    At once as i arrived the problems began i was put in a room that the entry pass mechanism would not work front desk had to let me in. Could not not leave room rest of night had food delivered.next person pounding on doors all night long screeming next day moved to different room toilet clogged tv not working no towels available. Told front desk they told me to use plunger on toilet no other rooms available.third day still no towels tv not working .no breakfast stayed 4 nights only on day was breakfast available. Was told by attendants management refused to address the issues. Total nightmare. No water in pool. Hundred degree days awful😢

    The service is terrible. I booked a deluxe room, but they gave me a completely different one—it was dirty, and the TV didn't work. There were people smoking right outside the room. I wouldn't go back to that hotel; the bed was broken, with metal bars underneath acting as supports that didn't belong to the bed. It was a total disappointment.

    ATTENTION this hotel was so unique! We were assigned room221, walked to the stairs they were taped with caution tape because the stairs were broken. Got to the room door the key would not open door. Walked back to office got a new key. Opened the door dark in there bc only 1 light bulb worked went back to office guy got 2 light bulbs out of another room gave us bulbs. Used the toilet and pee would just circle in toilet would not flush. We left went out to eat got back asked for a differnt room. The attendant got us room 247 room was full of hairs on the white bed sheets floors dirty, toilet would not flush either. Wife 4 yr old son said lets move back to room 221. We are moving luggage back and fourth. Stairs to room 247 totally blocked off. I was determined to get a better room. Went back to office new gentlemen got us a key to room 271 drove over there back stairs were scary but better than the rest on premise. Pool looked like it had been sitting with green stagnat water at the bottom for long time. Opened room 271 beds were cleaner floors were dirty had candy or some type of wrappers dead huge roaches the shower tub had pubic hairs on the edges long hairs around the sides of the toilet. Good thing room 271 toilet would flush. We chose room 271. Next day went to Walmart bought lysol wipes & sprayed the beds and tub. Need less to say we did not shower in 4 days. I borrowed broom from room service. Front office could not afford printer paper. BAD EXPERIENCE overall

    So I checked in at 1:00 pm and the lady told me..if you want to check in right now is going to cost you 30 Dollars more... Because check in is usually at 3:00 pm . I said that's too late I need to rest, and she said it's going to cost $ 30.00 Dollars more And I told the lady I never heard of that. So I paid the $ 30.00 Dollars.....is this correct..     Despite the listing and nice pictures there was no breakfast provided. Just coffee water and white bread. Apparently everyone complains about this. The paint was peeling in the room, the shower faucet was broken off the wall and none drains would drain. Staff just chuckled and said yes everyone complains.

    The room was nasty … not WiFi signal .on 3 days of my stay never had house cleaning the room . They advertise a swimming pool on the website which disintegrates have any water . Cats every we’re outside the rooms . Staff not helpful and rude every time a request was submitted . They charge me aura $ 50 for a deposit that I didn’t know or authorized . Will never recommended any one to stay at this location. Worst experience of my life as hotel guess .

    Please DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish I had checked the poor reviews more thoroughly. After driving 18 hours I was exhausted. There were FLIES on the bed, all over the walls and in the bathroom! I have NEVER seen a hotel/motel in this bad of condition. This place needs to be burned down. Spend the extra money and go to La Quinta East Loop. I didn't even take my clothes off or use the bathroo. I slept for a few hours with the lights on because I was SO CREEPED OUT. I left as soon as I could muster the energy. SKETCHY SKETCHY SKETCHY. Stay away I promise you will regret this nasty place preying on unsuspecting travelers !

    Got to hotel late, midnight, checked in and went to room assigned. Room was open with the latch holding the door so it wouldn’t close, you can see form outside the room was not made, beds were all messy. Went to inform clerk, he reassigned another room, went to the second room, open the door, and again, room was not clean, it still had all left trash and dirty towels on the floor and beds not made. Went back to see clerk, he said that this was the 4th time it happened to him during his shift. He said that it would be best to cancel. We ended up staying at Hampton Inn few miles from this place. I have not received my refund and hope they close this place for good. Sorry but this was the most horrible situation having to deal with it at midnight. Please audit this place and save your name La Quinta ..

    This motel was an absolute disappointment on every level. The room was not clean. There were stains on the top bed cover and the pillow case and the floor. . There were hairs in the sink on arrival and a musty odor in the halls. We assume that smell was from the filthy, green swamp in the swimming pool. The staff was uncaring and blamed the dirty room on "remodeling".... Ummm no. Avoid this place.

