The water wasn’t working in the morning. Meaning no showers, faucet or toilet. Half the reason you stay at a hotel…Asked front desk about a discount or some compensation and they said no, everyone was complaining but nothing they could do about it. Won’t stay there again and it was a regular stay on our travels.

We are returning guests and this is one of the cleanest hotel we stayed at. The staff here are friendly and attentive. We appreciate Gwen for making our stay pleasant. She was very kind and helpful. We will be coming back. :)

Breakfast was not the greatest and the pancake maker was not working properly. And in my room they gave me incorrect and staff wasn’t helpful they stated they didn’t have rooms so they couldn’t help. And just gave me room what they had and not for what I booked for!

Easy drive to the Sun Bowl stadium which was the reason for my stay. The staff was always friendly and kind. Breakfast was good. I liked the area and it felt safe. The tub had some hair in it but nothing we couldn’t clean ourselves.

We call front desk to let them know about the problem & their solution was to go downstair & use the reception restrooms. I didn't pay for a room to have to go to the reception to use the restrooms when we woke up in the morning!! I will never stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast was surprisingly good with a great variety of options including fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, and more. We also loved that they offered convenient grab-and-go breakfast bags for guests on the move. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The hallway and rooms smelled old. My TV and telephone didn't work. Plus when I talk to front desk they said management would have to decide if they were going to make an adjustment on my total bill.

The Staff wasn't real helpful ,The shower and tub.Literaly need replacement,The towel rack fell apart as my wife took the towel off.Rm 234 smoking dop .When I told the staff all he said yep!! We've been having trouble for a week with them and making noice walking around the property at night ? What really Why don't you do something.Not enough towels .3/22/26

The staff were friendly and supportive. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. One particular desk attendant - Ivan - was very special. I was purchasing tissues to attend a funeral and was quite teary eyed - the reason for my trip - and he generously offered to pay dor them himself. A moment i wont forget.

My 1st stay was great the second reservation was for a 2 queen bed room that was overbooked and given ti someone else as we arrived past 9pm and the receptionist trying to blame Expedia for overbooking and trying to put me on king bed room not sure if he was expecting me to sleep on the floor knowing that i was traveling with my husband and kids, he honestly looked like he just did not care his solution to the problem was we are overbooked and period. I had no other option than to look for another hotel in the middle of the night sooo disappointed!!!

Had a good stay. Carpet in the building smells a bit funky but our stay was pleasant. Breakfast is good and variety.

The staff member who assisted me did not smile or offer any form of greeting. They simply asked for my name and handed me the key as if they were annoyed or bothered. The entire interaction felt unwelcoming and disrespectful. Because of this attitude, I no longer feel comfortable staying at this hotel again. When guests arrive, they expect at least a basic level of courtesy and hospitality, but the staff member’s facial expression showed irritation, and they made no effort to be polite or friendly. Thinking back on the experience still makes me feel very upset and disappointed. I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and ensures better service standards going forward.

Location worked well for me, Staff was friendly, and i enjoyed the room. Some negatives: One of the two elevators was not working the whole time I was there. The reception on my phone was spotty while in the room - 4th Floor

There was no parking available for a truck and a trailer. The elevator and hallway to our room was very dirty and had a weird smell. However, our room was clean and the breakfast and breakfast area was clean and nice.

Great location two minutes off the freeway. Staff was very nice and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time I am in the area.

No traffic lights to facilitate left hand turns onto very busy streets when trying to exit the property location. Otherwise, nicely managed, staff polite and helpful, and room amenities plentiful. Summer road construction made hotel location inconvenient.

I would just warn people with children to not go to "Twin Peaks" restaurant nearby, unless you like a loud sports bar with servers wearing hardly any clothing.

I liked the quiet room and the comfortable bed with plenty of towels and good water pressure. It’s safely located off the street and we did not have to worry about the things in our car. I did not like the dim lighting in the room and the fact that the air conditioner never did cool very well during the night. Also, the elevators and hallway smelled like bug spray. While the breakfast options were really good, some of the food was lukewarm.

It was fine like nothing was out of sorts, however the wifi was not working well at all and I needed to finish up work that night, before big meetings I had the next day and was unable to get it done in my own hotel rooms

It was a great experience! We were able to check in early, and Alan was our first point of contact. He was awesome!! So friendly and informative and helpful!! He and Tarese checked in with us throughout our stay via text, which was so sweet! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor, and had very little noise from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast was fantastic! We loved the pancake machine! We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we come through town!
