Location was great hotel was clean. Had lots of fun at the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of variety staff very very professional cleaning personnel. Awesome. See you guys soon. Thanks for all the hospitality.

When returning to the hotel in the evening the outside smelled like weed and the inside of the elevator did too. The elevator floor had dirt and crumbs- needs to be swept up bc it was still like that the following morning. The people next to us were up until 4 am rapping—-yes—- loud music and we could hear their entire convos about dropping the next line. We gave up around 8 am and checked out. I canceled my previous reservation with another hotel bc this one had better ratings and I has disappointed with the staff. We have to extend our trip and will not be booking here again.

It was very comfortable and homey. Friendly staff and clean room. I slept very well.

They gave me the wrong room key and I walked into two ladies watching TV when I arrived already tired as hell. Once that was done and I got a new room key it expired after one night cause they didn’t put in the correct amount of time I was staying. WiFi was pretty bad and this is coming from a person who rarely used their phone on vacation so that can be improved as well.

Good for overnight stop near Ontario airport and I15. Rooms are okay but small.

It was an excellent hotel.

U was on the 1st floor. The windows had some curtains that were mostly fake - could not shut them at all. The light from the outside was pouring in and perhaps if anyone walked by could hav seen me

Check in was simple, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the pool. They did a good job of keeping people out that didn’t belong there. There was a fight down the hall from our room starting at 5:45am but that’s not the hotels fault. Great stay and coffee!

The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and pleasant, the pool and hot tub area was amazing, breakfast was well-stocked. Lovely stay overall.

The room was very clean with updated decor, bedding, bathroom fixtures & best of all wood looking vinyl floors(no carpets) & plenty drawers space. Their lobby and breakfast room updated new furniture with awesome colors in both areas.

The property was under construction. There was no way of seeing that prior to booking it online however the staff was accommodating when I requested to check out early. The random cats outside were cute and there was a Starbucks in the parking lot which was nice. The whole first floor was completely gutted. There was no vending or ice. The rooms were very small. There was drywall dust everywhere. I felt as if I could taste it. We all woke up with sinus problems and proceeded to end our stay early.

The hotel was under construction. It would’ve been helpful to be told that before arriving to the property with 14 FFA kiddos. There were added rates that I only learned about upon check-in so that was a little frustrating. I will say the beds were super comfortable.

Terrible stay we got there and hotel was under construction, open windows , dust everywhere. No biggie, we go in to our room , there’s poop on the seat of the toilet and a cup on top of the toilet , the trash wasn’t taken out , so we call downstairs, they send a lady to clean the toilet and take out the trash . We are getting ready for bed and 2 big spiders come out and run under the bed , we again call downstairs to see if we can get another room as we could not get the spiders and put them out , my daughter is super scared of spiders and the told us there was no other rooms but to come downstairs in the morning to talk to the manager and we could get moved and get a discount for all the trouble . So now my daughter doesn’t sleep all night , we go down in the morning and I ask for the manager and a very rude grumpy front desk lady named Nancy says the manager is not there and won’t be there all weekend so I tell her nicely oh we were told to come down and talk to the manager and I try to tell her and she snaps at me saying she already heard about the room but that here was nothing she could do about the manager not being there . I just walked away . So no discount not even an I’m so sorry there was poop on the toilet seat no nothing . I will never stay there again

Nothing it was terrible,

The room was in good conditions. The floors, however, were dirty. I understand they were doing construction but our floors were dirty since we got there. Asked the front desk and they said they were going to clean them but never did.

Overall, my stay met my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful family getaway. The indoor pool well maintained and friendly staff stood out. I will definitely return on my next trip!

They closed the pool saying it was being cleaned, but no one was cleaning it. It was in plain remodellation and no one said anything beforehand. It would be good to know that the whole 1st floor is a mess. I would never stay there again.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Shower was horrible. Absolutely no water pressure. And unfortunately they were in the middle of construction so there was A LOT of noise especially early morning. And I'm speaking EARLY morning.

The room was wonderful enjoyed the bed very clean and spitless. Live our stay.

Room was recently remodeled. Nice room and amenities for the price. I was surprised with this room and experience for the positive. And since no one ever says anything about this in their reviews I’ll tell you that there is plenty of parking available so don’t worry about your midnight how cisits

We arrived at 1:30am and hotel was locked - no one at the front counter - we had to wait outside for about 10min for someone to show up - all was normal till one of us was about to shower - we opened one of the clean towels up and found a big booger with blood on it - so we had to inspect the room ourselves since we had a kid with up - we were woken up to banging on the walls - probably due to construction but still - they were banging on the pipes - we took a picture of the towel if anyone reads this and wants to try and do something about it

I feel the deposit was excessive in the amount of $150

Currently undergoing renovations. We stayed in a renovated room. It lacked character but was very clean. The breakfast was above average with a variety of options and fresh fruit. The shower water pressure was awful…use the detachable shower head instead of the main shower head…it will take less time to rinse your hair!

The pool was closed . Their was construction but it djd not affect the stay. Room was clean.

At that point, it was too late to make alternative arrangements. Had this information been clearly disclosed in advance, we would have stayed with family instead or booked another hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for my children.

The renovated room can us one rug. The new bath area was very small.

The internet was down when I arrived for my check in. The clerk wrote my card number down on a piece of paper to run when the internet came back up. (My fault I should have just left). When I got to my room the internet was still down and the Television only had local channels. The room was warm so I turned on the A/C. It sounded like a busted chainsaw so I just shut it down. At 3:30 am I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep so I left and checked out. Horrible place!!!

The air conditioning was good. Check was great, need at least one rug in the room, dont be so cheap on the toilet paper.

