Thought my stay was overall great! Only a couple complaints I had were the pool area was not ventilated well so if you choose to read a book or something you'll be very uncomfortable. Second one is minor but my last morning here the workers started up a truck that woke me up. Minor but aggravating nonetheless. Outside of this it was quiet, breakfast was amazing, staff was great with helping me as I locked my old keys in the room and the lady at front desk was very nice and helpful.

It was o.k. not much different then other hotels, pricey. Was told they took dog's,already had reservations, no dogs! So dog slept in car all night.

It’s a new property so everything is in great shape. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast staff does a very nice job of keeping breakfast items replenished in the dining area clean.

Room was clean"ish". Breakfast was edible. Biggest thing was we ordered a handicap accessible bathroom and got there and there was a full tub, not a low entry shower like shown in the photos.

Rooms not clean especially bathrooms. Hair in bathtub and shower. Second room assigned blue toothpaste in sink and leak under sink. Beds etc good. Do they purposely assign bad rooms because it is prepaid with Hotels.com.? Rooms rarely feel ideal.

Property was clean and well kept. Property was kind of isolated as far as places to eat. It was good for the one night stay. We left early so I really can’t comment on the breakfast

The hotel was not clean or nice at all. The area it was in felt safe but some of the people staying there made me feel uncomfortable when I encountered them in the parking lot late at night when I arrived. The elevator was filthy, the hotel had a funky smell to it. I didn’t feel comfortable doing breakfast there with how dirty everything was and skipped it and went to Buc-ee’s instead across the highway. As to the room, it was pretty dirty. My pillow case had stains that suggested it had sat crumpled on a dirty floor (I took photos), their was a pubic hair on the toilet seat, suggesting it had not been cleaned, there were stains on the bathroom sink and floor that suggested it had been barely cleaned if at all. The rug was old with dark stains on it. The bed frame was broken metal and a hazard. It stuck out from under the mattress so I had to be careful getting in and out of bed not to cut myself on it. The rugs were sticky so I had to wear sandals to walk around the room. Overall it was gross. The only positive was that I saw no signs of bedbugs.

The hotel was in a convenient location, right off of I-95, and had ample, safe parking. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good on the day we stayed. It included cheese omelette, a variety of breads, muffins, cinnamon roll, cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, biscuits & mushroom gravy. The coffee was excellent, they have a machine that grinds beans every time it brews a cup of coffee. My only issue is that breakfast was until 9:30a.m. and by 9:15 there was only one cheese omelette left and the staff said no more items will be made, so several people were upset that the main breakfast offering was gone with 15 min left for breakfast. They should work to fix that problem because many folks like me pick hotels based on breakfast offerings and it is dissapointing to not have options with time left on the clock.

Fantastic experience checking in around 9pm. The room was perfectly clean, bed was very comfortable, quiet all night. Breakfast was great for free. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Empty soap bottle, toilet did not clear with flush (just a piece of paper), you had to continue to flush and then it would continue to run unless jiggling handle constantly. My husband and I had one towel each with no tub mat or extra towel so I had to use my only hand towel and my husband and I had to share. What if I dropped my towel, I have to dry with a towel off the floor? A washcloth should not be used for your butt and your face!

hotel located just off I 95 and close to Buccee's The hotel had a free charging station so we got a nice full charge for our plug in hybrid. The only minor drawback was on fast food options for dinner so we traveled 10 miles to get to a Ruby Tuesday for dinner which was good. we will stay here again.

Upon arrival, desk staff clerk was very grouchy. She mentioned that I was using a third party booking company so I would not get the same service and that I have to pay $100 hold on my credit card - which I didn’t want to do since I prepaid & had a very long trip ahead with another hotel stay with a lot of travel expenses. She took $5 on my card. She said pool was closed when I mentioned that I wanted to swim at 7:30 PM. She said the pool wouldn’t be open until 10 AM, not good! Room was on the first floor with a view of the parking lot with a construction crane *right next to the window.* At 7:40 AM the truck’s loud motor started up with loud beeping. It sounded like a bomb going off & it scared the heck away out of me. I was in a deep sleep since I had a long drive the previous day, plus another 10 hours that day. The front desk clerk ran away immediately when I went to complain.

There was a problem with limited parking due to resurfacing black top. Front desk could not tell us where to park because nearly the whole parking lot was blocked off.

