was a bit loud. They granted a late checkout - very grateful for that. Housekeeping kept stopping by. I get It but it kinda defeated the purpose.

Great location. The hotel is nice, but they use WAY too much air freshener. The gentleman that checked me in didnt smile once. I wouldnt say he was rude...just absolutely not friendly.

The staff was amazing during check-in. Was able to accommodate requests and very polite. Not sure I would walk around this area at night as it's a bit sketchy, but was conveniently located to everything. Would definitely recommend

I didn't like that the cable was out for most of my stay. It eventually was rectified.

My husband and I would go back highly recommended. We arrived late and saw homeless people walking around at first it didnt feel safe but to know your vechile will be safe and is in a locked gate made us feel welcomed. Customer service exceeded our expectations when we mentioned the homeless and the surroundings. They even have a security guard at night just to make it feel safe at night. There was nothing really we didn't enjoy.

My Family was very pleased with our stay at Fairfield. In sweets, the staff was friendly helpful and always accommodating. Throughout our 7 days stay, we would definitely book rooms there again.

Our tv stop showing so we called the front desk he said unplug the cable wait 20 seconds then you'll be back on did that waited 15 minutes nothing did it again still nothing 45 minutes later call the front desk back he tells it's not his problem. Horrible service

Neighborhoods a little seedy, but also close to all the town has to offer.

Overall a good stay and the breakfast buffet is an added bonus when on a trip. And a nice pool area for some outdoor relaxing !

The beds were awful and hard mattress. There were stains on the carpet, and on the bed skirt.

My stay was good, however I was charged an additional $30 on my bill that was not completely understood by me…. My room was $239 + $30 for taxes & fees which came to the amount of $270.07…. However my credit card was charged $300 and I didn’t understand why the extra charges. Communicatiing with the front desk representative…. Didn’t really explain the extra fees of $30 …. I do expect a refund of my $30 that I was over charged

Area did not seem safe

Room was big with high ceilings. I always liked that. Lot of breathing room and not cramped. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was gated which was great because I didn’t know the area well enough to worry about it getting broken into. Check in and Check out was easy and fast. Breakfast was the only letdown. Not a lot to choose from. They had cereal, waffles and bananas pretty much but I ate it and it was fine. Wish they had more options but other than that it was a great stay. Thank you
