Eric and Justin are wonderful bartenders...very personable
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful especially Ashley at the front desk. She was very friendly and always welcoming when we came back. Made our stay more like staying with a friend.
- 5/5
Room was clean, pool was nice, staff was friendly. Will be back for sure
- 4/5
Helpful and pleasant staff, easy, free convenient parking. Nice swimming pool. Comfy bed.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Rooms were clean
- 4/5
I liked that there was a small restaurant and bar on property close to walking restaurant and bars and clubs great bakery within 2 min would stay again
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure! Like a massage while shaving. The staff were all amazing. Parking was plentiful.
- 5/5
I have stayed here a few times and its wonderful
- 1/5
TERRIBLE, RUDE FRONT DECK CLERK NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. WE BOOKED A KING SUITE. SHE NEVER TOLD US IT WAS A DOUBLE BED UNTIL WE GOT TO THE ROOM. AND WHEN WE ASK TO CHANGE ROOM, SHE SAID ALL ROOMS ARE DIRTY.. SHE DID NOT WANT TO HELP OR ASSIST GIVING BAD ATTITUDE.
- 5/5
Great location, Central too much, next to American River. Room coffee less than tasty-none in lobby. Bathtub makes weird noises when in it & fan is annoying with on/of, on/off. Otherwise nice place, pool has sun & shade.
- 5/5
What an amazing place. Great staff, rooms, customer service. I will always come back here! Thank you!
- 5/5
Hannah at the front desk and Ruth in the breakfast area were both SUPER.
- 4.5/5
Super close to a downtown and trails around the lake
- 4/5
Great location.
- 3/5
Air-conditioning unit was very very loud kept waking me up. There was also a buzzing intermittent every five seconds coming from the bathroom vent. I don’t know what that was.. Also kind of an odor in the room musty. I guess for a three star hotel it’s what to be expected.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful, location excellent
- 5/5
Todo excelente,limpio y muy cómodo
- 4/5
Breakfast was suspect. Got fruit and the blueberries had mold on them. Pointed out to wait staff and the only thing she said was, "I will let them know."
- 4/5
Close to old downtown, beautiful property
- 5/5
We have stayed here many times and have had no issues.
- 5/5
The grounds are beautiful. Nice patio and pool. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our one nite stay.
- 3.5/5
No comment
- 4/5
Property is really nice great location. Night staff was really nice but the day staff seemed pretty useless to me. Jacuzzi was closed at 8 am. Wouldn’t let us go in. Bar was closed no food was being served either had to pay 5 bucks for a coffee no continental breakfast. Nice and clean hotel though. Just don’t expect over the top help.
- 2.5/5
The location was perfect! Needs were clean. Small pool was heated and enjoyable. Walls are paper thin. I can hear the beginners making love all night. Luckily, my children were knocked out. I can hear music and a DJ until 2am. Needless to say, it was terrible sleep.
- 5/5
Clean… accommodating early check in…quiet
- 5/5
Very clean. Super polite customer service!
- 3/5
I have stayed at this property before without issue. This time was the exception. On my first evening I had a heavy leak in the bathroom. All of my toiletries and cosmetic bags were soaked and I had to quickly move to another room. When I checked out I mentioned this to the clerk who didn’t seem to have any knowledge of the matter. I would have thought it would have been documented. This property is in need of some TLC.
- 5/5
Had a great stay as usual. Parking was fine, pool and hot tub were great. Room was clean and stocked. Everything went well
- 5/5
I didn't spend much time at hotel but what I saw was nice and clean the one staff I talked to was nice
- 3/5
The room was nice and I enjoyed my stay until it was time to go to sleep and I realized every footstep, toilet flush, and intimate moment the other guests around me made were audible in my room… all night… I finally got sleep around 3am after turning the fan on high to cover some of the noise. Don’t stay here if
- 5/5
Yes to everything , staff very friendly and nice. Lots of choices for dinner within walking
- 5/5
The hotel was central and we had a wonderful night there. Would highly recommend
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff!
- 4/5
Very beautiful historical hotel. Would like to come back shortly.
- 5/5
The staff is great. The rooms and property seemed well maintained. The location is great since it is in old Folsom and there are lots of great shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.
- 2/5
The staff and location were excellent, however the room and hallway smelled horrible and there was mold in the bathroom.
- 1/5
Had the potential to be great! However our stay ended with cold showers in the morning. Very disappointing
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 3/5
I love the location of this place but it has certainly seen better days. We were most concerned about the bathtub and shower which had a crazy crack that ran through the caulking and into the wall itself--standing in the tub felt like it was not very stable and made me feel uncomfortable about being in it on the third floor. The smoke detector also fell off the ceiling and wouldn't go back on. Location is AMAZING but they have to put in some effort on the inside. Still, I've stayed at worse so it's still getting a "good" rating, since everything is relative.
- 3/5
Property is getting tired. Maintenance staff is excellent (fixed our tv). Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was not firm enough for us.
- 4/5
Great location and price. Walking distance to the lake and old town. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Bacon was crispy. Would stay again if Im in the area.
- 5/5
Very nice location.
- 5/5
Would stay here again
- 2/5
Kraft wishes their macaroni and cheese was as cheesy as this hotel. Low-end industrial feel, tired. Would drive to another city rather than stay here again. Poor value for money.
- 3/5
Older dated property but is clean and comfy.
- 1/5
Stay away unless you want a run down hotel, terrible wifi connection, a TV with very distorted picture. Some staff friendly, others not so much.
- 5/5
Great spot. Clean and safe, location is prime
- 3/5
Room is not cleaned daily. No amenities available (I had to buy a dental kit in the vending machine). Nice staff. Large rooms. Cute town is walkable.
- 5/5
The area has been beautifully done. All the rooms are upgraded, clean and redone. We have stayed many times, and bring friends to enjoy with us. The proximity to Historic Folsom is the Best. All walkable to shops and restaurants. We loved it
- 5/5
Good location and clean room. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Great location. Quiet. Friendly staff. The rooms coukd do with an update. Fitness center could use a refresh too.
- 5/5
Great location and walkable to all old town Folsom!
- 4/5
Perfect location. Needs a little face lift but overall a great stay.
- 4/5
Easy parking, quiet area pretty cool spot
- 5/5
It was a 1 Day Perfect Stay!!
- 5/5
Comfy beds, clean, good location.
- 4/5
Very nice accommodations. wonderful staff. No problems with facilities. Was an issue with some loud young guests .
- 5/5