Room was clean and very comfortable I can’t wait to return this weekend but the only problem I had is the heater not working I was freezing in my room all night but I slept good though

Friendly staff that explained work being done on hotel. Work crew was done by 5pm and did not restart until 9am the next day. Breakfast buffet staff was very attentive and friendly.

The elevator was scary! Only one of the two were operable. The one working made loud clicking noises as it was lowering to the bottom floors. When it was going up it jerked several times. I eventually stopped using it for fear I’d get stuck inside.

Tv and room phone not working in reserved room. Had to be moved to another room. Second room had no working phone and poor internet service in room. One of two main elevators were not working and second elevator experienced problems during final morning of stay.

The staff is excellent t but the hotel itself needs to be cleaned. The hallways are dirty and the elevators. The breakfast area was very clean and the room was ok.

The staff was exceptional! So friendly and we enjoyed some small conversations. Extra shout out to them when we had a fire alarm during a cold, windy rainy day. We were in the pool and as we exited, the kids were freezing. Some staff came out with some blankets. Absolutely wonderful. Now, if only the bathrooms were cleaner. Grout missing, rust, tub basin was peeling. Just a bit of upkeep please. Staff, 5 huge stars!!

Just a quick weekend getaway for the wife and I. Was conveniently located to all of the things that we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean.

The guy at the front desk was not very friendly asked where the elevator is or how to get there. You can come in any door, but never told me where the elevator was. The area is very noisy.

I was assigned a room that was not inspected. After I took a shower I noticed they had tried to unclog the sink and it was still dirty from doing that. When I called about it, they did offer me another room, but I had unpacked and showered and it was 1 night. I used the shower for the water I needed.

This hotel is overdue for a remodel, broken elevator, well worn furniture, lumpy bed, way to much road noise, cold breakfast that was supposed to be hot, makes this a property I will not stay at again.

The room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom. The floor and shower had someone else’s hair left behind. The beds were old and uncomfortable. You could feel and hear the springs with every movement.

It is right off highway. Perfect for us traveling.

This issue, having bright light shining directly into the room you are trying to sleep in at night, is so big that it really over shadowed all the good. I cannot stress enough that you must be able to mitigate external light sources in the room. To do otherwise is to render it basically unusuable. The first floor has shade curtains to keep headlights out, but upper floors can just ...pound sand I guess? Everything else? 5 stars. With this issue? 1 star. At a certain point you actually have to do it all right or not at all.

We e need to stop for the night reviews said 8.6 not sure how because room 424 carpet is dirty, a weird smell one of the towels had pubic hair, I always bring my own towels everywhere I travel. Staying 1 night only after driving for 7/ 1/2 hours we needed to rest to able driving to Virginia. I will never stay here again. 😡

Pool wasn’t useable at 3 pm check in. Had to wait till cleaned at 5:30.

The only hiccup we had was that our room wasn’t ready until about 5pm. We went and eat at Zaxbys which was right beside hotel.

We stayed at the same place last year and booked again at the same hotel. We absolutely loved our 1st stay and had to come back. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

We were on our way to Orlando and we had to spend the night in this hotel. I was completely happy. It was clean and quiet. It has everything you could need. I was with children and from the moment we walked in, they were entertained with the games in the waiting room. The breakfast, needless to say, was all clean, fresh, delicious, and free. What more could you ask for?

It was a very uneventful two days. Room was nice. It was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent. Only issue was I requested a wake up call Saturday and Sunday. I got neither. They did tell me it was a new system.

Vance made check in fast and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean with eco friendly products for shower etc. the morning breakfast was possibly the best Ive had in a while. It was hot with varied choices and clean and friendly. Would recommend to travelers as a convenient quick and friendly stop

My husband and I had an amazing overnight stay at this hotel!!!! We have made our reservation for the next visit in September. We also love the front desk staff 😍 They accommodate all of our needs .. We had some yummy cookies to go as well .

It was an overnight stop on a road trip. It was clean and included a hot breakfast. Located right off the highway and across the road from Buc-ee’s. It was also quiet and would stay again.

We had a wheel chair, roll in shower prepaid and confirmed. Arrived to find someone had arrived before us and the room was given away. Reminder to hotel, please, we make reservations like this for a reason.

