It was OK for what you paid for it but it’s no gym. Nowhere to wash your clothes no vending machines. Some of the ice machines was broken. Basically what they say they have on the website is not what they have in real life.

We liked the bebs. We didn't have a microwave. We didn't get an ice bucket. We didn't have hand towels. Free Continental breakfast was advertised, but we didn't get any. The refrigerator wasn't the greatest either. There was a 12 by 12 open maintenance hole in the bathroom.

The floor was dirty. The fridge was nasty and smelly. The bedsheets had paint and big yellow stains all over it! Very disgusting place!

The property was no inviting. Once we got to our room it wasn’t very clean. The sink, the blow dryer and Tub were disgusting. While trying to take showers in the morning Housekeeping was banging on the door it want even 9:00am. Very disappointing, we won’t be staying there again.

Nice person greeted me. I think the property was in the beginning of renovations. Not a fancy hotel but was good enough for one night for my needs

First We couldn't find our room. Rode around to the back of the hotel as we were instructed but your front desk clerk never said that the room was on the other side of the odd number rooms. We had to walk a distance to our room and I am handicapped and cannot walk very far. My husband walked around the room in his socks and they became terribly dirty. Also there were no tissues in the bathroom.

Room was dirty , stains or rust in the tub , mini fridge was missing, TV remote would not work. Guy at the front desk would not change us to another room. Will never stay there again.

Wouldn't let me check in after I already payed didn't offer anything else just locked up and left the office when I was there trying to get help with the problem very disrespectful

The bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was leaking on the floor with a repaired wire from the lamp laying in the water. Bathroom sink didn't work. Mattress cover looked like it had dried up vomit on it. The updated flooring was buckling from water damage. The entrance to Hotel had ceiling tiles hanging down from water damage very uninviting. We wouldn't even think of eating there. Burn holes on the comforters.

It was close to the I95 Breakfast was advertised as being included, there was no breakfast available at all !

Tv did not work nor Wi-Fi there was only two towels

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed it. The lobby was in disarray. The hotel advertised breakfast and there was no breakfast. The room was filthy and the hot water barely worked. The surrounding area was awful as well. I feared for my life!

Front desk staff was friendly and willing to accommodate. However, there was no housekeeping AT ALL for our 3night stay. Plenty of parking amid the vast amount of potholes. Access to room was easy and convenient but stairs and walkways were in poor condition. We reserved king size bedroom; upon arrival we were advised it was not available due to broken heater and was given a 2dbl bedroom. Room was clean but smelled like smoke appearance did not match the website. Heater went out 2x and bathroom light in vanity area did not work. However the beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had hot water and nice tv. Remote control was missing the back. We never rcvd any fresh towels or toilet paper. Coffeemaker was missing pieces and not working.

The room was in terrible condition - torn draperies, hardware broken and falling off. The staff was difficult to find. The breakfast area was disgusting.

This property is in a very unsafe location with parking in an unlit alley. The property itself is very rundown and dirty with roaches and broken toliet seats. We declined to stay despite prepaying and the manager said he would refund half of our stay but did not (from the receipt, it looks like he paid himself the refund personally).

Don't arrive in the dark, room numbers cannot be seen unless you walk up to the door. It was like black numbers on Navy blue. Pet friendly-Pet stays free. It's not I was charged $50 "deposit" for my chihuahua. The accessible outlet near the desk looked kicked in. The Lamp outlets and USB ports were broken and couldn't charge from there. The working outlet was far from a table or the bed. Website said breakfast was offered --it was not. It did have a working refrigerator and freezer for my medications which was appreciated. Did not test other appliances. The toilet did not like to flush with a much of the top button. Had to Push the button all the way into the tank to get it to work. No decent outdoor lighting and the outside stairs by the empty planters were crumbling. As for ammenities there were 4 hair conditioners, two washcloths a hand towel and another towel. The shower did not work properly. Seemed every other room was derelict as I was searching for my room.

The room was in good condition the place is old needs a lot of maintenance, in the advertising says that breakfast was included but not event the coffee machine was working.

This was the absolute worst experience ever. I booked two rooms, one wheelchair accessible for my grandmother. Upon arrival I was notified that they don’t have any rooms to accommodate. It took 30 minutes to get my grandmother up to her room using stairs. In our rooms things were unavailable and broken , amenities and other things needed in the room weren’t in there. Used items still in the rooms. When asking for assistance my needs weren’t met. Front desk was no help and no house keeping available.

