We had a great stay here during our trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always kind and helpful. The location was convenient for everything we needed. It made our weekend much more enjoyable!

The woman who worked the coffee area didn’t speak English enough to understand me asking her for coffee cream, in broken English she said they don’t have coffee cream, the front desk said she was incorrect, still got no coffee cream. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched with drywall mud in multiple places and never finished & painted, shower was weak as can be, will never stay there again.

Key card system was down when we first arrived so they had to let us into our rooms. Fortunately it was resolved within a couple of hours, but they indicated this had happened in the past. Seems like that is something the hotel could improve upon.

What makes this great hotel even better is the excellent staff, especially Andrew, the manager. Even in the face of a group of aggressive younger guests, he was professional and collected and handled everything with a great attitude towards all. The accommodations were exceptional and the breakfast buffet was delicious... real eggs! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

I loved the little seat in front of the water. I didn’t like how I could connect the WiFi to my daughter’s tablet but when we got to our room on the 4th floor I couldn’t.

It was located in a great area. Close to Miramar Outlets and getting on 75. We were staying there for 5 days and not once did they come to tidy our room or pick up garbage. That was a little disappointing

Everything was wonderful.

Booked last minute and grateful for choice made. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was cheerful, engaging, and offered help finding local eateries and services. Additionally, enjoyed space in the lobby/bar area to work and have a cocktail, with option to sit outside by fire and/or pool. Finally, location is only 15 min drive away from the airport. Overall, staying here made the disappointment of a flight cancelation much easier!

rooms were nice and large the bathroom is right across from the beds which is strange when we checked in the room they gave us had people sleeping in it, the manager did correct and move us

Clean room and spacious. Outside table needed to be cleaned was dirty from breakfast stuff but it was at night when we tried to sit outside. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent sink in bathroom was clogged and maintenance came and took care of it so that we didn't have to change rooms but the coffee was lukewarm from the thermos that they had.

It was good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. But,the breakfast was a little disappointing. I know it's a free breakfast, so you have to minimize your expectations. But I didn't see it being refilled that often, and there wasn't that much variety. Other than that, it was pretty good and the staff at the front desk was really nice.

The breakfast wasn't bad but awkward to get to with other guest. The room was great and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting to and from the Hertz Arena for our event. Parking seemed safe; the lot is very well lit.

Yhe room was Spotless smelled, extremly good, Customer Service was Top Tier, brwakfast food was good , If you dont want to be around alot of wxtraness Beautiful place to go and visit.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was fantastic! Price is great and the front desk staff were wonderful. Definitely will go there again on my next trip to the East Coast!

Bath light so bright that it woke up me in bed. Mocrowave not anchored down and moved everytime you opened it. No luggage carts available. Only two carts small luggage carts for many users. Need 5 large carts. No freezer compartment in ref. Tried to change credit card in check out but agent said no. Asked for receipt and agent said no. Breakfast good.

It was an exceptional property, management and staff excellent. Housekeeping was excellent. Everyone was extremely conscientious. The breakfast was well done. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to visit family next year. Hands down, I would highly recommend this hotel. I am a Hilton Honors member and chose this hotel over Hilton and glad I did.

Free breakfast is provided at a common area on the ground floor. This is a typical buffet with a range of selections. Beverages included coffee and juice. Food quality was good. All was good. No significant negatives.

Other than the fact that they only service the room every other day, the stay was excellent in all respects.

However, there was one unfortunate drawback that marred our otherwise delightful stay: room number 105. It became quite an inconvenience when we tried to brush our teeth, as the water flow was erratic. The faucet would often sputter, occasionally remaining stubbornly still, with water pooling rather than rushing through. Despite this small hiccup, the beauty of Naples and the joy of being with family made it a trip to remember.

Here for a 5 night stay and the beds were super comfortable. Rooms are spacious and appreciated the large closet to keep suitcases out of the way. We never heard a noise from any other guests near us. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is clean and space is ample. The room had a sleeper sofa, kitchenette,with microwave oven and mini fridge.

The A/C kept us up all night. It kept going on and off even when I switched it from Automatic to Fan mode. So annoying. I will not stay there again.

This hotel was clean and quiet, conveniently located and the staff was welcoming. I would consider staying here in the future. There is a school across the parking lot so I imagine it could at some point get loud outdoors but we did not experience any uncomfortable noise or traffic.

Newer hotel with easy access to 75 and the outlets

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is minimal but is good, with even cage free scrambled eggs. Would stay here again.

Always stay here when in Estero.

It was a nice clean place to stay with a restaurant. It was close to the airport and I needed that. I really relaxed and wasn't bothered the whole weekend. Loved the atmosphere and rewound from the busy lives that I had coming from Florida. I will stay there again.

Wife can down to get some coffee 1/26/25 at around 5am & nobody at front desk.She even went to the back of counter office & nobody there either.

Rooms smelled had sour, foul odor, as did bed sheets. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Smelled like old man sweat. Asked for changes multiple times but it never got better. Shower wasn’t clean and bottom was full of dried scum. I had to clean it myself to feel comfortable enough to get inside. Corners of rooms and other places where vacuum doesn’t fit are full of crumbs/dirt. Breakfast was cheap, processed foods. On the up side, pool was kept fairly warm despite the weather being cool entire time I was there. Could have been cleaner though and smelled pretty strong of chemicals if you went in water (totally dried out skin). Area was pretty quiet, and most of staff, though they only knew a few words in English, were pretty nice. I feel it was way overpriced for what you get. High season was over and I’ve paid less at much nicer, cleaner places.

Rooms are new but have many issues to fix. Expedia made me change this review, beware of fake reviews. What's up with that Expedia? I had no inappropriate words or photos. This hotel needs better management and changes to the rooms to improve.

I think the hotel was very beautiful! It was very clean when we got there, a pet peeve of mine is hair in hotels beds and I saw none in this one I loved it. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door, on the rubber bottom part was moldy. Other than that? Everything was perfect.

The hotel is well located off I-75 and walking distance from the outlets and Hertz Center in Espero FL. Also there are plenty of dining options around.

This is a lovely new Springhill Suites property: very nice decor and a feeling of freshness. Our room was lovely; the beds were comfortable; and the morning breakfasts were delicious with many hot entree choices. Our objections were that the room seemed very dark, so much that we had to go out and buy a brighter light bulb for the lamp in order to read. Also, it seemed strange that the kitchenette did not have a sink to get water for coffee or wash anything up. We like the older style of Homewood Suites more which had a divided bath so that one person could be working at the lavatory area while the other used the toilet and shower. But it was overall a pleasant experience.
