The property was good. The elevators were slow .

Pool and fitness center was great! Loved the reading light by the bed. Plenty of device charging options. Loved the working desk. The shower had some cosmetic issues and we kept hitting our legs on the edge of the bed frame. It’s way too close to the wall. Hard to maneuver around.

The shower was a bit dirty but other than that everything was spotless. I sadly didn’t get to get the breakfast but definitely worth the stay

Breakfast was great. Staff was nice and super efficient. We stayed on two different occasions within a 2 week period and will stay again on our way to Florida. We highly recommend.

I always stay at this property and in less than two months I feel and noticed the difference in everything. I also asked if they change management because it was awful. This hotel was squeaky clean, happy staff, and the gave us before complimentary water. This time was no water, the floor was dirty in front of elevators and elevators as well. The gym without wipes to clean. We arrived at the hotel at 11:50pm the night before, they knock the door at 9:00am for house keeping when we were sleeping. First time that they call at the room at 11:09am for the check out. It is a noticeable change in everything, so sad for us because that was our Fayetteville place to stay when we visit our son.

Enjoyed the stay over the weekend as daughter is at FSU. The room was super nice and clean. Had to ask for more towels but that’s wasn’t a biggie. The breakfast was excellent according to my family, I was too lazy to get up lol. I’m looking to book in June and July.

It’s a must I go back to stay when I visit Fayetteville…it’s so nice and clean in this hotel…it’s so clean you can eat off the floor

For a room that was $200 a night I was incredibly disappointed! The first thing I tried to use was the TV & remote. It took me 10 minutes to turn the tv on with the remote because of how sticky the buttons were on the remote and once the tv came on the coloring was broken so you could barely see what was going on. I gave up on the TV and went to take a shower. The glass panel of the shower was coming out of the ceiling and was loose & wobbly. I went to blow dry my hair only to find that there was only 1 electrical outlet that worked and it wouldn’t even run my shark hair dryer so I attempted to use the one supplied by the hotel in the bathroom. It wouldn’t even run properly…barely blew out any hot air, kept sparking & smoking so I gave up on my wet hair. Not sure that I’ll stay here again and if I do it won’t be in room 101!

Nice hotel just needs to be more thorough with cleaning the rooms. Left us with no body wash halfway through our trip.

Good breakfast. Parking adequate. Room was nice. Staff was especially nice. My major issue was that I kept hitting my leg on the bottom protruding bed box of the bed frame going back and forth to the bathroom.

I'm rather picky when it comes to hotels. Having said that, based on my experience, I would definitely book a room at this hotel again. A welcoming staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a good breakfast are also appreciated. We enjoyed all three here.

The hotel lobby area is nice. Both front desk agents that I interacted with, were very friendly. I was in a 2 bed suite and the space was a little bit cramped. I am used to having more space between the sleeping area and the sofa area. The bathroom was spacious and clean just not a huge fan of the placement of it. The room was also clean. The water temperature could be better. My shower was lukewarm to say the least.

The room could use some more light- either a ceiling fixture or fix the curtains so I can open them easily. Also, the HVAC unit mounted in the outside wall kicked on every 10 minutes, and the wall controller versus the unit controller- confusing and ineffective.

Around 10pm-10:45pm there was a rude staff member who informed me that deliveries weren’t allowed to the room. I was fine with coming to get it however the extra comments she made afterwards wasn’t all that necessary. I usually like coming to this hotel as a staycation but for my next stay I’ll book elsewhere.

Breakfast didn't taste as good as my previous stay. The grits were bland no bacon, sausage tasted funny and I wish they had grape juice as an option. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. However, the staff was super nice.

Nice new hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious, great breakfast! Only dislike was the bathroom and shower. The sliding glass bathroom door lets way too much light shine through, especially with the bed directly opposite. The rain shower head was quite awful: got the floor wet while waiting for the water to warm up before stepping in; no space in shower to use complimentary dispensers or suds up without getting wet; impossible to shave (and no place to set foot while shaving); poor rinsing pressure.

The Rooms Were Spotless No mildewy Odor & Everyone Was Very Friendly!!!

