The room itself was pretty nice with a large refrigerator, microwave and even a 2 burner flat top for cooking. The downside was they had no pots or pans or any utensils. The bed was hard as a board, one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel, and I stay in lots of hotels. The walls were also very thin. I could literally hear every word from the tv in the room next to mine. Thankfully, I was only there for one night. Otherwise, everything was good. Area was quiet and felt safe. It's the only hotel in Fairview so that was the only choice I had. Was in town last night for high school graduation.

No pets allowed per property details when booked. Reason for booking due to allergies. When we arrived was asked how many pets as they charge $20 each. The person checking us in had multiple peircings on her face with a black hoodie. Very dirty. I checked the room and bed and found hairs on the bed sheets as if the covers had been pulled up without being changed. I advised the person at the front desk we could not stay there. She said since It wss booked online I would have to contact them fot a refund. Then we left and booked a room on down the interstate in Murfreesboro.

It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night.

The gentleman that checked me in was obviously not pleased that I checked in so late, which was understandable. However when I asked to stay after check out time, I was asked to leave, one hour later. I didn’t get to sleep until 4am, I was exhausted and in pain from driving a truck for 10 hours. My disappointment was there was no facial tissue paper or amenities for the lovely kitchenette you have provided in your room! I travel quite a bit. I would have loved to give a better review. Room for improvement is my personal opinion. Let’s not allow the saying “You get what you pay for” BE A THING FOR YOUR HOTEL! I see potential at this location. SK

The room was quite large and was very clean and quiet. The only thing that kept it from being perfect was the bedding. The pillows were flat and the sheets were a bit rough.

Dead bugs in light fixtures. For me the bed was VERY hard. All 3 pillows were old and lumpy. I was going to put my shampoo on the top ledge of the shower and it waS FILTHY. However, we felt safe- the refrigerator and tv worked.

Nice enough but the “free breakfast” was a gallon of sunny d to share, 3 types of cereal, one community table to sit around. Just a small room that was part of checkin area. So really free breakfast is maybe but not really

You can tell they are working on improving the property. What was obvious was it seemed to be getting set up for long term stays,great, and they already had some. The breakfast area a joke. Maybe enough room for 4 around a community table and the very minimal breakfast so we chose to get breakfast out when we left. Because of this, we would not add this to our return list and that’s fine

For starters, don’t judge a book by its cover. It might not be a large chain hotel but it’s fully updated (cute couch, large desk space, a full fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, double kitchen sink with garbage disposal, basic tub/shower, toilet, stand alone modern closet, large flat screen screen that’s hung, modern lighting on either side of the bed, and an awesome modern wooden wall) and should be considered more of a small apartment than a hotel room. The pricing is great and it’s very quiet and safe. The owners are kind. Only things I’d change is having more shampoo & soap offered and 5 pillows that are fluffier than 3 that are pretty lack luster. They do charge a $20.00/night animal fee which is a bummer and don’t allow them to stay in the room while you’re gone to work etc. Overall, I’d choose staying here over a big hotel chain like Hilton or Marriott any day!

We mostly enjoyed our stay. We did not know when we booked it that it was slightly under renovation. It looked as if the room was a working progress. It was definitely livable, but looked incomplete. It was unfortunate that the floor was dirty and you could feel it on your bare feet. The stove was not plugged in (nor was there an outlet there) but we didn’t need it during our stay. It is a nice thing to have though!! I have to say that no matter the state of what it WAS while we were there.. it has a lot of potential to be a really great stay once it’s finished. Which looks like it should be very soon.

Staff was nice. Facilities were poorly kept up and room was dirty. We ended up not staying overnight and just drove the rest of the way home.

This pet friendly motel had a recently remodled room with apartment size fridge, two burner cook top, microwave, coffee pot, and storage cabinets inside the room. Nice mattress, TV and counter space. I would have liked more pillows on the king size bed,but the room was extra spacious very quiet. Thanks for a great experience!