The breakfast from the menu was great. Plenty of free parking and friendly staff.
- 5/5
It was a fantastic stay and will book again
- 1/5
My room smelled like a cattle farm, no one cleaned our room for 4 days, the bar was never opened charged me 250 deposit and no amenities. It was awful will never stay there again. Stayed there last year and wasn’t that bad as now. The staff was not nice never spoke. Non friendly.
- 3/5
Great location but very loud.
- 4/5
Kinda pricy for a old unit
- 4/5
The only downside to this place is that the halls are loud, there's no sleeping in here.
- 5/5
Very nice place
- 4/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
Bathroom needs upgrade. Bed was not firm enough and bedding ran hot.
- 5/5
The room was clean and inviting and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
Staff was sort of ok, but I feel like they help bare minimum. And they charge a $250 deposit per room that we were not prepared to pay. For a stay for a night to see family or visit the area, it was fine. For a wedding event, not good.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was nice and welcoming. We had a very nice stay at the hotel.
- 3/5
Good location
- 4/5
Great location if you want to be right in Old Town Folsom and have river/lake access. So many things to see and do. This is an older building so it can use updated fixtures. I would stay again.
- 4/5
Short walk to Old Folsom. Property clean, amenities in good working order. No complimentary breakfast. Plumbing can be loud especially in the middle of the night. Odd placement for light switch for bathroom, not in the bathroom itself or even on the wall outside bathroom. Overall nice stay
- 3/5
Clean room
- 3.5/5
We liked that it is so close to historic Folsom and that it was a nice facility My husband was a bit uncomfortable in the bed.
- 5/5
very nice and comfortable
- 5/5
Excellent stay, great looking, very walkable and light rail station was a bonus
- 3/5
It met requirement. We have been using the Natoma Inn for 25 years, off and on. It is fine but nothing special. This visit was one of the same.
- 4/5
Staff was wonderful
- 5/5
very nice hotel! great location, clean and nice size rooms, easy check in and out and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great staff and concierge and a convenient location to old town Folsom.
- 5/5
Pleasant and professional front desk team. Clean room. Walls are paper-thin so one hears everything that’s going on next door. Perfect location.
- 5/5
My room was great! Very clean and overall a great stay.
- 2/5
We were told the room would be cleaned daily and it never was. When you tried to call housekeeping or the front desk there was no answer. We had to go downstairs to the front desk and they said we had to push 0 on the phone to get them. The mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. The toilet paper is harder than wrapping paper and that includes there Kleenex. The only great reason I would stay is their bar tender Justin. He really makes a person feel like their home, but he is leaving in June. No reason to go back!
- 5/5
We have stayed here multiple times and always have a wonderful experience. Location is amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
Very close to town.
- 5/5
Great 👍
- 4/5
The room was clean bed comfortable they did cleaning the third day hair dryer was broken
- 5/5
Great front desk service, nice room, restaurant staff at dinner was quick, friendly and cook served up a yummy meal.
- 4/5
Thin walls could hear inside neighboring rooms.
- 4/5
Great value, perfect location
- 5/5
Got a great courtesy upgrade
- 5/5
Everything Nothing
- 5/5
Everything was great; easy 2 minute walk to all the attractions of Old Town Folsom.
- 5/5
Staff was curteous and helpful.
- 3/5
The front desk did not advise us that they do not perform maid service each day. No-one seems to eat breakfast or dinner there. Just walk across the parking lot and take the elevator up and there is a coffee shop and a great breakfast place too. And for dinner, it’s great to not have to park or drive while experiencing the dinner options. Unfortunately, the external noise penetrates the older windows and walls even with playing sleep music sounds on the iPad all night, so we lost hours of sleep and won’t be staying next time.
- 3.5/5
The bartender was very hospitable as was the front desk staff. The tub did not drain. I stood in six inches of water as I was showering.
- 5/5
Room was spotless, everything looked new. Very good. The only minus we couldn't connect to hotel's WiFi as it had given errors both on a phone and pc. But we did not plan to use Internet a lot so it was not a big deal. Location is superb - 5 minutes to historic downtown and really nice hiking trails along the lake.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, and surrounding area full of fun and great restaurants
- 3.5/5
Location. Noisy. Paper thin walls. Very weak wifi.
- 2/5
The location is ideal but the hotel is not very good. People are nice. It’s just old and run down. Walls are very thin and can hear every word of the conversation they’re having in the next room or down the hall. The water was running the entire time in our shower (wouldn’t shut off). No bathroom fan so the room get humid when showering. The faucet knobs were squeaky and loud. Remote and TV set up were difficult to operate. Lighting was very dark and poor. Signs were displayed asking to not iron on furniture but there is a lack of outlets and the ironing board was super wobbly… I was tempted to use the desk. Again, people were nice but the place was old and run down.
- 5/5
Nice hotel for the price . We had a good quiet sleep!
- 5/5
Great price. Clean room. So so close to old town. This was just a place to stay near Sacramento at first, but once we got here, we wanted to stay. We would come back just to stay at this hotel and enjoy the little old town area. Wish we had more space to open our suit cases.
- 5/5
Nice area, nice trail in the area, clean and quaint hotel
- 4/5
What a hidden gem! We had always stayed by the freeway when we visit family in the Folsom area, but no more. We love the location and its easy access to old town. The room was very quiet and comfortable. A nightlight in the bathroom would have been appreciated, especially since the only light switch is outside the bathroom. Also, it would have been nice to have a little more room to get in and out of bed on the side by the wall. Some of us older folks need more room to maneuver:)
- 4.5/5
Friendly staff. Great location. Very clean. Beautiful patio! Kind of a weird pot smell in the hallway. Bar, restaurant were way too bright
- 4/5
Bed was a little hard for me
- 5/5
Exelent
- 3.5/5
Nice location, friendly staff, great water pressure, water fountain Walls are so thin we can hear everything of everyone. Also one side were playing music all day all night, the other side were having a loud screaming and shouting party. It’s prob not a good spot for sleep or work.
- 5/5
We never ate there. Room clean. Staff very nice. When 2 guests are in a room there should be 2 pillows each. There should be more coffee available. Front desk should be able to have more. Especially early birds that can’t get coffee until 6:30. But we love staying there close to family.
- 1/5
the room smelled like urine
- 3/5
Meh
- 5/5
Great location! Great value.
- 5/5
Room was great!!
- 5/5
