Pictures are for the hourly rate rooms because there’s a club next door. Room you book looks nothing like that. Ac don’t work. You walk out key dont work. I’m never staying there EVER AGAIN!!

Dirty room, roach infested and towels and linens looked dirty and had hair on them, told housekeeper and she said that’s how they come out after laundering. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!

I read some reviews and tough would be a decent place to stay a night before my trip back was a regrettable experience conditions terrible everything dirty floors bathrooms towels etc. I went to front desk he argue with me asking me I saw any spot in the towels who looked like those cleaning rags

Tv didn’t work

It was awful. The room smelled like cat piss. Kids playing outside my door all night. The absolute worst place i have ever stayed.

For the price was ok

I booked for 2 rooms but front desk said one room with 2 beds . I have to show the email that I booked 2 rooms .

Very dirty and unsafe. Mold and moldy smells. HVAC PTAC unit has dirt inside - inch and a half thick. Same in showers. Bed sheets are smelly and floors are sticky

Staff was friendly. It’s the only nice thing I can say both faucets in the shower stayed on. There was poor work done in all across the bathroom. Train passed in the middle of the night.(not much you can do about that) parking wasn’t too bad but didn’t feel safe.

I had requested a room on first floor handicap access. My message was not answered and was accomodated on 2nd floor. A bit of challenge for me.

I've never been to a place that requires a cash deposit for a room. It seems like the reviews are stacked with fake reviews as the score of this facility does not match the experience. There is now way this property is a 7 out of 10.

It is good for the price, I mean you are in L.A. and the staff were very understanding, kind, and patient with me.

Never come to clean the room refrigerator dirty. Towels dirty. Room smelling. Never see the staff around.

When i walked in the room it smelled like urine..i had to mop n put ait freshener. The rest room had hair every where

I’ve unfortunately had to stay a few times, but they tell me a different deposit everytime. Sometimes it’s $20, sometimes it’s $40. Woman usually takes $20 and the man requires $40. Last time i spoke to the woman she was on facetime showing someone all of my information, i felt really uncomfortable. She noticed me looking, and she put the phone down. This time, that same window i saw her do that now is blocked off with a bunch of papers so you can’t see in. Location is kind of poor as far as who else is around. We had no soap or towels in our room, gentleman greeting us was rude. Toilet had leftovers from the previous person who stayed there, along with trash we found bedside in the drawers from previous guests as well. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this motel due to the several favors i’ve listed. Each time i give it a chance, it lets me down again. Bathrooms are moldy and old, AC makes a funky smell.

There was a drug addict shouting in the parking lot. A creepy guy kept walking by my room and would stare at me so I had to shut the curtain. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I did not feel safe, and I felt grossed out my entire stay. Keep shopping around for a better hotel!!!

NO room service the rooms are filthy roches condoms under the beds the towels look like the mop the floors with... Horrible!! The only good thing is that there's a couple shopping centers ,restaurants and public transportation near by.

Room is up to date, recently remodeled and done well. Spacious room, ample closet space (bar to hang clothes and not a dresser drawer thankfully!) bed is soft, tv w/HBO and premium cable channels.. The best part is the property is well-maintained and CLEAN! The surrounding area isn’t the quietest- certain people might not feel “safe” - but honestly, if you just mind your own business and don’t look for trouble- nobody is going to bother you- this is El Monte, it’s safe to book your room and sleep! Owner is chill and they treat the stray animals with kindness- they are good people. Pest-free!!

My stay was disappointing. The bed made noise whenever I sat on it, the bathroom drain was clogged, and the AC was loud. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard.

Roaches Mode cracked floors toilets broke sink stopped up i actually fell on the floor and hit my body against the av unit it was craaazy

Beyond filthy, trash from previous occupants was swept under bed, found a total of 6 screws, 1sewing needle and a razor blade. Beyond unsafe. Used condoms thrown up and down the hallway. Advertises check out at 11, front desk will ask you to leave by 10:30 and they in fact DO NOT have a pool.

There is a $10 fee for each night stay which the person said its parking fee. Will be retured at check out. I was not aware of it its didnt say nothing in hotels.c0m. The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke all day and night. Only get it ifs a $40, night. Anything over that is over priced!!

We walked to our room and it was nice; nothing fancy (we only paid 100 dollar for it plus the deposit.). I did try to get a discount for having to drive so far but he said NO lol. The room was clean there was a bed bug crawling near my face in the morning. Service was friendly they weren't rude or anything in that matter. When I went to check out I janded the key over and they checked my room then I got my 50 dollars back. For the price it was a good room. If you can afford a bit more then get yourself a better room.