    When we entered, the room smelled strongly like cigarettes and the bed looked like someone had already been sleeping in it. In the closet we even found a used razor, and the restroom was dirty as well. We were exhausted and only needed a place to sleep a few hours before continuing our trip, so we stayed because we were too tired to go back to the office and ask for another room. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers with our cloths on because the room did not feel clean or safe. Very disappointing experience.

    First the man at the front desk said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and to call Expedia. The phone numbers that I found for Expedia customer service were wrong, one was a company that does adult chat lines. Then the front desk said that the manager of the hotel canceled my reservation because they had issues with several of their rooms. I was NOT notified of this prior to my arrival. Then the front desk finds me a room which was disgusting, no pillow cases for the old worn stained pillows, one of the beds was not clean with hair on the sheets, all counters were dirty, and there was pink and gray/black MOLD on the door frame of the bathroom! I had no where else to go, all hotels were booked due to the BTS concert. The light outside of my room was not working so I didn’t feel safe opening my door or leaving my luggage in the room. I came for the BTS concert and all I could do was cry because I had no where else to go. It was a horrible experience and I am requesting a refund because it was not worthy of the $500 I paid for it. It was beyond disappointing. Please respond.

    Stained towels, torn blankets with big holes in them, flushing the toilet took multiple attempts to fully flush, no beverages at all for breakfast, had to ask multiple times for someone to refill the breakfast section, including bread and milk for the cereal. No ice in the ice machine. This hotel has significant room for improvement, and from my personal experience I will not speak highly of this place. Consider improving basic things such as a better service from your employees, and prioritize clean towels. Super nasty seeing brown and red stains on the towels….

    Le reservé a la familia de mi hermana, el check in se los hicieron hasta las 4 pm porque estaban limpiando las habitaciones. Les dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, al percatarse que ya había personas ahí adentro, regresaron a recepción para avisar, les dan otra habitación, se hospedan y a los 5 minutos van otros huéspedes a abrirles la puerta porque les dieron la misma habitación. Al personal le falta organizarse bien. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

    genuinely the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying. Every single good review under this property is definitely fake. Do not stay here under any circumstances. I paid way too much for the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen in my life. Only got a “refund” for the second day because I literally had to leave as soon as I could. Still paid too much to stay in a literal biohazard. Slept with my clothes and shoes on.

    I would start by getting on the same page. We showed up early. A staff member said come back at 2 . When i did the other person was rude and stated check in is 3pm. Ok moving forward room outlets only 2 set were working, exhaust fan was loud and all night on. Tub was dirty like they just passed a wipe over it. We had to turn on water and clean it. We asked for another room sold out unfortunately. Also pool was closed and hella green. And lastly check out being 11a.m . Housekeeper was opened the door at 10:45

    My stay was unfortunately filled with way too many issues. From a toilet that barely flushed, a shower with no hot water, a door that required 12 different keys because they stopped working, a disgusting filthy floor and roaches in my room. The staff was helpful with every complaint especially Krystabella. But I should not have that many issues in a 4 day stay at your hotel. I will never return to a La quinta inn or recommend your hotel to anyone.

    If I could give negatives, I would.It was absolutely terrible and I have the pictures. The staff in the morning did address and gave me a discount, however I am i'm greatly disappointed and would like to share pictures with you. There was hair on the beds, torn sheets. Absolutely no hot water and I wasn't the only one who brought this to their attention. I honestly think I should have a full refund.

    I would give this place negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. I was double charged.we were only given 2 towels for 3 people over 3 days, our sheets weren’t changed at all. The floor was filthy. We couldn’t walk barefoot because our feet would turn black with the amount of dirt. I had to use a soaking towel and wipe the whole floor myself. We chose this hotel because it advertised a pool, it was empty/not working. Stairs were rusted and falling apart(literally). There was zero good light in the room other than one light stand that barely lit the room. Curtains were broken. We had to check out 2 days early because we couldn’t stand this place. This place should be red tagged.