The room was great: clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great location for new year festivities. Clean room and friendly staff 🎉
- 4/5
beautiful place!
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Great location but place is very dated and in need of a bit of a refresh, including the rooms. Also, there were kids and adults running up and down the hallway until after midnight. The staff was far from engaging and making sure you were getting everything you needed. Asking any type of special request, like do you have plastic forks, was challenging.
- 2/5
Walls were so thin. We could hear every room around us and especially the people above us. People yelling through the halls all hours of the night. Maids too in the morning! They started vacuuming the room next to us very early! TV is old school. No smart TV to stream, could rent movies, only basic tv- very outdated. I would not recommend or stay here again.
- 5/5
It was very fun to be in Folsom at the beginning of the holidays. Christmas lights and shopping were wonderful and we got great steaks in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. didn’t get a chance to experience the hotel bar and grill, but it got good notice from our daughter. what surprised us was the folsom historic district a very short walk across the parking lot - very nice, especially during the holiday season, lots of lights, excellent food, interesting shops, and gold-rush era vibes filtered through contemporary tourist-ish lenses, and i wish we had more tome to explore the historic sites. highly recommended. (for those not familiar with california gold country weather, we were there in december - check yr temperatures in the summer, and do research on summertime crowds - nearby lake folsom might bring more hustle and bustle than the laid back winter experience.)
- 5/5
Very vlean, cordial staff
- 5/5
Stay was excellent - staff courteous, room clean and nice, checkin and check out easy and seamless, great location just a short walk to Old Town Folsom.
- 3/5
Everything was just fine. Building is fairly noisy.
- 5/5
Great location and stay
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the entire hotel was well kept. It's in a great location right near old town Folsom! We'd stay there again!! Wonderful! The bartender Erik was especially cordial and fun!
- 5/5
Facility and room were spotless.
- 3/5
All are just good... bathroom need update all the hardwares.
- 2/5
Very dated. Very loud.
- 4/5
The room was clean but tired. Requested a linen change and cleaning but it didn’t happen. Repeated the request the next day and it was completed.
- 5/5
Really nice room bed nice and soft
- 5/5
Very friendly and courteous staff. Well appointed room with amazing water pressure in the shower. The setting and proximity to Old Town Folsom can't be beat.
- 4/5
Spotless room. Not super fancy, but did the job credibly.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Quiet and clean hotel. Walking distance to historic Folsom shops and restaurants.
- 4/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
The curtains smelled like cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
Very good service and clean rooms . We will definitely stay again !
- 4/5
I was too tired to do anything about it when I noticed, but it seemed like the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned (hair in the tub and shower); otherwise the maintenance man helped me with my luggage and he was very sweet and showed me all the features in my room, he made my night. The staff were all pleasant, 2 for 2 of my stays, I would stay again.
- 3/5
Mattress was extremely worn This hotel really needs a refresh. Elevator rug was very worn out. Staff was pleasant however.
- 5/5
room is clean and smels good
- 4/5
Clean room, accomodations good. Friendly and efficient staff.
- 5/5
Clean and a great location
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel right near historic downtown Folsom. Lots of activity at this hotel, but was very quiet in the hallways. Room was spacious and ample parking. We went down to the bar to watch Thursday night football and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds were very pleasing.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay, great location next to many shops and restaurants. It’s a simple nothing fancy place. Clean, nice staff, great shower heads.
- 5/5
My visit could not have been better. Both the room and incredibly nice staff made my stay very pleasurable. Location could not be better!
- 3/5
The location is great but don’t stay here if you like to sleep in. Staff starts vacuuming and slamming doors early. They even knock on doors asking if you’ve vacated the room well before checkout time.
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Staff was great. Very friendly. Hotel very easy to check in. Many luggage carts available. Beautiful back area. Convenient location.
- 5/5
Very clean, nice hotel. Friendly staff
- 4/5
The room was very clean. The mattress felt very slept in and although the room had a coffee maker that was no complementary water bottles in the room.
- 5/5
Low key and friendly. I always enjoy staying here.
- 5/5
Everything was awesome
- 3/5
I stayed here twice in the past month, both times housekeeping
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and neat. Nothing fancy but no complaints. The location is great! Would return for that reason alone.
- 5/5
Lovely area, really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Clean nice rooms. Pool clean
- 5/5
I loved the gentlemen’s that bartend for events. There was a wedding, and they were so delightful when it got busy. They gave me all the attention I needed to have a great experience, while also tending to many people at once that all were rushing around. They were proud of where they came from and helped by giving me a guide of events in the area. They made me happy that I landed there. The grounds and pool area were gorgeous! I walked all over town. I met the nicest people. When I wanted less people I walked the path the the water, and it was gorgeous. Stunning actually.
- 5/5
Very nice but definitely is getting a bit aged. Little things like grout in the bathrooms needing repair and carpets worn. Overall an excellent stay. We wish the pool was heated so we could use it.
- 5/5
Great location being set within the historic town of Folsom.
- 4/5
The hotle was close to a historic dostrict and was a walkable dostance from restaurants abd shops.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Nice room with good amenities. Clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to town. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
Front dest last
- 5/5
We had a lovely garden view. The window opened, an important feature for me. There was a lot of traffic sound from a nearby throughfare.
- 5/5
Clean, cozy room! Hotel staff super friendly!
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 4/5
A very lovely place for a getaway
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
It’s an older property but well maintained and clean. Great location, you can walk to downtown Folsom. We walked to dinner, coffee, and bars. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great. Location, easy to walk close by everything. Can uber lyft. Walk downtown music shopping food etc. great place.
- 4/5

