Staff was fine, and most of the amenities were good, but I felt that the hotel was way over priced for what it was. My total price for one night was close to $200. Was unable to use the bed in my room because the mattress was quite soft and wobbly. Available snacks near the front desk were also over priced.

Breakfast was very nice, the lady managing it was working so hard and so polite. No complaints with the stay at all. Everyone was fantastic!

Great stay! Newer Hotel beautiful property and surrounding area. The fireplace out front was a nice addition to a chilly night.

1.) the coffee creamers in our room, we’re already open and left there for who knows how long. The left over open creamer inside was completely black/ molded. 2.) the yogurts and milks at breakfast were expired and had to be rotated for non expired items 3.) no waffles available by 9 am, even though breakfast ends at 10 4.) one of our bags was STOLEN!! Staff did check “returned” or “lost and found” with no result. We had to leave with an entire bag of our belongings gone and stolen! 5.) everything can be heard through the floors and walls. We heard pounding, walking, jumping, etc throughout the night. But I guess that happens when you share walls. Which leads me to number 6 6.) the people below us were convinced we were the only people on the entire 3rd floor. They came up to our room complaining of the same sounds we heard but blamed it solely on us. They continued to make complaints even when we were not in our room because we were at the pool, AND when all of us were in bed ready to sleep! The entitlement and blaming made breakfast quite tense and uncomfortable the next morning 7.) it is a smoke free hotel, with a designated smoking area across from the main entrance. However, every smoker kept smoking right by the front door at the outdoor fire pit. So we weren’t able to enjoy that part at all either To spend all that money for this, was unacceptable

Stayed here many days before this stay. Food for breakfast is adequate, Gourmet coffee is great and seems like high quality products used and also available in shop.

However the breakfast wasn’t great. Other then that it was a good stay.

Clean and enjoyable stay, but problems getting an extra pillow and blanket which seems like it should be a layup.

The room looked pretty clean from the naked eye, but I always wipe down everything that I'll be using in the room and of course, I found quite a bit of dirt , especially in the air conditioner flats. The bed linen was fresh, and the room had a decent smell. No smoke, no pet oder. I was comfortable, and slept well the night of my stay. I like the fact that it had an extra security flap on the door. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, as the healthy cereal that I that chose for breakfast was stale? As well as the english muffin. The apple juicy seemed watered down. Very expensive room stay. Expected, better quality breakfast for cost of the room alone. It was cleaner than most.

The room was clean.But it was noisy,doors were slamming.It was unusual for the dishwasher to be running at that time because it was 7pm.I didn’t have time to wash the dishes this morning?👎

Room was overall dirty. Pullout couch had all hair, a bunch of hair in bathroom, dirty silverware. Also, no hot water at night or in AM. Not all linens were provided for the pullout couch.

The room was great other than the water pressure. However, the staff needs improvement; especially one of the kitchen staff. I was sitting in the lobby and I guess the front desk guy and kitchen guy didn't realize I was sitting there when I observed the rudeness and racial comments coming out of the kitchen guy's mouth. They need to be mindful of the guests in the lobby before the small talk cussing loudly and making racial comments about that "cracker a$$ mother f'er" when all he asked for was a coffee cup. Instead of telling the guest we are out of cups he is condescending to the guest asking the guest if he sees any cups. When the guest said no, he tells the guest "then, we ain't got any". He acted the same way when i asked for the waffle mix. He said " can't you see tge waffle maker is turned around?" I told him it wasn't turned around so then he walked over and turned it around. There's no reason to be rude to the guests just because the kitchen is short on supplies. I would expect better from Hilton. This same behavior went on for 3 days by the same kitchen guy to other guests asking for various items that appeared to be out of stock like no oatmeal, no waffle mix, no milk, but put out dry cereal, no yogurt, no juice. Breakfast selection really could have been better, but was better than nothing at all. There are much better places to stay if you don't mind a little drive.

Terrible shower pressure, shower gel was empty, horrible pillows with no support, hot breakfast was cold (I was there when it opened), waffle machine was broken. The list goes on. Not sure how this was rated over 9?

