The place was close to where we would need to be. It was pet friendly had a place where I can walk my dog. Saw a roach in the office the staff was amazing except for the manager. We’ve stayed there multiple times and she accused us of smoking in the room on a previous stay on the third floor and we have never once stayed on the third floor. Our room had one towel we asked for a couple more cause we were staying two nights and would both like to take a shower and she charged us five dollars need a new manager.

Clean room with full size fridge, microwave and 2 eye range. reasonable price, great staff who are very helpful. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond when I needed them and they didn’t disturb my peace during my time of hardship. They respected my privacy and created a peaceful environment for me to work through my crisis.

No towels at all for four days even after telling staff. Roaches galore, very outdated needs lots of updating. Kitchenette but no pots, pans, dishes. Holes in the walls of the tub, carpet very old with lots of old old stands and stuff stuck in it. I wouldn't stay again.

The lack of maintenance is alarming—doors and windows are broken, and even the locks do not work properly, which made us feel completely unsafe during our stay. The entire property appears run-down and poorly managed. I would strongly advise against staying here. This place should not be listed until major repairs and proper maintenance are carried out.

Worst property we have ever had the misfortune to stay at. Exterior areas were filthy with stained sticky sidewalks, cig butts everywhere. Room smelled of stale old smoke, stained sticky carpet, old food and not sure what else running down interior walls. Marijuana smells outside, screaming woman disturbance. Filth everywhere. It's hard to believe Hotels.com promotes this property.

The staff was very nice and friendly, however, the rooms itself were ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! If I could give the hotel zero stars I would! The first room was disgusting…it smelled like a pack of cigarettes and weed…that was bothersome because I do not smoke!! Then, the toilet did not even work no water no flushing nothing! The second room I requested there was no latch on the door so I felt entirely unsafe whatsoever!! It smelled awful and most of the lights in the room were very dim and I left and requested a refund because it felt very unsafe, unsanitary and as not all that it was advertised to be. Truly disappointed and they need to do better!

This hotel room was filthy. The TV would not cut on or off the remote was in effective no battery cover completely full of dust on top of the big TV base that sat on a dresser at the top drawer wouldn’t even close. The entire dresser have been beat all the pieces in the top left drawer. There were these white pieces of some kind of powdery tablet no substance remaining. The smell was horrific. The bathroom smelled like urine that the tub on the wood flooring along the edge that would normally be cocked nicely the flooring was peeled back 1 inch for about a 10 inch section outside of this particular room room 109. I believe it was at the end or two years of cigarette, but and you know, covered with leaves from last fall and tile entire grounds of this hotel was disgustingly unmanaged on cap. This hotel in my opinion was not fit for anyone to stay in the room should not have been rented. I am going to have request in demand my money back. Do not stay in this location. Do not stay at this location. I ended up having to purchase some Lysol in an air freshener in left the room shortly after sleeping only a few hours this is a disgusting hotel. The microwave itself was old. Most of the paint was rusted off on the front. It was messing a leg. It sat in the inside crooked. Property was extremely dirty, trash in parking lot, cigarette bits on sidewalks and stairs, beer cans on stairwells. Cigarette and pot odor very strong. Carpet in room stained and worn, countertop had dark sticky splatter spots

Rooms... First room had no bathroom door and the toilet wouldn't flush, second room had no heat and the toilet didn't flush, third room didn't have a bathroom light and we watched roaches crawl the walls, the entire hotel was filthy ghetto people staying there... The room beside of us, the kids started at 6a and didn't stop for 15 hours sounded like WWE the entire time... It was too late to get a refund so we had to stay both nights... I lived in ESA in another state for a while it was NOTHING like this!!! Will NOT be back to this one

It was the worst facility that I have stayed in my life.

I stay at many places and has quite a long time since I have stayed at a property that is such mismanaged and poorly upkeep. I checked in on Friday evening. As the front desk person was processing my check in they told me that I was amongst the last check in and that the office was closing…As I finally started searching for my room the amounts of trash everywhere and over flowing trash cans in the walkway that looked like the have not been emptied…Once I got everything in my room, I started to set my self up for a shower, open sink faucet and water is leaking on the to floor from the drain trap area. .. I then go to use commode and when I tried to flush there is no water in the tank…so now on to take my shower and the mixing valve will not operate to switch from tub to shower head. This bathroom was not fit to used properly. I had traveled all day I did my best to bath 🛀 in tub. I figured that I could file my complaint when I check out in the morning and to my surprise at approximately 8:45 am the office was still closed. This property in my most respectful opinion do not really care about the comfort and health safety of their customers and therefore does not need to participate in our great Expedia travel service. I will not recommend this place to anybody and definitely will never return.

Air conditioning worked, check in clerk was friendly, bed was comfortable, surfaces were mostly clean, but the cabinets were old and chipping apart at the edges, carpet was dirty and stained, and there were no dishes at all.

