The property is clean and the staff is responsive. The free breakfast is great with many available options. Great location! Everything you need is walking distance or a very short drive away. The building is older and though it is clean and updates done there is an odor associated with an older building.

Thank heavens, we love this hotel because it's basically the only game in town. We would stay off the property if it wasn't such a great place. Great staff! Great amenities! Great breakfast! Great mattresses! Great room size! Can't say enough good things about the staff in the hotel.😊

The room and bathroom were clean. The housekeeping service was good. The front desk attendant was helpful. I was happy there was free available parking. However, it was good to have breakfast included, but some of the items were burnt two mornings in a row. Overall, it was a good stay.

The bathrooms are a little dated and tired, but our room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and the workers there were great.

Fitness center can use a little spruce up. Room was ok but a little dated. No water pressure but otherwise comfortable. I would recommend for someone with a quick business trip.

The surrounding area wasn't the greatest but the staff and the condition of the hotel was excellent would definitely stay here again.

The room was cleaned well. Breakfast was good. I gave this a 2 because the elevators were broken and I was on the 5th floor. Additionally the hot tub was not working with temperatures colder than the pool.

The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again

The hotel shares a parking lot with a strip mall. While it is well lit, there's an abundance of foot traffic. The water (at least in my room) was barely hot...warm would be a more accurate description. Finally, breakfast doesn't start til 7. If you've got somewhere to be early and can't partake there's a Starbucks within walking distance, and a Dunkin five mins away

Based on this experience, I’d strongly encourage the hotel to improve how they handle situations like this.

This is my fourth time staying at this location, it is starting to look very used. I understand there is a lot of traffic in and out, but it could use a little TLC. Breakfast was average, not enough fruit was put out, the addition of the coffee machines was a great new item. My room was clean, carpet in the room not so much. Parking is always easy at this location.

The room was clean, but we had a mixed bag with staff interactions. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job, but two of our days we had do not disturb up until 10am, and then took it down, but our room was never serviced. The elevator has been broken for over four months, so we had to lug our luggage up three flights. That length of time in a five story hotel is inexcusable. We were told there were stairways at either end. When I asked which stairway would take us closest to our room, the desk clerk didn’t know. I chose correctly, as we were two rooms from the stairway. There is a hot tub and pool, but they weren’t open yet for the season. Breakfast was decent, and kept fresh and clean by the staff there. The rug and lounge in our room showed some stainage.

Not too far from the highway to pull off for the night. The elevator did not work so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. After traveling 12+ hours we simply wanted to shower and rest. Carrying full size luggage up 4 flights of stairs is not feasible. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. Disappointing after a long day of travel.

Breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were awesome. The only negative during our stay was the elevator was not working; however, they did bring in someone to fix but unfortunately it did not get fixed during our stay.

This by far is the best hotel I have stayed at in the surrounding area. Will definitely stay again.

elevator was broken, so no rooms with 2 beds on ground floor, had to take a room with one bed. no ice machine on the first floor?????had to ask a staff member to get it from the kitchen.She was very helpful though. not my best experience

The staff were beyond exceptional. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning and organizing the room.

The room had everything to satisfy every need...comfortable bed, choice of pillows, coffee-maker, hairdryer, refrigerator, microwave. The staff was cheerful and efficient and went out of their way to accomodate my early departure with a well-stocked "go bag" for breakfast.

The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff was very professional. The location is fantastic.

We booked a double queen room with a pull-out couch and additional living area. They pulled a switcharoo and had us in a double queen room with no pullout couch and no living area. Luckily we had cots with us, but we were so jam packed in that room we could barely walk around. Not ideal. Free breakfast was great and it was clean. Parking lot is extremely small.

