A truck with lights came around the corner. His truck was parked next to mine the next morning. There was a camera in my room or in the hall he was monitoring. !?! That truck has been stalking me for 8 months! I never feel safe at this hotel. 3rd time. Never again. Manager was sharp and rude when I came in to verify my 2nd night this weekend.

I didnt like my stay at all due to some very valuable items came up missing out of my room and the staff was no help. You would think the manager would come out and talk to me and my guest being that we were the only ones occupying the room..I have filed a police report and eventually there will be more actions to follow..

Convenient location to wedding venue The ADA room we had was not ADA. The bottom bar in the shower was completely ripped from the wall hanging there by bare, rusty screws. The shower floor was so slick we put a towel in it so we wouldn’t slip. The shower curtain barely met the top edge of the tub so if you weren’t careful the bathroom flooded. Speaking of flooding, the toilet in room 105 leaks from the base sending a stream of water across the floor along the wall. It’s a mold and structural issue waiting to happen. Additionally there is a sign that says cleaning crews will not come unless we ask. We arrived back in thr middle of the day and a crew was in our room. The next morning we realized they had thrown away our reusable coffee cups with lids that we have traveled with for years. Who does that? We will definitely NOT be back and would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

We had to change rooms at 11:45 at night because the bed was terrible, sinking in the middle. The room they moved us to had filthy and stains carpet and there was mold around the tub. We have stayed in this hotel several times and were pleased but this time was not the case.

They have a great parking lot for truck and trailers. Very quiet and peaceful.

Hallway and room had a funny smell, the front desk clerk was asleep, they called our room an hour before check out to remind us to check out, our bed had a dip in the middle from overuse and should have been replaced, hairdryer was broken, the conditioner had been used, and was almost empty. The set up of the hotel was stupid with the only elevators being on the far left-hand side of the hotel. Of course our room was the last one to the far right side of the hotel. There were only three drinks and a couple of snacks you could buy which were behind the counter of the front desk. Overall, it was just annoying and not relaxing at all.

After a long drive one would want a good night’s rest, right? Don’t bother staying here. I laid down about a quarter of the way in on the King size mattress and sank. It felt like the mattress was cut in half and I was falling in between the cracks. When I peeled back the bedding to look and see what was going on, I was horrified! It looked like they had stolen it from the homeless. Stains everywhere. That bed should have been thrown away years ago. No room replacement, no mattress replacement, nothing. I will be calling corporate.

Our room was great! Breakfast was good, although I can't say I recommend the bacon. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub on the first day. The last day, the hot tub was freezing and I don't know if I was supposed to turn it on somehow or not, so it may have just been me. The only issue during the whole trip was that hot water was out all over the building one of the days. But staff was quick to let us know and ask if we wanted to make any changes. We didn't and the hot water was back working by the next afternoon. Overall it was an excellent stay for the value! And a convenient location because Burger King, Arby's, Popeyes, and Panda Express are literally in the parking lot. Several other restaurants are just under the interstate, and there is a very nice little neighborhood park, less than half a mile away!

Breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. Short stay, but all was well. Our tub was leaking water the whole time and we never used it - that was the only “concern”.

The pool is in poor condition. Honestly, I was afraid to get in the water considering the conditions. This is a self-serve hotel. If you need new towels, you will need to get them at the front desk. I requested them in the morning to collect our trash after two days, and came back to the same conditions. They must be very short-staffed as the hotel is dirty. The floors in the breakfast area were disgusting with trash overflowing at 5PM when I went to get forks for our dinner. The only positive I can give is that the front desk staff were polite and tried to meet my needs. Needless to say, the pictures sold me on the pool amenity, and the stay was unsatisfactory.

Staff was courteous. Indoor pool is suppised to be heated but was not. Windows in the pool area were missing panels so 35F outside, not even the hottub was warm. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent.

Had to fight to change rooms because the first room we were put in, the tub would not drain when taking a shower and the shower would not turn on all of the way. After check out, they tried charging me an additional $150 trying to say that a comforter was ripped when I know in fact nothing was ripped.

Room was very dirty and the shower was bad. Shower would have water running all over the bathroom floor and there was bed bugs on our bed.

