    We had breakfast at the restaurant and was not worth the price. We also experienced the hibachi grill. Our reservation was at 6pm. Got seated on time. Then we waited an hour for the chef to come to our table. Was not worth the money. We were also woken up at 8am by the housekeeping knocking to see if our room was vacant even though checkout is 11am. Probably won’t stay here again

    I expect that when I talked to someone at the desk, I can identify them as a man or woman. also a dog dish in the lobby, I've been a Hilton's member for many years, it's time to move on to a hotel that I can identify with, goodbye.

    Honestly this place looked a little outdated from the outside but the rooms were lovely. We had the king bed junior suite. The staff was so sweet and kind during our stay. Alexander went above and beyond to truly make sure we were comfortable. They also allow fur babies and give a care package!! The restaurant wasn’t bad but a little overpriced. The gym was perfect for our needs and the grounds were massive. I would definitely stay again!

    Nice quiet room, great restaurant and bar. Friendly staff. Some confusion with maintenance as a repairman walked into our room with his pass key at 8:30 at night. His repair list differed from the sold rooms list so they have some organizational hurdles to overcome. But nice people in a nice hotel!

    Staff was great...all the way around. This was our go-to in Flagstaff several times per year. It may not be any longer. The lobby and hallways were under construction...there was no warning of this and it really was inconvenient getting from our room to the parking lot stepping through a very messy construction zone. Our room was suffocating with only heat available and the window only opening 2 inches to let fresh air in. We didnt sleep the first night but left the window open all day, so night #2 was better. The shower water was all over the board. It went from perfect to almost cold constantly during our showers. We go there to sleep and shower and those 2 things were not as they normally are, which is extremely comfortable. Its a shame because we travel dozens of times yearly and this is one of our favorite, regular stops.

    My side of the bed had a strong scent—almost like Axe deodorant—something none of us use, which made it seem like someone had previously laid there. We also found a cocktail toothpick on the carpet when we first arrived. Despite requesting clean towels, they were never delivered. Overall, I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time. This property is listed as a 4-star hotel, but I’d rate it closer to a 3 on a very good day.

    Stayed at the Flagstaff location. The Staff was great. Had a suite and there was a constant sound which I believe was from the ventilation system. Sounded like onboard a ship and hearing the humm of the engines. Little annoying. When Ichecked in I was asked if I had a suite preference. I asked if there was any difference in the rooms. I was told not really. Well if you are facing the north you hear the trains all day and night. I would have stayed on the other side. Again a little annoying. I would stay there again .

    This place is a dump!! No where near Hilton standards. I would not stay here again. The only decent thing about this place is their sushi restaurant on site. Otherwise it’s a ghost town. It smells bad. Lots of renovations that are all over the place. Beds are very old. As a Hilton honors member, I was actually pissed.

    Went inquired about coffee and the only no charge coffee available is in the room but who knows how old that coffee is and what was shape the coffee maker is in. The room does not have a microwave and for some odd reason there is no phone either. The refrigerator was replaced but the food and drinks that were in there froze. We most likely will not return to Flagstaff but if we do, we will not stay at this Hilton as it was awful.

    The room was great, staff was helpful. Appreciated the chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. Only feedback for improvement is the air circulation seems to run continuously and it was unclear that the waters in the room were free for me as a Hilton member at the silver level so I didn't touch them until I finally looked up my own account. Might have been nice to have been told that or have that indicated on the TV screen when it welcomed me. Just some thoughts to help make this experience even better.

    Every one there is extremely helpful and accommodating. I live 2 hours away from there. I went to Flagstaff to have surgery done. They were very helpful. They let me use their wheelchair because I wasn’t able to walk after my surgery.

    My only concern was that one of the soap dispensers was leaking, and shampoo/body wash accumulated in the bottom of the tub. When I went to shower, it was hard to see, and the floor of the tub was quite slippery. It felt a bit hazardous, and I hope that the issue is corrected before someone slips and hurts themselves! There was also body hair on the ceiling of the bathroom (Room 349).

    The Saturday accommodation (same day booking due to a cancelled flight) was a one star rating. The air conditioner was so noisy that it had to be turned off at night (Room 354, South end of the complex). An air conditioner could also be heard from an adjacent room and was noisy as well. Not a good night on Saturday.

    During the stay the bulb in the lamp on the desk failed. I asked the front desk to replace it, again they did nothing! Obviously, something is very wrong here! I would avoid this place! The hotel, unlike other Hilton properties, has no coffee available in the morning for free. You must pay $5 for each cup! We met a guest who said this was a recent change at the hotel. The hotel is a nice property, food was good, but overpriced. In general I find that this hotel doesn’t measure up to the Hampton Inn or other Marriot properties. My past stays at the Double Tree were much better!