They have been remodeling and it's improving. All rooms now have a big refrigerator and a 3 burner induction eyes

We stayed for 1 night and will never go back again. Not worth the price and stay. Breakfast area is not clean, there were boxes all over the small area. Coffee is not even hot. Cereals tasted bad, like stale flavor. There were 3 small donuts remaining at 8 am. No bread, no milk available. The room is just fine. There was a stove so you can cook. But the aircon is so loud. We just turned it off bec. We could not sleep.

It was as expected for the price point. Guests can clearly see the property and the rooms are under renovations. We would suggest to management to bring dumpsters onsite to assist with the debris and discarded furniture. Room cleanliness was average at best, since there are active room renovations, would suggest extra dusting and mopping, especially after work has been done in a room. Our only complaint is when a construction employee opened our door without announcing themselves. In my opinion, renovations should only happen when the room is not occupied.

No point in booking a stay here. As a local i can tell you for the same price i could have stayed at the holiday inn in dickson, and had a pool and some customer service...and my food options would've be more than a dennys or gas station pizza. 1/ 10 wouldn't recommend. My bed sheets had burn holes in them also. And the breakfast was corn flakes or raison brand.

The room stunk soon as I walked in it was nasty smelling luckily I had a plug in with me. Looked like the covers and top blankets hadn't been washed in a while the sink was cracked and roaches crawling on the floor.

This was a nice inexpensive place to stay. The only negative was that the bathroom vent started making a popping sound in the middle of the night. I turned the vent on to drown it out with white noise.

Room was filthy, staff couldn’t get tv to work so was moved to lower end room with no refund.

Arrived & checked in, got to room & it was quite unclean. Crumbs & debris on the chair, bedding was stained with some brown marks, & there was a bad odor all throughout. There was also a man a few rooms down who was grilling with a large open flame & smoking the area up. We left & found another hotel to stay at. Don’t stay here unless you legit can’t make it another 10-15 min to another hotel.

Don't touch anything. Don't walk in the floor. All surfaces are filthy. Paint.is peeling, head board has some sort of spray residue. Cigarette.burns on microwave. Bedding was non existent. Sink was cracked. Hair dryer has a short and arced. Never opened the fridge...worried about what was left. This property should be condemned.

Basically what I expected for the price. Excellent location for us. We were visiting family and needed a clean, affordable place to sleep. An initial glitch when the room was not clean on our arrival, but the staff was prompt in responding and bringing to an acceptable state.

It's great for the price but wasn't happy with finding blood and dirt on my bedcover, plus dirt all around the bed walls. Had great hot water.

I would give this less than one star if there were an option. Sheets and towels were stained hair on bathroom floor dust everywhere. Thankfully we had brought our own blanket and slept on top of the bedding. This place was discusseding and if it hadn't been so late I would have gotten another place.

Cell service is limited but they do give you WiFi. Decent place nothing fancy but not dirty or uncomfortable.

This place is a dump. The sheets are stained so bad they need to be thrown away. The beds are harder than a rock. There is mold growing in the bathroom. The coffee pot I’m not sure when was touched last. It had a thick layer of dust on it. There was also a very weird smell in the room. They are more worried that you are going to smoke in the rooms. That should be the least of their worries. They need to some serious renovation. Don’t waste your money on this place.

The jetted tub was the only good thing about this stay. $90 for a brick bed that smelled like cigarettes and a "breakfast" that is laughable to say the least. Horrible! We had to stand out in the cold and call someone to come check us in.. we travel a lot and this was our worst experience ever.

Smooth check in and a clean spacious room

One of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bedsheets and blankets had fur, someone elses’s hair, footprints, holes, and cigarette burns on them. Nothing looked like it’d been cleaned; there were stains on the microwave, dirt and crumbs on the refrigerator, soap clumps on the tub, and one of the light fixtures was smashed. The only redemption for this place is that they didn’t have bedbugs, and the front desk gave us replacement sheets and blankets when we asked. Horrible place, do not book here.

It was late and I was so tired and disgusted that I did not contact them to come and clean it, which I should not have had to. I slept on top of the covers with my own blanket for the 2 nights I was there. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.