Service was terrible. I was not offered any breakfast. The lobby was full of trash from shipping packages. The room was horrendous. Beds unmade. Sheets dirty with what appeared to be blood stains. Sink clogged and drains slow. Toilet flushes slow. The heat worked, but I couldn't sleep because the unit had a loud pitch scream. Not to mention the several pests I had to kill and shake out of my luggage in the morning. I couldn't stay there so I left in the middle of the night and no one was available after midnight to check me out. I really would like someone to contact me for a refund and I am concerned that I won't get my incidental charge back on my card. Please help!

although my room was recently renovated, the tub had it's enamel peeling off, After running the water in the tub and sink for ten minutes, I was unable to get warm or hot water. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the desk or in any of the offices.. Someone showed up after 10 or more minute wait. On the website it stated that breakfrast was offered - there was nothing, not even coffee! Also offered was a fitness center, nothing was available. I feel that I should receive a partial/full refund, because of the false advertising and the fact that I could not even take a shower!!!!!!!!!

The room was very inexpensive and the staff charge a deposit refundable typically 3-5 business days almost as much as room cost. My room was prepaid before I arrived.

The property is in flux as the rooms are modified into spacious suites. Should be great when complete, but the pool, the breakfast and even the bulbs in some room lamps were missing, as was the battery to one of the TV's. VERY nice desk personnel, however, and a great rate for our clean, large room in the meantime.

Not the best place I've ever stayed. We requested a plunger 3 separate times and never got one. Did not have access to a toilet for 24 hours. My partner got pink eye from the filthy sheets. Wish I had taken more photos, but I just wanted to leave.

Needs to be updated. My bathroom door would not close, microwave was nasty and roaches was in microwave. Lock on main door had been busted open,and that evening roaches came out and was crawling everywhere. How can this be a Clairion Hotel!!!!! The pool wasn't open and hasn't been for a while. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Bar and restaurant wasn't operational. Boxes everywhere as if renovating. No breakfast, just cookies and juice. The things that was advertised on Expedia was not at the hotel. I wish I could be fully refunded. My first and last stay there.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was large with nice appliances. Staircase was literally falling apart. Pool was greenish/brown, laundry facility out of order- empty boxes all over the main lobby. No phone in the room, tv didn’t work, hot water didn’t exist- “clean bed” had hairs on the sheets, didn’t even try to clean the chair in front of the TV- full of dust and peanut shells, only one small trash can in the bathroom, only one security camera per hallway (no idea if they even work) and surprise- a $100 security deposit required. If I hadn’t been exhausted for being on the road for 9 hours I’d have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else.

I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool and a breakfast bufett, which they didnt have either when I arrived because yhey were doing renovations. They should put a notice on thier online website so people can see that before they pay for thier reservations. The room was very unmaintience. It had a cracked mirror, the front of the microwave was broke, the tub had paint stains in it and the molding around it had big indented scratch marks, the latch to the entrance door was broke off. Just a poor looking room and no extras with this stay like swimming or work out room as advertized.

Cockroach problem

This property had decent pictures and a great price on Expedia - I strongly encourage any traveler to read the google reviews before staying here. It was eerily empty when I was there in the afternoon and I noticed some weird issues with the rooms - broken glass on a countertop. A piece of tape flapped over the peephole, missing bathroom door, but i thought “it’s just a place to sleep, it’ll be fine”. But when I came back to sleep after an event it was filled with people who were living at the hotel, and I don’t mean in their rooms - they were outside. Given that the whole hotel is open air walkways and the rooms have “windows” that open directly to the walkways, this was most concerning. There were dogs running around, kids running around and screaming, people screaming at each other in their hotel rooms and the walls are paper thin, and some folks pulled up some chairs directly outside my hotel room and were watching movies and basically having a date. That’s fine in theory, but it was midnight and I was hoping to sleep. I left in the middle of the night and went to a different hotel in downtown Florence. I wanted to stick it out of respect for the nice southeast Asian family who seem to own it, but there were too many issues for me. It also advertised a nice breakfast on Expedia but the entire restaurant is covered in boxes so I filled in the blank for myself there. I want to support this family, but I would not recommend this hotel.

My request was not granted, rooms only had two old stained dingy towels and the front door and bathroom door were stained and old. We had to request the room to be changed because it has roaches and big red ants! I had originally requested my rooms to be next to each other and we were given rooms on different floors and opposite ends. The property states it has a swimming pool and it was not available to use since it was simply filthy. Just very disappointed after a long drive with my kids.

They do not have breakfast in the morning. The pool is shut down and it was very dirty around the area. The rooms were very clean but the lack of having breakfast and they’re offering and offering a pool on the website and then you get there and it’s all shut down and there’s no breakfast. We said something to them about the breakfast and they ended us a bag and it legit had Twinkie in it and damn water. And that was it Granny. It was cheap but I mean damn.

