I would book this property again. It’s a quiet location. The pool is 3 ft to 6 ft and it was nice. The beds are comfortable as well just be careful as the rail on the bottom isn’t visible with the blankets over it and it’s a knee catcher! The air conditioning was wonderful and the shower had great water pressure.

When I asked to switch rooms earlier in the week bc the AC was leaking inside the room on the floor, the tub didn't drain and the toilet was stopped up, the front clerk yelled at me and said it was my fault. The mentioned incident happened the following day I switched rooms! I was very clean and peaceful and on time ...they still made an excuse to kick me out! ***IF YOU BOOK HERE WATCH OUT FOR THE MAIN HISPANIC GUY MAINTENANCE WORKER**** HE is the eyes and ears of hotel and will watch and lie on you! Not worth the loss of peace, nor money for a place to stay for a few days! In hindsight it was HORRIBLE!

This was a really nice place. I was concerned that it was so cheap, but it turned out to be a very pleasant, clean motel. I was happy to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and as a cigarette smoker, it was perk that smoking rooms were available. I would definitely stay here again if we're in the area again.

Breakfast ended to early and I dont think it was much anyway, the 2 days me and my service dog were there to rest and I had the do not disturb sign on door and they still kept bothering me. I ignored them until the last night I called to see what the problem was that they wouldn't honor my wishes, and they wanted to know what my service dog was for and that I hadn't told them I had one. I dont have to. They're not suppose to charge for her or discriminate. They said they normally put pets in different bldg. The one with regular pets. My dog is a real service dog clean and trained she never makes a mess or smells . Those pet rooms stink. I don't tell people ahead of time because I usually can't get a handicap room and a pet friendly room that doesn't smell to high heaven. People discriminate because foreigners that don't like pets own all the hotels. Frankly I'm sick of that. Especially with all the homeless in America. Needing jobs,homes,everything illegals get given to them. Americans get taken from them. Not for much longer.

The place was clean but it smelt very poorly it said no smoking couldn't tell what the smell was but it definitely didn't have a clean smell other than that the place was fine. They said come with breakfast but what they meant was a package of donuts or an orange or banana I don't consider that a breakfast.

Good price. Cleanish rooms. Towels are cheap. Pool not open in 85 degree weather. Booked room for 4 people and only had 2 towels. When asking for more towels I felt like the police were interrogating me.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was 2 selections of fresh fruit, store packaged mini muffins & my cranberry juice was watery. The coffee was really good. That kind of breakfast was just enough to hold me til I checked out and went for a real breakfast. The parking lot was well paved and spotless & I parked at my door. I would definitely visit again.

The place is pretty worn down, even simple cheap thing like broken light plates and rusty stuff havent been painted or replaced, BUT, it IS The Cheapest Place, and MUCH BETTER then the slightly higher places nearby..

I had a reservation and was told I could only stay 20 mins in the lobby. So I went away and when I returned was told they would no longer rent to me because I had made a mess in the room. I used 2 towels and slept on top of sheets

Omi couldnt go cause my truck broke down and so out of my hands. So i was not refunded even though i couldnt be there. And could not change the reservation dates til i could get there. And i stopped payment from my bank so they sent it thru again and irmt cleared. So i now have to find out who is responsible and fight for my money. $168 dollars is alot of money for me so i dont wantbthzy lo⅝

As soon as I entered the room after check-in I. Immediately smelled as if animals were living in the room. I asked the front desk for air freshener which the she agreed to deliver but never delivered. I had to purchase my own candle & air freshener. Someone or something vomited/urunated in front of the door outside of the room. A roach was in the bathroom, they used a strip of carpet as baseboard, the carpet was stained, & the blanket smelled like pets. I have nothing against pets but if the hotel charges a fee for guests to bring pets, room service needs to make sure it is clean after guests check-out. Speaking of room service, while we were gone room.service only emptied the trash. They never changed the sheets or gave us fresh towels. In my opinion I think that room service just do the bare minimum waiting on an opportunity if you know what I mean. The pictures & peice on the internet convinced me to book the reservation. I WAS CATFISHED!!!

What I didn't like was the roaches in the bathroom. When you turned on the lights they scattered. Let the front desk know and was told the maintenance man would spray which made it worse.

If you read the reviews, a lot of the reviews are people who were staying long-term and something happened to get them kicked out. For my stay, it was alright. I haul freight for a living and they had plenty of space for me to park. The hotel was what I expected. It was clean and comfortable, it had a microwave and mini fridge and the TV worked. So that was all I needed and I'll stay here again when I pass through.

I enjoyed my stay. The continental breakfast that's offered is light and nutritious. The rooms are comfortable and I needed an ironing board and one was gotten for me right away. Convenience is such as that are paramount to me.

Staff and management was VERY rude unprofessional when I made a complaint about an insect being in the room. I booked my stay for two nights and did not stayed and was charged for property damage (towels were in the toilet bowl when I checked in) something that I was falsly accused of. It was a horrible experience after driving 16 hours to reach my destination with a long drive and two swollen painful feets.

