    Just the location. Horrible treatment of the staff, my partner and I were sleeping and an employee tried to open our room when they should know that the rooms are already with guests. The room was terribly dirty, there was no soap or shampoo. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    The lady at the front desk was fairly pleasant I was very disappointed with what was presented online. The room was one of the worst I have ever encountered during my years of traveling and booking. So until I had to leave and go stay 45 minutes out because there were no rooms there or nearby that were vacant. Whoever owns this property should be ashamed of yourself on its upkeep.

    Beware! This hotel would not even check me in with a confirmed reservation. It’s the worst service I have ever experienced in over 30 years of hotel stays. The property is poorly maintained and public areas are visibly dirty. The staff are either poorly trained or underpaid, resulting in treating guests like trash. Find another hotel. Which is what I was forced to do late in the day when they reneged on their commitment to me.

    I'm so appalled by this place. The sink had a leak, and they didn't even replace the cabinet under it, and it smells like mold. Also, it said there was breakfast when I booked it, but there was not, though I don't think I would eat anything in this place. I checked it for bedbugs; I hope we don't get any. I just saw a review that it's being changed into low-income housing. I can't believe they let you still book here. Also, Derek was very rude, and I wanted a full refund and did not get one. Here are some photos from my room; it looked like there was a murder in my room.

    They had roaches on my bed, and they didn’t give us room service, and they expected us to pay for literally everything, from extra towels, to the room cleaning. And even at night they have no one at the front desk at all.. imagine if there’s an emergency there’s no one. Please don’t stay here!! I am also expecting a full refund for my stay as well. I spoke with a manager named Kim, she was sweet but other than that it was a terrible experience overall.

    I booked a suite with a couch with sofa bed. My room did not have a couch at all. I callec the front desk and they preceded to say not all rooms come with a couch some rooms come with a recliner. Well my room had neither NO COUCH OR NO RECLINER. They said they would see get one for me in the morning, i teplied i will not be here. I only booked for one night. He then preceded to say okay let me see what i can do and i will give you a call back. After two hours had passed i personally went dow to the desk and ask anout the couch and was told he was waiting on them to call him back. I never recieved a call on no type. Not even to let me know they were not able to supply me a couch.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! We made it there to check in a few minutes before close. Went to the room and the smoke smell gave me an instant headache. It smelled like someone smoke 20 packs of cigarettes. The sofa had a huge while in it and looked like someone had jumped in it until the left side was caved in. The heat didn't work and there was a nasty black ring around the tub. I went down immediately after inspecting the room and called on the lobby phone to them. The lobby phone calls the reservation line for Extended stay and I was told we would be given a different room and they would send someone down to help us. We waited 30 minutes before someone came and was told they promise they'll take care of us but we had to wait until 9am when the manager would get there. Now mind you we had to sleep in this room and FREEZE because it could outside and the heat DID NOT WORK. I'm disabled, and 1 of my disabilities is that I have arthritis in my ENTIRE SPINE. I was in tremendous pain because the arthritis caused my other spinal issues to flare up. Had to deal with the headache from the smoke smell and actually keep the front door open just to breathe properly. At 9am they screwed us over. Not only did we not get another room but they took our money and kept our deposit. 😡I want my money

    The older lady at the front desk got the housekeeping to pack all my stuff in a plastic bag before 11 AM. She was very rude and very disrespectful. She acted like she did not want to be at the front desk when I was checking in or any other time when I was just passing questions. She acts like she hates her job and all she does is sit in the back and you have to constantly call for someone when you are staying here because she’s always in the back watching TV on her phone and not actually doing any work. To specify this is the lady with extremely short dyed blonde hair.

    You get to the lobby and feel like you can't breathe, the smell of cigarrets and weed is too much. I got there very late, there was a guy asking to borrow hot spot and walking around, but the lady at the lobby was very nice and helpful.

    This place was not clean at all it seems as if they only changed out sheets. Lose or public hair in the shower and on the bathroom floors, dog food on the carpet like it really needed to be vacuum and swept. The microwave was not wiped out like why not! We paid 387 for this room it was dreamville this weekend knowing all the rooms are booked yall could’ve at least tried to clean up throughly for your guest. Like the saving grace was there was no bed bugs for now. It was a thick stinky smell like smoke and old smoke like the rooms needed to be aired out. This experience was not good at all thank god the sheets were changed. Unacceptable for home much we paid will not be back! There was another extended stay down the street it even looked cleaner on the outside we should’ve stayed there. This place gets zero stars, I would like some type of refund. Or inconvenience fee

    There was a roach that crawled across the backsplash as I was using the cooktop. The hotel agreed to a refund but I was still charged the room fee plus the $100 deposit total of $175. We were only checked in for about two hours before we left.

