Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests praising the friendly staff and comfortable beds, but also expressing concerns about cleanliness, noise, and outdated facilities. Some guests felt the hotel was good value for the price, while others found it overpriced for the quality of the accommodations.
- Friendly staff
- Comfortable beds
- Cleanliness issues
- Outdated facilities

Very clean and great breakfast. This is my second stay and I will continue when staying overnight in Denver.
- 5/5
A nice hotel that has been well maintained. Beds are super comfortable, good breakfast, ample parking, and overall a great stay. Not much in the immediate area, but just about everything within a 5 mile drive.
- 4/5
Bed comfortable. Breakfast good. Coffee great. Noise issue on the top floors need to be taken care of.
- 3/5
Everything about the hotel was great but the location is right next to the freeway. Room was very noisy with traffic noise all night. Didn’t sleep well at all.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and put together
- 5/5
The first room that we were put in had a few issues, but once we brought it up to the staff, our rooms were switched almost immediately, and they were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever had help me during a stay. For example, I’m visually impaired, and I had trouble figuring out where the food was for breakfast, so I went to the front desk to get some help, but instead of just pointing me in the right direction the person that was behind the desk went as far as to sit me down and make a plate for me. I would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Great and clean place
- 5/5
We had a good experience, the room was clean and comfortable, ample parking space and very nice staff
- 5/5
Very kind and helpful staff. Parking was excellent, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast filled us up nicely and made a great start to our day. Would gladly stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 4/5
This is a remodeled Holiday Inn from a much older hotel. They’ve done a good job, but I will say pulling up I had my doubts. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a view of downtown and a Uber took 10 min. Or so to get downtown based on time and traffic. For the price it was with it.
- 1/5
Room was filthy wad of hair in the toilet and hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, room floor was not sweep and also dirty. Tables at breakfast were not bust or wiped. Would not recommend although the morning assistant was very helpful with a flat tire that I had.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 2/5
Bad job cleaning room. And noisy
- 5/5
Would recommend.
- 1/5
It is too noisy to sleep.
- 1/5
The room was clean but the common areas were not. Breakfast was good. The hotel is noisy. Also, if you are handicapped beware! The alarms went off during our stay and we were on the 7th floor with NO WAY to get out of the hotel. Elevators were not working and staff couldn’t be reached. Definitely a huge safety issue.
- 4/5
Plenty of parking, air condition noisy and pointing right at you
- 4/5
Nice clean room.
- 5/5
The staff were accommodating, particularly Jasmine! Would absolutely stay here again! Great breakfast selection included and 24 hour coffee! Only real issue was traffic noise, but that's too be expected being directly adjacent to I25. I do recommend that the handicap parking have better nighttime lighting and that repairs be made to the black top so that debris isn't tripped over.
- 4/5
Clean and updated. Rooms are a bit small and the highway is loud but would stay again for the easy location, free breakfast, and free parking.
- 4/5
Staff was good and very courteous considering the busy weekend
- 4.5/5
It was very clean, plenty of parking and easy to access off I-25
- 4.5/5
It was very clean, plenty of parking and easy to access off I-25
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Front desk staff was great! Check-in was easy. Breakfast offerings were decent! Unfortunately, there was a hotel wide TV outage for over 12 hours which left us with kind of a negative view of the property. Weather outside was cold and rainy so couldn't use the pool - with not much left to do, being without one of the most basic amenities for our entire stay was somewhat disappointing!
- 4/5
Exactly met expectations for this class of hotel. Arrive, sleep, leave. No complaints, nothing extraordinary.
- 4/5
And shoutout to breakfast team they have done a good job
- 4/5
Realmente muy cómodo y las habitaciones muy limpias
- 3.5/5