It was a little warm in the dining area in the first day. I alerted the staff and they took care of it right away. A 24 check in would be better. With traffic we weren’t sure if we were going to make it on time but luckily we did.

Room, staff, key and poor communication or none from the upper management. Of all my years of traveling I had never experienced a hostile environment. From blood and semen stains on bed sheets to how the staff and management handle the situation was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to no one.

Room smelled a little musty but was clean. Hotel location made it a little difficult to get on and off highway but was easy access to the wedding venue. Food was fresh and hot.

My issue is with the room and amenities. Thw bed was way too hard it was like sleeping on a rock infact the floor was almost as comfortable as the bed. My second problem was that you use to cary other options of creamer for coffee and now you only have ine option. You no longer carry the juice like you use too and inly offer apple juice or cranberry juice in little plastic containers. The coffee machine broke but the staff brought out a pot of coffee. Your vending machine was brokenand i have been staying at this location every year for about ten years and was not impressed.The staff was great especially the lady who ran the breakfast area in the morning's. They are the reason i am giving 2 stars instead of 1.

It looks clean enough for what I paid

1) Make sure All linens are clean. The linen on the pull out was dirty. 2) REPLACE THE PULL OUT MATTRESS! The one I TRIED to sleep on was so worn that the floor would have been more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch for my comfort. For a $321 stay ALL of us should have slept in comfort. 3) the TVs need both a universal and the remote that comes with the tv. 4) being that it was a big holiday weekend, and a big football weekend every machine in the building should’ve been working, such as the vending machines and all ice machines plan ahead. Overall, the most I can say about my stay, here is the convenience of the location. The water drains slow out the tub, the tub faucet does not turn off completely, and the hot water was sketchy.

This property was good for my single/short stay purposes. It is right along the freeway, so traffic noise was to be expected but it was no bother in the room.

The first room I got put into had body hair all over the toilet, the second room I got into was an “upgrade” and it had mold all over the shower walls, like fuzzy, black mold. The employees were super nice and always super professional. However, it’s not the cleanest.

The worst of it though was the rooms. Small suite, smelled musty, air conditioner seemed to struggle a bit. Toilet seemed unstable and needed to be recaulked. Office chair falling apart. On Google it has two stars but the hotels.com made it seem like it was much nicer than it was. It was pretty clean but the hotel in general needs a renovation.

After this I informed hotel.com and they tried calling hotel back and they wouldn’t answer ir respond phone calls. Very very poor staff. And they should hire personnel that know how to speak or understand English .

Very well-maintained hotel with friendly, efficient staff

This hotel was exactly what my wife and I needed. For the price, you really get the most bang for your buck. The bed was so comfortable I slept like I was late for the school bus again. The staff were super friendly, and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise—cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. I basically saved on two meals right there. Highly recommend!

Booked a month in advance and when we show up to the front desk attendant said we only have one double queen bed room available that is clean. I booked 2 room for this set up. That is what I needed. Very poorly managed. They made us wait 10 min will she check with her manager then gave us a king room with a sofa sleeper. Sofa sleepers are not the same quality of bed as two queen beds. So very disappointed in there services.

Overal was good, they do charge $15 a day for pet fee even though it didnt state that on the description. So know that. I stayed on the back and there were a couple of men working on a diesel truck all day for both days i was there. Wasnt enough to make me wish to leave but it was annoying, just turn up your tv more! Lol

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and were very happy that the pool/hot tub area was open late especially after a long day of traveling. Our room was also very clean. The breakfast area was extremely hot but we just took our food back to our room to eat peacefully with the a/c on.

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and patient through my delays and canceled flight. Room was as advertised, clean and comfortable.

This property is filthy. Carpets are dirty dust everywhere. They have roaches in the breakfast area and employees who sit around and visit with each other while the food in the serving line is uneatable.

For the price, not a bad visit at all. I would recommend it if looking for a feesable option and I would not hesitate visiting again.

We only stayed one night. We arrived and 12am and left at 8am. We found a roach in the bathroom but, were too tired to complain. My friend in another room said 2 of her towels were dirty and stained.

The bed was lumpy, soft and itchy. No maid service, my garbage wasn't emptied. I had to take my towels to the front dest and get new ones and they didn't have any wash clothes for me.

