Staff were good. My son’s bed smelled like urine and was not cleaned properly. We had to throw sheets on the floor and get a new blanket from the closet.

They decorated the lobby for the BTS concert. It was so fun to stay there!

We had a problem with our room and they moved us in an hour which was really quick. They really accommodated us and made us feel at home. Every small or big question was greeted with a smile and warm greeting. Highly recommend this placer.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was handy and parking easy. Breakfast was nice and tasty, but a little skimpy compared to similar hotels we have stayed at recently.

The ac in the suite only had low fan option rather than high & it was warm in the hotel I had to leave the connecting room door open so the air from that room can come into my room to cool it down. Such a big room with one little vent. ?

I liked the location. The property is clean and well maintained. The elevator, water stations, & laundry facilities are clean and properly working. The rooms are also clean, well maintained and nicely stocked. The beds are clean & cozy. The breakfast area is also well maintained, with a nice coffee nook offering hot chocolate and tea in addition to freshly brewed coffee. The pool is a nice size, with plenty of seating, lounging, shaded space. The best part is that pool area is private in the sense that pool patrons cannot be seen from outside the property, ie parking lots or streets. I would have preferred laundry facilities in the same floor instead of having to keep going up & down multiple times for laundry duties.

The elevators were broken and our room was on the 4th floor. It was rough getting our things and there were no other rooms available. Our room wasnt even ready and we arrived 45 min after check in time. No discount was even offered for the inconvenience of walking 4 flights of stairs.

-The room was clean and spacious for one night. -The room door didn’t have any gap at the bottom which prevented any noise from the hallway creeping in. -The breakfast was decent; it was good enough. -When I asked for the shuttle to the airport, the desk-clear, who never looked me in the eyes, said that she could get me a “Lyft.” Initially, I thought she had said that Hampton would provide a lift or shuttle to the airport. In turned out, it was actually a Lyft ride provided and paid by Hampton. Cons: -I waited about 30 mins. in the lobby to be checked-in because their system was down; per the front desk, all Hampton system was down nationwide. -I didn’t like the low-flash toilet in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was little tight. -The window view is the parking-lot. -When I returned the room key-card to check-out, the clerk never looked me in the eyes; her eyes were fixed on her computer screen while she was speaking to me and continuing to type. Conclusion: Would I stay here again? For one or two nights only, yes.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast, plenty of coffee. They called to confirm my stay. When I tried to call back, my call was forwarded to some regional or national call center. That call center have me some incorrect information. The staff at the real location was great and in the end, everything was great. Just try to be sure and talk directly to the staff at the physical location.

The staff was friendly and quick to answer any questions, and the room was very nice. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean throughout the stay. The only downside was the breakfast. There wasn’t much variety, and it felt a bit too simple but it is free! Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely consider coming back.

The view! But not much can be done about that. Also, it was hard to reach the property in order to get a shuttle from the airport. There should be a direct line to the hotel that is included in the confirmation email.

Rooms were immaculate clean Hospitality... I speak 4 languages for sure I have an accent, the moment they direct it it's a different treatment. Although the breakfast was horrible. Not too many options for the hotel price. Not termo-regulated pool

I like staying at this hotel chain and this one in El Paso was really extra special. Everyone was so kind and so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I just got confused there to pulling off from the freeway and which street to turn on, but other than that, there was nothing at the location that we disliked. The night and morning staff were excellent.

I like this hotel because it’s very convenient and comfortable for us when we’re in El Paso, but this time was different because they had a broken water line that flooded our room and created chaos and confusion with the staff and I hope they can reimburse us for this incident.

They should have paid me incidentals. After today, i am done with any Hampton Inn.

The room was clean and smelled so nice when we arrived. AC unit worked great and had little to no humidity. The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it - something I've never experienced at any hotel, so that was a really nice touch! The bathroom had plenty of towels too and the beds were really comfortable. Front desk staff were super polite and helpful and the breakfast was good - coffee was tasty as well. I'll definitely stay here again in the future! I did find a small hair in the shower, but besides that, everything else was wonderful.

Very nice property. Staff was very friendly, even though i knew they were very busy.

Staff was great, hotel was convenient and had decent amenities. We got a room with a kitchen but there was hardly any supplies. No sponge or dish soap, no spatulas therefore being able to actually make food was tough.

We had a king suite with our 2 dogs. So comfortable.

The hotel room was a suite and it was clean and very spacious. The pillows and mattress were just ok. It’s important to note they DO NOT accept cash and they clean rooms EVERY OTHER day, NOT DAILY. The front desk staff could have been much friendlier. The property is well kept and conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the airport.

I have stayed many times in Hampton Inns. This place is a Hilton property with the Hampton Inn name affixed to attract guests. After having had this experience I will never again stay at Hampton or Hilton facilities.

Rooms were clean Staff was not professional. For example, i came to the front desk, nobody was there. I called like hello. She came and said what happened. And kinda bad mood and attitude. And they sell water for $5.

There was a roach in my room and i was horrified to see it. I was told this place was top notch in cleanliness and now i see it was a lie. The girl andrea at the front was extremely helpful and nice and was the only part of my stay that was good.

My third time staying here due to it's cleanliness and friendly staff. It's conveniently located near the airport and freeway entrance, with plenty of shopping and dining options close by.

From the front desk check in, to the attendant at breakfast and housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to the airport as well.

This is a very nice place. The rooms are large and very well accommodated. Breakfast is light fare. If you’re sensitive to road noise have them put you on the back side of the hotel. Plenty of parking. Easy on and off the freeway and nice location.

The design of the bathroom is excellent! The kitchen is big, it has a large fridge with freezer, microwave, etc. There is a large living room in addition to the bedroom. It is a real suite. There are carts to transport the luggage. The parking is easy. Great service! Great people! I found the thermostat in the suite on 74 F. Excellent!

It was difficult to sleep because of the constant traffic noise.

Everything was great EXCEPT I was told upon check-in that housekeeping would come every two days…I was there for five days and they never once came to refresh my room. I ultimately had to go request more towels to close out my stay.

The only complaint I have is the bathroom door did not stay open

Access is unmarked driveway off of frontage road, a little confusing - but very clean property and room. Staff was very personable and friendly. I do not normally eat the included food, but there were no restaurants easily accessible so I tried - and the food was actually pretty decent and healthy.

Got there to no water for 9 hours and roaches in the room. Worst reservation I’ve ever made. Room 209 then moved to 116… will never book again.

We used to stay at this Hampton and it was very clean. The shower in our room looks dirty white, it had rust on the floor and it didn't seem very clean. In our room behind a bed we found a piece of chicken. When we went to get breakfast the tables where dirty.

Room keys kept malfunctioning so access did not always work. Staff tried to reset the keys but that did not correct the problem. Also, the internet sign in did not work so access was denied.

The stay was vey nice, rooms clean breakfast choices good.

I found this odd considering we arrived during daytime hours. After a few minutes, I was finally helped. It was not a very long wait, but after traveling/ driving all you want to do is check-in and relax a bit. On the check-out, there was someone at the front desk. The hotel room appeared clean and sufficiently stocked. Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable and the bedding appeared clean. There was no detail overlooked. Two things worth mentioning: 1) there was a small section of the carpet parallel to the bed that was humid...wet. Kinda wondered what would make it wet 2) the room AC worked very well; however, the control pad on the unit was disabled and we were unable to turn down the cool airflow. So, that made for a cold night. The continental breakfast offered many choices and was presented very well. Most of the hotels along Gateway Blvd have been around for several years so some amount of aging is expected. In all, it was a pleasant short stay.
