    So convenient if you have a later arrival into Denver airport-just a short walk from baggage claim. The food at the restaurant (Grill and Vine?) was a pleasant surprise. Then a short walk back to the airport in the morning to get a shuttle to the rental cars. The convenience was worth the extra cost for me!

    Be aware of surroundings always, however for a day trip to the City, you can’t beat it. If you are from any major City, we’re from Bay Area CA so it’s BART for us, you know what to expect. Hotel staff was great, moved to a higher floor room with no issue+ friendly+ Ease of going to airport+ clean inside the hotel. We would absolutely stay again. Pool area was nice+ be careful as they did not put any grip on the floor so it’s slippery- a lawsuit waiting to happen as I saw many others including me almost bust their butts. Overall I would recommend for a layover or a weekend trip.

    Great location at the airport, but the front desk and bell desk were incapable of delivering a package that had been left for us (a rented toddler bed from BabyQuip). They hassled the person delivering the bed before we arrived, then it took four requests to successfully get it delivered, an hour after the initial request, and after our toddler’s bedtime.

    We had a flight rescheduled due to weather (11 hour layover) so we stayed here for the night. The Westin was worth every penny- comfortable bed, excellent room service and very clean.

    It was clean. Easy to access. I kinda of wish they had a "mini bar" of travel essentials in the room for purchase. Spare everything you might not have if you dont get your luggage. A sleeping shirt, underwear, hairbrush, contact lens solution and case, socks. I feel like its pretty common people would stay there if their flight gets canceled and cant get luggage because they were rebooked for the next day, which is what happened to me.

    Easy after cancelled flights Bathroom was very difficult and not updated to accommodate elderly person, I was shocked they have a bathtub shower situation with absolutely no safety bars - very hazardous really for anyone but especially if you are, or have an elderly person with you

    After a long day of our flight being pushed back, it was finally cancelled until the next day. United opted to put us up in hotels that were somewhat far away, but we opted to just pay to stay here. It is GORGEOUS. You don’t feel like you’re at an airport! It’s QUIET, super comfortable, and very relaxing! The price—haha!

    I arranged a stay for my daughter and her husband. I found the staff lacking for a Westin. No higher quality than a Best Western in terms of customer service. Spend over $500 for a night, but don’t expect anything beyond the ORDINARY. Seriously, get some people in there that know how to do customer service.

    Overpriced hotel. Entryway door was loud screeching noise like it was about to break. Check-in staff didn’t inform us we needed to use room key to access elevator floors and sign in the elevator wasn’t very prominent. Shower water pressure was crappy and hot water was lukewarm.

    The convenience of having it attached to the airport is wonderful beyond words. Worth the expense. The rooms are amazingly quiet, in spite of the fact that they’re literally by the airport. We heard nothing. Beds were super comfortable, room was the perfect temperature, great place to stay after a late night arrival.

    This is an excellent hotel which is very clean and well appointed.If you are flying from DIA you can consider it your own personal waiting room for your flight if you have a long wait especially. It is so close that you can literally check in your bags and then return to your room leaving again when it's time. I arrived very late after everything was shut down, and the hotel has a special fridge they wheel out in the lobby with all types of amenities available to you. That was fantastic. The negatives: If you have not stayed there before and do not know where t is, there is absolutely no signage anywhere to be able to find it. (probably due to construction) when you call the hotels number, you get IA saying "go south" basically and then ask someone in a purple vest. (They aren't there in the middle of the night) When I finally got to. my room, I had forgotten to enter my Marriot Bonvoy #. So I pushed the highlighted "guest services" button and it went to nowhere. Just rang. There was NOBODY in the lobby. They just didn't answer. (There was no "front desk button" The phone in your room might work for room service (which they have 24hrs) but it doesn't help for anything else. In the morning I went down to the coffee shop to get an energy drink. It was $7.35. I asked for an immediate refund. I just gave her back the change and asked for my $10 bill back. This had to involve a manager. I've paid $5 before for a $2.50 energy drink, but $7.35?! never.

