    The breakfast was five star quality. The service and waitress were excellent. The menu was way above what we expected at a hotel. The parking garage could have been explained a little better at check in. We were not able to get out without going back inside and having the gate opened.

    Beatriz at the front desk was the one good thing about our stay. She was very helpful upon check in! The pool was freezing cold and it states it’s heated online, we came down from Albuquerque for a little vacation with our baby and it was difficult to enjoy :( it was going to be his first time in a pool but it’s okay! It was also very very loud by our room. Our neighbor let their door slam onto their lock all day and night long. Our baby was constantly being woken up and our carpets were dirty when we got there. I only noticed how dirty it was because my baby is starting to crawl and picks up every little thing. The shower also took almost 25 minutes to heat up everytime we wanted to shower.

    On our last day there, we did ask for our room to be serviced. when we got back from being gone all day. Our room was not serviced. Our was not serviced for the 4 days we were there. We did not have clean towels, but we went down to the front desk to get towels and they delivered the towels shortly after. I give this place a seven out of 10.

    I rented looking to stay here for the pool and the reservation did not contain any information about the pool being closed for maintenance all weekend. It was extremely disappointing to be told at check in, not before, that the pool was closed and not accessible.

    1st morning people start drilling and banging remodeling no warning charged elevated prices due to an event. 2nd day wake up at 5:30 fire alarm doesn’t turn off until 7:30+ then remodeling starts at 8:30 Complained to staff nothing done about it charging 250+ a night while renovating and no warning of renovations. 100% not happy 100% nothing done about it. No sleep felt robbed too it off have to wait 20 minutes for someone to open and close a gate for parking in a factor truck not forced in oversized parking. Poor customer service don’t help but smile and greet you and do nothing. Never again!

    The location was cool. I liked that you could see the baseball field from the pool area. The facilities were very nice & so were the employees I was unaware there were renovations going on when I booked, but it didn’t affect much of our stay. The only thing was dirt or debris that would fly out of the vent onto the desk that was in the room.

    The rooms I booked not available due to remodeling. They took 2 hours to figure 2 rooms that would work. No batteries in tv remote. Shower whistled while showering. Missed dinner due to waiting for them to decide what to do. Hotels.com made us wait 45 mins in a text to help and they said cancel no refund. So I had to take what the hotel said or loose the two rooms cost. I don’t recommend either the hotel or Hotels.com

    The type of room I paid for (king) was not available so I was bumped down to a queen. I didn’t even know until I got into the room with all of my belongings. They shouldn’t overbook and they should have also told me before I checked in so that I may change to another location. Poor business practice.

    The carpet in my room 805 was ripped. The sink didn't drain properly. Around 3:00 a.m., a persistent beeping noise began from the HVAC return vent by the window. It didn't stop. Around 6:30 a.m., I tried to call the front desk to let them know of the beeping, but my phone didn't work. So, I contacted the front desk via chat through the Hilton app. Maria responded and offered me another room and late check out of 3:00 p.m. and a cup of coffee. I accepted the room change and late check out, but I was thinking that renumeration was the more appropriate solution since I lost over 4 hours of sleep to the beeping noise. I was here for a conference, and I thought the 17th floor conference space had nice views, but otherwise, was nothing special. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

    It was great from the moment we walked in. We were greeted and checked in within minutes. The view from the room over looked the chihuahuas stadium, stunning. Centrally locate in the downtown area with food, drinks and entertainment all within walking distance (no need for an uber). 5 stars is not enough to rate the establishment and the staff. Outstanding!!

    Bathroom had a lot of damages and mold on the curtain. Lamp shade had stains and spots. We had to move my room twice. I asked to not be next to an elevator as I was a light sleeper. They put me directly next to an ice machine and elevator. Then the next room there was a high pitch sound coming from the service elevator that they were working on.