Everything was great except for wheelchair access at the entrance. Both sides of the entrances were blocked on the sidewalk by plants & trash cans, so you had to navigate around them leaving the sidewalk area. I believe you could place the 2 smaller plants on each side somewhere else, leaving 1 plant & 1 trash can & that would work.

When we went to make the sofa bed up there was only a pillow and a fitted sheet in the bag. The fitted sheet was stained brown. Candy left in the drawers. Dirty face clothes found drying in the shower curtain rod. White stains on the carpet. Absolutely not worth the cost.

We checked into the room once we got in we found that the pillow cases were filthy. Like they had just been flipped over and reused. There were obvious toddler handprints all over the mirror which shows that they don't clean everything. And lastly there was not even a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to go to the front desk and wait because the front desk representative was not at the desk (don't know where he was). Would only stay here again if it was my only choice in the area.

The room was fairly clean, except it was fairly obvious that they did not vacuum as there was toe nail clippings on the floor which were not ours. Since they already made us feel that we were inconveniencing them, we chose to just keep our socks on. We were very disappointed in this Holiday Inn, as we travel often and love to stay at them typically. We unfortunately will not be booking Holiday Inn’s that we have not previously stated at from here on out.

This property was close to the interstate, food, and gasoline. It was comfortable and quiet location with excellent amenities.

This location looked fairly new. However, upon staying it is apparent that maintenance is not of importance to the management. It felt like I was staying in a location that was due for a upgrading. I love this chain, but if I see more locations like this, I'll have to change my preferences.

We stayed overnight on our travel. Not bad. Service is great. However bath tub is horrible designed. Somehow it's curved in at the bottom and made the tub so slippery. The drainage barely able to drain all the water. There's always a puddle of water in the middle of the tub.

Did the job well. We were there for just the night. My only concern was the breakfast… I don’t expect 5 star food, but the selections were nothing special and at 8:30 the grits were low and like cement. There were little wrapped danish that were quite stale. The coffee was very good. Overall score on the buffet would be a 2.5.

Very noisy property. The condition of the room and hotel was fine, but the constant overnight truck noise from the road outside the hotel was unbearable and both my husband and I were unable to sleep. There are two large warehouses near the property - an Amazon warehouse directly across the street and another warehouse directly behind the hotel - and tractor-trailers arrived and departed all night long. The placement of a traffic signal outside the hotel resulted in trucks constantly accelerating and decelerating as they turned into/out of the warehouse properties. We drove 12 hours that day and needed rest. If you want a good night's sleep, stay elsewhere!

People were nice and room was clean but lack of water in the water dispensers and others complained about broken things in their room and it was too late at night for maintenance to fix. It was OK but not great.

Boogers flicked on the walls. Less towels than amount of people booked for. After asking for towels still had to go downstairs next morning and get some from desk. I seriously doubt the sheets and pillow cases are even changed between guest. Front desk people outside visiting with different vehicles ALL day. These people don't work. Just there for a check. I was disgusted with the cleanliness of this place. Had to put my own trash bags and remove bathroom and room trash. I am a long time business owner and would be completely embarrassed to have any thing to do with this establishment. I absolutely refuse to stay at another holiday inn and will tell anyone that will listen not to waste their time or money. Until there are consequences for people not doing there job this type of service will continue. These establishments are stealing your money. Buy a travel trailer or RV before you catch bed bugs or sleep in something you can't explain. Just completely disgusted

This was a nicd hotel. We have adayed twice on our way to Florida. Nice having breakfast included. Convenient to drive over to Bucees.

Sraff had no idea what rooms were xlean or dirty and assigned us to 2 dirty/occupied rooms.

Room was disgusting. We needed a quick place to sleep as we were traveling between states. We got there around 8pm with our kids. Room had hair, all over the bathroom, dirty floors, carpet was stained. Our kids were so tired from hours of being in car we just dealt with it and left at 6am. The bed was clean as we checked meticulously. The bathroom was the worst with caked on grime and hair all over the floor. Toilet had stains on the side of it. Will not be staying here again.

The bed was very, very squeaky, every time yiu sat on it or moved during the night it made a noise!!! The breakfast could of had more options!!!!

Stay was an oversight, because of an event. I'm a simple person. Only problem was the toilet would not flush properly. So filled the waste basket and used it to flush. Was not bothered about it. If It had been a longer stay i would have requested service from maintenance. Any way s#it happens still a wonderful properly.
