    I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue and requested either clean sheets or a different room. The receptionist gave me another room, but to my shock, the second room was in the same condition. Once again, the bed appeared unclean and there were hairs on the sheets. At that point, I completely lost confidence in the cleanliness standards of this hotel. What made the situation even worse was that management refused to refund my money, claiming that I was past the cancellation deadline. This is extremely frustrating because the problem was not that I changed my mind about staying—it was that the hotel failed to provide a clean and sanitary room. It makes me question whether this is a recurring issue or if guests are expected to simply accept unsanitary conditions. No guest should have to inspect multiple rooms looking for clean bedding, especially after paying for a place to stay.     Honestly, can’t think of how we could’ve had a worst experience at this motel. Asked about breakfast and they told me that there would be no breakfast tomorrow because somebody forgot to order food. Pool was closed. We weren’t given a map to our room either. Just told that it was upstairs. There were absolutely no labels telling where any of the rooms were. When we finally found the room, it was absolutely disgusting. The cow just had stains all over them in the room smelled so much from deodorizer. You could tell that it had been smoked in. We just left.

    It was clean room I didn't stay the night because the door would not lock from the inside it was a safety issue, why would they even put people in this room? So me and my guess left at 8:00pm on Friday may 29,2026, we did not stay cause of the issue.

    Rooms were decent, just asked for a detachment shower head on the reservation and they gave me a normal shower head, room should have been made everyday not leave it neglected like coming back to unmade bed.

    Absolutely dirty i wish i took photos but the floors needed a serious mop, footprints from dirty shoes all over, stains behind the toilet and questionable dirt around the fridge, i believe i could have asked for another roll of toilet paper but the one in the bathroom was filthy and had blue stains on it. Would not go again nor recommend

I’ve been staying at this hotel every May since 2017 (except last year), and it used to be a great place, clean rooms and a really good breakfast. I’m not sure if the ownership changed, but sadly the quality has gone down a lot. Because of this, I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Stayed here for BTS Concert. Location was accessible for last minute needs and late night fast food after concert. Didn’t expect a lot for the breakfast but very basic. Rooms were decently clean and spacious. Ample parking. Felt safe.

    Breakfast is advertised as buffet style but not. Cereals and bagesl/breads are only available. When we get to the property, checking inn is smooth with no issues. Once we got to the room, it was dark and the only available lights is the bedside lamp and the bathroom lights. Bed is clean and there was fridge and microwave which is I like. There was no soap and toilet papers so had to ask front desk for it.

    This hotel informed us our reservation was canceled when we arrived at 9 pm. All the hotels in the area were booked for the BTS concert. We booked and prepaid the room 2 months in advance. We were told they were canceled so they could resell the rooms at an increased price. Price increased from 8x night!!! And this is a motel. And not a nice one. We ended up having to stay 2 hours away. Saw many people come to check in just to be informed their reservation was canceled. Ugly greedy behavior!

    The property told me when I arrived that they cancelled my stay and that Expedia should have notified me. But I have no notification and was not issued a refund. When I called Expedia they knew nothing of the cancellation. This hotel is predatory and I do not recommend it if given any other option.

    Didn’t like the first room. It smelled of smoke, the bathtub had hair, no phone to call office. After complaining to front office, our second floor room was clean, but no phone connection again and could not call front office to request a missing remote control for tv. On a positive note the front desk manager did her best to get the issues resolved. Price was right but Unfortunately I will not stay there again. I expected more from a Wyndham Hotel. So on a scale of one to ten, I give it a 3+.

    The place was ok . It served the function of being a place to sleep while visiting elpaso. For the price we paid it was about what I expected. Problems were minimal but noticable. The TV worked but the volume button didn't. The shower and sink worked but looked damaged from previous guests. All these things were slightly annoying but nothing worth complaining to staff about.