- 2/5
This hotel is extremely loud as it's located right next to I-25. You will hear traffic all night, including what sounds like drag racing. So if you're a lighter sleeper, I highly recommend something else. It's also located in an industrial area so there's very little nearby, no restaurants. The staff were very nice, but our room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of hair still on the floor of our bathroom. Continental breakfast is robust, lots of options.
- 4.5/5
Everything was great. Just as you’d expect. They gym was great and the breakfast was as expected. Location wasn’t great because it was far from the city. Noisy at night due to being close to the highway.
- 3/5
Parking was fine. Breakfast was great. Cereals to hot food everyday. Yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, agels, toasts, juices, coffee, biscuits/gravy, sausage, premaid omelets, scrambled eggs.
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable
- 3/5
Hot tub was out of service. Front desk is in different building. Hotel was quiet and close to restaurants and the interstate
- 5/5
Clean room, very flexible stuff and good breakfast
- 5/5
I spend one night only at this hotel and the room was super clean. Breakfast is good, different options to eat. The hotel is on the side of the freeway so it can be a little bit noise but not too bad. Other than that I definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable and was in a super convenient location would stay here again
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Hotel is so close to the highway the rooms are very loud. The property is well maintained but could use new sliding glass doors to block out noise. with a great staff
- 5/5
It’s a nice experience with me staff were really helpful breakfast was good
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
Average hotel and rooms, staff were great and very friendly. Good deal for the price.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great, one of the best. Parking was nice.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and breakfast was excellent, and coffee was good.
- 5/5
Breakfast fresh each day we were there it was different so that was nice parking was safe and convenient
- 4/5
The fire alarm is located right outside of the bathroom sliding door. When you shower, the steam sets the alarm off. I called the front desk and was told it happens often. The alarm is very loud and disturbing.
- 5/5
Wonderful property and both ladies very helpful 😀
- 5/5
Clean room awesome staff. Facility has a lot of parking. Enjoyed my stay 10/10 would recommend
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Staff was very nice.
- 4/5
Too much freeway noise.
- 5/5
Everything was nice, the room was clean. Breakfast food was good but a little cold. No Bible in room and the toilet paper and tissue were not the best quality.
- 5/5
Did have breakfast
- 5/5
Delicious breakfast
- 5/5
We were here 2 years ago before the remodel and it is so much better this time around then last time.
- 5/5
The young lady that checked me in was awesome. Clean, good breakfast, wish it opened earlier on weekends,
- 3/5
Everything about the hotel is good except for the location. It is close to the freeway and you can hear all the noise from the freeway all night long. I have to use my airpods just to be able to sleep.
- 4/5
I had a very comfortable stay! The taco shop across the parking lot was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. The gym was a little sparse but had what I needed. Breakfast was fine for a hotel one, but I did wish there was more fruit to choose from. It didn't bother me, but the hotel is next to the freeway so there is some noise from traffic. Just something to know ahead of time!
- 5/5
Thank you Jasemine
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and hot. Loved coffee always available

- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
good breakfast, nice rooms, functional amenities, good price👍
- 5/5
only drawback was access due to road construction
- 4/5
Clean room! Parking is right in front and we could see our car from the room. Breakfast was just ok. Only one coffee machine worked and it made one cup at a time. Some food pans were empty, like the bacon. Pancake machine was broke. Egg whites with veggies was good. I would stay here again. Friendly staff and felt safe.
- 5/5
breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and rooms were updated and nice
- 5/5
This is a very clean hotel. The room was very clean. The hallways were clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was refreshing the omelets constantly. It was a great stay.
- 4/5
Clean room, check in was great, the staff were personable, breakfast was decent, parking was great, the noise from the highway was the worst part

Past positive experience with Holiday Inn Expresses led me to book this venue to be close to a friend. My room was newly remodeled. The bed was VERY comfortable! The staff were very friendly. Most of all, the breakfast was so yummy with variations each day. The gals working the breakfast room were so nice, friendly and helpful. I never had a problem getting on to roads I needed to travel because this property is near I 25. I’d definitely book again when in the Denver area. Thanks to all there!
- 1/5
Be aware that this property is very close to the highway, and the noise level is extremely loud. The windows seem old and poorly insulated, it honestly feels like they are open when it comes to outside noise. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, this may not be the right choice.
- 3.5/5

- 4/5
It was good. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast could be improved.
- 5/5

- 2/5
Windows have terrible sound insulation and one hears constant noise from the freeway. Staff is nice and provides earplugs, but even with those one can still hear the traffic. Sixth floor noise was terrible. The staff moved me to a "quieter" room on the third that had tolerable noise, but still pretty annoying. I recommend it only to people used to sleep with noisy backgrounds.

