Didnt clean our room until the last night, floor was broke, no smart tv’s.

I needed a shuttle to the airport at 6:30AM. The front desk said I couldn’t get a shuttle because it was reserved for a private party at 7:30AM. I could only get a Shuttle at 8:15 AM, so I would miss my flight. Paid $32.00 for a UBER. I stayed in your hotel because you had an airport shuttle. You shouldn’t reserve your only shuttle for private parties.

Pillows were awful. Small thin couch pillows. "Deposit" stayed pending on my account for a week. Never had that happen with any other hotel

The hotel looks new and clean until you look a little closer. It’s close to the airport and it’s nice they have an airport shuttle, you just have to call the hotel to request it. But if you’re leaving early in the morning, the shuttle doesn’t start until 6am. Was just using the hotel to be close to the airport for my 5am flight so did not take advantage or look at the amenities. It is nice they do offer free breakfast!

The hotel was fine for a stay. The room was clean and the staff were perfectly pleasant, so no real complaints. That said, nothing about it stood out as memorable, and there wasn’t much that would pull me back for a return visit. A solid, no-frills option if you just need a comfortable place to sleep.

I choose this LaQuinta because of its close proximity to family I was visiting. I was able to walk to their home in the mornings and not interrupt their preparation for graduation activities and celebrations. My room was clean and comfortable. The one thing I found could be improved upon for an older person like myself (80+) is the lighting. I found the room to be dark even while using all available sources and felt the fact that the hallway light needed to be on to get the bathroom light to go on inconvenient. Otherwise, it was very convenient for my needs.

The location of this place is amazing. We were so close to a ton of stores, movie theater, bank and tons of restaurant options. Clean location with a great, small gym, relaxing pool and good breakfast.

Very disappointing stay. I requested a quiet room and was placed right next to a side entrance, with constant noise from people coming and going starting early in the morning. I got only about 4 hours of sleep before an important appointment. The staff did not offer a meaningful solution, and a 10% discount felt insulting given the situation. I booked this hotel based on its reviews, but my experience did not match them at all.

Breakfast was simple, clean and great. Just enough variety to get you going for the day. Room was clean and lots of space. Beds were a bit lumpy but more than tolerable. Quiet!

I wish you could get hot coffee. Before 6 am the coffee if there is any is cold. The breakfast starts at at 6 but many time while staying here I leave before 6 am.

While functional, the room felt a bit cramped compared to the more modern La Quinta layouts I’ve experienced. Additionally, light sleepers should be aware that the air conditioning unit is louder than average when it kicks on

My husband and I only spent one night because of a connection change in our itinerary. It's a nice, welcoming hotel, the rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed the lounge area, the breakfast was good , and the coffee actually tasty. I booked the hotel because they offer a shuttle service to and from the airport. However, we did not have a good experience with this service. After calling the front desk to order the shuttle, the driver called about 30 minutes later saying that he would be there to pick us up in 5 to 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes we ended up calling an Uber, because the shuttle still had not arrived. I was not very happy. During this hour other hotel shuttles came by and picked up guests frequently. When we finally arrived at La Quinta, I told our receptionist about our experience, she didn't seem to be surprised by it and just said that that would happen lately because of the traffic. I would've loved to know that ahead of time, before we wasted one hour waiting. Also, the shuttle service to the airport only runs every 2 hours, which did not work for us at all.

Hotel needs to post a sign by the room entry area switch to educate guests that, the first switch is a master switch for the room and turning it off, cuts all power to the outlets/appliances.

The stay was ok, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear every shower turn on, every door close, and every toilet flush as well as people walking in the halls. Don’t plan on sleeping in at this place.

The breakfast was the very worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. The eggs were not even scrambled but cut into blocks. There was very little even on the breakfast counter. It’s hard to even describe how bad it was.

This LaQuinta is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The location to DFW is very convenient; the hotel is clean and fresh and located to shopping and food within easy walking distances. However the best thing about this LaQuinta is the staff. Russell the shuttle driver couldn't have been nicer and very communicative on the pick up. The desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend high enough!

Our issue was the AC unit worked intermittently when we got to the room late. Miserable night of sleep too hot. Notified the front desk next morning and they had us switch rooms nearby. AC worked good but was noticeably very loud.

The breakfast selections were scarce. The shuttle service was excellent I really enjoyed my stay at the motel and will stay again when I am in the DFW area.

Room was fine but you advertised shuttle to the airport. I had a flight at 9am and your shuttle only started at 7. All the airlines suggested I get there 2 hours before. You need to revise your shuttle service. I had to do end $38 on a Lyft to get the airport in time. Felt I was given inaccurate information regarding shuttle. No food beyond chips and Lean cuisine options in a cooler. It's in a concrete desert where you have to walk next to a major highway for 20 mins to get anything worth eating,

They don't have luggage storage, but staff worked to get me an early check in which was even better. In terms of facilities, there is some room for improvement the fixtures in the first floor restroom seem to be broken and the room was a bit worn. Regardless of these things the room was a good value.