Just a few things we didn’t like. Mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. The AC fan blowing directly on you because it’s close to the bed. The lights in the bedroom make it impossible to sleep when someone is using the bathroom. Otherwise, overall it was a good overnight stay.

The hotel management goes out of their way to hassle the guests. Check in on line - they'll make you check in twice. Evidently hotel management thinks its a good idea to make e-check a stand-in-line, do everything yet one more time, waste of time, hassle.

The stay was nice enough. My handicap room was far from the elevator. The beds were extra firm, everyone was sore this morning lol. Overall, nice. No major complaints.

We had room cleaning during our stay which isn’t common anymore. So that was very nice. There are a number of restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute drive. The area is nice and well kept so we felt safe. It was my first time staying in Fayetteville and I will stay here again on return visits.

That is my place when I visit my son a paratrooper. I love it, close to the mall, and dinings. They always have infused water at the lobby. The breakfast is ok and everything clean.

Very nice hotel, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortabe beds that I've slept in. To add to the discomfort, my room didn't cool to temp.

Nice size room, like that the desk is a divider between areas, like the rainfall showerhead. Don't like that the vents on the ac unit can't be adjusted. I slept next to the unit and it blows directly on you.

I have 4 children so it is not easy to find a hotel room that fits us all at a typical average hotel budget, but this room fit us all comfortably! The room was large enough that after the couch bed was pulled out there was still room to move about easily.

I liked the way the staff greeted me upon my arrival, ensuring everything was paid and good to go. The rooms were immaculate and I felt very comfortable during my stay. The scenery by the pool was so relaxing. Getting up and having a good breakfast after sitting by the waterfall fall was also awesome! I will definitely stay again! You go Springhill by Marriott!!!!!

I like this facility and we have stayed before but it seems they have made a minor change to the showers and the shower head. It’s a terrible design and idea and it’s not enough water or water pressure now. Again I like this facility but now dislike the shower.

The custodians were nice enough to report it to the front desk May, at the front desk called me and asked if I wanted it mailed. She checked the mailing options for me too. I said it was not worth mailing. So she said it would still be at Lost and Found if I ever returned. May provided service above and beyond all expectations! Thank you May!!!

I enjoyed everything about my stay except the morning of checkout at 8am the house keeper literally opened my door as I’m getting dressed WITHOUT a simple courtesy knock. Not even announcing it was housekeeping. I was scared assuming that it was somebody who was breaking into the room. That incident was very traumatizing for me ever sense.

The hotel oversold the night we reserved which was reserved months in advance. I was called multiple times the day of to confirm my reservation which I did. Then only to be called again to be told they oversold and needed to move us. While I understand they were trying to make it right by moving us, they should have been honest in the first two calls about my reservation. It is frustrating to continue to receive calls about a reservation that clearly is confirmed ahead of time. I also feel we should have received a discount on our room or a free room for the inconvenience.

I would like for there to be a grip bar for handicapp person to grab hold to help get up from the bathroom seat.

Room is are tight for a family of four. The bathroom is nice but the room living space/square footage is less than most rooms. We had a power outage and the additional points were not offered to member. The front desk staff was very nice.

I love staying at this hotel. I have stayed here the last three years when I've stayed in Fayetteville. I plan to stay here again next year.

My family enjoyed this hotel. The staff was phenomenal they greeted everyone when they arrived and if you left and returned they would say welcome back!!! They even called a few hours before check in to make sure you were still coming and to see if you needed anything prior to your arrival!! Room service was provided daily new sheets and towels were provided!! The hotel was very welcoming and relaxing not noisy or dirty! The front desk and I mean all of them were professional and very accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious! The property had doors that would lock after a certain hour at night and you could only access the hotel with your room key, that added protection was appreciated. No one could just walk in so that provided a peace of mind at night! The pool with sprinkler for the kids was nice. My family enjoyed the few days here they were very impressed they felt at home!

Great modern rooms and bathrooms! Clean and amazing beds. Staff is warm and friendly, good free breakfast. This is where we always stay when we are in Fayetteville.

The hotel was very nice but way too far from Pinehurst for a nightly rate of $500. Not worth $500 a night . Dad could have offered discounts to volunteers