- 5/5
The location was supreme and friendly staff. Great bar. Loved the walkway down to the lake to paddle board
- 5/5
This is a very nice clean and comfortable place to stay
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel close by so many fun areas to explore
- 5/5
We’ve stayed there several times. Great place and great location!
- 5/5
It was very loud not so relaxing
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
I didn’t like the electronic door having to be opened by the front desk agent. I do understand why but I don’t like it
- 5/5
I like its proximity to the lake, the shopping and dining in The area and the overall environment. Very hot during the summer so dress appropriately.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Every time we stay it is always very clean. The parking is great and the people are very nice.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room. Would stay again
- 3/5
There was some confusion on restaurant and bar availability. The bar was a bar and grill. Food was tasty. Because if the confusion with the restaurant hours we didn’t get to try any of its offerings Over all it was a very nice stay.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
very comfortable, nice location, i would have a preffered a staff member to acompany to my room to insure all is ok and safe
- 5/5
My spouse, our children and I had a lovely stay at Lake Natoma Inn. The inn is walking distance to the lake itself, which was super convenient for our paddle boarding and fishing ventures. It takes no more than five minutes to walk from the inn’s parking lot to one of the lake entrances. My children enjoyed the spa at the inn after spending a day in the chilly Lake Natoma water. The inn’s bar and grill had a pleasant bartender/server. The shower in our room was PHENOMENAL, the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced. There is a coffee shop and a bar located in the same parking lot as this inn that we also enjoyed and recommend. Will stay here again!
- 1/5
I have been rescuing dogs and cats for years. And time to time me and my Service dog and rescue support. We travel to this place to visit my daughter to intrducw to our sercice dog but our stay was terrible. Front staff knowing the credential and the ID number, my service dog had and they even had welcome sign for service dog and treated my dog with unwelcome feeling that we only stayed because it was prepaid. They still gave us a hard time and unwelcome feeling. I feel like if you dont have a dog, tbis is a place for you.Anyway, they still question us about my sercixe dog knowing he has been verified which we all know by federal law, all service dog are allowed into premises. If you have a sercixe dog and you like this place, do not come here. I work with animals for ma y yesrs.
- 1/5
It was unprofessional, difficult, delayed and unpleasant. The room had a broken door that could not be locked. The staff was unable to repair. At checkout, her mobility is limited and they said they would bring up a cart for her belongings, but they didn’t.
- 5/5
The best place to stay in Folsom!
- 5/5
Fun in a small area
- 3/5
Johnny Cash trail nice but exposed. Too many Busy bikers on weekends. Noisy around property on weekends but otherwise quiet except for hallway doors slamming shut. Pest management -unsure if green (probably not). Not pet friendly so two stars off. Would return again if I'm unable to bring my dog on my trip with me anyway.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
A nice place to stay!
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
Great location for farmers market, Kayaking, jogging
- 5/5
Absolutely loved it. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and perfectly located.
- 5/5
good place!
- 5/5
Our stay was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the historic district. Nestled in a quiet area. We will stay again.

