Rooms were filthy and barely cleaned, with graffiti on mirror, and cigarette burn holes in blanket. It was loud and room smelled of burning drugs and cigarettes from next door. Very unsafe, very unclean. Not worth it at all

Room was very dirty paint peeling from tub bed stins very bad and was advertised as a delux king suit with king bed it was a full size bed not even a queen. Seemed like a cheap motel for a quicky with a mistress instead of a safe family hotel. Pool didn’t even have water in it.

Needed a good bed to sleep in and we rested well.

There were a lot of people ambling around outside. Sitting and smoking/ drinking. Made me feel very unsafe. I was worried our bikes etc would be stolen. If I were Expedia I would not not recommend this place on list again.

The staff are friendly and vey helpful, last night the front desk lady assisted us with our request for a pet friendly room on the first floor, and just our luck, there’s an available one. Would recommend whether you have a pet or not.

Gas stations, waffle house, mcds, burger king and super 8 hotel nearby. Parking was fine. The room we stayed in looked like dry blood on the wall, u can tell they remodeled in not in a good way. Mr Sanjay im guessing owner is a little shady. Honestly will never stay there again .. ill take my chances at super 8.

Room has poor lighting. There are no hold bars to help in or out of the shower. Toilet paper holder missing. I needed internet but there were no access to the web. WiFi working but no internet connection. When I asked the desk to fix the problem. She was no help. Refrigerator ice box was frozen over. Not Happy.

Check in took awhile as staff were dealing with multiple problems with other guests check ins. Apparently due to system problems not recognizing their reservations. Luckily our reservation was in their systems. Room not so nice. Multiple holes in the wall from a previous TV installation, shower / tub appeared to be half painted over, dirty washcloth left hanging from towel hanger in bathroom.

Rumpled linens on bed. Pillow cases had red blood stains. Mattress pad with yellow stains. Brown stain on sheet. Obvious the bed was never changed. Holes in the walls. Main light did not work. Hotel door, hasp safety latch pin broken off. Oval toilet seat on a round circle toilet. Cigarette burns around sink and bathtub. TV leg/support arm missing. Can not get refund thru hotel. Have to go thru booking at Expedia! Insulin pen found in refrigerator. grumpy live in house keeper only gave me pillowcases had to get rest of sheets from receptionist. Do not book here. Upon leaving, woman had paid and had confirmation number but no room was avail for her!

Room was not clean

Room smelt like a dog kennel. The finish in the tub was peeling off, different color paint splattered that looked like blood, shower head was disgusting, freezer had a nasty color ice build up and the noises were horrible. You can hear everything in the other rooms. NEVER AGAIN

If i was in a wheelchair would' I have to still Climb the stars that wax the only problem i had eberything was lovely Thw roo.a

The room was clean but could use a remodel. Paint missing, spots on counters and bathtub. Purchased through Orbitz at listed price but at check-in was asked how I got it so cheap with comment that they were losing money. I partly chose this motel due to stated 2pm check-in time. I was told check-in was 3:00 but they did let me in at 2:30.

The owner/manager tried the bait and switch on me, even though I had stayed there MULTIPLE times before and he remembered me. Told me that the room I had rented through Hotels.com was no longer available and that they needed to update their reservation system. Then he proceeded to show me a room that was $15 a night more and tried to get me to take it. When I flat out refused to do it, he magically came up with a room that was the same as the one I’ve reserved, although I had to wait for it to be cleaned. Additionally, even though I requested non-smoking and first floor, I got second floor and a room that smelled like a poker game had just finished. This is very disappointing to me, I’ve stayed in this property multiple times before and the day was not bad but this man just lost all of my business for now in the future and I will tell everyone I can to stay away from this place

Coffee no nothing just a room lol anyways I decided we needed 2 more nights so I extended my stay I already rechecked in. The front desk woman comes to the room twice saying we did not rebook I was irritated and had to show her so embarrassing 🙄

The place was absolutely nasty. The pictures should tell you everything. Certainly not what was advertised. And when I tried to leave there to go somewhere else I was told I would not get a refund.

Bed poorly made, but clean. Tub bottom very slippery. Shower curtain dirty at bottom. Poor workmanship on walls, baseboards, ceilings, etc. holes in wall in bathroom. Vents dirty. Wide crack under door. Floor dirty. Parking very convenient and a good night’s sleep. Very quiet!