The door on my first room would not latch because it looked like someone locked it in. So I switched rooms not feeling safe and so they have me a smoking room, but it wasn't supposed to be. The carpet was super dirty with stains everywhere. I found cockroachs, this place is noisy and the elevator doesn't even work. It was convenient but i should've spent the extra dollars, so the next night i did and found a much much better place.

I never even stayed because they over book and did not even have a room for me . So I want my money back. Secondly the manager was very unprofessional, rude and extremely unhelpful. Honestly, hotels shouldn’t even have them as a listing on their website. Hotel.com customer still has not resolved the issue. Me and my family couldn’t find another hotel so we had to sleep in the rental car we got from the airport at a save spot at a local gas station. This was the worse experience ever

I had problems getting a clean room the First room asigned the bed was not made, the second room the trash was not remover and the 3 room was clean but the carpet was dirty. At around 10:45pm two ladies had a door key to my room and open the door of my room and started to scream and saying that I was in their room. I told them to go to the Office and report it. The Two ladies them left the property.

Hitel did not look like pictures at all. Room was not up to standards. Tubs had stains, kitchen nasty, lights barley work,water wouldnt get hot. Bad area,door locks wouldnt work had to switch rooms

Beat up broke down room—someone stole the microwave out of it, the fridge & feeezer were badly dented, they’d included towels for one person despite the booking being for three adults w/pets, and after opening the room initially the keys NEVER worked over a three day stay no matter how many times I went to the front desk to get new keys. Won’t repeat.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Room had roaches and the toilet was leaky. There was also not enough towels and wash-cloths. Definitely was not worth the money.

1) saw cockroaches in the room, 2) saw mold in the bathroom ceiling, 3) had booked king size but got queen size bed, 4) no coffee maker, 5) dirt and sand everywhere on carpet and other floor (and it got onto the bed), 6) broken shower, 7) slippery bathtub, 8) broken shelf, 9) broken light, 10) poor lighting, 11) microwave door not opening properly, 12) gave two washcloths and two bath towels and no hand towels. All in all, an awful room and will never stay here again. And if Expedia keeps offering such places, I won’t trust Expedia in the future.

Without question staying at this dump of a hotel is by far one of the absolute worst experiences that I've ever had iny life. I'm not sure what was worse part of this gawd awful experience... the tragic conditions of the accomodations provided or the disgustingly terrible "customer service"(if you dare call it that) that I received by the insanely unprofessionals staff members that somehow managed to carry "management" titles. Carry part is the regular staff were incredibly pleasant well all but one, but those jokes carrying management titles made an already terrible stay even worse

Nasty room and horrible experience.

Hotel needs serious make over. The carpet was super dirty and needs replacing. All the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The top bed sheets didn't look to clean. The lighting sucks. The bathroom counter had stains on them. All of the furniture was old and chipped. The key cards barely worked. To much money for bad quality hotel.

I have never stayed at such a dump in my life! The grounds were filthy as well as the stairs, walkways. The room had filth all over the walls in the kitchen. The remote didn’t work, and I went to desk and they gave me the wrong remote and I finally got one that worked on the 3rd try. No maid service unless you asked for it which I was not told..

The room had roaches in the room. I put down a sandwich. The next day a roach came out if it. The most horrible experience ever.i had to shake my clothes out be4 going home.

By far the worse “hotel” I have ever been to in my life! We stopped from a road trip hoping to get a hot shower and a few hours of sleep and were given keys to 3 different rooms because of how dirty they were. In the last one I recorded actual bed bugs crawling in the sink, in the tub and on the bed. My skin itched all the way to the Hilton hotel.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at Extended Stay of America the staff was amazing and I am going to tell everyone I know that is planning on coming to Fayetteville to come and stay here.

There were a few quirks that were annoying, like when i first arrived my door key wouldnt work or the slight off smell to the room. Although the staff were very patient and friendly

This hotel was one of the worse I have stayed in. The walls were dirty and the bathroom was also. The door lock broke and the key could not open it when I went downstairs to report it to the front desk clerk she told me that maybe it was too cold outside and give it a few minutes to see if it will open later. It was about 40 degrees outside. Eventually she (the clerk came to open the door with the master key and surprisingly, it did not open the door either. She didn't know what to do so she gave us another room and said she needed to call her boss for guidance because she was new. After speaking to her boss, she gave us another room but our belongings were still in the original room. After about an hour or so, I asked if they can call a locksmith so we could retreive our belongings and just leave.