    Worse than worse!! Swimming pool had dark brown disgusting water, so no swimming available. No hot water in the 3 rooms we got. No telephones in rooms, making it difficult to contact front desk.     The staff was nice, the place was horrible. I was very surprised with the name Wyndham. First when I walked in the check in office, it looks run down, far far far like what shows in the picture, day and night difference. The room when I first walked in, the curtain was hanging down sideways, would not move on the tracks. I had to fix it myself by putting in the tracks and hand rolling it to get it even before it started to work. The the floors are super sticky. I did not dare walk without sandals. The bathroom sink has electrical wires hanging down. Bathroom door has a large hole as if someone punched the door. The tub sticker is completely loose. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a crazy loud sound so I would not turn it on. The bathroom door hinges are incredibly rusted. The bathroom floor has paint splatter everywhere. The front door has a huge gap between door and frame/casings. Tv is very small. The hallways were very dirty with bird poop or vomit, disgusting. The wooden hand rails, dont dare touch them, might get your hands full of splinters. No blow dryer in bathroom, had to request one, it was delivered but broken, didn't work. Requested another, and the employee said there were no more. Had to reprogram the key card twice. I can go on with more but, I think I made my point why I gave it a low score.

    First room was horrid with blood spots on the comforter and boogers on the shower curtain. Coffe maker did not work and floors were dirty walls had expised wires and plugs. Second room was still dirty hair in towels floors with old food and hair. Room smelled of marijuana. Door lock would not work locked out for hours till fixed. Horrible apocalyptic pool.     This La Quinta was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! The room door wasn’t secure, the room was FILTHY! There was mold on the bedsheets (BOTH BEDS), mold and old rotten food left in the room fridge! I didn’t feel safe at all and only slept there for 5hrs with my two young children due to the fact it was already late at night and I couldn’t find another hotel at the last minute!     I booked a handicap room and also a room for my friend and her husband. When we checked in, I was told the handicap room wasnt available because of how busy they were the night before(?) He told me he had one on the second floor though. When and why would a handicap room be on the second floor??? The room I ended up with, the toilet wouldn’t flush. It took 3-5 flushes to get it to go down. I had no electricity to the outlets on either side of the sink, no hot water for a shower, and no wash clothes. My friend's room (next door to mine) also had no hot water, no wash clothes, toilet wouldnt flush (just like mine), the bed my friends husband took, the sheets were bloody, and the other bed hadnt been changed either. Sheets crumpled, bottom corner hanging, not tucked in. Her dog pee'd on the floor, so she cleaned it up, and the towel was black. Floors not swept or mopped!! I have stayed at this hotel for 10+ yrs when I needed to go in to Juarez, and this is the first time there were any problems. I did find out the hotel changed hands about a year and a half ago. New owner and management have let this location go to "the dogs". I dont know about the other La Quintas he/they own. Was only offered 50% refund for each room. As far as Im concerned, I should have been refunded in full. I will never book at a La Quinta again, especially this location!!!!

    Está bien el lugar, hay restaurantes justo enfrente muy tranquilo, le falta mantenimiento al lugar y más cuidado al lavar la ropa de cama, la sabana tenía una mancha de sangre, avía pelos en la tina, y telarañas en la esquina justo arriba del AC, es mi opinión soy supervisor de limpieza y construcción por eso veo cada detalle, pero el personal muy amable.

    Room floor was filthy with visible dirt, hair, dried liquid, grime and sticky. Walls were grimy. There was gum on ceiling. Low water pressure in toilet. The room and surrounding area had a strong odor of marijuana. Do Not recommend.

    As soon as we got to the room first night, I notice dthe sheets were stained/dirty. Next morning I request to change sheets and to get a Tv remote, we left the hotel and didnt comeback until afternoon, and once we entered the room, they did not change the sheets, neither gave us a remote and there was still no hot water since the morning.     My Dad was the guest. He said there was hair on the floor in the bathtub, footprints in the tub - hadnt been cleaned, bedding was stained and other issues. He said when he went to the front desk, he was basically ignored. Only person who expressed an concern was one of the housekeeping staff. We will never make reservations at this location again. I would recommend this property to no one.

    If you are a single woman please do not stay alone at this motel. It is a very shady area to stay in. There is no hot water and the room is very dirty. Sheets have stains on them and the cleanliness of the room overall is 2/10. I just needed a place to shower and sleep and I ended up leaving. The man at the front desk was very nice though. You get what you pay for of course but this is just a heads up if your a woman traveling alone.

    The room was in rough shape. The main door required the keycard to be used multiple times before opening and needed to be body slammed. The floors were sticky and grimy and had evident dog prints. The bathroom lacked a drain for the tub and the tub sounded like it breaking if you moved. There has no hot water. The bathroom door had chucks torn out by a dog, paint chips everywhere! There was no wifi.... tried every variation nothing worked. At least the sheets were clean and there was some breakfast (extremely minimal).

