Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Flower Mound

The staff provided superior service , from Josh at the front desk who put us in an ideal room, to Colby also at the front desk, who took me to an ATM when I needed cash on a Sunday, to the helpful young lady in the bistro who prepared our food in about 10 minutes. Bottles of milk in that “every kind of bottled drink you can imagine” closet near the registration desk.

Great location and facilities. Staff friendly. The breakfast choices are a notch above other places I’ve stayed in. There was shampoo, conditioner but no bar of soap.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Walls are thin though and you can hear everyone talking and running around. First day the fire alarm went off, a dog got away from his owner and charged one of my kids in the hallway, second day a women was screaming and cussing someone out in the lobby and on the last night the elevator was out of order. Over all the hotel served its purpose. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

There is a small cafe within the hotel, but it is pricey. No complimentary breakfast in this hotel. Also, no microwave in the regular room, but there was one in the suite.

Not cheap, but definitely the best option to stay in Flower Mound. The staff is fantastic and the promenade outside by the river is a treat. Do not be stingy and prefer this one to other options.

Very nice Hotel. This location is great. It is right off of a Riverwalk with restaurants and it’s such a beautiful and safe area. We happen to be there this weekend when they had a fall festival and it was so much fun. Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and clean room. The AC wasn’t working well our second night. We informed them the next morning when we left to go visit family and it was fixed when we got back. Good location!

Its the perfect place to stay when visiting my daughter.

I have stayed here over 3 times. This is my #1 hotel pick in this area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love having a restaurant to eat at onsite, and open longer than most other hotels. I wish that there was a microwave in the rooms, but there is one in the Snack Store. Every other amenity is great!

Shower was not hot... became luke warm quickly. Asked twice to get it fixed. They figured it out the second time. Staff was great.. room was nice ... just needed a hot shower.

The matress on the bed was the worse we have ever slept on. It was hard and lumpy.

Its a great property in a secure neighborhood. All is good except they need new mattresses.

First into the room, and a dirty wash rag was on the bathroom counter. Our room was next to a mechanical room, and the noise and vibration from there kept waking me up. On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable. Our booking was prefaced on the advertised availability of breakfast. Actually, what we paid was a credit that is applied to the purchase of ala carte breakfast items.

We would have preferred more operating hours for the restaurant/bar. Our stay was great otherwise, housekeeping was very good.

I like the style of the hotel, the furnishings, the onsite restaurant. I love the Service Robot! The personnel are always friendly and helpful. I love the room decor! The new fresh look throughout the hotel room. I only wish that each room had a Microwave to use. Many travelers can’t eat until late in the day or night. Having to go to the Lobby to use the Microwave is uncomfortable. But I LOVE staying at the Flower Mound hotel! The room rate is reasonable and worth the price!

The room had something on the drapes. The toilet didnt flush well. The bathroom could be a little bwtter cleaned . Looked like ledtover shampoo or something along out side of sink. Staff was very friendly.

I have no idea how the hotel was. I spoke with a hotel they were offering me 100% refund, but Hotels.com would not allow this. I will never use hotel.com again or Expedia, which is their sister company. My flight was canceled. I showed proof and Hotels.com still would not work with me.

The place was clean, safe & friendly. However, the room I stayed at was a single king size bed and when the room above mine flushed their toilet you could hear it. This was loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night.

Beds were extremely hard. Smoke detector is above bed and flashes a white light every 10 seconds. Needless to say it was not a restful stay. It is close to the River Walk which I enjoyed walking around. There are not many businesses there to enjoy though. Clean hotel. Breakfast food good. Front desk staff was either really friendly or really not depending on who was on duty. Need some customer service training with some of them. Would not stay here again due to sleeping issues.

This was our third stay here while visiting family. We could see the river walk and Christmas lights from our window. We especially like the location and covered parking. Our grandkids love the gym and indoor pool.

This was a very comfortable place ina quiet area of Flower Mound.

The air conditioning made a squeaky noise when it came on. Also a loud noise like water going thru the pipes in the wall before daylight. Kept us awake.

Wonderful hotel ....clean, quiet and right in the middle of Flower Mound! Couldn't have had a better stay anywhere.