Bathroom floor had hair one it and I was required to put a 150 deposit in order to stay.

Excellent Facility. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room and facility were clean and tidy. I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.

The hotel has an indoor pool which we enjoyed with grandchildren. It has sound buffers in the hallway so your room was quiet. Comfortable beds, great pillows. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Staff were always kind and willing to help with anything we needed.

This property was convenient to a large shopping center with great restaurants like Cheesecake Factory where we dined.

The staff and property are great, the surrounding area not so good.

This is one hotel I will never stay at again. The water was shut off for hours and there were coach roaches in room. The young lady at the front ( Brenda) was very rude to me and my children I rented 3 rooms. One room smelled like weed. It just was a horrible experience I had to go somewhere else and sleep. So it cost me twice as much just for one night

The area surrounding the Comfort Inn is a closed down restaurant that is boarded up, they share a parking lot. We felt a bit uneasy when we drove up.

Due to shutting the water off a couple of hours and let us know last minute we were late to our event. We were not able to get ready on time and we had no choice. I asked if we were getting a discount and we were told NO! If we would have known, we would have stayed else were. We were so embarrassed getting to the wedding late and paying so much for a place that didn't care made it worse!@

Very comfortable, the staff there are great, free breakfast and location is excellent. Way cheaper than the Hilton gardens. We saved 1000.00 dollar staying there for 4 nights. We will definitely go back.

The property has an indoor pool and spa. Convenient location to get to the port of long beach with multiple routes a little over an hour away, depending on day and time.

Was not informed property was under renovation at time of stay until o arrived. Was not accommodated and place in room directly under workers. Was told I had to pay a room deposit of $100.00 on a room that was to be remodeled at time of check-in on top of an expensive room rate that did not meet my expectations of a Comfort Inn as presented in the photos! Would not recommend this unless dire circumstances force your decision.

Customer service was phenomenal. The rooms do need to be upgraded but the bed and pillows were comfy. Pool area was great. Gym is very small but we chose to walk outside instead. Located in a beautiful area close to walking trails. Highly recommend. Heard they are doing renovations here. We will be back to this hotel. We have family that lives close by and this will be the hotel we use every time.

Always a good stay staying here and there starting to renovate at the right time but rooms are always nice and clean and the breakfast is good as well

We found the bed and pillows very comfortable and no problem sleeping. The room was clean and comfortable with a very good A/C ! Over all we had a very pleasant stay. We would recommend this hotel and will use them again!

Great Jacuzzi - very clean - quiet - and Pizza Hut is in walking distance! The pool was also very clean - and there is an outside area to catch sun since the pool is indoors.

We didn’t use the hot tube it was dirty.. We barely stay in the room.. The bathe tubs didn’t look safe.. It’s not worth the high prices…

The location is convenient for my activities. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance and the staff are very friendly and welcoming

Nice place, convenient location wonderful staff. However the bed was torture. My bed had a dip so deep I filled it with a pillow to keep from rolling in the hole. My roommate said her bed was very lumpy. Two nights and impossible to sleep

Although we were only there one night, it was the perfect place for our SoCal road trip. Convenient right off the freeway, inexpensive, clean and comfortable.

Receptionist was very helpful and friendly! It was quiet at night and the pool was indoor. The kids had a lot of fun!

Property was very clean, room was bigger then I thought with jacuzzi tub. Well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Will definitely stay again.

Was rather nice and clean, water for shower was nice and warm the bed was comfortable and they provide a very delicious breakfast for you in the morning. We will return.

They advertise suites that seem bigger than when you get in. I got a premium suit and it was a small room with a jacuzzi and poop on the walls.

I have been to this location in the past and never encountered a problem like this. The front desk gave me my key to a room with a couple already occupied in it. My children were frightened it was the worst experience then to make it worse the front desk employee acted nonchalantly about the matter and told me she meant to give me room 322. Me and my kids go back up and the keys dont work. We have to go back down and the employee acts nonchalantly again. My children were tired from carrying everything up and down I was exhausted and it did not feel accommodating at all. The employee obviously is not trained enough in hospitality. The pool area was pleasant. The whole property is clean. The beds in the room are not the most comfortable I've experienced but manageable. Starbucks and pizza hut are in the same parking lot. Its a nice hotel but the employee was the main issure this visit.

Nice place to stay

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, the beds are small. When I read "double bed" I assumed it was referring to it having 2 beds in the room but it's actually the size which is a little bigger then a twin bed. They do not have bathroom fans so it gets so hot in there when taking a shower. Breakfast was ok. One waffle maker slowed things down. Overall the hotel was ok. It was definitely not worth what they charge.

The only reason we booked this place because it was one of the few places that had an indoor pool (which was great!)

The room seemed sort of smaller compared to the pictures. Aside from that the area was very nice, very convenient and quiet.

We love staying, because my family lives in the area so it's very convenient when we have gatherings with family it's an option for my family to spend the night. Always very friendly staff, clean, love the breakfast.

We had a late checkin, after our flight. The clerk had trouble with the computer. She ran my card twice. The room assigned was apparently locked and occupied by someonre else. The clerk had to leave us in the lobby to check if the room was actually occupied? She ended up reassigning another room, which was dirty. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time.

Always a pleasure staying here. Right off the freeway and close to some amenities.

We stayed here last minute since we had kid sports nearby. I felt safe, there was tons of parking, we had a great free breakfast in the morning, and the beds were so comfortable! Even my kids said they were the most comfy beds they have slept in at a hotel!

This Comfort Inn in Fontana is always clean, quiet and friendly. It is within a parking lot walking distance of Logan's Steakhouse. Very good value.