    Not the best experience for $450/night. First room had smelly pillows and blood in the bedding, not ideal when checking in at 1a. Switched rooms in the middle of the night because the smell was horrendous and moved to another room by 2a. Super inconvenient. Parking is a joke if you have people meeting you so not ideal unlesss you’re actually stuck in the airport. The staff was rude and not helpful when I asked to switch rooms. The staff needs to be retrained on customer service etiquette when people are paying out the wazoo for a room that’s not close to anything. $10 for a bottled water is absurd for the Westin. This is NOt the ritz.

    Friendly staff, clean and modern room. But disappointed as the room had very few charging outlets and TV did not work. Nice engineer came quickly to try to fix it upon request to no avail. I heard many other rooms were experiencing the same problem with their TVs. I expect better from the Westin/ Marriott, especially considering how much I paid for the room.

    The absolute best thing about this establishment, was the valet help with our luggage in the morning. Also, don’t bother putting the address into your navigation. It’ll route you to the back of the hotel and you’ll have to figure out how to get turned back around. Horrible experience.

    I booked this hotel because it had everything, most importantly a pool and hot tub. Everything was top knotch until we went to use the pool and hot tub and there were 20 plus screaming kids with little to no parents around to supervise. Beyond disappointing and even worse, the water quality in both the pool and hot tub after the screaming mini’s had been there for so long. There should be a time frame as to when kids should be out of the pools by 7pm and adults only until 10/11pm.

    Denver airport was under construction. No temporary signage to direct to Westin Hotel. Took 45 min to walk from baggage Denver airport to Westin. We landed at midnight. Took 45 minutes to locate the hotel inside Denver airport. No temporary signage to get to the hotel. Several of the access terminals were under construction & blocked off to walk to Westin Hotel. Booking.com reference check out is at noon. Since we landed at midnight. Retrieved our luggage from baggage area & walked to the hotel it was after 1:15am. We ask for late check out. The lady at the front desk replied 11:00am is check out & ww would have to pay extra for a late check out. I explain booking.com showed noon as check out. She wasn’t nice & very rude.

    The front desk staff person, Andrea, was so helpful and accommodating, she explained everything about the hotel and my stay - and especially about how making it to check in for my flight the next morning at the airport, which is attached to the hotel. Andrea was very kind and very pleasant in helping me check in, especially since I was quite exhausted from long travel to arrive.

    Our need to stay in Denver overnight was thanks to a flight cancellation which caused us to miss our connecting flight to California. Our trip was to celebrate a couple of milestones and figured this expense would add to our holiday this winter. Staying here is not worth the cost, in spite of it being the only available hotel at the airport. Should have just taken another hotel's shuttle to one of the other options for a fraction of the price. Lesson learned.

    The room was $500 and I didn’t even have a bath tub. I ordered $70usd worth of food and the cooks hide the foods in sauce. The pool has so much chlorine in it that it felt like I was swimming in oil. For an expensive hotel they don’t do maintenance, they just keep adding chemicals. There’s cheaper places that have a shuttle to the airport

    The front desk staff were great. The room, not so much. We stayed here a year ago, and it was luxurious, clean, spotless. This year I found a stain on the bed. The sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, all look like somebody slept here before us. I’m not happy with the quality or cleanliness of the room this time.

    Great hotel. Lobby is nice. Staff attentive and professional. We were there durning a very busy travel time. My only pause would be it took a very long time to get our bags from the bellhop to our room. And the doors slam very loudly. With people coming & leaving at all hours for this hotel, the constant doors slamming made for a little bit of an anxious sleep. Beds and bedding comfortable, all else was good.

    My flight was delayed and I was forced to spend the night in the Denver Airport. My son felt I should not try to sleep on the floor of the terminal. I am 85 years old. I can not believe what you charge. I had to catch a flight leaving at 5am. I checked out close to 3am. It would be wonderful if you could work with United Airlines to give a special rate to passengers who has no control over their delays

    the room was great. One issue, we ordered a wheel chair for my wife to arrive at 5:45am. A porter showed up with a luggage cart. We had wait till 5am to get the wheel chair causing concerns that we would not make our flight. Made things very hectic.