I never leave reviews but this property was so bad I left and went to another hotel. The room looked like it was under active renovation with exposed wiring and a hole in the wall. The blinds didn't close. There was no hot water. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. And to top it off there was no fire alarm; it had been completely removed.

Room was literally covered in mold.

Smashed roaches on the walls. Overflowing toilet and wet floor. The card did not work both nights to get into the room. The worker even laughed when I told them about the card not working for the second night. Do not recommend. You can stay anywhere else with much better conditions.

Smoke alarm beeped all night and phone to call front desk wasn’t working to ask for assistance. Area did not feel safe. Front desk staff was friendly, but we will be looking for something nicer next time.

I paid for the room online, but also got charged again for the room upon arrival. I waited 15 minutes when I arrived for someone at the desk to assist me. The room had broken items like the towel racks, toilet paper holder, and door lock to the bathroom. I could not figure out how to use the tv with the app that the tv said to use. I was glad that I was only there for 6 hours to get some sleep.

Hotel is being renovated and construction activity is ongoing. "Breakfast" is a brown paper bag with 1 pack of cheese crackers and a 6oz water bottle. Very disappointing

Our stay at the clarion was terrible. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Had to wait for room to be ready. Ac in lobby was broken. No access to breakfast due to it being filled with pallets and boxes. Apon check in was told to pick between 2 rooms. Went to first room and it was dirty bed not made, bathroom was dirty, food left in fridge, towels were wet, hotel phone was broken no dial tone, random beer cans in hallways/stairs, roaches everywhere, several other people trying to check in had several complaints, red flag right away. Pool was green. Worst hotel ever. Shut it down as soon as possible.

Bedbugs, mold, poor customer, service, a brown pool, and no hot water made for our stay. Also, smoke detector was covered with tape that has been on for so long it would not come off without damaging the wall. The people at the counter refused to refund and cancel our reservation after check-in. Do not book this hotel room! Pictures attached!

Upon arrival it was evident that the recent reviews of this property are accurate. We chose to not check in after walking into the lobby and found accommodation elsewhere.

Bed was comfortable. Headboard was dirty. If you want to watch tv you have to download Google TV to your phone and mirror to TV. No success with that. I couldn’t connect to TV. Bluetooth???The TV is new , furniture, floors, upgrades for sure but same old tub with new surround. My feet were dirty after walking on the floors barefoot. Where your black socks.

This is a hotel with mold and should be closed. None of the amenities listed exist or are working. The pool isn't in operation. The room was clearly moldy and damp. There were no restaurants and breakfast was only a paper bag of convenience food. We walked in and walked right back out. The mold was enough to make it dangerous.

The back of the door was filthy, needed to be painted. The floor was dirty. The fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall. When leaving, I looked where the breakfast would have been set up, there was nothing there. I asked the woman, and she said wait I will get your bags. It was two bags with a small water, a clementine, a package of peanut butter crackers and a small coffee cake. It was not an experience from a Clarion that I was expecting.

The shower was awful, it was very dirty and the water was hardly coming out. The floor was nasty and the walls were very dirty as well. The lady at the front front desk was very nice .

Where do I start. The photos online are very misleading. The lobby photos online look inviting but the actual lobby had dining chairs upside down on tables, furniture blocking the stairs to keep you from going up, and dark/unlit. The hotel is obviously under renovation of sorts based on the construction dumpsters, debris and mostly empty rooms.

Rooms, linens, furnishings are a very cheap imitation of what we usually find in a Clarion. Doors do not seal, window coverings do not provide privacy,. Hopefully the renovations will result in better quality than what we saw in a room that supposedly had been refurbished. I do not recommend this l8cation and will not be back. The one bright spot was the woman working the desk who was friendly & professional!

The rooms stink like smoke, the cooler is very loud, and the entire front of the room is a huge window, which limits the feeling of privacy and security. Added to this the lack of maintenance and dirty bathtub... This place has so much potential, but needs a lot of maintenance TLC before families feel safe.

The sink wouldn't drain. The phone didn't work. You can't even call The front desk and the A. C. wasn't working The lock on the door would not lock, and the breakfast was in a bag to take. Nothing at all what the website said. I really want my money back they need to pay us for staying there. We was very unhappy!

Convenient, only hotel with affordable with rooms, and always answered the phone or had staff available at front desk. However, room floors and bathroom was not properly cleaned, there’s no hot water in shower, and would not offer a weekly rate.

stayed 2 non consecutive nights. Good price. 2 comfortable queens each night. Only 3 were clean. brown wooden specks found in one bed. Reasonably clean. Breakfast was: bottle of water, coffee cake and/or cheese cake. What? Who eats cheese cake for breakfast? Handicapped and asked for a room near the lobby. No such thing. 1st night gave us a very inconvenient room location. Learned and better the 2nd night.

