Just stay away from take the warning

instead of being helpful the clerk would only try to give me reasons why she would not honor my reservation and would not change it due to things she said were wrong. At 1am this is just unacceptable. Did not stay and would never stay there, next door to strip club and just looks like a very scuzzy no-tell Motel. I would be surprised if they don't charge by the hour.

It was a graat hotel compared to others that I’ve stayed in in the area.

I liked I didn’t stay there. Walked in and was not greeted with what I expected was a good place to stay. Musty smell, thick glass plated window, and not pleasant nor helpful at all. Did not stay at the facility. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Cancelled my reservation and stayed someplace else. Any booking company using this place isn’t helping themselves. See above

Nothing really , I didn’t even stay 2hrs I checked in and literally checked out Everything especially the clerk. She was rude barely talked and when it was Time for me to sign. Didn’t say nothing until I said do I need to sign this.

You get what you pay for. Rooms were recently remodeled but all 3 of our rooms had dead cockroaches and ours had a couch that was still in the cardboard and plastic from its delivery. One of our rooms already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Front desk couldn’t explain why there was somebody already there. Would not stay there again but you live and learn!

I arrived very early morning, my room was not clean upon entering. Next morning cleaning staff arrived but I was in the room, they said they would come back and never did. Floors were gross, kept shoes on. Front staff were alright.

Clean rooms though floor needed better cleaning. Friendly staff and air conditioning was very good. Overall we had a good experience. Would go back.

Very disappointed with our stay. The first room’s door wouldn’t lock, and when we were moved, the second room didn’t have a functioning lock either. The floors were dirty and we had to request new sheets. Overall, cleanliness and security were unacceptable. Would not recommend. But i guess that’s what you get for the price. Which is disappointing because the decor in the rooms were nice.

This is a great property! It’s clean quiet and safe and also walkable to food and convienience store . I have stayed here over 20 times and I’m always satisfied . A definite gem . Highly recommended.

The electrical outlets didn’t work our cell phone shorted because of the moisture the outlets were covered. There’s no USB outlets that are not attached to the light switch. Which means when you go to sleep and try to charge your phone, you cannot because the USB ports don’t work.. the microwave was filthy dirty had mold in it

This hotel is one of my favorites the price is Very Good and the place itself was s safe comfortable and quiet it truly is a great value compared to hotels in this same price range . The outside is well kept and the inside has had many upgrades since I started staying here two years ago .

The room was filthy! Hair and scum all over the bathtub, cigarette ash on the bed, mud all over the floor. They charge $40 if you bring an extra person due to make sure it covers the electricity is what we were told by the rude woman up front. I showed her pictures of the room and still didnt believe it looked bad. She sent some one to the room who didn't speak English to "clean" but all she did was change bed sheets on 1 bed. We will never stay here again!

Staff was rude and so we decided that we were not going to stay. We hadnt even made it to the room before we decided to no rent. Then we were not refunded the money we spent reserving the room. Out of 92.00 and had to go someplace else

The room was very clean.

Rooms vinyl floor dirty turned my feet black. Bathtub was dirty, had someone’s eyelashes stuck to the wall of the shower. No coffee pot as advertised. No breakfast as advertised.

Property was right by a gas station, Wendy's, McDonald's, and KFC. So convenient that way and quick access to freeway.

Floor was filthy. My feet became visibly covered with a layer of grime after walking barefoot in the room fresh out of the shower. Breakfast “to go” was a joke and only available for one hour.

The hotel was good. The room was nice and clean, the bed was confortable. There were a pool and that was nice. But for the light breakfast, It was a secret pastry and coffre. There are restaurants around wish is helpfull.

We like how close this hotel is to a Buc-ees and the cruise port.

The beds were comfortable and the room was tidy. The floors appeared to have never been cleaned. They turned my daughter's feet completely black after she showered, and she stated the floor was sticky. The free breakfast is just a honeybun. There is supposed to also be coffee, but they were out. There is nothing for kids to drink. There are a couple fast food restaurants beside the motel that saved us.

As soon as we walked in the door at least 15 cockroaches ran through the place. We went downstairs to the front desk and she said it’s you only see them when the lights come on she was serious as a heart attack and said they’re only in that room lol refused to refund our money we had to drive to another hotel. There was no way we were taking cockroaches home.

There were roaches on the floor and crawling black bugs on bed and lady in office didnt seem to csre so we leftand found a clean hotel it also saidbreakfast included thete wad only a square table with pop tartsand fruit unless theyvput out food in morning

I was staying the night at this Days Inn while some work was being done to my house. I tried to settle in for the night found cockroaches underneath the desk when I went to take a shower. I noticed that the dirt coming off of my feet from being barefoot on the wood floor was black. There was dirt underneath the sheets and stains on the sheets from the Previous occupants, I’m guessing this place is a absolute gutter of a hotel

The room was clean and looked newly renovated. The beds were comfy and clean. The pool was beautiful blue and super clear, so huge plus! The chairs by the pool were big butt friendly, so huge win there!! 100% will stay again.

I did not stay. The staff tries to charge me for the room twice, argued with me and a representative from from credit card company. She called us stupid idiots and was very unprofessional. I wil NEVER stay at another Days Inn and I have already contacted their corporate offices to file a complaint.

I liked that is was close by my sister in law resident. I liked that was close to Ross, Walmart. Target, Marshall's, HEB and other locations

This is a clean and well kept hotel with very friendly staff. It has easy access to the Clear Lake area and NASA and the room rates are much more reasonable than the Clear Lake Hotels. This is my favorite hotel in Greater Houston!

2nd time here no problems, check in was easy and fast. Convenient and walkable places for food or groceries or gas.