Great room and not expensive at all. The shower they have at this location is a 10/10! It made me want to spend most of my time in there lol. Great location of the interstate, Circle K and Bojangles directly beside it.

The staff was courteous and informative. Rooms and facility was orderly and clean. People raved over the breakfast but I found it just as you'd expect from every other hotel breakfast scene.

No plates at breakfast. No food at breakfast. No waffle mix at breakfast. The stay was great but it was busy and they weren't keeping up with the breakfast.

We were told that breakfast was available until 10 am on Sunday. We went to to it at 9:15 am and about 90% of the food was gone, you couldn’t even find a bagel. It was never restocked. The coffee was good, but the lack of food left no taste in our mouth.

i arrived with my 4 young children. The clerk said room would be ready in an hour. we waited 4 hrs in the lobby!! he then yelled at my 3 year old for jumping on the sofa. what do you expect after 4 hrs! When we did get the room a dirty sock and used hand soap was found. we called the front and put the sock outside our door. Next day it was still there!! nasty and mean people

Only minor things I would suggest be paid attention to are refilling the containers in the shower- went to wash my hair and the shampoo was empty! Lots of fingerprints everywhere and even handprints on the headboard of one of the beds…. Ick. I used a towel to wipe that off. I’ve stayed here before and will again.

What I liked about the property was the lobby and outside seating area. Very colorful, comfortable and inviting. However, the front desk staff member… not so inviting. I called hours prior to my arrival to find out if we could check-in early since my better half and I were driving from NYC for an event in NC that started at 4pm. Our arrival time stated 12pm, so I called before 8am and was told that there were no rooms available for early check-in, as the hotel was booked to capacity the night before. I have no choice but to take him at his word, and after all it wasn’t close to check-out time yet which is 11am. We arrive at 11:45am and get the gentleman that I spoke with over the phone earlier. I say good morning and explain that I called earlier and was wondering if any rooms were available yet. The gentleman advised me there were no rooms available because EVERYONE was doing a late check-out and housekeeping hadn’t gotten to any of the rooms yet. I asked if there might be anything available before 3pm and his reply was “potentially” with an air of smugness that was very off putting. I decided to end the conversation by politely asking to use the restroom. Imagine my surprise when I walk inside of the single use restroom and there’s not a single piece or roll of toilet tissue! Ahhh, I guess housekeeping hadn’t gotten around to anything on the hotel grounds and with the hotel at full capacity the night before, all of the guests must have used the lobby bathroom! 🙄

Only one nice staff at desk while None of the room door locks worked so she had to walk to every room to master key in to rooms. My last stay the tv's didnt work so big problems with this property and terrible proprieter

When we first complained about the pillows, the front desk offered to send maintenance to re-clean the room. At that point, we declined because we only wanted fresh pillows, but had we known the rest of the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, we may have considered it. The shower had not been properly cleaned, there was dirt on the wall, hair, and food crumbs left in the kitchen area, including inside the microwave and fridge. Utensils were left wet in the dishwasher, and some still had food stuck on them. The desk and countertops had smudges on them, and the bathroom floor was sticky. We thought about leaving for another hotel, but after a 10-hour drive, it was late and we were too exhausted to move. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. However, overall, the cleanliness issues made for a disappointing stay.

Comfy stay. We were swayed to stay here by the pool, but the water didn’t seem to be that fresh/clean. Our room also did not have conditioner in the shower which was necessary after the pool. The breakfast kind of made up for it with the waffle maker!

Hotel was great rooms were big and clean breakfast was ok staff was friendly the only true complaint I would have is the amount of chemicals/chlorine in the pool. It burned our eyes and damaged my girls hair pretty significantly.

NEVER before have i been denied early check in when rooms are available. We will NEVER book with you again. However on Sunday the front desk gentleman was very helpful while working the front desk n managing tbe breakfast buffet ALONE! Kudos to him.