- 5/5
Really nice hotel. Enjoyed the pool and restaurant a lot. Everything was very clean and nice. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the beds. We stayed three nights and by the second morning, my back was extremely sore.
- 5/5
Our favorite place to hang out for a weekend
- 5/5
O
- 5/5
What a wonderful hotel. The most comfortable beds we have been on in years. Great trails and access to the lake. Right next to entertainment district; just take the elevator to the top and walk into it.
- 5/5
Love staying here. Close to everything and short walk to lake and trails. Restaurant on site. A little pricey but the food great.
- 5/5
We always stay here. Great location. Everyone in Folsom is awesome. Can’t wait til next time.
- 5/5
Great location service and price.
- 5/5
Lovely associates everyone was so nice and took good care of us didn't want to leave 😢
- 4/5
Comfortable and quiet, within walking distance to Old Folsom. Beautiful pool and garden area. Just steps from a path where you can walk along Lake Natoma. Truly a great location! We ate dinner and breakfast here, and both were good and reasonable.
- 4/5
There was a biking convention and it was a little noisy. The cost was a little high also.
- 5/5
Great stay for the price.
- 5/5
Had a great time at the property, everyone was friendly and loved the pool.
- 4/5
The walls were a bit thin but the location, pricing , and amenities were great
- 5/5
Had a great trip. Fully recommend.
- 5/5
I like the grounds and location
- 5/5
This property doesn’t try to be another common “luxury” farce. Instead it’s very clean, the restaurant on site was reasonable and the food and service was excellent. I’m in my 80s and could have used a bellman but I didn’t see one so probably should have asked. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Hotel is in an excellent location.
- 5/5
Excellent area good rates great parking
- 5/5
Very comfortable overall.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 5/5
Great room. Coffee not good.
- 4/5
Seemed like a well run hotel.