    Had to be in Flagstaff for a wedding so we booked a room for the night. The hotel was clean, room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. My wife loved the shampoo, conditioner and body lotions that were in the bathroom. Front desk gave us cookies when we checked in and also when we returned in the late evening after the wedding. Shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store. Starbucks and McDonalds right down the street also.

    Housekeeping openly walks into your room even if you tell them no multiple times. As a single female traveler, I was infuriated to have a male walking into my room after I told him no. He did not apologize, just walked out after I told him to leave. After this experience, I wanted to leave but the hotel refused to refund the last night or even apologize for the entire experience. I will not return to any doubletree.

    Only sleep here if you are an early riser. Could hear the showers and toilet flushes of all the rooms around us. Footsteps of the room above you come in loud and clear. Children ran through the hallway multiple times and were very loud outside our door at 7. The bed was comfortable but the noise made sleep so hard. The door didn’t even block the light from the hallway huge gap between the door and frame. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I had a problem in not being able to use the WIFI and apparently they've been having problems with PCs getting on. I didn't stay long enough to work it out. The restaurant was very good and the staff and room were great.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree. The location was perfect for us. Dining and activities were very close by and there’s a grocery store within walking distance which was nice. The property is dog friendly with a large outdoor area for pets to walk around. The property was clean and we felt safe. Our only complaint if we had one would be the lack of a continental or complimentary breakfast but they do have an unlimited supply of warm chocolate chip cookies.

    From the moment we walked in felt welcomed. Ashlynn was at the front desk and so kind. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and that was really good. Then we had our anniversary dinner at Sakura. Amazing! The only thing we did not care for was the bartender at closing after dinner but that is minimal. Overall, we loved our stay.

    Check in was super easy especially if you have the Hilton honors app. You get a digital key and don’t have to wait in line to check in. Room was spacious and mostly clean, it was a little warm when we checked the room only had a thermostat with a fan setting.

    Every staff member in the whole hotel have been so friendly and engaging!! I have stayed at many hotels and have never seen such wonderful people working here. I Had sushi in the sushi restaurant here this evening and the food was also fantastic.! Way to go staff!! Thank you!! 😊

    For the price you pay here I was shocked by the fact that you didn't even have free coffee or water in the lobby. I have stayed at many Doubletrees before and we even got a continental breakfast. After taking walks, waking up in the am to go on excursions we didn't even get a coffee in the lobby. Our poor bus driver that was taking us to the Canyon ran in to get a coffee and was as shocked as we were.

    One star for not getting my Hilton Gold benefits. I enquired on check out and they promised to credit breakfast from the bill as per the benefit. I have since emailed and phoned numerous times and have been completely ignored. I would never visit here again.

    The staff was very courteous and was able to check us in early. The room was spacious and clean. They had a nice gym with functioning equipment. I was very impressed with their continental breakfast as they give you vouchers to eat at their onsite restaurant. So you were able whatever breakfast meal from their menu and the food was large portions and very delicious. We know exactly where we want to stay whenever we are in flagstaff.

    The staff at this hotel bent over backwards to fill all our requests. From a gluten free cookie at check in to replacing missing shower gel we got terrific service. Only downer was our room faces the road and train tracks and was noisy. Request rooms on the back side!

    Friendly staff, but check-in clerk made it seem like bcuz we booked w/ Expedia that we didn’t get the same “nice” rooms as customers who booked w/ double tree directly. Our bathroom light mirror…3 of 4 fluorescent bulbs didn’t work. Initially our room cards worked, but after dinner it did not and found that the lock wasn’t properly and waited outside our room for 20-30mins for them to fix. Front counter didn’t seem bothered by the issues or was used to it. She just said thx for the info and asked if we wanted cookies. Haha I felt dumb for bringing up the issues.

    Hotel beds as i remember in Florida, the beds were soo soft and inviting in comparison to the ones in my room were way below expectations, they were so hard as a rock !! The hotel is located near a business train operaring 24 x 7 and to make it worst, they use their extremely noisy horns !!!! And the floors are so noisy as well, sunce you can hear like they were in your room the side and upstairs guest in their rooms. Going to take showers, the water is so desperately slow and no preassure at all, its so frustrating and annoying. And noises, when other guest use their bathrooms, you can hear the noises from pipes all night long !!!! Needles to says, children crying and screaming at all hours of the night, was so horrendously unbelievable!!! Will never stay in this hotel ever again.

    I like being on the 4th floor, it was less noisy than my first stay there. Front desk delivering my extra needs, coffee, coffee creamer, blankets was met with a pleasant smile and appreciated our stay. Our tv remote stopped working and maintenance was there quickly, excellent service. My first time ordering room service was a treat. She brought our dinner with a cheerful smile (but forgot my straw). I loved hearing the sound of the train go by throughout the night.