The room was clean and excellent for wheelchair access. Some hotels advertised accessible by adding additional grab bars in the tub. Handicapped parking was available and close to the main entrance. Very good facilities for people with limited mobility.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and recommended an Italian restaurant that was a short walk down the busy but sidewalked street. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC unit was typically hotel loud but pumped out cold air. Same with the little refrigerator worked well but loud. The breakfast was good typical hotel fare. Coffee was good. We had to cancel one night of our stay. We booked through Expedia and we were refunded the difference quickly with no problem. If you are in Hope Mills and need a couple nights stay I would recommend it.

Friendly staff, attentive to needs. Rooms were clean and nice. Close to every food option, most walking distance. Needs were comfy. Adequate breakfast. Some bulbs out in lighted mirror on bathroom. Also need a flat bench in the right room. Other than that, excellent stay.

We return to Hope Mills/Fayetteville annually to visit family. This hotel is exactly like family to us as well. Always request our favorite room. 517. Top floor end of hallway. Staff are so friendly and hotel is easy to reach from the airport. Plenty of free parking. Free dinner meals Tuesday-Thursday.

Loved all the staff, they were all very friendly. Wish they had more than one elevator.

There was a really bright light outside our window (1st floor). Even with the “blackout” curtain, the room was lit up all night. The floors were not clean. The AC unit was so loud, we got a minimal amount of sleep even with earplugs.

I love this hotel so much! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and the bed and linens are spectacular. I'm not a big breakfast person but there were several hot and cold options. They have fresh iced lemon water in the lobby 24/7. Just be sure to check in before 9pm because they lock the doors. You will need your room key to get in. My son and daughter--in-law live in Hope Mills and this is my go-to when traveling there!

Everything was clean and the team was nice and hospitable. The toilet handle was broken when we got there but maintenance came and fixed it within an hour. The elevator wasnt working when I went to get ice about 1:30 am. But by morning it was working again. Overall I would stay here again. It’s a good rest stop.

The room was very clean and spacious. The tv had various channels to watch. Breakfast was complimentary. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

Bed was comfortable and perfect! Best hotel bed I have slept on the past three years of traveling. Sheets are soft and pillows are fluffy. Rooms are very clean. We didn't have to use our shower products as the hotel rooms are stocked with Dove lotion, conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. We use dove products at the house and didn't even need to use ours when we saw they had this covered. Staff is super friendly. Was able to purchase bottle sodas, ice cream, snacks, microwaveable food from front desk. You can charge to your room or pay each time. Very quiet hotel. Sits in a good area with many food options. Shower pressure great (we were on 4th floor) and had unlimited hot water. Daily breakfast. Standard hotel breakfast and it was good, hot, and food rotated out very frequently. Maid service was exceptional with daily service and restock of towels. Hotel exceeded in everything!

We had a choice of 3 different states to stop in. We had only 2 criteria; a room that could fit the 5 of us and a hot tub. The room is fine, perfectly satisfied. But the hotel does not have a functioning hot tub. That seems like a small thing but if we simply wanted a place to sleep we had hundreds of choices. We were promised something and Holiday Inn did not deliver. There does not seem to be any plan to apologize or make up for the misleading listing on Expedia.

Great property, service and breakfast. Was greeted upon entry, they were pretty busy, even got a cookie! The hotel was decorated for the 4th of July holiday, and was great to see them honoring the Military.

This hotel really propped itself up! BEWARE!! We came for the US OPEN and the floors were dirty, pool was green and cloudy and was told that”s the color it should be… hmmmm ok. We did not go in. The Hot tub which they referred to as a whirlpool was about 50 degrees and full of sand. Apparently that needs to be fixed also. The maids made our beds and gave us new towels each day but never washed our bathroom floor, vacuumed our room or washed the tables in the room. We felt very dirty the entire time in this place… stay elsewhere!!!!

The advertisement stated, Hot Tub, was really looking forward to relaxing in a Hot Tub. turned out to be a Bubble Tub. Overall the stay was nice, staff was on point, breakfast was good, was away from the highway.

If not service dog had to pay an extra $250. Ate thr breakfast and by thr afternoon all of us had diarrhea/ food poisoning. So spent first full day in room near toilet.