    The price was good. The whole place smelled like something went bad in there. The rooms facing the other hotel were bad because u can hear the trucks loading and unloading at the nearby stores. There were no clean towels in the room and no toilet paper. There was no one around to ask either. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. They had some bread, PB&J, 3 cereals coffee water and bad milk. Was very disappointed with this stay.

    I like the fact that it was close to where we needed to go the morning after. No toilet paper, no TV remote when I asked for it during breakfast and got it to the room. There was no TV service. The waffles were premade put in a container also they were saggy when finally got to have breakfast. I was gonna bring up the fact that when you use the sink or even the shower tub when water goes down to drain black junk was coming up but when I got in line to ask for the TV remote, I heard another person bring it up and the employee told them that they would bring it up to management,

    Bed was comfortable, room was clean with one notable exception, and it was spacious. Clean linens. Room had shampoo and soap, great water pressure. Did not try the TV, hair dryer, or included breakfast. Microwave and refrigerator both operational. My nightstand had stains on it that I wiped off with a towel, so an obvious missed cleaning. Room was equipped, but not fully. For example, tissue holder but no tissues. Coffee maker but no cups. Closet but no hangers.

    They didnt clean the room, didnt let any hand soap or bodywash, they only left two little bottles of shampoo and conditioner and thats all, the breakfast was sooooo awful, the coffee tasted like water, somebody go in in our room cuz the front desk gave to them that room, we were already sleep and woke up so scared, in the first room that they gave to us the sink was blocked and threw all tge water on the floor, so the good think was the change of room, the card was blocked like four times. They didnt have napkins!!!! They only said “sorry”, i stayed in other Quinta inn and didnt feel So disappointed like in this stay

    I like that it is an accessible space. The room did not have hot water. I was mpved tp another room where the water was only lukewarm, not hot. The room and the looby smelled very bad, the floor of the room was very dirty, and the bathtube was also very dirty. There was no toilet paper, and I was only given one bath towel. There is only one person at the front desk, and when they have to leave to do aother tasks. the recepcion area is left unattended. I always choose this place for the complete breakfast, but the last two times was seved very late, not at the scheduled time. Sometimes they do not serve the full meal, only part of it and in very small portions. If it runs out by 7>30 am they do not restock it.

    This property needs to be removed by expedia. First off the pictures of the hotel are not of this hotel. Upon arrival the room did not have toilet paper, coffee or a cup of any type. I was told items would be brought to room, after many requests 3 days later still waiting. I bought at a store. In 3 nights no maid ever entered the room. I have spent well over 1000 nights in hotels. Have to say this is the worst hotel i have ever been in.

    Staff exceedingly nice. But hotel is falling apart. No ice machines. "Breakfast" was cold waffles. One room with 4 lamps had only 1 working. Toilet didn't flush. Plunger was already there (they knew it was problematic). Safety latch was hanging by 3 bolts on door and locked us out when we left because it fell and somehow hooked the knob. Had to "credit card" open door. Dog hair on carpet. Bitten by bed bugs. 18 year old mattress! Look at date on mattress in photo! These are changed normally every 5 to 7 years!

    None of the outlets worked, the shower only had cold water, we were there for my uncle's funeral we had just came in from Arizona had an hour to get ready but couldn't. I went back to the office and a different person was there and when I told him the situation his reply was what do you want me to do. Really not a great answer. I asked for a different room he did get us a different room, however it had no towels whatsoever and to top it off the light's didn't work only one lamp. I went back and told the gentleman he didn't look too happy to see me again. I told him I was really thinking about calling the corporate office, that's when his attitude changed and got us towels, I even asked him to let his cleaning employees know about it. After checking the lights again they didn't have any light bulbs so I went back for a third time which they did send the maintenance guy to put light bulbs. It was disappointing especially being late for my uncle's services 😕

    I’ve already written to the company. But now I need to add that the bed I slept in had a large empty spot in the middle of the bed!!! Because of this, I’ve been going to therapy for my lower back. My back had never hurt like this before. Because of this problem, and the general decay of the hotel, I doubt I’ll ever use these facilities again.

