The Chalets is our favorite spot to stay when we're in the Medford area. It's always nice, clean and we like the driving range.

REACH OUT TO THEM FOR THE LOCKBOX CODE. Horrible experience with my check in because they gave me the wrong code for the lockbox, to get my keycard.And when I was on the phone with support close to midnight , We figured out the I had the wrong code and he gave me the correct one , but the lockbox was not working.. he reset it to the same code and it finally worked. MAKE SURE TO CLOSE THE LOCKBOX AFTER. There's a key in there that can open your door. The note is on the table that says that... if you miss to read it... you're sol 😒

While we didn't get to enjoy the amenities due to the short length of our stay, the accommodations were excellent and worked perfect for us. The room was spacious and well appointed and even offered snacks and bottled water and coffee, a nice touch.

This place was beautiful! They have everything you need in the room and it’s comfortable. Views were amazing outside and we even decided to golf before leaving the next morning

We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay! The staff was friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room exceeded every expectation. Clean, modern furnishings, and very comfortable. This is truly the nicest accommodations we’ve found in the area, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Clean nice room. Very helpful friendly hostess--Terri. Gave us lots of ideas of where to go on our drive the next day. Enjoyed a ride around the golf course and seeing lots of wildlife. Fun event with food truck at the resort the night we were there.

We were just looking for a decent place to stay between Crater Lake NP and the Medford airport. When touring national parks, my standards have to be low or it can get very frustrating. Haha. But! This place was really nice, right on a beatufil golf course (note to self: play it next time), and the staff was amazing.

Dry nice accommodations. Staff was great and really enjoyed the restaurant. Ate there two nights, excellent service and food.

Our stay at The Chalets was great. The room was very clean and comfortable; Check in and out was easy; Parking was convenient; And the community was quiet. It was also one of very few hotel stays that I genuinely felt like my dogs were welcome. They left a doggie basket with treats, toys, potty bags, and a flashlight in the room. They also put dog bowls, towels, and a bed in the room. My dogs were also very comfortable which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Love everything about this place. A special thank to Terri, the Chalet manager who helped and guided us through our stay. You will definitely be back.

We checked in after hours but it was super easy. The place is beautiful. Beds were super comfortable. The shower was amazing. Wish we were staying another night so that we could for golfing into our schedule.

However being awaken by the blower at 5:30 was not appreciated. The landscpaing crew began work at 5: 15 and was blowing until 6:30 right outside my room. I will need to provide others a google review as well

The chalet was very nice and in excellent condition. It looks out over the driving range. I didn't have an opportunity to golf, but the course looked great. It was about an hour and a half from Crater Lake.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hardly anyone around. Meet out by the flagpole in the rain. No restaurants were open so no dinner option or breakfast the next day so you either have to travel or go without. (This may have been the time of year…I’m not sure but we looked at their internet and picked it solely for us not to of had to leave once we got there. Furniture in living room is well used.

Nice property on a golf course. Restaurant available on site at the golf lodge. Comfortable room and bed, with fridge. Balcony/outdoor area, including extra seating area around a gas fireplace. Easy parking. No front desk, but communication was easy over text and we were met on arrival.

Great hotel! Wish I could have stayed here longer.

I recently stayed and found the room to be clean, spacious, and modern. The amenities were great, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was that the Venmo QR code provided for housekeeping didn't work for me, and I only had $3 in cash to leave for the housekeeping staff. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I hope they can resolve the Venmo QR code issue for future guests.

Very nice property and the property manager, I think that was her job, was so friendly, helpful and informative. Our power was out for over half of our stay, we really thought we would receive some type of partial refund but that won’t stop us from staying again.

Facility was amazing we would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We will be back to stay again but we will get a golf package too (stay and play).

They need to mow around the chalets and water. The grass was dead in large spots and it was not even edged.

This resort sits on a golf course. The Chalets were very very clean. Managers met us on arrival. The restaurant food was excellent for Dinner & Breakfast. Cost for meals were what is the norm these days. View, beautiful. People very friendly.

Next time we decide to visit crater lake when there isn’t a bunch of snow we will most definitely be staying at this resort again!! It was so beautiful and clean. Perfect location as well

We have stayed here several times over the last few years. The staff from check in to the restaurant are the BEST of the BEST, fun, happy, full of personality and welcome you with so much kindness. The rooms are always perfect upon arrival and the grounds are beautiful. This is our go to place in Medford area.

The place is nice quite and reasonably close to alot of winery's in the area.