Very misleading continental breakfast consisted of nothing at all really choose coffee and sweet cakes no eggs, no bacon no potatoes no toast no waffles. Very terrible. Never stay there again. Service is very misleading very cheap. After paying that kind of money. You should at least get a decent breakfast and most people sleep in 6 o’clock in the morning eating breakfast is terrible. Wasn’t happy at all.

I truly hate to complain , honestly i do . Everytime before that ive stay at ABVI i quite enjoyed my stay. I adore the ladies in the office , as well as the cleaning staff. This time wasnt as enjoyable ,Sadly to say! My family was so ready for a hot shower and a comfy bed. To rest.. upon walking in the door . I noticed that the room was well below the standards of ABVI.. the floors had noticeable debris , in more than just a few spots . The coffee maker still had the filter from the last use. The cord to the hair dryer had a substance resembling blood . As well as the dust and nicotine on the bathroom walls and door and soap scum and hair still in the tub. So i was really upset that i had to clean the room before we could even shower and relax

The quality of the room was less than expected. I only stayed one night, so I didn’t complain at the hotel, but I will not book here again.

Breakfast was disappointing: just packaged muffins with no real options. I expected at least a basic continental breakfast with some variety. The room itself was acceptable for a budget stay, but the sleep quality and lackluster breakfast were major downsides. Wouldn't recommend unless you're a heavy sleeper who brings your own food and blackout curtains.

Nice, humble, and clean area. I was able to rest. The bathroom had an empty soap box on the floor. I guess it was not cleaned. But the bathtub had a floor towel, and another type of new soap. It was organized with clean bed sheets.

Property is clean and close to a lot of restaurants. We have stayed at this property many time over several years and have NEVER had a bad experience here.

Best bang for your buck and right next to the highway and is my preferred place to stay when on the NW side of the Atlanta metro.

The only problem that existed for us was, we had problems with roaches and the door of the room had paint peeling over the entire door. It could've been painted before letting anyone stay there. I informed the clerk in the office and she offered another room, but my sisters had already unpacked and didn’t want to repack to move to another room. This was not what I expected when I made the reservations. We only did 3 night's instead of 4 night's. They offered free breakfast, which consisted of coffee, juice and package miniature Hostess donuts and muffins.

The desk agent very rude, and the owner/agent went into system and changed price from $67 to $73 and availability from plenty of rooms to sold out once she new I was getting the cheaper price online. This was all done on Friday February 28, 2025. TAKE A CAN OF RAID WITH YOU IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY.

The room had a very strong pungent smell that had myself and my mother both gagging. We stayed in a nonsmoking room, but it almost smelt like mildew. When we opened the door to our room, there was a roach on one of the beds, which was very unsettling. Check in was quick, however the staff were very short and not very welcoming. “Breakfast” was pretty tragic. We won’t be staying there again

Great price for the room and only $10 per night for our dog. Some stains in the paint and a couple of cigarette holes in the bedding. But a great value and suited our purposes perfectly. I’ll probably stay here again next time I visit family in the area.

Our stay was comfortable it’s a three star hotel and you can see they are making improvements. Staff was nice and accommodating to all of our needs. They have a friendly staff and the area seems safe and quiet.

If you like cockroaches and stinky , nasty carpet and stinky rooms this is the place for you! I am very, very disgusted with the other great reviews. If you asked me to stay another night for free, I would say no thank you! There were seedy looking people that appear to be living there. I refused to walk on the carpet without my shoes. It was so gross. Beware people!! Oh, and they said they have breakfast. Well, they have those just Twinkies a banana and a very old looking tangerine that’s the idea of breakfast false advertising.( by the way, only reason why I’m being honest here is because I was duped by the lying reviews & don’t want anybody else to be duped.

I enjoyed the stay over all. The thing I didn't like was they still had signs in the "dining area" saying that due to covid we were supposed to get what little they had for breakfast and go back to the room. I mean the Covid pandemic was over a couple of years ago.

All around my stay with Americas best was average. A few things bothered me the smell in the room was overpowering we went through 2 packs of incense and the smell was still there. We also tried leaving the door open to help with the smell but that didn’t at all. The bathroom had a smell as well we lit a candle and that seemed to help. The comforter on the bed had a smell so we took that off and put on the floor. Overall my stay was average.

There was hair in the sink and the faucet was dirty. I cleaned the faucet myself that's how dirty it was. I went to the office to check out around 5am. I rang the bell and called the number, I let the phone ring over 20 times, no response. I could see a back pack and an eaten banana so some was there.

Check in was good. Room was clean & comfortable. It said free breakfast, but it was more like free breakfast snacks, just muffin packs. Other than that, our stay was cool & quiet.

I booked a non smoking room and it smell badly of smoke , when I asked to move they said all smell like that

Cockroaches, chunks of paint, falling off the ceiling, shower curtain rod brackets, broken out of the wall, room door hinges broken, the door would not fully close. It looks like a police battering ram broke the door off of its hinges and someone did a terrible job trying to reattach it with a couple of screws and a metal bracket. Light switches were cracked and people were working on cars and trucks in the parking lot with loud tools until 11 o’clock at night.

The room was ok, but bathroom left a lot to be desired. Obvious previous leaks on ceiling and wall, shower rod was barely hanging on.