    The Staff was more than courteous. I had realized, after checking in, that I had left my cellphone in the Uber Driver's vehicle. Your gracious staff helped me not only to call my phone from my room but contacted me after the Uber Angel drove another couple to your Hotel and left my cell with Valet!     I got in after 1am due to connecting flight delays and Jackson at the front desk was very welcoming and professional! The room was immaculate, quiet, and perfect for my short stay to connect on another flight at 7am. Even though I was only there for 5 hours it was worth it to sleep on a comfortable bed and have a clean bathroom to myself! My only issue is that I still paid full price. Perhaps charging customers a half day would be helpful.

    The elevator had a beer spill on the floor by a drunk person and they didn’t clean it till the next morning when we left. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The drinks are so over priced ($7 for water or soda) we drank from the filtered airport water. Room service was wonderful! They even brought us ice water with our dinner. All in all extremely over priced. They also have construction blocking you from going in the entrance.

    Taken back by the quality of food. Food was quite poor and some of the staff were downright rude. The gentleman who checked us in was nice and professional; however, the remainder of the staff we encountered were rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Given the cost of the room we could've stayed at the Gaylord up the road and driven in super early and would have had a superior experience.

    Only stayed 1 night to make it easier for my handicapped wife to travel in the morning and it turned out to be VERY inconvenient due to all the elevators being down. It was a big struggle to even get her to the lobby to check in as she had to manage several flights of stairs. Things happen sometimes out of the hotels control but for $500 a night this was a nightmare.

    Great peaceful rest. Very clean which is a must and well maintained. My Bonvoy app did not work for checkout nor was it posted on my tv. The gift shop did not carry souvenirs which would have been nice since the airport shopping is only accessible beyond the security entrance. Cumbersome n confusing to navigate to the front area and the lobby at times. More helpful signage needed. And perhaps a conserve posted away from the lobby.

    Check in was terrible. The property on Travelocity stated 3pm. We waited in a long line and asked if we were Bonvoy members. We were not. At that point we were told by the Mgr that check in was not until 4pm. No rooms ready for over an hour and a half. Several people checking in ahead of us. No upgrades and we offered to pay more since we were tired. Apparently nothing on a Thursday night. Asked for ID and credit card twice. Very nice room when we got in it. Very clean. Staff at check in disappointing.

    We loved everything about staying at the Westin connected to the airport. We were shocked at how lovely and quiet it was even with traffic and planes, landing, and taking off. The bathroom, the bedroom, the storage, everything was luxurious, clean, modern, etc. The beds were so comfortable, the linens were soft and we will definitely stay there again if we need to. It was wonderful.

    We arrived around 2:00 a.m., and I had phoned ahead to let them know when we'd be there, to not lose our reservations. We were being dropped off at the hotel, and were surprised to find that were on the bottom floor, and had to take an elevator up 4 or 5 stories to check in. That was not explained in any of the hotel information that I'd read prior to booking. There was no one at the valet spot (not surprising, due to the late hour), and no signage telling us where to go to check in. Later, I was told there was a sign at the valet desk, outside, but it was tiny, and I didn't even notice it. Also, no carts for our luggage, and my traveling companion was 80 years old, and has difficulty walking distances. All of this was a real pain for him. Took the elevator up to the desk, and they had our reservations, which was good. When I asked about luggage carts, they told me I needed to use a bellhop, and they'd send one down. When I went back to inform my friend what was happening, someone came out of the valet office, looking like he'd just woken up. Turns out several luggage carts were there, which we could've used. Finally, a bellhop appeared, and took our stuff, so we went to actually check in. Took far too long!

    I’m writing this review to share my frustrating experience with this hotel’s cancellation policy. Due to an unexpected emergency, I was unable to cancel my reservation and was forced to pay over $500 for a room I couldn’t use. The hotel’s strict policy offered no flexibility, even in such circumstances. To make matters worse, I was told by the hotel that I had to get Expedia to call them to request the cancellation. After spending a significant amount of time on the phone coordinating between Expedia and the hotel, the hotel then denied my request, offering no cancellation options except to cancel with a 100% penalty. This felt like a complete waste of time and a mockery of customer service. My only small consolation was rejecting their so-called “generous” offer to cancel with a 100% penalty, which seemed designed to prevent them from re-renting the room to another guest. Disappointing experience overall.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Westin! While we have stayed with them before. Somehow we were unaware that there would be a parking fee, that it would be higher than the garage and that, on top of that they will charge a valet fee. All well and good if you’re not retired and trying to watch your pile of dollar bills. It was definitely our mistake but the price may just be too high for us next time. We were out of the country for 3 weeks-ouch!