- 4/5
It was clean. The area around it isn’t the greatest. It’s next to a power
- 1/5
This hotel is in the WORST part of Denver. Homeless people are the biggest population. Dont let the Wyndham part of the name fool you, like it did me. We didn't even check in. Our Uber driver totally agreed it was not safe. How can Wyndham put their name on t a place loke this?
- 5/5
Good breakfast, comfortable, only problem i saw the door for the balcony didn’t close properly so i have more street noise than usual!
- 5/5
Everything was awesome I love it I definitely will come back.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and very helpful staff
- 5/5
The room was amazing and the staff was super friendly! Jerry really helped us get the perfect room!
- 2/5
Is been 3 weeks since i was there and i still waiting for my deposit return
- 4/5
Room was clean. Front desk agent was pleasant.
- 4/5
Our first room smelled very bad, but the staff helped us to switch rooms and made it a smooth experience
- 5/5
Great customer service and the bed was extremely comfortable
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Great location and breakfast for a stock show trip
- 3/5
The tv didn't work very well and the noise from I-25 was horrible
- 1/5
We left after one night. Rooms were not comfortable, they were cold, ice on the doors, and smelled like marijuana in the hallways.
- 4/5
The staff was very accommodating & friendly The rooms were clean but feel the tile floor could have been moped. Do not recommend 1st floor Rm 101 due to noise & exit door. But staff was kind and moved us to the 2nd floor Rm 207 and it was much better. We were there during the Stock Show.
- 4/5
Nice hotel especially for the price! Room clean and neat, nice shower and bed. Breakfast was wonderful and free parking. Only complaint is the road noise but otherwise wonderful stay.
- 4/5
Staff was great. No aspirin in store. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor
- 4/5
Pillow had random stain, but the greeting staff and exiting staff were fabulous and the breakfast was good!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast options. No problems.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Other than the traffic noise, it was good!
- 3/5
Its was good but we couldn't continue our phone to thw tv
- 5/5
This hotel has been recently upgraded and you will find it excellent. It's Fitness Center is brandnew, the rooms are brand new, the grounds have brand new sod and plants, and the hotel's rooms and elevators are all top notch. We were very happy and want to emphasive to future patrons that all hotels eventually go through an upgrade, but when it's done, why not enjoy it. It is very close to the football stadium and downtown. (Go to the Red Rooster for breakfast, a locals' favorite!) - Cheers!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Hotel was pretty clean. Check in was quick and easy, front desk was very nice. Best part was the complimentary breakfast! Lots to choose from and also a 24/7 coffee machine
- 5/5
The front desk was helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean and staff was cleaning floors. Didn't have the breakfast but had good options and not your typical continental
- 5/5
Room was clean, break
- 4/5
Very nice room with an excellent tv. The heat was a little hard to adjust at first, but with Ryan’s help we got warm and slept great. The sheets are really thin, but the bed is great. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was very good and they had different dishes the two mornings we were there. Definitely recommend staying here!!!
- 4/5
It took a while to make that happen. I had to go and check the room first. The first room would not work as it wasn’t a walk in shower. Second room worked better. Would of preferred a room less noisy.
- 5/5
Staff, amenities. Room was a bit dusty and bathroom had some stains but overall nice places
- 2/5
The room smelled strongly of cancerous cleaning products. My nose hairs were singed after spending 10 minutes in the room.
- 2/5
Small room that was dirty and poorly built. Next to a highway and it is very loud
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast
- 5/5
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good. Room was spotless.
- 5/5
It felt comfortable to stay there
- 5/5
Right off the freeway so makes for traffic noise 24/7, but it was actually nice white noise as the hotel is very quiet itself. The room was extremely comfortable, bed exceptional, wonderful customer service, breakfast had a lot of options and was fresh, coffee served all day and night, gym was very well equipped and clean, pool looked awesome, but didn't use. Would 1000% stay again. Very conveniently located for easy access to freeway and surrounding areas.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 4/5
Better on the inside! Very helpful staff. Only downside for me was the water pressure in the shower.
- 3/5
Bansjsjsj was hskakwjsj
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and the area is safe
- 5/5
It was very convenient for the event I was attending. It was very clean, functional, and comfortable.
- 4/5
Rooms looked very nice. Very updated, modern look. Upon arrival, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff working, very standoffish from the night I arrived and the morning crew when I checked out. There was hair all over the bottom of the shower, casing concern if it was cleaned before we stayed there. The phone in the room didn't work at all. Parking was nice and easy to find. Good location in town for what I needed to get to
- 5/5
Was a nice stay for the night. Close enough to downtown without the price. Very comfortable beds
- 5/5
The lobby and room were clean, breakfast was good, and breakfast area was also very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay in Denver and would stay here again. Incredibly solid for a budget travel option!