The customer service was nice the check-in, it is in the process of renovation therefore it look like it. After checking in my wife refused to stay and so we checked right back out.

We didn’t stay. We walked into the room, it smelled terrible and was very dirty. Stains on the comforter and sheets, dirt in the bed, mold in the shower. We left.

While the price for a quick night stop isn’t bad, I wouldn’t chance it here. The desk staff was friendly, but the property itself was the issue. The room had an odor upon entering, one of the beds was made with stained sheets, the armchair was stained and dirty, there were stains on the walls, and the bathroom was questionable if it was clean. Luckily, the second bed was clean enough, but I opted not to use the shower due to the questionable cleanliness. Never again!

The room was not as it was described and shown on line. It was dirty and there were issues with things not being as they should be. The pictures will show I'm talking about. Also there was no continental breakfast it took forever to get any more towels. The inside looked terrible the outside was the only beautiful thing. I would never suggest anyone stay here. The beds & sheets were nice. The Grab ‘n Go breakfast was good - apple, cheese crackers, cake, water, & juice box. Everything seemed clean in the unit. We were put across from the pool where the lights were very bright & the blinds didn’t cover the whole window. People walking by could see in our unit & we could see them. Things were run down in & our, but the price total $66.00 was good.

Beds were clean but there were dead bugs on floors, no trash can in room, no hot water (cold & warm only) BREAKFAST IS A “GRAB & GO”. Consisting of water, apple banana & crackers only. Not what we were expecting. No dining area just back to room. No outdoor seating either.

Supposer d’avoir un déjeuner d’inclus mais la salle à manger est fermée et offre des sacs avec une micro bouteille d’eau qui est chaude, un pomme et une banane. À notre arrivée il n’y avait aucune serviette et débarbouillette dans la chambre.

Hot water was out almost the whole time. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Very insecure porperty. Very dirty, found multiple roaches in room. It was overall worst hotel i have stayed at, so bad that ended up leaving early.

After complaining of no hot water it took them til the next day to change the room once the room was charged there was no cold water even the toilet felt like a Yoni pot. There were also a problem with them coming in the room when my brother was sleeping say he had to check out and we booked the room for 3 days only staying one night the same staff didn’t remember changing the room still nothing was done about the hot water I had to shower elsewhere. He never even apologized to my brother for walking in the room while he was sleep. No type of compensation was given after all the inconvenience.. was told I would get a discount of course nothing.. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.. Especially after another guess came out of their room mad because they checked in pulled back the sheets and there was a huge yellow stain on their sheets.

Most disgusting place I have ever seen!

Not at all what was advertised! The breakfast was bagged up. Pool was closed. Drug infested area. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Would not recommend

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk and hotel looked abandoned. Pool was closed and under construction. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Toilet was constantly running and leaking on the floor. Neighborhood looked unsafe. No complimentary breakfast even thought it was clearly advertised. Remote for television did not work. Air conditioner was dirty and difficult to control. Overpriced for the amount of things wrong with the joint… Do not stay here!

Check in was easy.place is old and under repair. Bed was comfortable (a little soft for me). Bathroom,toilet was not clean(urine on seat,ewwww). Window all foggy. A work in progress.

The place was filthy. Electric outlets without plates. Floor was filthy. It was very uncomfortable having my young grandchildren there. Vending machines were broken down. If we wouldn't have been exhausted we would have checked out and kept driving. We got up at 5am just to get the hell out.

It was actually the worst . From the check in to the check out. Supposed to be two free breakfast buffets. Nope! Hotel refused to discount price as the room was booked thru hotels com and not the hotel itself. Room: Filthy floors. Feet were black right after a shower. Water wouldn't drain in tub. Toilet had rings around it. No stopper in sink. Desk drawer was nasty with hairs and crumbs and such. Light shades were burned or rusty. Walls were marked up and dirty. Desk clerk was rude. Hotels. Com did give me a $25.00 coupon for future visit.

He spoke enough English to say the TV was not working. Did not understand enough English to tell me if the Wi-Fi could stream on our personal devices. Could not adjust the settings on the a/c low enough to cool the room. The coffee pot did not have all the part’s needed to make coffee. I had to ask for toilet paper. The beds were clean.

When i arrived i was told there was no cable so i couldn't watch tv.. even though i wasnt going to swim, the pool looked disgusting. There was no free breakfast in the morning. The ice machine was out of order