    I discovered a coffee pot in the room, but no cream or sugar. When I asked at the front desk, I was told they didn’t have any; and the clerk showed no interest in trying to locate some for me. In addition, the floor in the room was filthy, so much so that the bottoms of my feet turned black. Furthermore, the bathtub spigot practically came off the wall when I pulled the stopper to shower. As well, parking is tight, and it’s difficult to maneuver a larger vehicle such as a pickup.

    Heat and AC was fine. Most of the light bulbs didn't work. Housekeeping did not service the room at all during our stay. The floor was so filthy that my feet were practically black walking on it for 10 minutes. Water pressure was fair at best. Ice machine was broken. There was no hotel info or map to let you know where any of the vending or ice was. And there was no phone in the room; i had to call the hotel on my cell phone to ask questions about breakfast, check out, etc.

    Staff was super nice. Reserved just passing through. About $20 more than surrounding motels so expected a little more clean and nice according to reviews and pictures. It was not, it was very run down and definitely not clean. The parking lot was empty at 2:00 am and now I know why, the Motel 6 next door was packed. Next time we’ll stay there.

    Eggs were empty, the pancake machine was dirty, the juice machine was empty coffee tasted old. The front staff was rude, I had made a reservation for a king size handicap room and when I got there they did not have any rooms available even though I had reserved it days in advance. She then put us in a what looked like unfinished room. The AC heating system didn't work. There was hair all over the restroom. My wife went back in and got a different room for us but the same lady in the front gave her such a hard time about it. I've stayed at this hotel before but unfortunately this is the last time.

    The rooms were filthy. Breakfast was a joke. The manager didn’t order anything so you were limited to a minimal breakfast. There are no instructions on how to use the waffle maker. A breakfast room filled with smoke. We spoke with another couple who had been there the night before and said all they got for breakfast was a piece of toast. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    This hotel and the staff are terrible. The toilet wasn’t working in the first room with the king bed I reserved and they moved me to another room with 2 double beds.     Horrible experience. Started off by trying to check in, had to go to the office 4 different times because the key wouldn’t open my door. The room was “updated ” but you can definitely tell this hotel needs to be fully remodeled. Sure it’s decent for the price but the worse part, there was a “party or gathering” and they just wouldn’t keep the noise down. Even then being a building away you could still hear them, talking load to even yelling out load and even running through out the hotel. I personally will not be retuning to this hotel or the brand in general.

    Breakfast was the worst ever offered at a hotel. The hotel was very spartan feeling. The bed was comfortable, but Motel 6 would have been better. I don't stay at Motel 6, but I doubt it would be worse. Also, about 5:30 am the Coke bottling plant next door "woke up" and there was something that sounded like hydraulic stapling going on. I was in the very back room, so it woke me up.

    This hotel had toilet plumbing issues. Moved me to another room and this one had bathtub draining issues. The room door did not have a working deadbolt (not safe).     When we got to the room there was underwear hanging from one of the pictures on the wall. We got another room, the staff was very quick to respond and helpful.     I stayed for 5 days and housekeeping never cleaned my room. I had to request clean towels. The free breakfast is a joke. They only had cereal, muffins and waffles. No juice as the machine was broken and they didnt offer anything else.

    They didn't do the cleaning (we asked them 3 times to clean it, and they didn't). The keys didn't work. The employees didn't know how the establishment worked. The pool was very dirty, and things were missing in the room.

    You get what you pay for. Despite the modern look, the rooms are old and run down. Our bathroom was moldy, doors were not weather sealed and sound proof, toilet barely flushed, light switch was coated in residue. They don’t even give you shampoo, only little tiny bottles of conditioner. It was a gross experience, but I can’t complain given the price. It was cheap, very cheap, so what else should I have expected? Good if you want to save a buck and catch Ebola.

    It was amazing from start to finish. Your staff was exceptionally friendly and helped me when I had issues with the vending machines . I was really pleased with one specific staff member her name was Danielle Walton, she made the stay even more memorable, she was friendly, and made me feel welcomed. So, If I'm ever back in El Paso, I will definately be staying at your hotel.