- 4/5
Lots of parking
- 5/5
The hotel itself was amazing. Great staff, clean rooms, friendly service, fantastic breakfast and coffee. The area around is a little sketch but didn’t feel unsafe. It’s in great proximity to the city and very close to public transportation. Great view of the city and mountains which was nice. Overall I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was very kind. They did an awesome job getting me checked in easily, and great directions to my room and everything else. The room was beautiful, and very comfy!! Thanks for my stay
- 2/5
My reservation was not booked when I went to the hotel,The staff was saying my reservation was not being found with the itinerary number nor the confirmation number I had even though I made the reservation September 2nd this was the only inconvenience I had with Expedia
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, staff friendly.
- 4/5
Without hesitation, the attention on arrival was terrible. Whoever attended us made us feel terribly, his position, his gesture, his dealings with us, the answers he gave us to summarize "Everything.". With respect to the hotel, the accommodation was wonderful. It is a pity that the welcoming face is in such bad hands.
- 5/5
Good hotel with good breakfast
- 4/5
To close to the freeway and towel bar was hanging loose.
- 4/5
Didn't know they didn't have dressers. Had to keep majority of my clothing in suitcase
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and hands on. Breakfast was good, dining area was always clean. Thank you for your hospitality.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly professional staff
- 1/5
The phone in the room did not work, the fire alarm went off at 5 am, we arrived at 12 am. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff did not care or offer accommodations. Bathroom had someone elses excrement in it upon arrival. This experience was absolutely horrific.
- 4/5
This hotel is right off the freeway, it is renovated but in an older building, it is in the industrial area, there is a couple of fastfood restaurants nearby. Its a lot of noise from the traffic and I wish we would've gotten a room away from the freeway. The rooms are small no frills but the bed was comfortable, shower was great the breakfast was good, we didn't use the pool but it looked refreshing and clean. If you need a place to only sleep this is good, they do offer earplugs, we turned on the air to block the noise and it was fine. For the price it's very good.
- 5/5
I really needed a place to sleep and the staff were really helpfull and the room was clean
- 2/5
Customer service person was nice.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
Staff was great, very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and comfy. Bed and pillows were great.
- 4/5
Was a good spot. Looked renovated and quiet.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay with comfortable beds and nice staff. Close to dining options and shopping.
- 5/5
The breakfast was great. It had variety for both days of my stay.
- 4/5
For the price I paid, it was well worth it. The facility, although a little limited, worked well with our trip and was far better than other reviews have implied.
- 5/5
The property was close to downtown and restaurants. It was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient.
- 5/5
Nice clean hotel with a solid breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great breakfast. Easy parking. I would stay again.
- 5/5
We enjoyed the hotel, apparently it went through some major upgrades which seems to have improved it from what we were told. The breakfast was amazing.
- 4/5
The check-in process was handled efficiently and courteously by the staff. The hotel offers ample parking. The property is clean, newly renovated, and undergoing further enhancements. The guest room was clean and spacious. Bedding was clean and comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep. While we did not utilize the pool, it appeared inviting. The continental breakfast provided a wide selection of options, including eggs, sausages, cereals, and beverages, and was of high quality.
- 5/5
I visited the hotel in july 2025 for one week. It is renovated and vary clean. The room, the bathroom, the bed was excellent. The breakfast is varied. The pool is being maintained. The parking is secure.
- 5/5
The hotel overall was good but the area around it doesn't feel safe, also it is next a highway which make it very noisy at night !!
- 5/5
The people were so nice and helpful. Enjoyed the nice breakfast and workout facilities. The pool was so relaxing after driving all day.
- 2/5
Like it had never been clean. Spit spots near the bed that have never been cleaned. When coming back into the hotel, I overheard a guest asking the front desk question and they were so nonchalant about his question and not helpful. I stay in a lot of hotels for business and this is the first one I’ve actually written a review on, so I am not being critical.
- 4/5
Mold on small part of bathroom wall. Other than that, all good. Free breakfast was surprisingly good.
- 4/5
The bathroom barn door recently put in wouldnt open enough and ee had to lift it to move it open. Told the desk manager but nothing doen about it. Also the electric sockets by the bed never worked. Very disappointed with this. The breakfast service was fabulous and the girls working there super kind and helpful. The new coffee machines jept breaking down and they were always there to start them up again. Great team.
- 5/5
Perfect stay. Hotel staff we’re super nice and helpful with
- 4/5
Renovated recently. Room, pool and breakfast all good!
- 5/5
Stayed for a week. Staff was helpful.
- 3/5
No opinion

