If you Join their BonVoy group membership they waive the parking fee. Also the breakfast is amazing and they have balcony suites for Business and fun! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay near downtown and awesome food spots

The rooms were clean and had a nice view of the city. The complimentary breakfast was a 8/10.

Very clean, well laid out. Our room was very nice and clean, big shower. Great location if attending an event at Empower Stadium.

Parking was 45.00 a day. Found hairs on the "clean sheets". Staff was very friendly. Close to several good restaurants.

This hotel is in a great location. It's clean and the daily breakfast was great. If you are going to an event downtown, this is the hotel for you. Having to pay $ 45 for parking is disappointing. There's plenty of street parking, but there is also quite a bit of homeless people around, so you take a chance parking on the street.

Nice clean place. Pool is only 3ft deep. Parking was out on the street or pay $45 to park in the garage for a night. Parking spaces are also pretty tight in there. But bed was comfy and clean.

Great stay! The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It was not far of a walking distance to Ball Arena for concerts.
- 3/5
One should be aware that parking costs $45. May have missed this when booking, but pretty steep price to park. The Hampton inn next door is a cheaper option with free parking despite a bit higher room price.

Great breakfast. Clean. Walking distance to the concert we attended.

From check in to check out everything was great

Nothing!!
- 5/5
Everything was so clean and modern. The quality and variety. of the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Nothing!!
- 4/5
Overall a nice stay. Staff were very professional and the hot breakfast had good options for a healthy choices. The pool and workout room were nice - tip the gym has filtered water available all day. I dropped a star because the bed and pillows were way too soft for us. In fact the bed had permanent indentations where people sleep with a higher space in the middle. The property is also close to the river trail to walk and explore downtown.

Pool wasn’t what expected. Breakfast was great
- 5/5
The room I got with the balcony. It was a beautiful view and everything. my little one enjoyed the swimming pool.
- 2/5
The pool is disgusting and very small, they say you can do street parking but there is no where even remotely close to park so then you have to pay $45 a night to park at your own hotel in the park garage which is full of homeless people and vomit. The housekeepers were very nice but you had to ask for them to come at all for a 4 night stay.
- 5/5
Our family loves this hotel, we always stay here when we arent traveling with our pets. Its location is key, especially the amount of places to eat near the hotel and shop. This added convience to our trip.We love this place because evertime we have stayed here the staff is friendly and helpful, great shopping near by, great places to eat and having access to downtown Denver without staying downtown is great!
- 5/5
Clean and all staff we encountered where friendly and looked to enjoy their jobs.
- 3/5
My problem was i needed a hotel downtown cause i was on foot that day. It is not downtown close but no. I paid more for a city view all i

Food was the standard selection of inoffensive breakfast items. My wife and kids enjoy it as they are very hungry in the morning. I rarely eat breakfast, but the items offered are the same at every hotel we stay at.
- 5/5
Our stay was awesome!! Our room was clean and even smelled good. The bed was nice and firm. We did not wake up with aches or pains. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Loved the breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly. We did not use the pool, but the pool area appeared clean. I will happily stay here again. I payed to use the parking garage and will do that the next time as well, it was a $45 fee.
- 5/5
We had a great time
- 5/5
Parking was not great
- 3/5
Breakfast was good .view was beautiful but thw mattresses was bad condition effected my back and cause sleeping issues
- 2/5
Breakfast was pretty typical for anywhere. Parking was ridiculous. $45 a night to park in the pakring lot, or you can park on the street. Its in a weird spot
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
The views of downtown Denver, Elitches and the holiday drone show were unmatched. Even the breakfast room and lobby had lovely views. So convenient to downtown and the Highlands neighborhood for dining and drinks. Will definitely choose this location again.
- 4/5
The hotel and room were very clean.
- 5/5
There is plenty of free street parking, and the neighborhood felt safe. The continental breakfast had a large selection of items to choose from. Very good food.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Parking a little pricey per night
- 5/5
They paid parking felt very safe, and there was some free parking available also.

- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice and clean and within walking distance of Ball Arena where we were going to see a concert. Everything you could need is within walking distance. The staff was friendly, helpful, and also constantly working and doing something hotel oriented. Unlike other places I’ve stayed where I would see staff talking and standing around when clearly there were things that needed attention.
- 5/5
Clean Room, Helpful staff
- 3/5
Yea
- 4/5
Only problem I had was that if you come back to the room later than 9 pm. The parking garage is full and I was charged $35 a day for parking. So I had to park in a handicap parking spot.
- 5/5
The staff was very attentive.
- 5/5
Check in was so smooth, such nice staff available when needed
- 4/5
The view was amazing of Denever downtown, and of the stadiums near by. The only down fall is that since your close to the nearby highway/freeway you can hear the cars all night and police sirens. Woke us up twice.
- 5/5
Nice, quiet room, super comfy bed, fabulous view. Standard complementary breakfast fare. Pleasant staff. Street parking is free. $35/night hotel parking garage. Convenient location near Empower Field, Ball Arena, and I-25.
- 5/5
Property was clean , bed very comfortable. Breakfast options were good . Easy access to Hwy, ball games , LoHi and downtown Denver . I would definitely stay here again .
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. I stayed 3 nights and I was told that I would not get room cleaning during that time. They only had one elevator working which created long wait time for it to arrive. Room was clean and nice.
- 2/5
Charging for parking in underground garage, a large Pickup truck will Not fit in. No other parking available. One elevator working. No parking to check in. Will NOT stay here again.
- 5/5
Perfect spot for our girls reunion weekend! The suite was a great option for all 5 of us to stay together. The location was great, very central to all the things we wanted to do. And we loved having breakfast at the hotel. Absolutely would book this property again!
- 4/5