Price First Room I got 209 didn’t have ac I told the front desk they said it takes a while waited 2 hrs and it only got hotter finally after shift change I went down again and the new front desk lady got me a new room 317 now I accidentally left items in the old room nothing expensive but items that I use daily when I went back to try and retrieve them I was told they weren’t there but they keep saying the wrong room I finally got upset and left like I stated before they weren’t expensive unexpectedly I had to stay 2 more nights but after my experience I decided to go next door for the extra nights even if it means paying more money I know I’m just 1 individual but maybe the lack of care can get fixed for future customers

Our room was wonderful! If I had a complaint, I wasn’t able to turn on the bathroom light without turning on the light out in the hallway thereby possibly disturbing my husband’s sleep.

Very clean and modern hotel, one of the best of its type that I’ve stayed at. Make sure you double check the address of the hotel before boarding a shuttle - there are 7 (!) La Quintas in the area and it’s super common to end up at the wrong one. Big shout out to shuttle driver Trevor: he has great local knowledge and better recommendations for tourists than most travel blogs.

Overall, this hotel was a good choice due to it's proximity to the family we were visiting. It's also convenient to just about any kind of shopping one might desire. Online check-in and check-out is offered, but that's not my preference (I prefer a more human touch at the Front Desk). Breakfast had several hot and cold selections, but the taste of the eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy left room for improvement. All said, I would recommend the hotel and will stay there again if I visit the area.

My overnight stay at this location was perfect. I did a little shopping, went to experience the Christmas lights and displays in Grapevine, and the next morning to DFW for a flight out. All places were within a few minutes from this hotel making it a convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. I have put this location on repeat for when I am in the area.

Unfortunately given that it’s a newer building, everything about our stay was rather unpleasant. Starting with the front desk, then transferring rooms being sent to a dirty room (we had the hotel booked for a couple of nights, we checked out and checked back in in)

This is one of the best Latinas I've ever stayed in.

My one complaint-and for me, it’s a big one-is the shower. I’m 6’2”, so I’m not petite by no means, but I had to turn sideways to wash my hair. Sadly, the low water pressure made taking a shower doubly uncomfortable.

We had a great stay. The room was beautiful and very clean. We appreciated the included breakfast. The dining area and lobby were also very clean and beautiful. The only negative was that we requested a late check-out and were informed there would be a fee for even just an hour later, but that's not something that would take away from the 5-Star review - just a "would have been nice" kind of thing.

Don't count on their breakfast or shuttle if you have an early morning flight. Their shuttle only runs from 8am on and their breakfast starts at 6am

Overall had a good stay here. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. Downsides were the flat pillows and somewhat dim lighting in room.

The hotel advertised an airport shuttle service. Made the reservation and then called immediately to set up a pick up time. They said they do not offer after 11:00. Asked to cancel because the hotel could not offer what was advertised. The hotel said I had to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com called the hotel and Travis said he could not cancel. Text book example of a breach of contract.

I left a phone charger in the room upon checkout and when I called to see if housekeeping had turned it in they said no. I was told they would have either kept it or just thrown it away. Ridiculous! Stay would have been better if started out better - the airport shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive with a required call to the front desk. Check in was good but shortened by desk knowing there were three customers behind us that all arrived on same shuttle this no information provided on surrounding area or hotel amenities. Room was clean and comfortable with the exception of AC thermostat that did not regulate the room temperature very well. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay again but not use the airport shuttle. Also, shuttle does not start until 7 am so early flights require an Uber.

Only good thing was the bed and temperature condition in the room tile floor was filth with like dried up stuff and the nails from the carpet to the tile was not hammered down so my gf got a couple nails stabbing her feet and the shower pressure was horrible but the bathroom was decently cleaned

Other then the delay in getting my room, it wasnt ready until 345, the stay was great. Room was very nice, good bed, friendly staff and the area was perfect for what we wanted.

Always stay here and never have any issues. They did change the check in policy this time and did not know. The card you put on file is the card that will be charge if you do the online pre check in. So if you want to use a different card, wait to check in when you get there. Also we kept having issues with our room key disconnecting. Every time we used the back door it would not work on our room door. So that was frustrating. We had to use the side door or front entrance and our room was close to the back door. But other than that it was a great stay. It was clean and it was quiet. Can’t hear the highway at all. Close to everything and we have stayed here multiple times. Love the breakfast and the fact it has a mini fridge!

I mean… why why the chemicals for cleaning. So bad. I woke ip with a scratchy throat. The lights were basically bright fluorescent. Ok probably LED but fluorescent vibes. Basement. Not basic. Basement. Honestly could not wait to leave. Worried all night about my car. Very few options in this area but $150 for this room was highway robbery! No I would not stay again. I would sleep in my car.

The desk clerk on duty the morning we checked in displayed terrible customer service. First he says it’s too early to check in. I told him I called ahead to see if any rooms were available and was told there were and said we can check in early. The clerk acted like we were bothering him, but reluctantly gave us a room. We will not be using this property in the future.