- 4/5
Was in Denver for SB at the Colorado Sparkler. There was a lot of players there and the hotel was very well equipped for the event.
- 3/5
We stayed in 2 different rooms and we ran out of towels , toilet paper , body wash , conditioner and shampoo
- 5/5
Clean, quick check in and staff are welcoming and very friendly
- 4/5
Felt a little unsafe as it was just 2 females
- 3/5
I liked the room because it was neat & tidy. The place was newly renovated when we went there. I loved their breakfast, there were variety of foods. The only thing negative was their AC at our room was not functioning well, which made our kids sweat while sleeping. The room was just not cool enough inspite adjusting with the control. I think rooms should be checked first if everything is functioning well before it gets occupied.
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful, CLEAN, and the staff was so nice! We stayed in a pet room and loved it
- 5/5
The continental breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Noisy in room, next to highway, barn door for bathroom so limited noise privacy. Very spacious and updated room.
- 1/5
Road noise from i25 unbearably loud. Windiws in building are shot!
- 1/5
Dirty. No balcony use
- 5/5
New and clean
- 5/5
Please ignore previous low ratings from Comfort Inn. Advise to hotel: update your details on Google Maps, as currently it still lists as Comfort Inn and lists it as permanently closed.
- 1/5
I was given a room facing the highway and it was incredibly load. my first thought was, the window is open, but it was just bad windows. i heard the noise from the highway despite using ear plugs
- 5/5
Itbwas good
- 3/5
Bad area...was concerned at 1st. Also couldn't find the entrance, as there was no signage. It was Central Inn, then Comfort Inn, and now Holiday Inn Express. They've been doing non-stop clean up and fix up for days now that's Holiday Inn. It's not bad now that the 12 hour days of construction have been completed.
- 5/5
Location to airport is good. Breakfast room large, good selection of hot foods & cereals. Employees nice at breakfast room; not so friendly at the front desk, one of the most important area of a hotel where the guests make the first contact.
- 2/5
Son was treated very poorly checking in also in the morning there was no breakfast served as it stated in the advertisement. I would never rent this hotel if there was no breakfast for four people traveling from Dallas to Helena, Montana.
- 4/5
A nicely renovated property & a great toom.
- 4/5
Stay was nice just wish the hotel was fixed and cleaned up before we came and stay but we were glad we had a place to stay and eat breakfast
- 3/5
Under construction, sharp metal edges at foor fram base into the bathroom broken tiles looked as if they tried to repair but failed traffic noise was loud like having the window open
- 4/5
Undergoing renovations
- 1/5
Construction going on and super noisy. They started work at 8am and worked until about 8pm or later. Very dirty with dust everywhere. Won’t be back and super disappointed we were not warned. They should be closed for this remodel
- 3/5
Expensive w all the remodel going on. Room we had had unfinished walls and dust on floors. Loud early morning
- 2/5
The hotel was under the remodeling. Elevator was unfinish wall, front desk was changing the floors, not stopper for my bus tab. I requested for the stopper, but there in not one stopper was available.
- 2/5
Room was ran down, as well as property. Property is currently under remodel so very dirty common areas.
- 3/5
I like that the room has a little balcony, but it still needs a screen door, and the glass doors need to be cleaned. The hotel is located in a fairly convenient location, as it is right next to Route 25, but because of the proximity to the highway, it tends to be a bit noisy. The lobby is being renovated as well, so it doesn’t look as inviting as pictured, but the staff are pleasant & helpful. If you are hoping to take a dip in the pool, you might have to wait until it is rebuilt. They do serve breakfast, however, and there is a little marketplace with munchies, drinks & beers.
- 1/5
This property was under construction. That was not advertised when we booked. We were in town for a very busy weekend and all the hotels were all booked up or we never would have checked in. The woman at the front desk should be fired. She was so rude and sarcastic. The construction going on all night, the whole place was terrible. We checked out one day early because it was to terrible.
- 1/5
Bad service
- 2/5
I have stayed here many times and it was fine. I was not aware of renovation going on when I booked this time which would have been nice to know. It is a mess and should maybe be discounted or at least let people know the condition of the hotel. It was very disappointing but, the staff is always great.
- 3/5
Hotel under construction. A lot of dust everywhere. Poor room.
- 4/5
Our bathroom was having work done as well as the rest of the hotel. I personally didn't mind it but thats something to consider if that sort of thing matters to me
- 1/5
Did not service room once in a week.
- 4/5
Decent room
- 3/5
The room was good, bed was great, common areas are very rundown
- 3/5
I had a pleasant stay. My main complaint is that the room was not serviced frequently enough. I stayed for 2 weeks and the room was only serviced once, and I had to stop the cleaning service and ask them to clean the room that one time. Other than that I had a favorable stay.
- 4/5
Not bad for $100 Hotel, the front desk lady was nice and quick, the room was fine, pretty clean just old.
- 2/5
The balcony sliding door had a very poor seal and we heard the highway noise and wind whistle all night, the crew they hired to do some construction renovations and it was a very poor choice . The wall paint was flaking off. The breakfast was extremely limited, and the sausage they served was on par with that of public schools. But the sheets were clean
- 1/5
This is absolutley the worst room i have stayed in in my entire life. I fit shafted out of the room i paid. They said"oh that room has been under construction since last year. They move me to another room that was barely big enough for the king size bed. There is no carpet in the rooms, the towels were dirty. Very load from interstate traffic do to sliding glass doors that are all wore out. If you even think about this place you better change your mind. This would be the place i would expect they would have an hourly rate at.
- 1/5
Was very dirty ! I would like a refund for only being there 20 mins

