Room was so hot I had to sleep infront of the a/c unit, it was colder outside than inside the room also bathroom had a lot of cigarette burns

The bed was very had and only 2 flat pillows on the bed. The microwave and fridge were connected to the light switch so it was warm when I got their and I had to move it so I could cut the light off to sleep. They took towels when cleaning but never brought new ones. And the toilet paper they brought had blood or something on it. The tub paint was peeling and tub clogged with hair. One of the worse places I’ve stayed at.

Convenient location. The staff was incredibly difficult to work with. The curtains don't keep out the light. The walls don't keep out the noise. The beds are uncomfortable. The beds were unclean. There is a surcharge for reserving in person. This place is just not worth staying at.

We wound up not staying. The first room was in a construction site, dust everywhere, guys working with a grinder. Going to the second room was like going to a prison cell. We didn’t feel safe. It was too weird for us.

I love dogs, I have one. If you’re leaving for the day and you’re dogs barking all day non stop and you want to sleep they do not accommodate you to move rooms. No English they say no rooms available. Ya right. That dog tore up that room guaranteed.

I appreciated having a microwave in the room, as well as the option to choose a ground-floor room so I wouldn't have to carry my luggage up the stairs. Although the motel is located right next to a busy road, it was quiet at night. Free parking was also available, and there was no extra charge for staying with a dog. It could have been cleaner. The sofa was very dirty—we didn't sit on it. The water in both the bathtub and the sink drains very slowly. It is time to replace the towels; they look very old. For us, the location was inconvenient; we had to drive 50 minutes through traffic every time we wanted to get to DC.

On the negative side, there was an obvious funk to the hotel. There is a bar/restaurant next door and people were loud well into the night. The toilet flush is weak, and I had to get a plunger to help. I only needed a place that was flexible and allowed me to lay my head down for 8 hours. The hotel delivered that. It was a little wierd, but it still delivered at a low cost.

Cleaning staff did a good job. Mini fridge and microwave important staples-which they had. Good that they don't have a carpet in the room that can transfer athletes' feet and therefor the floor can get washed. Very run down. Bare bones amenities. For 3 people there could be a few extra bottles of shampoo. These days they install dispensers. Would be a good idea. I'm a pretty laid-back person when it comes to traveling and I've done plenty of "roughing it", but it just gave me a very depressed feeling. The carpet outside the rooms was very tattered. It just gave me the feeling that the owners don't care about their hotel.

Ample parking. Room good size with King bed on 2nd floor. Eager and friendly desk clerk upin arrival. Room was clean. Phone was inop. No iron or ironing board in room, so had to walk to front desk and walk back with board and iron. Back in room amd could not turn on tv with remote. Bavk to front desk. She came to room and got the remote reprogrammed and working. Had coffee from lobby on way out last morning. No breakfast options. Limited dining options within walking distance. Ate at nearby Spin Pollo (Peruvian chicken) and IHOP. Good food overall. Overall I would say the hotel not worth the rate for value when compared to other nearby hotel options.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Amenities was ok, we missed a little a coffee machine, but overall we were satisfied :).

Everything was excellent, except one thing this time. Normally everything is great that’s why I stay there. But I requested no room service during my stay, and when I got there from work on Monday my room was entered. This doesn’t mean I won’t stay again, but it will make me think before I stay longer than one day.

The area was convenient for the area being central; however, the room was outdated and not kept up (worn out furniture, restroom, just overall). For the price point to other nearby places, I would have simply upgraded.

We’d actually like a refund for this past night. Extremely loud, several people outside who appeared to be on drugs, distorted pupils & behaving in such a manner. Got a max 3 hrs of light sleep. The night attendant was very rude. Our bathroom was filthy. Was less than impressed that I had to walk to a different building to get to the front desk in order to ask for an old 1990’s ironing board/ iron/ hair dryer that was obviously meant to be attached to the wall. They also don’t provide soaps in the room already. Apparently you need to request basic stuff like this from the front office.