First, there are no rails or grab bars in the shower. I almost fell several times. The bulky, provided shampoo items have been attached directly under the shower head making it difficult to stand directly under the shower. It is in the way. There is absolutely NO NO NO shower pressure- at all:(((( which makes for a long shower! There are no ashtrays around the property at all. I understand it is a smoke free “facility,” but let’s face it, you can’t tell people they can’t smoke, they are going to with or without your approval or ashtray, but an ashtray in a designated area will help keep your property cleaner. There were a lot of drunk, foul mouthed, bikers that hung out constantly in our lobby. They were there from the time we woke until all late into the night. The front staff allowed them to congregate in the lobby. They had ice chests and 12 packs of Budweiser everywhere. It wasn’t unusual to walk through and hear random MFs and other choice words. We thought it made the place look cheap to allow such behavior ALL weekend. It’s like they had nowhere to go, but the staff should have moved them into the nearby conference room to party. It was BAD!! All in all the hotel is in a great area, pretty much close to everything you could need or want. Breakfast wasn’t very good and is over at 9 am which was awful!!

We were surprised by the value of our stay. The hotel was clean, modern style, rooms were large and it included breakfast! We assumed the price would not include breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

Easy check in. Just staying one night but no water bottles available for purchase. It’s 100 degrees out and being that I’m traveling no access to a car to go buy some. Room was clean and met my needs. Also sucks they charge for late check out and do not store luggage. For being so close to the airport, you would expect at least the capabilities to store your luggage.

Host was not very welcoming and was rude when customer didn’t understand.

Not great shuttle if you’re flying in and out and need to use to and from airport. Had to get my own Uber. Shuttle doesn’t start until 7 am and stops at 10pm

The suite smelled nice and was clean. We were a little disappointed this time because the mattress seemed a bit older maybe, definitely lumpy and the shower head definitely needed to be changed out. It kinda sprayed everywhere. But, the front desk service was great; knowledgeable, helpful and prompt, and the lobby and grounds are still very nicely kept. Have stayed here often over the last five years and will continue to come back.

Overall, this is the nicest LaQuinta facility, good value, but poor service.

We have stayed at this location multiple times previously. We have since had a baby and requested a crib in the room because it had cribs listed as an offer on the booking. After checking in late at night we realized there was not a crib available. It made for a really uncomfortable night with a restless for our 1 year old and us and a very early morning since he didnt have his own space to sleep. Please do not show that a crib is offered if you truly do not have one. It is uncomfortable and in some cases unsafe for those traveling with babies.

Great location, right by the highway, shopping and restaurants. Have stayed here in multiple different rooms. Would stay here again

It was a nice stay. In and out one evening and night. The folks at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I had booked a room with two queen beds, but since it was only me, they graciously switched me to a room with just one bed. Was personally glad to see that there was a Holy Bible in the drawer for anyone that chose to use it. The room was clean and smelled nice when I walked in. I was a little disappointed that the refrigerator’s top protective wrap was old and peeling. Kind of an eye sore when I went to open the door. Fridge did work though. Everything else was good. This is my go to Hotel anytime I come into town. The service is great, the rooms are affordable and clean and food and shopping are all right across 121. Easy access to airport and anywhere that I need to go. Thanks LaQuinta!

Loved this stay! I have OCD. Everything was SO clean and spotless! Literally, even the thermostat and remote control was clean !!!! Not sticky or dusty! The bed , the towels , the pillowcases! Loved it . The breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay here again .

Room was dusty and with the low/minimal lighting it gives a "motel" look/feel; linens, room hadnt been cleaned or addressed in a WHILE prior to my arrival; only option for tv is cable or casting via hookup to the hotel wifi(unsecured network) which made me a bit uncomfortable while using it. There are nicer hotels in the area, this is ok for a quick stay/extended layover/work training hotel.

I traveled with my family and it was great. The breakfast was varied and the entire place was very clean. The pool area could use a bit more shading but overall it is an excellent place to stay and at a very convenient price.

Everything was great. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and easy. The drivers were very friendly. Check in was good and quick. Room was as expected and clean. The beds and even the pillows were also very comfortable. And the area was great too. We got in late from the airport and IHop was just a couple minutes walk with really good food. I felt safe. And there was a gas station just a little farther if you needed convenience snacks. The only problem with that was the doors were locked after 11 so it didn’t help us this trip. So. My only complaint is there were no bottles of water at the hotel. They were out. But I think this might be our new favorite hotel when we have overnight layovers in the Dallas area! We’ll definitely be back.

Room was clean and very spacious. We had a king size bed and a couch. Very quiet. Don't really hear the traffic from the road. Staff is super nice. Check in and check out was so easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

Additionally, the hotel charged an extra pet deposit that wasn’t mentioned in the online booking policies, which felt misleading. The airport shuttle service also doesn't begin until 7 AM, which is inconvenient for early flights. On a positive note, the location is convenient—right next to a shopping center and close to the highway. While most of the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, the individual who seemed to be the manager was professional and courteous, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations, especially given the price and the brand's reputation.

The quality of the property is evident. The staff strives to make this property remain in like new condition, from check in to daily housekeeping services. The free breakfast was freshh and tasty, and coffee was available all day.

The overall stay was good. The only issue we had was not having good water pressure when showering.
