The location was good.. the lobby was welcoming and clean. The room didn’t have much lighting like the lights were to dark , and the bathroom door was old the rooms definitely need some updating but other than that it was good.

Everything was clean and comfortable.

The property looked really nice. The room wac just like the photos. However, we found lots of hairs on the beds, and in the tub. We opened the curtains to check the view and it looked like someone blew there nose on the curtain. Both the pool and hot tub water temps were nice but becareful getting in both. The hot tub handle bends easy and feels lose and both the hot tub and pools floors are covered in broken paint and concrete. They present a nice breakfast step up. Everything was clean but the pastries and bagels were stale. My son got a cake type donut and it crumbled because it was so dry. The waffle mix was definitely watered down, they had two types of batter blueberry and regular. The regular came out thin but the blueberry was like soup. They also have signs everywhere about the does and don'ts like you cannot leave the breakfast area with anything, You can not take towels to your room after getting out of the pool.

Very good. With kids go swimming and sit in the hot tub order in food and enjoy Love the beds so comfortable.

Overall, the property is really nice and the rooms are spacious. It has an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The only thing I didn’t like was that you could hear noise all the time—people walking above the room, which was pretty uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it was just my room (218 on the second floor)

The rooms are old. Two lights in the room didn't work. The bathrooms are outdated. The bed wasn't too comfortable.

Beautiful clean hotel room with a friendly staff great restaurants next-door. I was just passing through, but it was a wonderful stay!

Great 1 day stay the suite was spacious with everything we needed. Had a late check-in and the staff was accommodating for a late check out which gave us time for breakfast that was great and some pool time to unwind. Will be back again!

The air conditioning did a loud noise

Gaps from the outlets into the room makes me feel like its a roach motel. The breakfast was horrible. Small and they cpulsnt manage with the number of guest. Best part was the walking distance to a decent plave to eat.

It was a good experience. Just a convenience about under construction.

I was on the second floor and my last two nights I could hear all the running around going on in the room above. It was none stop until around 11 pm! Also, the only reason I booked this place was because it had an indoor hot tub, first thing that greeted me when I entered hotel was that their hot tub was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in operation! The girls up front were very friendly and helpful.

No complaints about the room whatsoever. The breakfast was varied and ample. However, the pool needs attention. The water in both the pool and jacuzzi is murky with both fine particles as well as quite visible chunks. My kids found this objectionable and didn't want to swim, and they are water creatures. One source is apparently the peeling paint. Between that and a need for better filtering, the pool is not the selling feature that it really should be.

Have stayed at this hotel before--courteous staff, clean rooms and a good selection of Breakfast items. My only complaint is that the computers reserved for guests did not work. I rely on desktop computers to conduct my business. Would have given 5 stars were it not for the one and only complaint that I had.

Check in staff friendly and courteous. Had to come back down with my luggage because the first room smelled like smoke. Second room was clean and quiet and had a nice sitting area with sofa. Nice well stocked breakfast buffet. Convenient location with ample parking and nearby retail shopping and restaurants. Internet super slow. Took me several attempts to get on the Internet and once I was on it I couldn't get into my business portal to get any work done.

A/c made more noise then a 2 mile train, reception was rude, yes i got there at 12in the morning but if u don't can keep up just dont be there, mattress needs to be replaced felt like i was sleeping in a hole, just not worth the price

Room had a strange smell and floor was very dirty, front desk person was rude. Left one morning early so did not ask housekeeper to clean room because it was too early and when I got back I asked the front desk lady for toilet paper and was told they ran out!! Like it’s a motel how in the heck do you run out.Hot tub was filthy, I use to like this place but I don’t think I will be staying there anymore. And they charge a lot for a not so good room that runs out of toilet paper and has horrible staff in front.

I have sideways stayed at this hotel for many years. I know they do not change the comforter each time but in always check the bed for like food diet bed bugs . My blanket under the comforter has red food it was like candy stuck to it. How do you miss this if your change the sheets. Other than that it was great

We had to stay in El Paso very last minute. We found this hotel. The free breakfast, indoor pool, and price were all a win. We didn't stay long enough but everyone was very friendly.

Room was spacious. We were out of all soaps and it was so awkward having someone come in at night to replace them. Then we went swimming and the hotel was out of towels. So we had no fresh towels to shower with. I would stay there again only if I brought my own soaps and an extra towel of my own.

Shampoo and conditioner were empty in the shower. There was also a hair in the scrambled eggs and the employee didn't pull the dish of eggs, just threw our plate away. Otherwise everything else was great.

We usually stay at this hotel when traveling through the area. Conveniently located next to i10. Walking distance to gas station and restaurants. Incredibly short drive to coffee. Always clean. Great variety at breakfast. Staff are always friendly!

This is our first time at a Comfort Suites. I did not realized when we checked in it was a handicapped room. I must say the room was spacious with all the amenities plus a small area for a sitting room with couch, chair and coffee table. The bathroom was roomy with a walk-in shower. However, the bed has the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever slept in..lumpy, no support and felt like we were sleeping on a "sway-back horse" is the only description I can think of. The room desperately needs a thorough cleaning as there was an odor, both in the room and bathroom.

Room was nice and comfortable and walking distance to some restaurants. It was quiet. Room wasnt quite as clean as i would have liked and they put alot pillows on the bed but they are were all small.

Dirty beat-up hotel. Everything is falling apart or damaged. Thrown pillows for your bedding? Trash from the previous guest on the bathroom floor. Meaning they didn't sweep or mop. Stains in the shower floor. I have stayed in over 500 hotels is this one is bottom 5.

The elevator was not operational. I had to lug our luggage & kids up the flights of stairs. This became a nuisance after the 1st day. The hotel only gave a 10% discount but i had prepaid through this app. How will i get reimbursed and should be at least 20% for the hassle involved. Also, the rooms were damaged, flooring & furniture.

The receptionist was super rude and said that there was no more rooms available.

We went there for the indoor pool and our kid loved it, so we found what we were looking for

Our room was very clean, the restroom, bed, couch, tub, all were neat and clean. There was an iron and extra pillows and blanket. The restroom was fully stocked with plenty of fresh linens. The woman, at check in was very friendly and accommodating. The staff was very attentive and friendly during the complimentary breakfast and the food options were somewhat different everyday. It is also walking distance to Sawgrass and just a short drive to Texas road house and many other food options.

Booked last minute, Best Western never lets me down and always in my opinion a great stay

It’s so worth paying a little extra more compared to rates of other hotels nearby for the superb cleanliness, sumptuous buffet breakfast, safe and adequate parking space, good size indoor pool, and comfortable and spacious bed for a company of three (couple plus 6-yr old boy). We’ll definitely come back!

Excellent hotel to stay at, quiet, clean rooms

I like the good Restaurants in the area, but the beds are in a very bad condition. Couldn't sleep well because of the very bad mattresses and pillows . And the second thing is. When someone sleeps on the floor above you, and that person above you walks in there room it's very noisey below. Next time I will be sleeping somewhere else.

I had just had surgery and we chose to stay in El Paso instead of going home. Your hotel was on the way home. It was nice and comfortable and an added bonus was the view of the mountains out our window. I slept like a baby that night.