We spent a really long time trying to find the room, and there was a party going on at the time with lots of people over-spilling into the car park. When we found the room, it wasn't particularly clean and there were hand prints on the headboard of the bed - one can only imagine how they got there. We stayed for two nights, and on the first night we heard a gunshot, followed by sirens, so I'm not sure if that is a reflection of the area. We strayed out to the local 7/11 which wasn't particularly nice and again felt unsafe. The IHOP over the way was nice, and that was one of the redeeming features. Probably wouldn't recommend.

- Room was clean, tidy, modern-looking and inviting. I liked the multiple options for light across the room & the large amount of table space for belongings. Full-length mirror on the wall was a bonus! -No bugs in bed! Sheets had old stains, but nothing that bothered me (I used to be a housekeeper- some stains just don't come out totally, no matter what you do!) Blankets were a bit thin, but comfortable for this weather. Pillows were lovely. -Pleasantly surprised with the water pressure and temperature in the shower! I did a lot of walking on this trip and it felt so nice to be able to have a good hot shower whenever I wanted. They do not provide shampoo/conditioner/lotion (you must ask for those at the front desk), so I brought my own. -WiFi really impressed me! I took a few voice calls through online apps, as well as streamed a movie on Youtube, with no issues at all. -A/C and fridge both functional! :( -Electrical was shoddy. Outlet by vanity didn't work. Top plug on outlet by beds was prone to overheating. Plugs for fridge/microwave looked unstable in the wall. -Towel rack fell off wall & was clearly broken before my arrival. -Doors are not sealed correctly, with a large gap underneath. This leads to poor sound/weatherproofing. I was on the second floor but I can see how pests could easily enter a room on the first floor. -Ice/Water/Vending machines in my building were all broken and rusty. -TV only turned on/off (menu/channels/volume didn't work).

It was conveniently located taking 10-15 minutes to get to Falls Church, Fairfax and Vienna and Arlington restaurants. It was only 10 minutes to the East Falls Church metro.

Excessively loud an homeless people sleep out the room on the property. The Staff is beyond mediocre. Better to pay extra vs stay in a crime ridden disgusting area.

There were people out on the balconies and in the parking lot until late making noise. The room was uncomfortable and very outdated. In top of all that, the shower did not work.

This was a quick stay over. We arrived late and left early the next day. We were called twice by the front desk prior to our arrival to confirm we were coming. Once at about 8:30 pm and again about 10 pm. Both times the lady never initiated the conversation with who she was and the business she was calling from. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was sure to tell me I had the last room and that people wanted to pay $50 more for my room than what I was paying. Rude and unprofessional. The room was very minimal but clean. No hair dryer or iron. The wash cloth for the shower was stained. The neighbors stayed up talking and laughing past midnight. Then at about 3:40am a man decided he needed to be up moving thing around a few doors down. Not sure if this is normal behavior in this part of town. No I wouldn’t stay here again even for the price.

The property is okay, except every room is not enclosed. All other things are okay.

I am a single woman and I wanted to stay at a Motel for one night on Thanksgiving so that I didn’t have to drive home, but I live in the area. I didn’t end up staying here because I didn’t feel safe when I walked to my room and the room was not cozy and it felt like I would be sleeping in a hallway or a Barricks and it didn’t feel like a good way to rest, so I went home. I ended up paying for the room anyway because it was past the time to cancel. That’s how much I didn’t want to stay there, meaning, I was OK with paying the money, driving the drive, and sleeping at home where I felt safe.

It near restaurants, and the laundromat and the price is reasonable.

Falls Church's Motel 6 deserves its 6th star! It was a pleasure to stay at this lovely hotel for several nights. We were greeted with a smile when we checked in, and we left with a smile as well. What do you mean by accommodating? This is the best! Every staff we met was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The prices were very reasonable and the amenities were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