First arrived I am handicapped. No directions to the elevator. The room 301 Studio king that we paid for my husband and I had to lug up 3 flights of stairs to only finally get in the room to the smoke alarm beeping I can’t even tell you anymore. They switched rooms a floor below and not help or carts This was after driving from NYC 9hrs. I would have moved to another hotel but couldn’t move anymore. I’d like a FULL REFUND I also have pics of the molded bathroom and the microwave had cracks in it why would I cook in it so we orders out 2 hero’s at 8:30 at night after arriving at 5:30 Unacceptable 😡😡😡😡

I was originally given a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The second room I was given was just nasty. The sink did not drain in the bathroom, the toilet ran, the carpet was stained, it smelled horrible, and was just overall disgusting. I was supposed to stay two days, I checked out the next morning. If I had not arrived after midnight the first night I would not have stayed at all.

Check in was fine get to first room no ac and got move to another that was a double bed and had to pay an extra 11 dollars which I felt I shouldn’t have to due to no ac in first room. Terrible neighbourhood

Check in late (early am), arrived with no microwave and remote control tv not working. I have to wait for maintenance to take care of it, maintenance came in like in the afternoon already. The rest of the stay unremarkable, stayed for 4 nights.

The room was clean but for some reason I am unable to understand the clean pillow cases were not on the bed . When they nice lady who checked me I had to go see 😭 f the room was clean has to find us pillow cases and a bath mat . No other issuesfçffg

The front desk person was new but helpful. The Check in office area the smoke alarm detector beeping. Walking the hallway the hotel looks / feels dirty. Strong cannabis odor throughout the property. When we entered the room it was not done. Requested a refund and stayed on a different hotel. Do not recommend to stay there.

Got in after 11 when the office closes and the sign said use the phone on the left for assistance. Stood there and let the phone ring for 5 min the first time and 5 minutes the 2nd time. Finally i just left and went to a hotel down the street with staff in the office.

Room was dirty, holes in doors, neighboring units had guests coming and going at all hours, slamming doors, yelling......it was a terrifying place to stay and we will NOT ever be there again! We wanted a nice place to stay prior to scheduled surgery and we obviously picked the wrong place.

the property was just so so. I guess you get what you pay for. our bathroom sink drain was stuck in the closed position so we had to prop it open with a bar of soap or it wouldnt drain. saw a few bugs which was VERY alarming!!!

I thought I had found a go-to hotel in the area... But I gotta say, this will probably be my last trip to the property. Other times my room was clean. This time my room was stinky and CRAWLING with bugs. I had to unclog my sink and there was no shower curtain. I try not to complain, but I am disappointed with the quality of my stay.

Neither bedside lamp worked, toilet would not flush. This house has a serious maintenance/staff problem.

The room we stayed in was gross. Sticky floors, some kind of carpet powder to cover up a spill or something else which smelled sickly sweet. The outside grounds were trashy. I knew not to expect 5 star but really thought it would be closer to a 3 1/2 but I would say that I will never stay at a Extended Stay again.

The stay was ok. The staff just refuses to do anything about noisy customers even after multiple complaints.

Took over an hour to check in. The room keys did not function. Went to the front desk 3 times with my luggage. The common area outside of the rooms smelled like urine. Although no smoking was allowed my room smelled like a dirty ash tray. The vent in the bathroom was filthy. There were sketchy people hanging around the hotel. I would not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe and spent as much time away from this hotel as possible. I did not enjoy it and was not able to comfortably sleep.

this is our second time staying here. We are happy with the extra big room with a king size bed. Due to COVID, there is no real servicing taking place in rooms, but when we've asked them to help with things in the room that aren't working properly, staff have been friendly and helpful

The ac barely worked. There were pubic hairs on the toilet lid and on the bottom of the toilet. The 2 desk chairs were both dirty or stained beyond repair and one was ripped. At the entrance to the room, the area of the threshold and the corner was dirty and/or stained to the point where it looked disgusting.

This place use to be nice but now it's run down like bad..... prostitution and drug dealing taking place right in the open......the rooms are not bad they are ok for the price....this is a place for a quick overnight sleep any extended stay here is not worth it....to many shady characters hanging outside rooms all times of the day and night..... property is dirty avoid this place at all costs....it doesn't feel safe not a family friendly hotel

Convenient to work location

Great stay, bed was amazing, and we were not bothered by anyone or anything

However, the front office was not easy to locate. It was hidden and was not able to find it until after two drives around the property. The parking lot needs to be swept frequently as it was littered with cigarette butts and dead, dried leaves.

The room was okay. The cleaning wasn’t the best. The carpet hasn’t been vacuum good or shampooed in a while. There was a smell of smoke that lingered when I opened the door . The hotel didn’t provide any toiletries(not even hand soap) or kitchenware to use the range in the kitchenette. It was in a good location and not too noisy. Bed was comfortable. The door got jammed and even though the desk clerk came and reset it we still had a hard time getting in the room at the end of the night. I think the lock just needed to be replaced. If you want a short stay maybe a day or two this hotel will do.