Overall stay was good. Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Room was clean. Building was older, but decent. Only issue was the front desk staff. For the love of god you’re in the hospitality business. It’s important to acknowledge guests and treat them kindly. This was an issue checking in and checking out. I felt like I was burdening them. Overall trip was great otherwise.

Awesome place to stay. Everything is around from bars to river to lake to shopping.

For an older property Lake Natomas Inn was very good. Two blocks to everything, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff was very nice, We are going back soon.

Great overnight stop in cute old town Folsom . Rooms are clean and comfortable, parking is easy. I have a lovely view of the lake. Would stay here again.

We did not receive room service during our 3 days stay. The kitchen was never open either.

Location was/is fantastic, the water pressure in the shower was fierce, and the staff was friendly. Simple room but we weren’t hanging out in there much. We did get woken up after midnight by drunken guests shouting to each other down the hall and right outside our door but that’s not a reflection on The Inn. It happens. Just know it’s not completely soundproof. All in all a fantastic stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

One boys party (2 rooms) another girls party (other 2 rooms). Our athletes had to wake up early 6:30 for a sports competition on Sunday. Do not recommend this hotel for other than party guests.

Staff was so helpful and the location is fantastic!

Property has a great location, can walk to river/lake and historic Folsom.. Could use an update, hot tub motor was out of order, need to improve their complimentary coffee, and TV selection is a joke, news, game shows, old TV shows, reality shows, and shopping shows, anything else you have to pay for..Lower priced hotels give you better choices.

We probably won’t stay here again.

Been a few times and keep coming back because staff is friendly and helpful and you can walk around town as well as the trails behind the inn whicn go along to river.

Very quiet. Wonderful location

A dance party was being held directly below our room. It was ridiculously loud and we didn’t stay. We requested a refund and went elsewhere.

The deposit was pretty hefty. 250!!! I was not prepared for that. I have never paid the exorbitant of a deposit fee in my life! It really put a kink in my travels. The room was ok but they dont service your room like most hotels do. You only get your room serviced every 3 days!! So all in all not worth the money. I wont be coming back.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Pool slightly dirty needs cleaning.

I only didn't like the service when I check in and I'm in the travel industry. She wasent friendly at all. The gal that worked the next morning was amazing and sweet!

The setting (right on the lake) was great. The town is very walkable. Reminds me of a great little mountain lake town. The hotel was nice and accommodations were comfortable. The hotel rooms were super loud and noisy. There was a lot of hallway noise right outside our room all night long.

The pool was closed, which was a disappointment and not disclosed when we reserved…

Great people at this hotel. Non corporate feel. Justin in the lounge is very hospitable, as was with everyone we came in contact with while staying here.