    Rude housekeeping staff. Came into room after yelling 3 times we were still in the room. There was a no disturb sign on the door. It was about 7/8 am. When check out is at 11am. We were still in bed and the lady went in until she saw us in bed & shut the door .. not too nice

    There was no coffee and condiments for the coffee. Also, they did not provide a wash towel and no Kleenex. On my second day they did not provide breakfast not even coffee. And I didn't have coffee in my room. I had to go eat at Denny's and La Quinta didn't offer me anything. The swimming pool was dirty (green) but the second day it looked better.

    The toilet had issues flushing, the a/c unit sounded like a screaming elephant all night every time it came on. The TV volume didn't work with the remote, or with the tv itself, so if I wanted to watch t.v on the 12 available channels, it was at max volume. The Motel 6 next to the La Quinta seems to be a crack house. Some guy in the breakfast area dropped a bag of drugs on the floor in front of my kid. I had to request to have my room cleaned...the list goes on and on. If you need a hotel and are on a serious budget, this place will be better than a park bench. Spend the money on a better place to stay.

    The floor was filthy when we first got there. The toilet was clogged. The shower dials were broken and the air conditioning system was not working. The room was very hot!!! Not to mention it was for two guests and there was only one super small shampoo, a super small bar soap and a halfway used toilet paper. Had to go ask for more products. Checked in on a Friday and checked out on the following Tuesday and we had no room service. Someone to make the beds and at least mop and take trash, but they did request a tip. Not a happy camper.

    The Güerita at night check in was great. The room was good for the price. Their sewer pipe lines that connect to toilet and shower/tub are SUPER BAD! I won't give graphics, but if you go #1 or #2 etc, lol, expect a very long time for it to clear bowel after many flushes. The. Bathtub fills as you are showeing. We called maintenance, but he stated all rooms are bad on the pipping part. That did bother me. I loved the type of window covering they use and wish more hotels did same. BREAKFAST STAFF WAS HORRIBLE!!! I WONDER IF MANAGERS WHER THERE TOO, I honestly believe they were there already. They were more focused on closing door and having their meeting instead of attending to breakfast for their customers! Unsatisfied. They don't offer waffles, even though machines are there off and visible! Cereal a mess and they would run out and would care about refilling till I asked a d they had none, so they said. I think just lazy! Had to ask for milk too. I guess they only do one small batch of scramble eggs and sausages for their entire sold out hotel! Unbelievable. Very few forks, lol. No knifes. There was coffee and Apple and Orange juice. Cups were available too. Limited napkins. It was filthy everywhere, including the tables. The staff just NOT caring about breakfast area or attending to their customers at that time. Yes, price is reasonable, but U OFFER BREAKFAST! Doesn't mean be a grouch and inattentive to customers!!!!!

    On the morning after my first night the breakfast food was lacking. The hotel ran out of sausage within the first 18 minutes of the breakfast time. Breakfast was to be from 7:00am to 9:00am. Their response to me was that they had not received the shipment of items. Those that arrived for breakfast were very upset about the lack of breakfast items. I never went back for the complimentary breakfast. There was no phone in my room. Just wires where it should be.

    The floor was very dirty (hair, dust and little pieces of food probably), I requested to the person in the lobby for help and he told me he couldn't give me another room because all was booked, which I understood, then I had to request him for a broom and a mop to clean by myself, he took me to the small storage behind his office and gave me the mop and the broom, I had to clean the room by myself, I consider this is totally unacceptable when you pay for a room that at least you expect to be clean. Then during the night (3am more or less) there was a loud discussion just out of our room, several people was discussing very loud, and more thing, the trash can that was just aside of the stairs for the second floor, was all full and some trash (food) was just in the floor, there was a cat that was doing a big mess with the rest of the food, so in general the hotel looked so dirty.

    Room was gross and the door felt like the wind could blow it down. Definitely pushed the couch in front of it for a bit of comfort. If you have family take them somewhere else. It’s more of a truck stop. No water pressure and felt like the toilet was going to overflow with every flush. Mattress did not have a mattress protector on it.

    If you're looking for a brand new, luxurious place, look elsewhere. But if you want a functional, comfortable, affordable place to stay the night, this is a good choice. The beds were comfortable, the shower water was hot with good pressure, the aesthetics were appealing, and breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some things show signs of wear- the deadbolt and shower handle were a little funky, but after a minute, they were both functional. For the price, I would stay here again.

    BUT, Room was dirty, doors stained, urine on toilet seat, dirt and stain on bath tub rim. Bed was comfortable, shower had plenty of pressure. Light coming thru an adjacent door that connected room to another - didnt feel safe- but it was late and only one night.