The front & outside is very nice but the rooms have odors needs touch ups the beds seemed dingy & stained. The bathroom was small and paint from walls shows all over the room the fridge was old rusted the floors are very nice the door were broken the feeling of the rooms overall was like wow they are trying to improve this but yet not attractive

One of the worst hotel I went, a lot of dust on the table and floor, the sheets were dirty, the shower was dirty…. Everything was dirty. Bugs on the floor seem like cockroach. The place stink so much. Me and my family had a hard time to sleep. We slept dressed up!

If you need a quick overnight stay or literally a bed to JUST SLEEP then this will do for 1 night. I booked a room that had a King bed and a pull out Queen sofa bed. It was my fiance’, myself, and 2 young boys (7 and 9). When I checked in I asked if the sheets for the pull out in the room. She informed me that they no longer had those rooms and substituted it with 2 Queens which meant each of us had to sleep with a kid. She said Hotels.com must have not updated. It was an awful nights sleep. The beds were sliding around on the floor if you toss and turn. Now that I type this and start to remember the room and that awful night. Pass on this place and stay at any of the others.

this was the most nastiest place I’ve ever been. cockroaches ALL through the beds and the room and curtains. we didn’t see them at first until we saw them in the heater and thermostat then we checked the curtain and there’s was a bunch of eggs and big roaches!!! i’ve never ever had to experience this in my life. nasty place needs to be cleaned and condemned seriously. my children and I were terrified and grossed out!! not to mention it took ten minutes for the clerk to come to the darn window to even talk about the situation she was weird and looked like she was into drugs. never ever stay here. i promise you pay the price to double tree they are MUCH better!!!!!!! this place should NOT be running

We stayed in a newly renovated room which had the bare minimum amenities, but it was clean. Staff was super friendly.

Nicely remodeled room with a nice, new comfortable bed and remodeled bathroom. Big room with standard amenities (microwave, TV, small frigerator, and wifi). Motel is off the beaten path but located right off I-95 with some convenience stores and fast food restaurants and gas stations close by.

Hotel as advertised is nothing like the real thing. Property is undergoing renovations and is not a place to stay. Perhaps in 6 months it might be habitable.

Staff was awesome, room drastically needed to be updated with most items replaced.

Checked in and went to the room. Opened the door to a strong Clorox smell. Beds had 4 very small pillows and the beds and sheets were not very clean. Closed the door and behind the door was what looked like a shotgun shot against the wall and door. There was another hole beside the bed that looked like a shot. We turned around and left the hotel, did not stay.

We chose this property because it is listed as pet friendly. There is no information about the $15 PER PET FEE! There was a sign at the door and the desk about the fee, but no mention of it in the on-line description of the property. The desk person charged us $20 for two cats when I balked. People need to know about the extra fee when searching on-line. I would not have chosen the property had I known about the pet surcharge.

Bathroom door would not close, broken toilet seat, tub stained w. an array of “earth colors.” 5. Used soap w wrapper in shower; wet towel on floor 6. Missing hairdryer in wall holder; no pot in coffeemaker 7. Walls were streaked with various shades of peach/coral/ salmon paint—like a hastily cleaned up murder scene. 8. Phone book from May, 2013; phone had no dial tone. 9. Carpet was soaking wet 3-4 feet into the room (gap under door; rained day before) The mattress was comfortable, the TV worked, light fixtures had operable bulbs. Skip the “breakfast”; enter pool @ your own risk (doubt it meets health standards if all rooms are as decrepit as 207).

The rooms are super gross.The couch was visibly stained - looked like something they picked up alongside the road. The room smelled like a 40 yr old ash tray. Burn holes in the cover on the bed and shower curtain. Paint on the shower walls is all peeling off. I slept on top of the sheets because I cant even imagine that place under a black light. I really considered going elsewhere even though we'd already paid. The AC was cold. You should spend the extra $50 and stay an exit to the north.

The room was old, seemed like nobody stayed in the room for awhile there was spiders, spider webs and roaches. The room needed to be cleaned there was dust on the headboard and appliances.The appliances were rusted and old. Ive stayed here before and the rooms Ive had was not this disappointing.

