Clean well presented in fantastic location

The room was spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious. The grounds and all well maintained. My only complaint is the beds are hard. At 1 AM, I took the quilt out of the duvet cover and laid it on top of the bottom sheet to help pad the mattress. It wasn't great but it was much better. But everything else was stellar.

The hotel was great! Very comfortable and thoughtful with a lot of details. The breakfast was good, and they provided afternoon cookies. They had a cool little library room you could relax in. It was walking distance to the cute Main Street in East Aurora. We would stay again.

We never received the digital key, but the people at the desk checked us in and out quickly and efficiently

Breakfast is better than normal motel fare. Rooms are good, pool was good, and location of right next to main street but quiet. However, no room cleaning, our hvac unit we in a sorry state of affairs and sofa bed and roll away bed were very uncomfortable.

Lots of options for breakfast. The food was stocked well and the coffee was nice and hot. The bathroom exhaust fan in my room stayed on the whole time and didn't turn off when the light was turned off. I ended up just closing the bathroom door so I didn't have to hear it all night. A mild inconvenience.

What a lovely hotel. Great amenities, good hearty breakfast and staff was so helpful.

Everything was great! I wish the price was a little better kind of expensive for one night.

We had purchased a King two-room suite, but when we arrived at 4:00 PM, the room was not ready. The front desk staff told us they would “hold the first-floor room for us” and said we could stop back anytime, as it was still being cleaned. Based on that reassurance, we left the hotel, grabbed a bite to eat, and returned a couple of hours later. When we came back, there was a new desk attendant on duty. I explained that we had a room being held under my name, only to be told that the first floor was already fully booked for that room type — not something you want to hear after being told your room was being held. We were then sent up to the second floor, where we opened the door to find a standard King room, not the suite we had purchased and paid for. This is what ultimately brings the review down to two stars. We called the front desk, and to their credit, the staff member did come back upstairs and offered to relocate us into the correct room. However, by that point, after multiple issues and confusion, we had simply had enough. We gave up and decided to go back home. Because of this, I honestly can’t speak to the hotel itself or the stay — we never even got the opportunity to experience it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the initial positive interaction with the afternoon.

The beds are comfy , the free breakfast was good . The proximity to everything is why we will be back you can walk to everything the staff is very accommodating overall a good stay .

Room was spotless, modern, spacious for the three of us. We all enjoyed the indoor swimming pool while it snowed outside, the library nook made for a perfect wind down time for our 7-year old. The breakfast was tasty and the staff incredibly welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!

The Hampton Inn East Aurora is the most desirable hotel in the entire Buffalo area. Ideally located just off of Main Street in the idyllic East Aurora, the hotel is inviting, warm, has incredibly friendly staff and a delicious breakfast each day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A bonus library in the hotel for families and a quick drive to Bar-Bill, Vidler's, Starbucks and Tops. This is our favorite stay and we will be back again! Thank you.

This is a great location right in the center of East Aurora. Easy walking to the town. Hotel is in great shape and the breakfast is very nice.

They really need to learn how to cook scrambled eggs and bacon …could float away on the amount of grease !!! Other than that - it was a clean surrounding …. 🙈

Parking was more that adequate. Staff were friendly and took time to make conversation, which made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Kids friendly. Front desk folks were courteous and welcoming. Good breakfast. Kids play/ library was a good addition. Overall pleasant stay.

It is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The Continental Breakfast provided several choices for breakfast. The only negative was not realizing you had to ask to have your room cleaned every day or otherwise it is every other day. There were plenty of towels and face clothes. The hotel blended in with the town and didn’t stick out which was nice.

Lovely and safe area to walk about. Well equipped gym and clean pool. Could use bigger towels for the pool. Well stocked breakfast and warm cookies at night! What more could you ask for?

The hotel has gone through extensive renovations and it shows very well. I believe all the rooms are updated and very new. The service at the counter is always great and they found packages that were delivered to the hotel the week before I'm very thankful for a wonderful stay again at the East Hampton!!

Always a fun staycation spot for us! Only wish pool water and pool area was way warmer. It's a bit chilly in there.

Check in of 4PM. I got there about 3:45 and was told a room wasn’t available yet, meanwhile they checked people into 2 rooms right next to me. People were checked into rooms while I waited another 40 minutes after check in time to be able to get a room. Not happy with any of that especially when the woman at the desk had an attitude because I expected to have a room.

Loved the hotel itself but when asking to have a room closest to our friends that we could get, we were first told we would be across the hall from eachother then another employee came over and told the employee helping us not to do that. Wish we could have been close to our friends as originally stated, seeing as they had the rooms to do so.

Bathroom door didn't want to stay on track. Originally placed at far end of 2nd floor with husband having back issues & needing to be near stairs because elevators compress his spine. Staff moved us, but at that point there were limited options. We had called ahead, they could've planned for him to have been on the 1st floor.

It was the perfect workaytion spot. There were so many comfortable & quiet places in the bright, cozy lobby with outlets everywhere. I was able to get so much work done in just 2 days! I will dedinitely be returning.

Easiest check in I’ve ever experienced.

This seems like a fairy new or remodeled hotel. Rooms were clean for the most part (hair in the shower.) Breakfast was very disappointing both mornings. At 8:30 things should not be empty. Second morning we had to wait 15 minutes on all the hot food. Breakfast eating area is right by the main entrance and it was freezing (not a smart choice in the Buffalo area) people were checking out and the doors were open more than they were closed. The front desk person looked like they were homeless (dirty unkempt hair, rotten teeth, terrible breath) not a good representation of a quality hotel.

Very unique library room with books for kids and adults, as well as a good selection of board games. A really nice addition.

Ideally located one block from the picturesque Main Street, The Hampton Inn was tucked away in a quiet and safe location with ample parking, friendly staff, clean rooms, a spacious dining area for breakfast AND a vibrant library. I would highly recommend a stay in The Hampton Inn, along with delicious wings at the local Bar-Bill and shop at Vidler’s; two of the areas popular destinations. Thank you for an incredible stay. Hotel is in perfect walking distance for everything East Aurora. Clean, safe, and quiet. It’s our go-to hotel when in the area. Unfortunately, this stay was subpar. It was an impromptu stay and we didn’t have any toiletries with us. The front desk provided us with toothbrushes but they were out of toothpaste…Not ideal but not the end of the world. I figured we could make do or run to CVS. The shower was out of shampoo in the wall mounted dispenser and I didn’t find out until I was already in the shower… For $175/night no toothpaste and no shampoo is unacceptable in my opinion.

I ran the shower for 5-10 minutes and the water temperature never really got hot enough. Barely warm. This is one of two hotels in EA, and what you pay for one night shows that they know it. Too expensive.

Notably, during the Christmas of 2022, I was unexpectedly snowed in at the hotel. The staff handled the situation exceptionally well, implementing measures to ensure everything remained under control and finding creative ways to entertain the children. I always look forward to returning to this hotel during my visits to Western New York.

Aurora is a beautiful town and we had a wonderful experience at the Hampton there.

Property was lovely with easy walks to local shopping and dining. Only complaint was that they only put two (very small) towels in the room for two people. I didn't realize this until I was already in the shower so had to dry off and wrap my hair with the same towel which was not ideal. Why cheapen a lovely stay with this practice? You need to up your towel game!
