Very helpful staff. Room was clean and well maintained, I will come back when I’m in the area the next timr.

From the outside this place is an unassuming traditional motel. But our room was surprisingly spacious, with everything either new or freshly painted. The folks at the desk were very helpful. The parking spaces are extra large. Wifi is excellent. The Budget Inn is a hidden gem--we'll stay there again anytime we're in the area.

The location is great, close to the East View Mall, next to the Dollar General, Casino, with an excellent diner nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The price for the room was very reasonable. I have stayed many times at the Budget Inn and it's where I like to stay when I'm in the area.

Everything was 5 start. Walls are a little thin but was not a bother. Everything was well worth it. Will be staying again.

Went to stay for 3 days for my daughters graduation. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and kind. I checked in late and checked out early due to flight schedule and someone was there everytime. My only suggestion would be a snack machine or a section where you can buy water or snacks. I would definitely return to this location.

First off, the owners/managers are REALLY GOOD PEOPLE who genuinely care and assist. Thank you to them for giving us a little leeway. Sending them tons of appreciation and thanks!!!!! It's nice to deal with people and not corporate. Hotels.com was awesome and supporting them and us as well. Second, this place is awesome. The outside doesn't look great but the rooms are HUGE, there is a fridge and microwave, the room and bathrooms are very clean, the desk chair is comfortable!!!, and the shower is hot and strong. For people who want frills, stay somewhere else but if you want a great comfortable option this is amazing. We've stayed in a ton of hotels in New York state and sometimes the rooms are "beautiful" but so tiny and non-functional. This was so helpful for remote work in the room, getting breakfast/lunch at grocery storing in fridge, then getting dinner, re-heating it so you don't have to throw out leftovers! Don't be thrown off by the outside!! It's a GREAT hotel. THANK YOU!!!! Everything you could ask for and for the price it's really amazing.

This is a simple, safe, convenient motel that's well -run and good value. It's not fancy, but it's nice and clean, the room has everything you need, including coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave,a good mattress and plenty of hot water, and the owners are really friendly and helpful. There are lots of places nearby to eat and shop and it's close to a lot of things. For the price, it's a great place to stay. My daughter and I were comfortable staying here as single women, and appreciated a nice place to spend the night on our trip

Chrcked out early and still charged for the second day. Paid for the room and still was charged a deposit. Friendly staff but just a lot of shady stuff that wasnt made known before.

I stopped here on a long drive from the East coast to the Midwest. This was an ideal hotel––comfortable, very clean, well cared for, family run, and located right off of a highway. When driving long distances, I often stay in small budget hotels, and this is the best one I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

Great area, it’s off of a main road. Easy to get around and you’re not far from Canandaigua. The facility was nice and quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. The price was very affordable as well and it was clean.

It was horrible, beds are un sleepable , hard as a rock , mattress kept sliding off the cheap metal frame . Kept getting woken up every time anyone used water in the hotel. Loud humming noise it was unbearable. Cheap dirty furniture. Never stay there again 😡.

The Motel was pleasant & clean . The king sized bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well & had plenty of hot water. The Motel staff greeted us & was very polite . Overall this was a great experience & great choice for our needs.

This is a motel… a budget motel. Going in we didn’t expect much. Room was pretty clean but amenities are sparse. Towels are extremely thin and like sand paper. If you want ice the check in person has you go to your room and get your ice bucket. You bring it back and an older lady goes to a back room and gets you a little ice in your bucket! Walls are thin and two children doing acrobatics next door woke us up at 6 AM. All in all it served its purpose.

As the name implies, this is certainly not fancy, but for an overnight stay it was fine. Convenient to the Thruway and to CMAC for a concert. Wish there some places nearby for breakfast, but that doesn’t reflect on the hotel.

Checkin staff were courteous and efficient. The bed was a little harder than we like, but still slept good. Plenty of hot water and very clean. Very focused on ensuring walkways were free of snow and ice.

It was an adequate inexpensive place for us to stay - we just slept there while visiting family in the area. It’s a bit outdated, but our room was clean and comfortable. Employee was friendly and helpful. Thankfully the heating/AC unit was fairly new & had a ‘continuous fan’ setting to drown out the noise outside - it meet our needs

We all are different, right? My wife and I don't care if a hotel is fancy and modern. We just want a clean room with a comfortable bed, quiet so we can sleep well and a microwave and fridge. This is what we got at the Budget Inn in Farmington, NY. VERY clean and smelled so fresh. A really nice woman checked us in and offered any help we needed when staying here. And less than $90 a night too. We couldn't be more thankful with this place. We will continue to use this hotel when we visit each year to family in Fairport, NY

Stayed 4 nights. Large room was clean & quiet. Comfortable beds; good A/C, shower & towels. Everything worked fine-no problems. Parking in front of room. Outside property well-maintained. Close to restaurants; neighbourhood streets good for a walk/run. The couple who manage the motel were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This was simply a place to sleep for the night after a wedding and getting an early start on the ride home. It served it's purpose just fine. Had we been visiting the area for any length of time we would have chosen something newer and more up to date.

Good stay for the price compared to other motels

Just found the Manager was friendly and even looked up restaurants near by for us. We stayed in #1 close to the office as we were seniors. Very clean and comfortable beds

The manager/owner was extremely nice and helpful, went out of her way with customer service. The property could use some cleaning and repair.

Check in was easy and simple. We called ahead to do a late check-in which they accommodated with no problem and offered a late check-out as well. We were very impressed!

This is a very basic accommodation which fully met our needs for an affordable place to stay as we passed through the area. Conveniently located just off the NY Throughway (I-90).

It was in the area I was looking for and it was available. The people running it seemed nice enough. The room was clean.

Throwback motel, loved it. The owners are actually an adorable family, very nice. We enjoyed our stay in this very clean hotel. Nothing fancy to be sure, but the service and cleanliness made it well worth the stay.

My friend and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this place! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All expected amenities were available. The room was cleaned each day and used towels were replaced with clean ones. Parking was right outside the room door. I will stay here again if I return to the area!

Good value for the price. The carpet in the room smelled a little bit and there were smokers right next door so it smelled im our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty large. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay there again if in the region.

Horrible banging loud noise in room 3 the entire night- front 10 pm-4am or later. Thought of calling 911. First thought of a domestic disturbance. Miserable stay.

We drove up for a concert at CMAC. This was 1 of the few places available under 200.00 left to rent. We were pleasantly surprised how clean our room was. It was perfect for our needs which was just to crash for the night and drive home. Location is about 10 miles from CMAC so plan for extra drive time.

Convenient

I opened the fridge and it smelled like a trash can on a hot day. That is not my thing, and nor was the chirping fire alarm.

Air conditioner trickled out weakly and did not cool the room, even on high. Besides that, the place was clean, quiet and affordable.

Prior to booking, I read some reviews that mostly said the owners were very friendly. After staying I wholeheartedly agree. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely stay again.

This motel is NOT pet friendly. We were traveling with a service dog and they were outright nasty about it. If i hadnt booked through hotels.com I would not have stayed. The room was clean but in need of updating. Overall, pass over this one.

Our stay was amazing. We were conveniently close to the venue where we saw Santana in concert. The desk staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean thru out. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

The place was pretty clean, although for a non smoking room, it sure had a smoke smell. The bed was pretty comfortable. The property was in a little rough condition but I expected that with the name budget. The walls were thin so we could hear what was going on next door. The neighbors tv could be heard all night long. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They released us from our last night that we had booked.