    This hotel houses permanant low income residents. They are loud, and don't care about others at the hotel. I had to call 3 times to get people to stop the thumping loud music and yelling noises. they never stopped, so I left, requesting a refund.

    The downside was that no one from the from desk was there until the morning. I requested cookware (which was $39.99) and dishes (which were $19.99) but none of it was there. Thank goodness because those prices were ridiculous. Also there were roaches in the room: a few dead and one alive.

    I was frustrated that the security deposit was not clearly stated in the reservation, the door keys were hard to use, the fire alarm had no battery and kept beeping before I replaced the battery, and there was no one to take my key when I left. Do you not have staff at this facility?

    Refrigerator did not work. Front desk told my wife the light bulb needed to be replaced and the maintenance guy would replace it. The freezer worked but the refrigerator did not causing me to throw away dinner. Mirror or something missing from wall with the mounts still visible. Weather stripping visibly in need of repair on front door. Front desk person yelling at someone on the phone. Room phone not hooked up. No paper towls or kleenex in room. Person screaming obsenities in hallway after midnight. and again at 4PM the next day.

    If I could give this zero stars, I would. Worst hotel I have ever been to. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong (much smaller) room. We got that resolved. The hallway on the second had the overwhelming smell of cat urine. That smell never went away. We are a family of 5 and reserved a suite large enough to sleep 5…however we were only given 2 towels for 5 people for a 2 day stay. We attempted to get towels from the front desk, but no one was ever there working. The people staying above us were so loud. Sounded like several kids running around for several hours between 7pm and 10pm. Sleeping in my car would have been better than this. Please avoid this place!

    My daughter and I got woken up in the middle of the night by a guest either above us or next to us that was banging so loud and being so loud at 2 o’clock in the morning I tried to call the front desk, but it had a number that went to a helpdesk and the guy said that he would talk to the front desk lady, and when he got back to me, he said the front desk lady would come by my room and talk to me, but she never did and no one ever did anything about how noisy They were being and I will never stay at this hotel again there is no overnight desk person to ask for help

    Booked 5 deluxe rooms. Very poor quality rooms, reek of stale food and cigarettes. Absolutely filthy carpets, uncomfortable and saggy beds and pillows and dirty old ratty leather couches. Large gaping hole in the ceiling exposing the rafters and insulation. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything around you. A/C barely works. Room key stopped working randomly in the middle of the night with nobody at the front desk to replace it. Horrible experience, will not be coming back.

    The room smelled so terrible. It smelled like mildew, cigarettes, weed, and urine. I couldn't sleep because the smell so bad that it was hard to breath. The lobby was closed at night. There was a massive hole in the couch, the bathtub had long hair in it with soap suds around the drain (it had not been cleaned). There was broken glass in the parking lot so if you have dogs be careful. The outlets didnt work in the kitchen and the light was out as well. We were told that we would have 2 queen beds but they were both full sized. There were many homeless people in the parking lot asking for money. There were beer bottles all around. Never again will we stat there. My throat is irritated me and i feel sick. Never again will we stay there. The only good thing about the place was the woman working in the lobby. She was very kind, welcoming, professional, and respectful.

    It was horrible. Horrible smell all throughout the hotel. Staff only there 10am-10pm. Bugs in the bed. Fold out bed rusted, moldy, and disgusting. The bathroom floor creaked so bad, we were afraid it would fall through. They advertised free breakfast but said they don't do that anymore. Seems to have permeant residents, who are sketchy. Caught one person going down the hallway checking to see if any doors were unlocked. App is not allowing me to add photos, but have plenty for evidence

    The room may have been cleaned, but it was the filth and grime of months or years. The pullout couch which we intended to use for my daughter, was badly stained and full of crumbs, and whatever else landed on the floor as a shook the mattress this property should be pulled from Expedia.

    When we first walked in the room it had a weird smell. The refrigerator had mold on the shelf. The beds had crumbs on top of them. My kids found dead bugs under the bed and I killed one roach in the bathroom. Called the front desk for clean towels the next day and if someone could get the trash out. He told me to bring the old towels to the front desk and they will give me what I need. My family will not be going there again.

    I went to the hotel and checked in. They said Orbitz overbooked us and no room for us. Didn't even apologised and said get refund from Orbitz. This hotel sold our reservation to another. There was a homecoming event in town. Orbitz tried several attempts contacting them for refund and failed. Orbitz apparently cares about their business partners but not to its customers.