    Extremely rundown, poor maintenance nothing works the place in shambles. There is urine and human feces under the stairwell on the side. This place needs to be torn down. It should not even be readable. The city should be looking into this cause. This is a property that should definitely be come down, but I’m not exaggerating. Expedia shame on you for posting such a horrible place.

    I had a last minute late reservation so I arrived at 1130pm. I normally never have issues here, but once I went to my room, my television wasnt connecting, the lamp somehow was placed on top where the microwave was. I was exhausted and it was late, i wasnt going to drive around to complain. I used my phone for netflix and music. I also didnt have any toilet paper. Luckily, i always carry an emergency roll with me. The room next to me had decent music, but played it until 3am. Like insaid i never have problems here, but last night for $75, it wasnt worth the hassle I had just to relax amd take a breather.

    The worst property I've stayed at. You need to update the pictures and make it look realistic as it is currently. If you do, no one will bother to reserve. They have no support staff to clean any of the rooms. My room wasn't touched during my stay. I got towels from the desk staff but then when I left they were stacked up in a corner damp and dirty with no one to pick them up. Ugly!!!!

    Upon arrival, the hotel was hard to find because their sign wasn’t lit. The room smelled a little funny but this sometimes happens with hotels so we were prepared to ignore it. We noticed that the bathroom door was dirty (like black lint all over the inside of it), and the tub and vanity looked a little worse for the wear. When we pulled back the bedsheets, we noticed stains on them so my partner attempted to call the front desk to request new bedding only to find our room phone didn’t work. When he went to speak to them in person, he was told that they didn’t have any clean sheets for us because they don’t currently have housekeeping staff. He then asked if this meant our room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, and said we didn’t want to stay there. The front desk person offered to send us to a sister location and that is where we ended up staying for the rest of our trip.

    No WiFi so couldn’t pay with credit card. They wanted cash but couldn’t make change. Room had one bedside lamp in bedroom area. No other lighting. Had bare floors, which is fine, but weren’t clean. Tub was in bad shape but seemed to be clean. Wood trim around tub was splintered and rotting. Bathroom sink and lighting were fine. Had all the fixings for coffee, but part of the coffee maker was missing, so couldn’t make coffee. Fridge and microwave worked and bed was fine.

    This is not a family friendly hotel, first night of checking in and mind you after driving 10 hrs from Houston I just wanted to get some rest anyways we checked in about 10pm Friday night, some one comes and knocks on our door just a random man it was just myself and my minor son who was also afraid because there’s no lights facing the door, I tried calling front desk several times to see if there was a camera or idk just anything it was a cry for help and I called about 20 times NO ONE ANSWERED the guy finally went away and I barely slept that night then to wake up in the morning and one of the knobs from the faucet was just off so we had to bathe in scolding hot water tried to call and report again no answer went to the front and no one was there not only that but my card was blocked bc I never informed my bank id be out of town and there is charges for $160 which is what is due but also an $88 charge and a $210 charge all from this hotel . We will never stay here again

    I liked the proximity to the freeway. I was initially checked in to a room already occupied. Per clerk, this was 2nd time that happened that evening. The bathtub/shower cold water didn’t work, so scalding shower. The mini-fridge didn’t cool. No extra blanket for the bed. The ice maker on the grounds was broken. Very obvious the property is not being maintained.

    When I reserved, I used the filter "must have pool". The pool was either closed or should have been. I attempted to cancel the reservation, when I was told that the pool was closed, but was given the run around. My windshield was broken in the parking lot. The noise from traffic made it impossible to sleep. We left after one nights stay and went to another motel.

    This place was horrible from the start. The pictures they put in their advertisement for the property are false. Dirty and run down place. Did not have the room I booked and didnt care. Came there twice to check in and then asked if i just wanted to come back later to see if they might have the room I booked. The front desk employee sat in the back on her phone until I finally saw her foot sticking out and asked for help. The bath tub faucet kept falling off. When I checked out no one was at the desk, waited and called out, gave up and left door key on their computer keyboard. This is the second time I tried La Quinta and both were horrible. Book somewhere else and you will thank me later.

