Booked online through Expedia, when I got there GM mrs Patel decided to finally look at the rate I paid (when I booked 2 weeks prior) just to flip out that I got a discount! She said how can I book a room for that rate?!? How are we going to get reimbursed!?!? First of all I’m a paying customer that booked through a legit website! If the rates were wrong why didn’t anyone call me 2 weeks ago? And why would you call & have an inappropriate phone call right in front of the customer? She was yelling how her rates were changed right in front of my whole family! She didn’t want to give me the room I had already paid for until Expedia called her and made her honor the price I paid! Horrible customer service, room was dirty, & the “continental breakfast” was a joke. Do not stay here! She was ready to have my family sleeping in the car & I had already paid!

The motel was in an area that made both my husband and I feel unsafe. It was dated, dilapidated, and some very seedy looking people were staying there. The room itself looked filthy and smelled of old cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room. WE DID NOT STAY THE NIGHT. We checked out around 10:30pm and went elsewhere. Never will we stay in a Kings Motel again. $88.00 thrown away.

My home burned down about three weeks ago and I've been staying at a Days Inn in Benbrook Texas but they were booked for the weekend and I had to find other accommodations. I contacted Expedia and they set me up at the Knights Inn in Forest Hill. I thought since both were Wyndham it would be decent. When I arrived I wasn't impressed, it was trashy, dingy and next to a porn shop. The parking lot was small and cramped. When I went to my room the door was dented and in poor condition. The furniture was torn and the bed was uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a King Bed but was a full size instead. I had been paying $77 per night at Days Inn which was high. But I was shocked when I was charged $100 per night at Knights Inn. I could have stayed at the extended stay hotel for less. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The check-in was easy. The location is not all that good it's right next to the highway so you here traffic all night. And it gets much worse in the morning. I'm traveling alone so I would stay here again at a lower price. But someone with the family I wouldn't recommend.

We went to a cowboys game. Hotel is not very nice. It's definitely stay-able. We saved money and had the shuttle take us to the game. We used to stay here when we were in college and were poor. We won't stay again, just cause we have higher expectations. But If you're on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and shower, this will be your place.

The clerk said they would and refund my money. As of 8/8/2015, I gave not seen my refund. I would definitely not stay here, nor would I recommend this motel!

The room was clean and the staff extremely friendly. It was in a very bad neighborhood. Being a female without her husband, I was too afraid to stay a second night so forfeited my second night, even though I could not be reimbursed. Nothing wrong with hotel or staff both were great. I could not handle the neighborhood. I would have been fine had my husband and a handgun been with me.

The room we had when we got there was suppose to be non-smoking, but smelled so bad from someone smoking that we had to ask to be moved to another room. They didn't have another room available with two queen beds so they gave us a room with a king and fold out couch. I will have to say that was the most comfortable fold out that I have ever slept on.

This hotel has always been a cheap dive. It's a place you stay at because the location is good and price is low. The quality of the hotel has declined in the last year to the point where I can no longer recommend staying there. Just go somewhere else.

This was the scariest hotel experience I've ever encountered. Not only were the rooms disgusting, but when I went to inquire about my key card not working, the man at the front desk wanted to charge me! I checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. If you like loud fighting and a filthy room, you'll love this place!

My 1st review and worse ever experience! Everything misleading-picture isn't of property. Small fridge freezer frozen over and door barely shut. TV didn't even work and they said we would need to change rooms. It took over 1 hour for A/C, which was off, to cool the room at around 11pm. ONLY 1 towel in room! Bed was concrete hard...the 2 pillows were unbelievably F-L-A-T! The area was disgusting and stunk! We stayed there long enough to try and rest up for the remainder of our drive and left after only 2 1/2 hours! If I could get it...I would ask for every last cent that was paid for this mistake!

It was really good when it came to customer service but the directions were very hard to understand even witha GPS. Took us to a scary part of town. The rooms were clean but our air conditioner did not work. We only stayed one night a got thee pretty late so did not have chance to ask for another room. But the man working there was very nice and helpful to us in finding our destination for the next morning.

The room smelled like mold, and it was still dirty when we checked in. Two of the lamps didn't have lightbulbs in them. No coffee maker in the room, had an iron, but no board. Not a place to take kids.

The commode ran all night, traffic ran all night (and was easily heard, along with the TV in an adjacent room), and the bed was hard enough that I got little sleep. I camp a lot, and use a 1/2" sleeping pad that was far more comfortable than this bed. Poor.

Within three minutes of checking in, the police showed up to lead another guest away in cuffs. The other guests screamed and fought all night. The room itself was dingy and dirty. The walls in the bathroom were unfinished. The tub, sink, toilet and floor were filthy. The bed was old and sagged. The air conditioning unit had broken knobs and did not blow cold air but moist, musty warm air. The surrounding neighborhood was not good at all. My assistant booked me here for a last minute trip... I may fire her.