Old carpet, musty smell everywhere, bed is bad mattress and small lumpy pillows. Would not stay again. Needs to renovate. Smoke detector flashed right over the bed all night. Stay away if you have allergies.

Key cards did not work, over a 2-night trip, we accumulated 6 room keys. Shower was definitely a negative; almost no water pressure.

Carpet was dirty and the sink vanity had not been washed down. Bed was very comfortable.

We checked in and the desk clerk did his best but never could get the card reader for my credit card to work. Had to manually input the information. The blow dryer in the bathroom did not work nor did the bathroom wall plug. However it was a convenient room for us since we had our puppy with us and had to take him out every once in a while.

Like the water fall on property. Maintenance needs to be better.

This is a very nice hotel we stay in each time we visit the area.

We had an accessible suite- Rm 318. It was large and very clean. However, for me, the “accessible “ part was not impressive. Walkway area and doors were wide for wheelchairs and there was one grab bar above the outside edge of the tub. That was all as far as handicap accessible goes. I was expecting a tall toilet- not one that was very low and hard to get up from(nothing to grab on to), no walk-in shower and as in most hotels, countertops were high if you are short or in a wheelchair. I have serious back issues and would also like to advocate for a recliner (not one that rocks) for these rooms, as I cannot sleep in a bed. It is very painful, and I’m sure I’m not the only one.. We almost cannot travel anymore because of this, but would really like to be able to do so. This was an emergency though, so I just had to go without sleep for 2 days. Would love to see hotels address these issues in the future.

This place is run down full of small gnats, the laundry doesn’t work dryer is out of order the whole time never even fixed it the vending machine out of order. This place is nasty needs a major face lift breakfast was cold and nasty just all around don’t stay here.

Told I could check in at 18 multiple times, get there, they refused to let me check in. Currently waiting on my refund at the Fairfield Marriott 3 minutes down the road. Very rude staff as well, and unprofessional

Several problems: Housekeeping didn't come by once in 3 days. The TV didn't work. I constantly had to have my room key reprogrammed because it stopped working all the time. The "highlight" was thr coffee maker, which didn't work. When it started smoking and smelling burnt I went downstairs. The young man wasn't concerned about it and just took a note. I was eventually able to pull the fridge out do I could unplug the coffee maker.

Water never got hot and water pressure was bad in the shower.

Facility was slightly dated but not to the point of feeling rundown. Perfectly fine. I had a second floor room overlooking train tracks for light commuter rail. They are either exceptionally quiet rail cars or this building had the most marvelously effective insulation I ever encountered because two trains went by (that I witnessed) and not a sound was heard in the room. Overall a pleasant stay and I will be happy to return there another time. Oh- the hot water and water pressure were fantastic.

We stayed here for my son to attend admitted students day at University of North Texas. The room was extremely clean, breakfast was amazing and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again!

When we got to room we discovered dirty mirrors. Then pulled back blankets and the sheets where dirty and you could tell they where not changed from the last guest. The couch had crumbs and a noise ring sitting on the couch along with black matter all over. The bathtub had build-up around the tub. We went down to front desk the lady was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience that we came to ask her to change our room or have someone clean it. It took them an additional 3 hours to clean it before we could get into our room.

I just wasn't impressed with this hotel. Because of my busy schedule that weekend, I really needed an early check-in. I should have called, but didn't because the hotel was just a few minutes from where I needed to be. So I went over about 2 p.m. and asked to check in. I was rudely told that there were NO rooms available (check-out was at 11 a.m. and check-in was a 3 p.m.) We were told they had an event the prior evening and didn't have any rooms clean yet. But, if I came back in an hour, they woud have a room ready. The whole thing was very off putting. I've never had that issue before. The room we got wasn't cleaned - my daughter found a clump of hair from someone else on the floor - so obviously it wasn't well vacuumed. The air kept short cycling. There were chips missing in the soap dish in the bathtub. The best part of the stay was the comfortable fluffy blankets.

There were children running around above us jumping off beds running back and forth. We asked for another room but told none available.

I went to breakfast at 7. Very limited on eggs and sausage for the crowd they had. They were in no hurry to replenish it. At 8:30 I did get a small amount of eggs but in the hour and a half I waited there wasn’t any more sausage brought out. The beds were very comfortable and the room was not unpleasant.