- 1/5
The pool is tiny and gross. My pool in my backyard is bigger. The elevator does not work correctly. The room like other reviews had odd marks and stains.
- 5/5
Breakfast was better than expected
- 5/5
The property was easy to find in a quieter part of downtown Denver. It was easy access to restaurants and Ball Arena. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The location of the Fairfield Inn and suites downtown was ideal and perfect. Very walkable to numerous restaurants breakfast lunch and dinner. Walkable to the pedestrian walkovers over to the downtown area. Great access to bus stops. It was so clean and new. The staff was terrific breakfast hot breakfast was wonderful. The only thing that it needed was new cushions on the two balcony chairs on the second level.
- 5/5
The hotel is in great condition. Rooms were modern and spacious. Staff was friendly and competent. GREAT location with easy walking into downtown and other areas.
- 5/5
Love LoHi neighborhood. The hotel had a great breakfast and views. We ended up staying extra nights and enjoyed the king suite w mountain, city views. Will def stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was SO great!!! Very accommodating
- 5/5
Very nice room.
- 1/5
They’re were stains all over the room. We were tired so didn’t bother the staff but
- 4/5
The location and view are awesome
- 5/5
I have stayed there four different times in the last couple years and I've been very pleased with the service the cleanliness of your rooms and the staff, they're extremely friendly and helpfull with directions to restaurants and sports centers
- 5/5
Clean room and convenient location to empower field stadium!
- 3/5
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, there was no coffee table, just empty space. When we checked in, the night clerk didn't tell us anything about the hotel. The hotel has limited parking at $35 dollars per night, or you can take a chance with the limited and packed street parking. There is a sort of Tavern in the lobby that is never open and the clerk cannot tell you when it would be open. Prices in the lobby store are extremely high. I was charged $5.00 for a Peanut Butter & Jelly cookie. The hotel is positioned between a main street and the highway so the traffic noise combined with the emergency vehicle sirens was not pleasant.
- 4/5
Went to check in and stood in the lobby for over 20 minutes and even called the front desk and watched it ring. There was nobody around. Finally the elevator opened and a worker walked out of the elevator
- 5/5
Beautiful view. Friendly staff
- 4/5
The television in our room (341) has a loose connection on the input a/v cable resulting in occasional pixelation and loss of signal. Wiggling the cable provides a temporary fix but it does not last.
- 1/5
Parking at the hotel was insanely expensive.
- 3/5
I like that the hotel was clean. And enjoyed the free breakfast. I did not like the location of the hotel. Not much to do that was in walking distance. Did not realize there was a $35 park fee per night. We did park on the road for free, but wasn’t sure every night if we would have a parking space to come back to. Came down a little late for breakfast and the milk was just locked up. We asked one of the workers if she could please get two chocolate milks, one for my wife and my son. She went to the back and purposely just grabbed one chocolate milk, and gave it to my wife. That made us a little sad:(. Also, the pool was very small.
- 2/5
When I check in on a Friday it was Left over food from the previous person that was in the room, I talk to staff they said they was going to clean it, I was there 4 days no one never came, the manager Patrick thought I was lying but refused to see for himself, then tell me "it's hard to believe because he have one of the cleanest hotel in the city" then lied and said since no one came to clean the room he will take off my parking and never did
- 5/5
EXCELLENT HOTEL!! VERY clean. Friendly staff and the walk in showers??? WOW. WOW. WOW!!
- 5/5
Great hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I return to Denver.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the room was nice. My only complaint is that you couldn't close the window curtains.
- 5/5
Very convenient location
- 5/5
This was a great hotel! We stayed here for an Avs game and it was quiet and clean!
- 3/5
Room had a weird smell, had plumbing issues, and then at 6 a.m. they had guys come in and do construction on the room below us, and woke us up banging and stuff, i feel like they could have started later.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Felt like a 5 star resort
- 2/5
Booked for a king size bed 5 months before our stay. Checked in for our room and the room had 2 double beds. I went back to the front desk and talked to Pirty and she said because my room was booked through a third party (hotel.com) they gave me whatever they had left. I told her we paid for a king size bedroom months ago. She stated there was nothing she could do. Following morning, went to have breakfast because it was includes. They were out of almost everything and what little they had was cold. Times for their breakfast is 630-930, we went 830-845. I wasn’t very happy with this stay. Never encountered any of these issues before.
- 5/5
I liked the cleanliness and the customer service was great!!
- 5/5
Pool was nice and liked that it wasn’t too deep for kids but it was coooold.
- 5/5
Love this place!!
- 4/5
Quiet hotel in spite of being close to the airport. Nice neighborhood. Breakfast was included but typical poor quality American breakfast with no whole-wheat bread, scrambled eggs made from carton boxes instead from actual eggs etc. The gym was very small and had only three machines. No restaurant and the bar was a closet. Otherwise reasonable and good value for the money.
- 4/5
Location of the hotel wasn’t bad especially for the price but where it’s located doesn’t seem too reassuring for your vehicle. And the parking isnt nice since the parking garage is under the hotel and have to go to the second floor to check in. If you don’t pay for the parking you’ll have to park on the street and doesn’t feel too safe to do that because of where it’s located
- 5/5
Great view and breakfast!
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
- 5/5
View of stadium from room, Continental breakfast good.
- 5/5
Our tv wasn’t working and the awesome man working the front desk immediately hooked us up with a new room which was amazing! He was so helpful and kind. Had a great stay before the Broncos game!
- 5/5