    I want to update my review which was positive. This one is still overall positive. I think you should know that Lyft does not pick up at this location. For some reason it does not, the staff that work there know this and when I was in need of help, I had to advocate for myself. If this is a Marriot Convoy location, like they say they are, they need to be more prepare to help out guests instead of shrugging shoulders and saying your option is Uber or taxi. I had to ask for help me please and give me a near by location that I can walk to or ya I please ! So be prepare. The older Caucasian and older AA short haired lady were the least helpful. The bartender, lady with long beautiful dreads was the sweetest. So it depends who’s working on how much help you will get. Thank you for everything.

    Right outside the terminal. Super comfy bed.on the minus side...No vending machine for drinks, luckily had 2 with us 1 complimentary bottle of water for 2 people. Room service was available until 12 if i scanned a qr code but couldn't be bothered. Also I have never used toilet paper so thin.My husband described it as no-ply.. There was no information in the room about the wifi and I had to ring the front desk and she gave me a code. I decided it wasn't worth 15 dollars for that either so didn't bother. The only reason to pay £280 for one night is the convenience after a long flight and the shuttle for the car hire is opposite just outside the front door

    Due to multiple delays with my flight departing Tampa, what was supposed to be a quick layover in Denver turned into an overnight stay. To add to the chaos, my bags were lost, and I was feeling quite stressed and annoyed. However, the moment I walked into the hotel everything changed for the better.     We had a morning flight out of DIA after spending a week skiing. We had a lot of luggage and a rental to return. Someone helped unload the car onto a luggage trolley, another person guided us through check in and up to our room. After a comfortable night’s rest, Tim, from the Westin, arrived at the requested time and helped us with our bags all the way through to bag check! It was the perfect ending to a great Colorado vacation!! ( and Tim was the best!)

    For the money, it was the most uncomfortable room I’ve stayed in at a Bon Voy property in a long time. We had a flight cancelled and were forced to stay at the property for only about 4-5 hours at a cost of $600. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows so fat and firm that my neck still hurts three days later, the room was hot and the comforter on the bed must have weighed 40 pounds it felt like. I was hot, smothered by the comforter and didn’t sleep a wink.

    Most of it was fine however unless you want to spend $50 to valet your car don’t bring a car to this hotel. I know that sounds odd bc how else would you get there but to park your car yourself (which is still $30!!) you have to drive 10 minutes - leave the airport terminal and then make a U-turn to come in a totally different way to park a stones throw away from the hotel. The valet guy summarises this as “you just drive around and park right there”. The understatement of the day…. After doing 2, 10 minute loops I finally figured out how to get into the parking garage and started out my stay incredibly annoyed. This could be way easier.

    Customer service was outstanding. When we visited I was unable to walk long distances due to a recent knee surgery. The desk staff noticed and informed us of their wheelchair and luggage service. We opted-in and were greeted at 2:50AM by each service, as requested.

    Such a convenient place to stay to just walk to your gate in the morning. Also easy to hop on the train into downtown Denver to explore if you have a few hours. We also had a nice dinner in the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the hot tub. Great service and a great place to stay.

    I had a very difficult time during check-in. Had to wait a considerable amount of time considering only two people were checking people in. Also everything in the hotel seem to require a QR code for everything so I was unable to buy any food any drinks or find any services without having to use an app to do it and to me being in my fifties is extremely off-putting. For this reason I won't be staying here again. The place is nice it's just extremely inconvenient and it feels like a construction zone and parts which it probably is. Considering the price is totally not worth it for convenience only.

    To me if I spend $400 on a room, I shouldn’t have to wait a half an hour to check in. I just walked past the check-in desk and it’s still a long line. I don’t wait that long to check into a Super 8.