For the price this was disappointing. Close to the highway was our main selection criterion on our way down to Florida. One room wreaked of smoke (and probably weed). The other room also didn’t smell clean and we found a live bug under the pillow and there were burn marks on the cover blankets. We would not stay here again.

The room smelled, there were many cigarette burns on the bedding, the shower had mold and hair on the floor. There was a bug crawling on the shower curtain. The entire bathroom was dirty. My had an allergy attack from how much animal hair was in the room.

Decent room for the price, the fire alarm was disconnected and missing from the room. Bed was okay and was an okay place to get a little rest.

Smelled of cigarettes, towels weren’t clean, stains on the bedding, errant evidence of drugs (a pill even), and a very clear makeup stain on the blanket where someone’s face must have been pressed into. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to help with what they could. Left immediately after the first night.

Never stay here again. The room was filthy and smelled awful. The shower had no nozzle and it too was filthy. They charged 15 for my small dog while your site said it was 10. No idea why they charged anything since they obviously didn’t use it to clean the room

This place was beyond dirty. Blankets and comforter had burns holes in them. Cleaning staff smoke right outside the rooms they were "cleaning" and in turn the room smelled lf smoke.

Disappointed looked nice online but noisy neighbors and run down. Burn marks in a non- smoking room including the bed covers. Makes you wonder when they replaced anything in this unit. Skipped taking a shower tub was not clean. I guess you not even get what you pay for

Room did feel clean. Everything was very old. Sheets were thin, bed not comfortable. No food places in walking distance or delivery.

I understand this is a motel, but I shouldn’t experience anything like this when paying $80 for a room. When we walked into the room (which is non smoking) we got a huge whiff of smoke. There were cigarette burns all over the bed and blankets. There were spots and mold all over the curtains and all over the bathroom. It looked like there was mold on the wall, and there were certainly other questionable dried liquids on the wall too. The toilet looked like someone had just thrown up in it. The towels were dirty and also had cigarette burns on them. When we called the front desk about no toilet paper, she told us to go get our own. What? That’s not right. The shower hose for the sprayer was just hanging down. I’m sorry, but this was terrible. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other motel.

The room had a bad odor when we went in. The sheets and pillow cases were stained, the commode was not clean and we found patches of hair in the tub. Looked at a 2nd room and it wasn't any better. Ended up getting our money back and finding another place.

They showed us 3 different rooms and each one was so dirty . After the 3 one we said we could not stay. It was VERY dirty. The owner was very embarrassed and said he was short handed.

Horrible place. They even ask you to check the room to see if you want to stay with them. They are aware that this is a trash hotel and decent people will not like it. Do not recommend anyone traveling with kids to stay at this here.

The property looks really nice and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't very happy with the room cleanliness. There were also inscts/bugs in the room including a couple spiders. The value was pretty good. But i might think twice before staying there again.

IT WAS NOT FAR FROM THE TRACK. BUT THE POOL WAS GREEN THE TV WAS CRACKED THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE POT. THERE WERE STAINS IN ONE OF THE SHEETS.

The paint bad tub had burn stains and the toilet. The bed spread and sheets had burn holes in them. Spiders was crawling on my grandchild and the cleaning lady half cleaned the room and didn't clean the bathroom in six days

And as it rained we had to put towels in front of it to stop water from coming in. I had to clean the toilet and shower with bleach that I purchased as there was dried urine and fecal matter on toilet down the side and the shower/tub basin had shampoo and hair in it.

Clean hotel from outside, pool clean also, clean parking, breakfast needs some new updates like more variety of food and at least some eggs, room needs a big real big time makeover, because of the room condition wouldn’t recommend for family unless you stop to crash at night and you don’t care about the cleanses.

Do NOT use the Expedia app for directions to the hotel! You'll go 17 minutes in the wrong direction!! Once we found the place, it wasn't bad, for the price. We had 2 rooms and the "comforters" on the beds were stained plus had cigarette burns in them. The rest of the sheets were clean, the rooms were clean as well. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, we wound up going elsewhere to eat.

Exterior of hotel is deceiving! The floor of the bath tub was actually peeling huge pieces, torn, disgusting and dirty. Coffee maker in room dated, dirty as was the room itself. Would not recommend nor stay there again.