Best Denver stay i’ve ever had! Everyday i enjoyed the free breakfast and then the pool , the bathtub of course so all in all i had a wonderful stay!
- 5/5
Very convenient and close to destination. Parking felt secure for small price added. Room was very clean and updated. Nice and quiet, especially with being so close to downtown Denver. Will stay again!!
- 5/5
Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good walking access (for adults and larger children) to Elitches, Aquarium, and Ball Arena.
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Not far from Ball arena
- 4/5
Great location, about a mile from downtown Denver. Nice view from the breakfast area. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Had couple of rough nights due to that.
- 4/5
Great stay, close to the venue
- 5/5
Definitely recommend staying here
- 5/5
The stay was fantastic. Front desk staff was very nice and got us checked in quickly. Offered us a bottle of water. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plenty of options. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean, safe and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel. Convenient to sporting arenas. Bathroom could have had better lighting or a makeup mirror. Also the stopper in the sink didn’t work.
- 5/5
Great place to stay- staff was amazing, room clean and quiet with a comfy bed
- 5/5
We had a nice experience it was really clean and safe great customer service we really recommend this place
- 5/5
Great stay. Able to walk around town. On street parking was nice to avoid garage parking fee.
- 5/5
I love this property!
- 5/5
Great location for Elitvhs and Ball Arena. On site parking available
- 5/5
It was easy access to everything we wanted to do
- 3/5
Was nice and clean but if you dont get the parking pass which was $30 then you had to park is street where you didn’t have much space or had to park blocks away. Breakfast wasn’t good. Requested stuff they were out of, and what they had we had to go get it ourselves because they didn’t have staff to watch desk. But bed was very comfortable and clean rooms!
- 5/5
Great stay, very healing and friendly staff
- 1/5
Misleading pictures and 30 per night for parkinglot?
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel. I was a little put off initially by it being so close to the highway but it was easy to walk, bike or scooter to downtown. The neighborhood behind the hotel was very cute. Very good experience
- 4/5
Friendly. Walking distance to many activities.
- 4/5
Overall nice property but walls are thin and AC/heating sucks
- 5/5
There is not a lot of paid parking available but if you find street parking it is free.
- 4/5
The staff was real friendly on check in and check out. I would have given them more stars but there was only one elevator working and it was pretty slow plus it was $30.00 a night to park. I don't mind paying for parking but that seems a bit excessive. The breakfast area could use a furniture update, plus the toaster only had one available side to us. But it was in a good location of the places we went to. I would stay at the property again.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Overall nice stay. Don’t understand why we were charged an extra $10 for 2nd night stay. Maybe because we asked for a later checkout but they never said anything about a surcharge for that. We also ended up checking out early.
- 5/5
Super close to the Ball Arena!
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms..
- 5/5
Nothing at this time
- 4/5
Very clean, great service. No parking available due to concert. Breakfast was mediocre.
- 3/5
Nice hotel and a great location. We have stayed at Fairfield a couple times now when we go to Denver. The staff is friendly the rooms are clean and the breakfast was good. The only negative was the mattresses because the 2nd night was painful on my hips.
- 5/5
Wasn't to far from anything
- 5/5
Wonderful. Great location. Clean.
- 5/5
The room was excellent (quiet, blackout curtains, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge). The breakfast was excellent. It was a convenient walk to shops and restaurants. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
I like how close it was to the city of Denver. Was able to walk around the neighborhood for lunch and dinner. Was able to use the laundry at the hotel too! The only complaint I have is that there was no way to get quarter change for the machines. The front desk did not have any quarters nor was there any ATMs that dispensed coins. Thankfully the gas station and small corner store was open and was able to give me $3 in quarters in exchange for my bills.
- 5/5
nice access to downtown
- 5/5
Our family has used this hotel several times. It is our go too when we are passing through Denver. It's always nice and clean. The housekeepers have always been very kind and helpful during our stays. This hotel offers a great location, close to downtown Denver, Ball Arena, Meow Wolf, Union Station, Restaurants, shopping, etc. There is off street parking at this hotel (free) there is also a parking garage for guests for a fee. Overall a great solid hotel.
- 4/5
Biggest disappointment was not being able to use the rooftop bar on 4th of July to see the magnificent vantage point this property offers. Missed opportunity both in revenue and marketing power for this location.
- 5/5
All everything was very good.
- 5/5
Easy access right off interstate. We walked to the ballpark from hotel. Very clean hotel with friendly staff.
- 5/5
Staff is great and place is very clean. Only a two block walk from the Disneyland entrance. Disney fireworks can be enjoyed from the hotel.
- 5/5
Property is very clean and very well taken care of. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of the city and many great establishments within waking distance. Going back during winter!
- 4/5
The entrance was so confusing
- 5/5
Very clean and newly updated
- 5/5
Great room, location, and staff!
- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 5/5
Good location and good price
- 5/5
The room with balcony, the place is beautiful.
- 5/5
everything was great but elevators took to long, think short handed on front desk had to wait...but other than that great stay. will stay again.
- 5/5
Good stay. Breakfast had good options. Clean hotel courteous staff.
- 4/5
My only negative comment is that you need to request to get clean towels every day.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice upon check in. Room was clean and had your essential toiletries available. Will definitely stay again when I return to Denver.