Went in, discovered it was a dump. Paid my deductible and left.

We arrived at 2pm yesterday and checked in then i left to drop my sister off at her epilepsy appointment for her over night study got back to the room i went outside to smoke a cigarette before I went to bedand a female property manager came up to me screaming at me abme smoking then demanded $100 extra deposit for my service dog i started to get pissed and refused to pay the extra money so she called the cops on me, the cops asked me to leave knowing i live 3 hours away and that i have to pick up my disabled sister at 6am so on the property manager and cops request i left went home drop my service dog off came back to Houston to pick up my sister at 6am and drove back home and got home at 8am at that point i was up for 23 hours i finally was able to go to bed at 9am i want a refund!

Location is in the middle of everything. Very well situated.

The place is an ideal location and you can easily access food, grocery etc.

Breakfast included was a honey bun, a granola bar and an apple. I do not consider that "breakfast". Also, out of regular coffee. Only decaf available. I felt ripped off.

It was a good little hotel, adequately met my needs for my trip. Friendly staff, seemed like a family ran business.

I booked my trip through Expedia, put my card on file when I pre checked in. As I was on my way the hotel charged my card for the reservation again. I called the hotel and they argued that the charge came from Expedia. I was told they would call Expedia and put me on three way, I never got a call back from anyone. I called Wyndham corporate and they said there was nothing they could do because each hotel is privately owned. When I arrived at the hotel, the gentleman that checked me in said he could clearly see where they had charged my card that morning. He apologized and said I would get a refund. Still waiting for it to clear my bank.

Overall it was a good place to stay last minute, but I do recommend.

I was really surprised by the cleanliness and person at the reception was very friendly! Cleaning team also very polite. The only thing we found disappointing was the breakfast but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay

The hotel was close to a grocery store, a convenience store, places to eat. It was recently remodel and it was spotless.

Overall, it is a very good place to stay. The only drawbacks I will mention is the tub drain was running slow and the drapes had a couple of hooks missing/broken so, I had to work around it to keep it completely shut close. But for the price, over all I had a good staying and will surely stay here again and recommend it. Many good restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Nice comfy king size bed, great ac, microwave and fridge available for food and drinks. Check in was quick and easy. Definitely don't recommend listening to the map on how to pull into the hotel, go through the Taco Bell or McDonalds parking lots.

So impressed with the new look of Days Inn. Great beds, temperature, bathrooms, etc. However, the TV didnt work. No bueno!

Great stay

I have stayed at this property before and it was good, but this time I stayed it was terrible. I had a bottom floor room and whomever stayed above my room was very loud, stomping on the floor half the night. Not to say the room the young clerk gave me was near the stair and I would hear every noise coming through the room like I was sleeping outside, I really needed noise canceling headphones. I won't be staying here again.

When i got there ny key didnt work was finally given another key and when i entered the room it was dirty the sofa was torn and no sheets were on the bed. I requested my money back then they found a better room for me, but the ppl in the room above me kept us up all night i will never go back

Staff was very nice and friendly. Our suite was for sure big enough. Was very happy with the room. Breakfast could have been better then some store bought doughnuts and granola bars and some juice.

The light on my wife charge me an extra $100 they didn't clean our room we had to get our key returned on every night overall just no good

We were only there one night and it was great, the staff was friendly. However there are no sidewalks nearby to get to the food places or the grocery store across the street for those that are travelling without a vehicle

The stay was good but the housekeeping needs to be better dirty sink, restroom and the comfort had a stain & hole in it.

The room wasn't obviously dirty, but the more I looked, I kept finding more dirt and even some dead bugs around the perimeter of the room. There was also someone else's hair in the shower. My room was also missing its smoke detector, and the breakfast offering was pretty pitiful. There were two bananas, a couple of packaged honey buns, some granola bars, and nothing else. The room also had a coffee maker but no coffee, and the iron never got hot.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is newly renovated and is very clean. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here

Great staff, and it was quiet as well. Within walking distance from restaurant and 24 hour gas station. Also the pool was clean and well managed. The room was good as it was clean, clean bathroom and come with ask the necessities.

Loved the fact that our room had 3 queen beds but the bedroom had a strong musty smell to it. Maybe just due to the humidity that day idk. Overall good stay

Had 5 roaches two on the bed sheets and others roaming around. Had crickets by the nightstand, baby lizard behind the toilet, trash bag covering one of the light fixtures on the ceiling.

Part of the ceiling was missing. Looked like they were looking for the shut off valves. Door to the rr had to be lifted to close. Screws on hinges were stripped. Sink in RR was cracked. Comode lid would not stay up. Floor was dirty like it had not been sweeped. Half of the buttons on the phone were missing, that was the least of my worries though.

Probably won't stay here again. The hotel is somewhat difficult to get to just due to gps not knowing what's going on. There was hair all over floor and sink when we arrived at our room. Wife went to report it and they gave her broom and pan since "housekeeping was gone for the day." At least the beds were clean, if uncomfortable. On the bright side, the location did put us near Sam's and the Outlet Mall, Galveston, and some good restaurants. Also, the pool was nice, clean, and refreshing.

had such a great experience here brought her family here for vacation. The property was updating the furniture very courteous, kind, and thoughtful of my family actually offered a free night because of the inconvenience. I will definitely stay here again

Renovation and trash everywhere.,Room wasn’t available to 3:30 pm. $100 deposit on. 2 star hotel. Ridiculous. The address will not get you to the Hotel. It’s behind a Taco Bell and on the side is a McDonalds. The Hotel pole sign is located off I-45 but the Hotel is about a 100 yards away from it