    This was the most horrible experience ever! The staff and the third party. I had to deal with rudeness and unprofessionalism and ON TOP OF ALL THIS they over booked us when I called a day before to verify my status and they said everything was fine. They gave us a dirty out of order room because of this massive mistake I will NOT be booking ever again here through Expedia or in this hotel. The general manager was so RUDE that she blocked her own employee from calling her due to the fact that we were stranded in the hotel with this issue and came in without constant!!!     This is the worst property even thought it is by wyndham. We checked in at 2 instead of 3 in the afternoon and gladly paid $25 for early check in; however, after we came back from our concert at midnight our keys won’t work. They forgot to program our room’s newly installed lock before giving us the keys. There was only one lady at night staff and she tried to let us in only after 3 hours of long wait. We could get inside at 3 am in the morning. Missed our breakfast because we still couldn’t lock our room as we wouldn’t be able to get in again. Tried to contact manager who is never in there to help, not eve reachable by phone and the staff there has no authority or answers. The worst managed property i have been to. Wyndham has been known for its service and quality but they should really look into the properties and staff before putting their name in the property.

    Had to wait to check-in as room was not ready, once checked floors were dirty, dirt smudges on sheets, tv and phone did not work. Sent someone to fix tv, but guide channels selected were not what was showing when selected. Went to pool and there was a foul smell, there was poop under lawn chairs surrounded by flies, trash everywhere, pool was dirty. Smoke detector covered was covered in plastic, , did not stay, went to another hotel. Unable to cancel as had been in the room for a couple hours, requested to cancel second night stay and when came back to get paperwork and officially checkout, second night was not previously cancelled by front desk the day prior. Still waiting for refund to be processed. Pictures online are exaggerated/not how it appears in person. Older hotel in need of repairs.

    The lady at the counter doesn’t have any customer service training at all. She wasn’t polite, courteous or professional. I was assigned a room with a lot of noise that I could sleep until 3:30am; other tenants were running, yelling, and discussing. The next day, I asked the lady at the counter if she could give me a better room without lots of noise, she ignored my request and started making face gestures. Then, the manager ended up helping me even though she was busy. After 3 days stay, I was ready to checkout, that particular lady went to one of the rooms behind the counter and ignored me so I decided to knock at the manager’s office door, and she was polite and received the key and gave me my receipt.

    The Hotel staff was very good and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was in poor condition. The first room we were given had electrical issues. the second room we were given was extremely dirty. We found soap in the drain of the tub. The sink looks to be ready to fall off the wall. Dirt and debris littered the bath area. We had to clean our feet each day before we put on our socks because of all the dirt. The cleaning staff did mop the room but never bothered to sweep the dirt prior to mopping.

    Floor carpet was not clean. It was smelling. Also I did not like external entrance to the room. At the time of booking, the photos shown deliberately fails to make it clear that entrance to the rooms is external.

    The water in the shower was backing up and dirty water was coming out from the shower. Out of the 3 people that stayed there only one was able to take a shower and it had to be quick . I'm sorry I am always happy to stay at any of the quinta hotels but this time I was very disappointed.

    The first thing I’ll mention, and it could be an oversight on my part, is that I didn’t realize that the doors were on the outside. Only if you look very closely at one of the pictures will you see them. The lobby didn’t look anything like the picture. It is very outdated. The front desk guy was very friendly. At first glance our room was nicer than expected. We didn’t stay in the room long after checking in. We did attempt to get ice and both ice machines were broken. When we returned later that evening the first thing we noticed was that the air conditioner was very loud. The floor also felt gritty. We were willing to overlook both of those things. The thing I could not overlook though was finding a hypodermic syringe in the tissue box holder (no tissues, only a syringe). We quickly decided that enough was enough and asked for a refund so we could find another hotel. The front desk guy was very apologetic and worked quickly with Travelocity to issue us a refund.
