I was told after booking my room that it was not available and they would not accommodate me with another.and once I said ok just refund my money the clerk got aggressive and sharp..and I was in a 4 hour room because of a house fire he didn't care and didn't want to let me retrieve my belongings with 15mins left before my 4hours were over.yeah sad..So I want to change to another room with no where to go out of no where I'm told that I am on the DNR DO NOT REBOOK ..UPON ASKING WHY AND I JUST HAD A 4 HR ROOM AND RED CROSS WOULD NOT SEE ME TIL MONDAY PUT ME OUT WITH NO REASON WHY.😪I have never had a bad stat and it was perfect to get away walking distance I was disappointed in the new management and how it was handled 🙃 and didn't refund my money.but sent an email asking how was my stay .and will I write a review or stay again...never 🤔.and I would never recommend anyone else.to rent from them..and I still was never given a proper explanation about everything. But they tried to say that because my phone was lost and I track it thru find my device.it showed it was at the hotel but in am 106 and I was booked in room 102 I was told I was in 106 and argued me for about 6 mis that I was when I wasn't I am on aloud to stay their any more...wow worst day ever..exploring other options for room and bord thank I found better accommodations..then here.New management suck !frfr

Room smelled, purple hair dry all over the bathroom floor. Ceiling about to cave in front water damage. fire alarm went off at 3am twice. No English when checking in. Never again

They have pictures that is not the rooms. So I was very disappointed that I thought I was getting a room with. I'm sexually cheering it and no. She said that that's actually just a basic king size room signature room. So I don't understand if you notice.Why not fix it?Because that disappoints the customers

Definitely not like what the pictures show. The place is trash. Seen bugs place was dirty wasnt there for 5 minutes and left. No refund given. Done using Expedia and will never again reserve a room without reading reviews. Dont recommend anyone to go there unless your looking to catch something or take something home.

These rooms are way overpriced.This motel should be $50/nt. I showed the clerk my pre-paid reservation and gave him my ID. He went off to the side for longer than normal and comes back and starts punching in numbers on the credt card machine and gives me a receipt to sign. Problem is I never gave him a credit card or debit card because I'd already paid, so I don't know who's card he charged for $112.xx but it wasn't mine. Maybe because he spent an unusual amount of time away from the window, he got mixed up with another customer. Nevertheless, someone should have unauthorized charges on their card. Now back to the filth. This is definitely a 1 star MOTEL!! There is nothing LUXE about it! Filthy from the outside to the inside. The red and black carpet is disgusting with white spots. The bed!! OMG!! The bed didn't fit inside of the frame. There was a huge gap between the headboard and the mattress. The boxspring or whatever the mattress was on was bigger than the mattress itself. There was no real blanket for the bed. Whatever it was, it was just as thin as a sheet! Definitely gives crackheads and prostitution; Trap motel vibes for sure!! Straight gutter!! Throw the whole thing in the trash! This was a complete waste of money. I didn't last an hour. I ended up going somewhere else where I felt comfortable enough to actually sleep in the bed and feel safe!!

The floors & walls could be cleaner, also what’s the point of a vending machine that stays empty

Room wasn’t the room I tapped on line, and the staff laughed at me, refusing to refund me and was told that if I wanted a refund go get it from Expedia . How do I go about getting a refund?

The fridge in Room 219 was too horrible to clean. The bed made a loud sound every time you got on or off the bed.

This place was terrible. I paid $183 for two nights. I was downgraded on the room and also because I don’t feel like they had the room that we reserved. There were other people who had the same issue and they were given refunds when we did not ask for it meaning there was something wrong at the hotel. Nothing that we done. I was given $35 back what hotel is giving you money back and for what? this place wouldn’t have given us anything back if it was our fault that whatever changed but the room was downgraded, and we were given an unrequested refund for 35 which doesn’t reflect on what I paid so I wanted to know will I be getting my $35 back because I paid 180 something they gave me a receipt which I posted for how much they charged. We couldn’t even use the tub because there was nothing to stop up the tub with.

The hotel is decent for what it is, but housekeeping could be doing a lot better the last time I stayed there there was blood all over the toilet seat very noticeable. And there’s been some questionable marks on some of the sex chairs so I’m not really sure if they’re wiping them down in between each new renter. I’ll probably go back. I usually bring my own cleaning supplies.

Made a reservation online but got to the room about 12:30am so the staff wouldn’t let us check in saying check in is at 2pm so we had to go find another room.

Was fast checking in, even got a lower price than booked. Area isn’t to shady. Room was good. Was a puddle of water at the foot of the mini fridge, the work “Fuc*” carved into the ceiling and the smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling. But air conditioning worked on this hot day. The bed was clean and comfortable for my one night stay. So not to bad hotel experience.

The rooms are not what they seem online. The rooms are not decorated and the bathrooms are full of mold, the showers are filthy. I would never stay at this property again. It ruined my 13 year wedding anniversary.

Great Hotel

The room was not clean as it should have been. Locks and latches where broken on the front door and the bathroom door. We decided to only stay for one night due to safety and health reasons.

Staff was kinda mean. I was over charged. The price on the wall was way less than I paid. It was in the hood, which is cool, but not for the price. The hot tubs need need maintenance. There were drug dealers in the other rooms. I could have stayed in Detroit at a motel for half the price.