Changed rooms a lot bedding was not washed, then next room no bedding on bed, then next room tv didn’t work then final room bedding still wasn’t washed I gave up bc I was tired ran to Walmart bought sheets. Front desk lady tried to help, but said cleaning guilt didn’t show up that day. Towels had blood stains as well as sheets

How to start, here we go we were tired of driving and decided to take a break and this hotel was available closest to us. So i guess you get what you pay for. When i went to the desk to let them know about the nasry bedding, there was no apology, just a very rude, here is your new room key. Basically, dont bother me again.

The property was nice and safe feeling . When arrived we had stains on our pillow cases but the lady at the front desk helped us out immediately with that . Head board and side drawers were not wiped down well. And when I went to get breakfast they had cereal but must not of cleaned it out before adding the honey nut because a raisin and pieces of other Cereals also came out . They had an empty box of orange juice in the mini fridge for the 3 days I tried getting breakfast . Not really a continental breakfast. They did the bare minimum in that description . No hot food like waffles or anything like that and the coffee tasted like bad water . Overall the stay was nice .

Stayed here for cheer competition everything where we usually stay was booked due to everything going on this weekend we had to stay here…. Had 3 of my granddaughters with me and my daughter we could not even take our shoes off till we got in bed the floors were black!!! Nasty I have stayed all over and this is the worst place ever the safety lock on the door half was broken off …. Had to put stuff in front of the door

The motel is old and the rooms small.

The room needed many repairs. Someone apparently had kept a dig in restroom and it tore up the door and walls. Nightstands top was peeling off. The bed had big hard rolls in mattress. Drawers in dresser were non-functional. Very disappointed!

The stay was comfortable but the facilities were really dirty. The beds seemed clean but the floors and the bathroom had visible dirty everywhere.

We killed several roaches within the first few minutes in the room, and continued to see them all night and next day. I put our bags on top of the desk to get them off the floor, but still roaches on the furniture, so much so that we ended up putting all our luggage back in the car overnight to keep the bugs out of it. Toilet looked like it's NEVER been scrubbed, with pee and stains all along the back by the hinges. I asked for an extra pillow, and she said they had NONE. (What if someone got a bloody nose during the night... I guess they'd just throw a new pillow case over it and call it good). I asked for a couple extra towels (4 people in room, only 2 shower towels provided), and the desk clerk told me the only thing she had was from the "stay over supply" (permanently stained towels from long-term guests), which she assured me were actually clean because she washed them herself... Bed sheets and blankets were stained, some stains looked like blood. Sheets were torn and had cigarette burns. Wall art had children's stickers all over it, but more concerning, it looked like there were bodily fluids that had sprayed on it and dripped down... GROSS! Lobby and our room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the "non-smoking" placard. Both adults had terrible acne after staying there, assuredly due to the lack of cleanliness. I'm not super picky when it comes to hotels, but basic cleanliness is a minimum requirement.

The staff were friendly the outside was clean and organized and looked good. The rooms were nicely kept with everything needed to keep us comfortable with the exception of the beds they were about the closest to torture i have had to endure as those beds were horrendously uncomfortable.

We normally stay in Hampton Inn while traveling, but took a chance on this place. Fantastic! It’s better than Hampton where it counts, firm beds and firm pillows. Ac worked great! I hope we get to return for work in Fairview so we can stay here again.

Clean, quiet, friendly, easy hwy access, across from Dennys and gas station. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean it sold me on the brand. I booked other Deerfield locations for this trip based on the positive experience at this hotel.

Nice clean hotel for the price. Close to the interstate, gas station and Dennys right across the street. Wouldn’t plan on the hotel breakfast, but for a road trip motel it was a win.

Nice modest motel. We went to visit family and stayed a few days. Updated since last visit, was clean which is all we wanted. Beds comfortable, staff very friendly. Convenient off interstate, Denny's restaurant, gas stations, and Dunkin Donuts close to hotel. Very small area for coffee and cereal in morning, may make a difference to some. We would stay there again.

The location was great. Peaceful and quiet. Easy parking. Truck stop across the street.

For the price it was 5/5. Decently friendly staff, safe and quiet environment, only about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville, and a whole lot cleaner than I expected. There’s also a denny’s and a gas station right across the street so that was very convenient. I couldn’t find a reason to complain about it if I wanted to, would definitely stay here again.