The front desk staff were very pleasant. The room appeared clean and neat. The hallways were in desperate need of vacuuming and there was a half inch gap between the door jam and lower half of the door. Light streamed through. Breakfast was decent.

As nice as the staff is, and they are very nice, the conditions at this particular Comfort Inn are in great need of improvement. We stay here because it is near family when we come to visit. On this most recent trip our room only blew out hot even when we had it turned down to 60°. We left on a short road trip and checked back in a couple days later to a room that only blew out frigid air even though we had it turned up to 85°. We asked to be switched to a different room and they accomodated us--the workers are VERY nice. In our new room, there was no desk chair, but the heating/air worked. The breakfasts here are tolerable, but nothing actually healthy was available. It is also under construction so lots of dust and noise. Forget about using the pool. It's non-functioning.

Where is Dory Place? Don’t never go there.

The room was good. The hotel had a really good breakfast and nice area to eat in. And the area surrounding it looked a little run down but the hotel itself was just fine.

This hotel need to be torn down or extensively remodeled. I would not even consider staying here again.

The hotel is under construction. The hallways had dirty floors. The fire alarm was activated by construction workers, making it very inconvenient. Room was old and smelled strange

cons, rooms are old, paint chips and graffiti, breakfast was cold and eggs were undercooked,

DON’T LET THEIR PICTURES FOOL YOU!! There were holes in the walls and bathroom ceiling. The walls, bathroom door and ceiling had dirty marks through out the room. The smell was awful like dirty sweaty feet. We had a sliding glass door was dirty that didn’t open and had the worst view of trash cans and pipes. You had to literally go to the front desk and ask them for more towels after you took the others to them. We were there for 4 nights and they came to clean our room once.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I also would never go anywhere on this property alone. I typically do not give reviews however I really feel the need to rate this hotel at a zero. Staff was nice and friendly and that’s all I can say good about it. Do not stay here.

I had to change my initial room because when I went to bed, I found two bugs on the pillow and immediately reported it to the helpdesk. They offered to either change the pillow or move me to a different room, and I chose to switch rooms. In the new room, I didn’t see any bugs. Overall, the inn isn’t bad, but the hallways weren’t very clean, likely due to some ongoing repairs.

I had to be in Denver central the next morning and so I decided to stay at this hotel the night before. It was convenient and not too pricy. But a little confusing to get to the location.

Room had a fist sized hole in wall, paint spills throughout room. Slider door wouldn’t close all the way, small creature scurried out doorway bug like about large cockroach sized. Ac filter was filthy covered in black grime. Bathtub overflows and had many long hairs throughout, individual one time use shampoo bottles were clearly half used, toilet had poo stains. Bed had scabs or boogers on it, unsure which. Complained to the corporate hq and they signed me up for their rewards without asking and blew me off for a refund. Expedia paid for the refund themselves as comfort inn refused refund. Absolutely filthy location.