I reserved 2 rooms. 1 room air stopped working in the early hours of the morning. Also the girl working that night gave us dirty and damp towels to use. She wasn’t helpful or friendly. The breakfast was not good. They didn’t have everything out and available for us. The worst experience ever and one of the elevators stopped working also the girl lied and said my rooms were side by side but they were not.

There wasn’t enough parking! Well there was but there was a truck and trailer taking up 4 spots, instead of him parking on the service road, single cars had to park on the service road. Other then that great!

Overall, my accommodations were great, but there were a few things I did like. The lobby had a wet mildew smell to it, there was only one working elevator and the hallways were extremely hot. The rooms was comfortable and cool. The bathroom was nice and clean. I was able to sleep very comfortably in the suit.

Everything was great except two things. The biggest complaint is the chlorine in the pool. Our kids were in pain from the chlorine getting into their eyes. The second complaint was the bathroom door. They really need to have a handle on the door to help slide it. Otherwise we had a great one night stay.

Stayed overnight for our 9th Wedding anniversary. Room was clean, hotel was safe, staff was friendly and hotel had a pleasant smell. We were about a mile from our home but just wanted to enjoy the night out. Good fresh coffee and nice hot breakfast.

1. The dog poop waste baskets outside are overflowing, and haven’t been emptied in what seems like days based on the contents. There is a bad odor and many inconsiderate dog owners leave the feces all over the lawn to the point that it’s hard to even walk on the grass with your dog. The fact that no one is addressing this is concerning and a waste hazard. 2. I reported an incident to the front desk person today that a gentleman banged on my door at 6:20 AM asking to be let in and didn’t stop for a few minutes. My dog barked to alert me and thank goodness he did suddenly he just went away, but this is very concerning. 3. One of the housekeepers was blasting her music this morning so that everyone could hear it and if you are sleeping and this is very inconvenient and inconsiderate to guests the person should be wearing earbuds like everyone else if they want to listen to music. 4. It was very noisy here you could hear everyone running above me and another guest and I were talking at the front desk and he reported major noise going on and running and screaming that you could hear next-door and above his room as well.

The staff was incredibly friendly. They all remembered my kids by name. There is s media room with TV and games. The rooms are spacious with a kitched and ameneties. There are restaurants and a shopping mall within 5 minutes of this hotel.

Enjoy the hotel completely. The continental breakfast was amazing. All shifts all employees make sure that we were good. Make sure we were taken care of really well extremely friendly.

It was a wonderful place to stay if you have a dog. There is an additional fee, but having a kitchen in the suite was great. I would recommend not staying on the first floor because it can get a little noisy as they're setting up the breakfast at 5 AM (which was also very good).

Great place to stay friendly staff. But we had noisy people on our floor. Early morning adults and child 3 or 4 in the hall talking loud for over 30 minutes.

At first the room was impressive. However , there was at least 1/4 of dust everywhere. Like no one has been in that room in months. They have dishes in the room for guest to use. However , they were dirty ( 1 had mold on it ) . Unfortunately, one my children spilled orange on the kitchen floor. I went and got light tan cloth and Wiped down the spot the towel turned black. Bottom of the toilet , around the bowel was dirty. I had to clean this whole room. And when i told them to see if someone can at least vacuum my floor and mop the kitchen . No one came in to do that till the next day. And they have to have more rules with the gues with dogs. There was poop on the sidewalk and dog food. And no one cleaned it up till the next day after i had to report it.

ALL STAFF were absolutely amazing. Rooms were nice and clean, and the pool area was great.

Our room lock would not work when we came back in that night. The maintenance guy could not be reached we were locked out for a bit over an hour. They offered us another room for the night but our stuff was locked in the original room … so not!! The next morning when we checked out they offered us points…. I asked for the room to be taken off for that night the person supposedly did it but i have not seen my refund. We had the room for 2 nights and I did not think I was asking too much for our inconvenience.

The bed was uncomfortable and the family above me decided to play music and run around from midnight till about 4am. I wasn't even asked how my stay was when i left and was unable to reach anyone at 3 am