Restaurant is terrible . There were only 4 tables at the time and it took over an hour for food to be ready. When we finally got the good, it tasted like salt and salt only. We were unable to eat the food because it was just too salty. We ended up throwing away food worth $68. Never experienced that before. We booked a double Queen suits. The bathroom only had one set of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel (15ml). I texted to request more, the response was quick and polite. 10 mins later another lady was knocking on our door distributing the shampoo. I told her I needed three extra for everything because we had four ppl in total. The lady tried to ration me telling me that two ppl can share one. Again, never experienced this before. Overall, good space, clean room, comfortable bed and sheets! Only thing you can do is have a good night sleep because everything else is unacceptably disappointing.

Units should come with a microwave and a desk with chair to work from. These were missing and not available so unless all you do is golf I would give it a miss.

Great launching pad for Crater Lake as well as a golf resort

It was very disappointing that the restaurant was closed all but two days a week. Hardly a “resort”. Golf course was very nice and employee was fantastic.

Hotels.com let me down. I chose pet friendly hotel, but this hotel does not allow pets. The hotel made accommodations, but the experience was frustrating.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful room, easy, fast check in, clean and updated room, lovely grounds. Very comfortable bed. Couldn’t have been better.

The rooms are just fantastic. A small Living room with fireplace ad. A big bedroom. It appears they are all very new and decorated tastefully. We unfortunately hit a period of bad smoke and could not play golf. As we planned so we ended up leaving early. Terri also gave us great Resteraunt recommendations and both were top notch! We will be back.

I enjoyed staying there, the suite is spacious with fridge and microwave. The balcony facing the golf course is a bonus. I liked that compared to a hotel, the rooms have their own entrance, no elevator needed. It was quiet. The only small negative thing i could think of is that the trash cans had no liner. Also easy checking in and check out. I also appreciated the info about local sight seeing places and restaurants that was provided when checking in. Next time i am in the area, will definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel. Beautiful setting...right on a golf course. Very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Peaceful, clean... I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in the area.

Beautiful resort, but they still refuse to provide any cleaning service which is unacceptable given the full rate they continue to charge. They can hire a maid who has been vaccinated or use gloves, to resupply, provide clean towels snd take out trash.

Very clean and quiet retreat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Golf course was steps away with grass range! Dinner on Talon’s porch was nice. Crater lake is easy to get to. Have recommended this place to friends.

We were so happy to have found this property! The units are clean, decorated nicely, very comfortable, with patios/balconies facing the golf course. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and have a lovely sitting area in the garden. Teri was very pleasant and responded quickly with any requests. There is a snack shack for breakfast or lunch, and it was nice to be able to get breakfast on premise before starting our adventures. We took the grandkids rafting down the Rogue River and this was about a 10-15 minute drive to Shady Cove to our rafting company.

Great place to stay if you are wanting a very comfortable room and time to relax. Great balcony with awesome views of the garden area and golf course. Comfortable to sit outside even on a 100 degree day because of a great evening breeze and shade. Far better than a hotel room!

The place was amazing and super clean, a pet peeve of mine. Staff was very accommodating and super helpful, like family. I most definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this place. The only thing I would suggest ( this is no way a complaint) would have been nice to have access to some ice😛hard to find during COVID19. Thank you for having me.

The Chalets were quiet, clean and very comfortable. I love the super thick curtains that completely black out the room and all of the nice fixtures. The bathroom is very large and has double sinks and a ton of counter space. Check in was super easy. Also we loved having breakfast at Talon’s Grill, it was really tasty. The grounds here are impeccably maintained, it is such a stunning resort. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved the location situated on a beautiful golf club resort. The Talon restaurant was beautiful and a short walk from our room. We had a very nice breakfast there and it is also open for dinners and has a bar area.. The room was beautiful and very clean and modern bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Nice little patio garden area with bistro table outside our room with view overlooking the golf course and local mt views.Highly recommend this resort if you plan to visit Crater Lake. Very scenic 90 minute drive from here up to Crater Lake Rim Visitor Center. Hope to visit again sometime soon. Great place for a special occasion celebration.

My wife and I stayed at the Chalets during a memorial for a family member. The room was amazing one of the best hotels of its type that we have ever experienced. Bob the owner was very kind and accommodating. We played golf the day after the service and found the course to be challenging and in excellent shape. It was a great value. The food was excellent and we were very grateful to be pampered during a very difficult time for our family. We travel extensively and provide the highest recommendation for this gem of a hotel