The staff was very rude and inattentive. I waited at the lobby for 15 minutes for someone to come so I can get towels. The receptionist eventual came out and said to go look for the cleaning service to get towels. After checking out we forgot some items in the closet. We called for an hour for no answer. Eventually someone answered and we basically had to beg for her to help us. When we went to pickup the item the staff in the lobby were rude and made an insulting comment about us forgetting an item.

My wife and I feel a refund is in order.

The overall stay was good. When we checked in our room, we pulled back our sheets and noticed that one of the beds did not look like it had been changed. We called downstairs and they very quickly came up and changed our bedsheets. We are not convinced that the room had been cleaned. We did find some trash and smudges in different places. It was one of the lowest cost hotels in the area. The hot tub and pool were very clean, but the chlorine was very strong. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it.

The staff made a good effort to provide me an alternate room after I discovered the heat didn’t work in the original room. They also met my request to be in a quiet area away from the elevator.

First room we were given was room 305, there were tiny bugs crawling all over both beds. We went back to the service desk and were given keys to room 312, one bed was fairly clean and the second bed had dirt and yellow staining on sheet. We stripped the one bed of the stained sheet and gave the cleaner of the two beds to the children. Decided the next day that driving through the night home was better than staying another night. We have stayed at the hotel several times and it seems every time we have come to stay it has gotten worse and worse, this may have been the last time we visit this establishment.

Booked a room here during a volleyball tournament. Our rooms air unit had a bad buzz and the staff would not let us change rooms so we just had to leave it unplugged the whole night. Thank goodness it wasn't summer time. Then the next morning we had to listen to people getting freaky multiple times so we weren't sure if it was a prostitute or sex trafficing.

We never got to stay there because we got snowed in, hundreds of miles away— and still had to pay for the whole stay. Even tho we paid for protection.

Would never recommend staying at this hotel with a family. The pool was too cold for our 10 month old to use. We purchased the insurance plan and hotel would not reimburse for our last night stay when travel plans changed. The hotel was dirty. Non of the hand sanitizer were full.

I was very disappointed in our stay. As soon as we arrived to put our drinks in the refrigerator, there was leftover food inside. The shower was molded and the coffee maker in the room had mold inside. The next morning we woke up to eat breakfast and while waiting for my toast, there was a cockroach roaming under the serving trays. And another cockroach where the coffee maker was.

Saw a cockroach coming out of the bathroom this morning. I’m so disappointed because I would have given 5 stars across the board. The staff were all very kind. Several food options nearby and the room appeared to be very clean. Good breakfast options. The bed was so comfortable. I slept great. Room was quiet.

A request for repair of the a/c and toilet handle was ignored... no towels in room and the front desk did nothing to attempt to help... It was a terrible experience....

The people where not very friendly the bed was uncomfortable had u big dip in it , the hot tub had so much chlorine it made my eyes burn the vending machines didn’t work. I will not stay at this hotel again in fact o stayed at another comfort inn in the area and it was worse I think I will find a new hotel chain to stay at.

Unfortunately we had to switch rooms because there were bugs in the first room we got the second and still found some. It wasn’t as many so we just dealt with it. Both rooms had multiple stains on the floors and couch’s. There was also a kind of musty odor in the rooms and hallways. It seemed like all of the above may be a floor wide issue.

I have stayed here many times during certain work weeks. All of the staff have been amazing and accommodate all needs! Way to go To the entire team!

I'm not sure how old this hotel is, but it could use some updating. The bathtub soap holder and tub were scratched. It took me forever figure out how to turn on the shower, even though it started dripping when I turned the water on. There were no USB plugs anywhere in the room -- very inconvient as almost everyone has some sort of device that needs charging while staying there. On the plus side, there were plenty of electrical outlets, and the air conditioner worked well.

Me and my boyfriend got this last minute and it was very nice. Room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Shower dripped the whole time. The WiFi was spotty and kicked me off the internet while I was on a teams call. Ended up hotspotting from my phone. Outlets on lamp next to bed didn’t work.

Waited 15 minutes for staff when checking in. Vending machine out of order, hot tub out of order. Room ac wouldnt cool. Staff was gruff and short most interactions.
