All premises were in excellent condition. The breakfast bar was excellent well-stocked with a variety of food for everyone. Well lit parking lot.

called back, Person would say they were working on it & would call me back, but tbey would never call.

Stayed here three days while attending a family event. We will stay again. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, clean. Good water pressure in the shower and beds not too soft or too hard. The breakfast was truly impressive - everything seemed fresh and was cooked well.

Our 2 nights stay was great. The room was clean and good size, bed was comfortable and a good layout. Ample parking right out front with a many food eateries 2mins drive away (12mins walk). The breakfast supplied was good and the staff excellent. If in the area again we would stay once more. Thank you for a great stay.

The location is beautiful we really love sending out behind the hotel feeding the turtles and watching all the wildlife out there, the room was very clean and very comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay, also a full breakfast every morning I mean what more could you ask for? One of the nicest hotels I have been too. Wonderful friendly staff, clean room, nice gym and we didn’t know it but a pretty pond with ducks on the back side.

The front desk folks have rbf down lol. My daughter had showered at night and called them to ask if we could have an extra blanket, the lady was short with her and told her she was the only person there and she had to go down and get it herself, I heard my daughter say “oh ok”, didn’t say anything rude back, but she didn’t go down because she wasn’t dressed, the front desk lady ended up coming up on her own and was angry and rude to my daughter, no one told her to come up, handed my daughter the blanket my daughter said thank you and the lady rolled her eyes. lol. Just rude for no reason. They look like they’re miserable.

Front desk staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, the rooms were nice, the beds were a little hard, but overall it was a nice couple days for a family trip for Christmas time to visit family

The room looked old. The smell of cleaning products was overpowering, the mattress was to soft, the air conditioning was noisy and the refrigerator was making a very loud noise.

Fire alarm went off. We had to move rooms. However the desk clerk was very nice. After some insistence we were given a room discount off our 3 night stay

Great location for our needs . . . friendly and outgoing staff. Only one elevator though thus some extended waits. A facility of this size should have at least two elevators or at least a separate service elevator for staff use. That's the only criticism . . . we'll look forward to staying there again in the future.

A very nice hotel in a lovely location. Backs to a lake. And there are beautiful ducks to greet you in the parking lot if you are lucky! Very quiet hotel. Beds comfy, and room was spotless. Nice breakfast too.

The staff was welcoming and friendly (extra shoutout and thank you to Miss Aeida in the breakfast room). The hotel and room were very comfortable - appreciated the long built in bench to place our suitcases and the wall hooks. Nice touches! We will be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. All staff were friendly and always greeting everyone. My room was clean and stocked with amenities. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable and always lots of food choices. The pond in the back was an enjoyable part for me too, enjoying seeing the turtles and ducks. I got a chance to enjoy the pool three times during my stay, towels were always stocked. A great place and will stay there again if I return to that area.

There was a very small bug in the bed. We were concerned it was a bedbug. I have never seen one before, but when googling it, it looked similar. Called downstairs they offered us another room, we accepted, and then after looking in the computer said they were booked. I asked if someone could come up and at least look at the bug to make sure it wasn’t a bedbug and they said there was no housekeeping on staff and they would not be there until the morning. I immediately went down and turned in my keys and said I was checking out. The next day I called and asked for the manager to get a refund. They advised me housekeeping, checked the room that morning and there was no bedbugs. I think it’s great that there were no bed bugs however, they’re definitely was a bug that resembled one and I wasn’t taking any chances. I called multiple times and asked for a manager, left multiple messages and never even got a return call. A hotel should not have bugs and a simple return call and apology is the least they could’ve done.

Also my first night there the hallway reeked of marijuana.... Otherwise everything else was great. Clean and well ❤️‍🩹 maintained. Staff efficient and friendly.

Friendly staff and clean property. Our advertized suite was really just a large room with a small 4 foot tall divider and sofa bed. Should have in the pictures so people can determine if the extra "suite" charge is worth it. Otherwise a very pleasant safe stay.

The room was very dark and dated. The hallways smelled mildewy.

Room was average, clean, carpet was wet near the air conditioning unit and room smelled a little musty. We had some very load guests on our floor and police were called.

Absolutely the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Breakfast was enjoyable every morning. Not noisy at all at night!

I stayed at this Holiday Inn over the weekend and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The bedsheets were stained and looked unwashed, and the shower curtain was visibly dirty with both stains and buildup. On top of that, the room had a strong mildew smell upon arrival. I had to clean the room myself and spray Lysol, and only then did it become somewhat bearable after the air kicked in. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. This experience was far from what I’ve come to expect from the Holiday Inn brand.

The staff here were exceptional. A particular shout out to the beautiful woman who handles the breakfast (which was delicious) weekdays. I think possibly Ida? What a ray of sunshine to start your day. Our room was nice, we had a great view of the pond. If any complaints it would be of the toilet that took forever to shut off and the shower… the basin floor is very slippery when wet, which may account for the crack in the shower wall! I will definitely stay there again!

This hotel was ok. We were disappointed with being put on the first floor with a lot of loud noise from upstairs and from other rooms. The parking lot was nice but not so nice coming back to the hotel to find people sitting in lawn chairs drinking in the parking lot.

I expected more at this stay. This hotel is more of a motel like the Red Lion Inn. Very disappointed with the out of date fixtures.

It was close the stores and my daughter

The was clean, however, the water temp for the tub was horrible. The hot water did not last for the first shower. After trying to shower the next morning, it was the same. The sink water temp was great. There was not enough body wash for a single shower and they did not refilling after I requested to the front desk.

The shower didn’t work do the staff had to find another room for us, which they eventually did.

The room I was in had a water leak and the entire stay there was a dripping sound, brought it to the attention of the staff , they didn’t do anything about it and they said there was no other room available, due to this I left a day early.

Great stay for a few days visiting family. No complaints! All was nice, clean, and friendly!

Location was quiet, convenient and felt safe. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The rooms were sufficient, but could have been cleaner. We did come back one evening to find our door propped open, which was disconcerting. The cleaning crew, which had left at least four hours earlier, failed to close the latch. We alerted the front desk, but the manager never followed up.

Had carpet which trapped dirt and probably needed either a shampoo or change to hard surfaces. Commendable daily house keeping service kept rooms cleaner than competitors.

When we arrived to check in, the front desk could not find our reservation due to what I believe was hotels.com error. Luckily their was 1 room left that she was able to provide to us. The room was clean and spacious. The bedding and pillows were fluffy and comfortable. Breakfast was available for free until 10am and we enjoyed having a slightly varied selection each day.

An okay hotel for our friends connivence to go to the FL/GA game. They live on Fleming Island. The shower was very moldy. The bed was comfortable. The linens were nice.

My flight was running late for check in times and then it got delayed. They went above and beyond to help. Excellent hospitality and everything was done so fast and efficiently. Very pleased!! I will definitely be staying there again when I'm back in town