Had to call and be moved to another room bc I was “accidentally put in a downgraded room that was $20 cheaper each night than what I originally booked” then charged me more than what my given price when booked… no toilet paper.. hair all in the tuns VERY VISIBLY!! last night there we found SEVERAL stopped country at 4… used condoms under beds.. glad we looked before grabbing what we dropped .. we just got up an left at 3am at that point in straight disgust..I’d NEVER go back.. IT WAS OUR 20th anniversary and I was c completely just let down an bc it’s a NO REFUND POLICY AFTER YOU PAY.. no refund!! you don’t see the room before you pay for it.. Clearly they don’t clean half way decent, let alone correct way. I’m not even one to complain at all or leave a review..pics are very deceiving

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD… We booked a queen jacuzzi suite. The room was not clean it was cigarette butts around the jacuzzi tub the bed was a full size bed not a queen the furniture in the room looked like they pulled it out of the dumpster we called to cancel the reservation when we walked in and seen to conditions of the room and was told by the Expedia operator that we would have to pay 150.00 cancellation fee even though the room was not as described when we made the booking as it was not a queen room but a full

The head board was broken. The heater didn’t work and the lock on the door wasn’t working properly.

So the property is definitely lower mid range but clean ISH I checked the bed no bugs I stayed an entire weekend. I did not see any bugs in the romantic fantasy room. The room is pretty dark. They have one side table lamp and the bathroom lights with like a laser party light on the ceiling. And some random color lights on the wall. You gotta make sure that the door actually shuts behind you. It might not the toilet, barely flushes. It has gotten clogged like every day. I stopped flushing, toilet paper and I flushed like wipes. The first time I used it and definitely learned my lesson. The bed is pretty stiff The specialty chair thing had marks on it like they didn’t clean it. I had to go buy some cleaning supplies to wipe everything down. The shower still had other people‘s hair in it. The table underneath the TV is pretty used and marked up. The door does not have the second swing lock on it like it was cut off parking lot pretty dirty and usually pretty full when you pull in on the right side of the building it’s like a one-way you take all the way around depending on where your room is. A good hotel to work in lots of traffic. They do not give a damn. I didn’t see the police here one time definitely heard them at the gas station though. Taco Bell is next-door bowling alley two doors down gas station two doors down. There’s a lot to do around here fairly close to the city. There’s a mall nearby. Check in with quick and easy. They offer like overnight eight hr and four hr

Our check in time was 2pm. We were running late all day. We get there at almost 2am and the front desk clerk tries to tell me the rooms are all sold out! I had already paid for it online!! I did eventually get a key. Upon looking at the door, it had been kicked in once! The people in the parking lot making "drug deals" were probably why the police were there! There was traffic all night long. We literally had to stay awake just to watch the car! The room itself was not clean, stains on floor, cigarette burns and what looked like a crack pipe burn on the tub stained in. Pubic hairs on the face towels. At the very, very least since we did not undo the bed I don't think we brought home unwanted guests!!! If it had been any hopes of obtaining a refund, we would have not stayed. We had already paid $91 for a room that I got a receipt for having paid$69!! We were there for a funeral and already running short on funds. Do not stay here!!

The room was not cleaned properly. There was an eyelash left on the floor. The bathroom toilet didn’t work. I call and asked for clean towels and sheets she the staff told me to come and get it. I go get it and was told that they didn’t have any clean towels. Come back in the morning. I went back in the morning and had to go in the laundry room myself just to get what should’ve been given to me hours before.

Room was not clean.... cigaret ashes were on the end table. Room was not in good repair.... every light switch was broken, floor trim was held down by tape, hot tub would not hold water because the plug did not seal.

What I liked about the property is it was close to everything you may possibly need. Grocery store, liquor store, and reatraunts surrounding the place. The room it's self was dirty, the floors looked like someone had pissed on them, hot Cheetos all over the ground, the bed frame and tub had stains all over it. I honestly couldn't trust sitting on the toilet. I thought I was gonna catch gonahrea. I'm surprised the sheets were clean.. basically bring your own sheets, bleach, a broom and whatever else you need to clean cause this place was a dump. 100$ wasn't even worth the room. If your looking for a bust down spot this is it.

The room smelled like cigarette. The carpet looked dirty. I was there 2 hours and left. They make you sign a contract that says there are absolutely no refunds 10 minutes after checking in.

The place yelled at us for trying to enter, apparently u had to be served like a box office in the entry way and the woman was very rude...they had huge signs showing no refunds, and that they rent by the hour. The towels were thread bare and scratchy, house keeping never came...so we had to dry off with wash cloths...and the room was fithy. There were ashes on the counter and burns on the bed...and no chain for the door...honesty the room looked like it may give u and std jist sleeping there...we only stayed cus wed already paid and with no refund we were stuck...10/10 would NOT recommend.

The guy at the front desk was rude! My room was supposed to be ready for me to check in at 2pm I called and told them I'm spending the day with my family and will be in later, they said it's fine. I get there at 10pm and they tell me very rudely that I have to wait another hour my rooms not done. We waited got to the room and it looks nothing like what was advertised, it looked like a motel 6, like the bad ones you see in movies. Nothing romantic about it the place looks like a brothel.