    Marijuana smoke smell in and out of building. People smoking outside the doors, but doors propped open with rocks. Sketchy would be the term I would use. Had my hound son with me so that was awesome to explain the smell. Room was mediocre. Only staying one night, thought we picked a place that would suffice. Shower had duct tape covering what I could only assume was a hole. Did anyone ever hear of USB ports to charge devices? Was not going to venture outside to my vehicle for a plug adapter. Had to leave early so I went to check out and it was unattended and screen pulled down. No drop box for keys. Phone says dial zero for assistance only to be told after pressing keys for prompts that no one is here. Went and took care of some business and came back at 8:30 and still no one there, but we are smoking weed again. Went to room and left keys on the dressing. No receipt. Feel like I need to watch my bank account.

    The room was amazing and comfortable. If I had an issue it would be that we had to wait 5 minutes to check in while the front desk clerk Derrick, was on his personal phone talking with someone.     The facility in the pictures looks clean and welcoming. This is the reason we booked this hotel over others. When we showed up at the propoerty it was nowhere near as welcoming as the other properties nearby, and the general appearance was dingy. The check in process was easy and smooth and the lady at the front desk was helpful. However, upon entering the room we noticed an odor that was reminiscent of someone’s old dirty house. We were on the edge of asking for a different room, but since it was late already we decided to stick it out. Overall I’d say this is a good hotel in a pinch, but I won’t be booking this place ever again.

    The stay so far has been a journey to be admired. The hotel staff seem to have their moral compass intact, which is a huge plus. I haven’t had any major issues that I can really complain about really. Ms.Kim stood out the most to me. She was very nice, professional and welcoming to say the least. I also love her persistency.     About the noise and it just seemed to get worse. I spoke with the manager on 8:/9 and was told we would be compensated monetarily by check out and that didn’t happen. I have sent a few follow up messages and no response from the hotel. Why lie about being compensated if that wasn’t your intention. His behavior and unprofessionalism toward the situation by not keeping his word and following through is bad for business.

    Had to change room twice because of broken furniture, non-working A/C, non-working stove burners. Decided to stay in the third room, even though the A/C was leaking water in the room; bought a container to place under the A/C to collect the water, as maintenance said conditions could not be fixed. On last day of stay, the only elevator in the hotel broke at 4 am; almost missed my flight, as I had to carry my luggages, one at a time, from the third floor — very disappointed

    I had two bookings because Expedia would not allow me to book past 30 days. So to extend, I had to book the same room twice and come down to the front desk to check out and check in again. I stayed at this property from Saturday June 10, 2023 to Wednesday July 26, 2023. That is a total of 46 days. Housekeeping only came by once during those 46 days. And...they only came that one time after I made three trips to the front desk telling them I have had no housekeeping. When I first checked in, I was given a room that already had a guest. I know because as I was trying my key, someone opened the door. I went back to the front desk and was then given room 231.I eventually bought a can of Raid to kill roaches, water bugs and carpet beetles. To get fresh towels, I took the dirty towels down to the front desk and they washed them and I came back and got them. I just bought a new laptop and I would get disconnected from the WiFi consistently. The electronic keys (the one in my pocket and the one in my wallet) would stop working out of the blue. As a result, in the pouring rain, I had to walk from the rear of the property to the front entrance and got drenched. The keys stopped working at least 3 times. The dumpster was overflowing on a consistent basis which isn't good since we had to take out our own trash. During my last night there, there was arguing and fussing in the hall and noticed a few police cars were outside when I left at 3 AM. I didn't get any sleep that night.

    There is no dishes, no pans, no utensils at all in the room even I received the email from hotel manager asking if I would need all this. I replied that I do need dishes, pans etc. But they still were not provided and not available. Ended up building them at Dollar Tree. Also, there is no breakfast in the hotel.

    Only good thing is there were no bugs.. in my room at least. I was hoping to use the kitchen since I planned on staying for a week, but they didn’t have any pots and pans or utensils. I was locked out of my room and to my surprise there is nobody on site from like 10pm or 11pm u til 6am.. so I had to sit in the hallway for 5 hrs u til someone came in for their shift. Highly upsetting. I left the following morning. I would never stay here again.

    It is ok for very economical stay. The rooms are very outdated and have gone through a lot of maintenance. It is ok if you just want a place to sleep and willing to overlook the quality of the room.

    We checked in to get ready for a nearby concert and didn’t return to the property after leaving for the venue. Complete waste of money. Was there maybe 20mins total. My 10yr old daughter even started crying and saying she didn’t feel safe staying there. There was yelling and even a dog barking. Worst hotel experience we’ve encountered.

    I enjoyed the convenience of this hotel, but it was quite dirty upon my arrival and the pull-out couch was disgusting with blood stains. I did not feel clean or safe in this hotel. I booked through Expedia and did not stay at the property and only received a partial refund!

    Refrigerator was dirty as well as carpet. Chairs were stained. No morning coffee available. Requested silverware at front desk. Associate said would be 15 minutes. Walked up front and associate was on a personal call. Found some plastic ware in vehicle. Some lights were out in room. No ice machine.