    The carpet in the room was badly stained, there was a stain on the chair and the towels and bathroom shower were stained . There was also a rip in the bed skirt. The next morning my husband had to be at the hospital at 7 a.m. When I came back at 9:45 they had cleaned out my room. Check out is not until 12. When I went to the desk I was told that they knocked. They also said sometimes guest don't tell them when they leave and they don't find out until 12. I'm sorry but I paid for them room until 12 and I shouldn't have to worry about my room being stripped just because I leave the room. If people check out early and tell you great but if not then the room is paid until 12 and they should leave it until they know for sure or 12:00! To make matters worse I had to wait 10 minutes while they found the couple things I had left in the room. If this is your policy it is unacceptable! People should be able to leave the room without worrying about being kicked out before check out. I stay in hotels all over the place and I have never had this experience. I am very unhappy with my stay

    The staff was great and very attentive. Good location, but the property is old and worn. The room I chose ahead of time was not available when I arrived. The safe in the room was not operational. The TV was not plugged in and working, but maintenance came promptly to reconnect it. The desk chair seat back was torn with exposed metal corners. Bathroom sink had big cracks. Room was clean and breakfast menu was decent.

    The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom is spacious with all the usual things you need in the space. The few other spaces within the hotel we went were clean as well. The parking garage has very tight corners and our large vehicle in the space was difficult to maneuver. The location is great for walking to downtown venues.

    Great location with a lot to do nearby in walking distance. Clean. The bed was so soft and comfortable. People at front desk were very nice, efficient, and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Our only complaint is that our room had no refrigerator and the carpet had some stains. But, we will definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

    Location was perfect and convenient. Enjoyed the seating area by pool and DJ on Friday night. To get to the parking garage could use improvement. Too narrow by the entrance. Although rooms were clean they could use some upgrading. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

    The hotel is very nice the lobby is nice rooms are clean BUT only one elevator was working and it was a nightmare. Also the parking garage horrible! The spaces are so small marked for three but fitting three is a very very very tight squeeze where you can’t even open doors. Parking stops at 5th level if there were more levels the nightmare might not exist. Damaged my car so bad.

    We had trouble with the A/C both nights. Property seem old and run down. Was placed in a room directly next to elevator which was incredibly loud....you could hear the actual operation of the elevator going up and down each time it went to or passed our floor. Tried to switch, however was told there were no other available rooms. Paid WAY too much to have such a disappointing experience.

    The property was not clean. Carpet was dirty, by the door and by the fridge. The drapes were torn. The door to the pool was broken. The tv didn’t work. The tech was called then it was fixed then we left the room came back and the volume didn’t work again. I left a towel and called them left my number and they never called me to say they found it or didn’t. The frames in the room had been broken one had a glass frame and other was without a glass.

    The parking lot is very crowded and there’s a lot of junk on the upper two sections. It even looks dangerous. The location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants. The view was very nice too

    The cafe associated with the property never opened the entire time I was there. There were rips in bedskirt. And while not a showstopper, the lack of attention to making the room look pristine was definitively disappointing for a Hilton Property. I would stay there again, even with this lack of attention to detail.

    Nice hotel. Hotel didnt have any hot water. They had no estimated time on return of it. No solutions were offered other that not choosing to stay. I think a discount should have been offered or something.

    The employee was nice and helpful, the room carpet was dirty with stains. The office chair was all torn, the coffee maker didnt even reach the outlet. Also, there was no hot water and we had issues with our bill. Also, no microwave or refrigerator.

    Ac unit must be old because it had to be set to high to make room comfortable and then it got super loud it was hard to sleep with the noise. Bed frame had stains… no hot water either.

    This was the worst stay ever at this property. First the room wasn’t ready, they swapped rooms and tried to give me a regular queen instead of the Deluxe King we booked…I told them that wasn’t acceptable and had wait nearly an hour before our room was actually ready. Went to make coffee and all of the half and half was more than a year out of date and the front desk did not do anything to help or accommodate! I will likely stay with them again because of the previous positive experiences, but this was was a total disaster of a stay!

    The room 1619 is the worst. It is located behind the elevator it felt I was under a bridge and semitrucks passed all night long. My advise is please get rid of that room. Worst stay ever and I will never stay at a Hilton again.

    The parking garage requires your key after paying a 20 dollar parking fee in order to exit the garage. The ket scanner did not work a single time, meaning I had to press the help button to ring the front desk. As soon as it rang they opened the gate, without asking a room number or any type of confirmation that I had paid for overnight parking. Meaning that most guests could choose to lie say they dont want overnight parking, not pay the charge and still have the same access I paid for.
