Two times during my four-night stay, while taking a short shower, the water got cool. I don't know if someone in another room flushed a toilet, or what happened. The TV remote was old style, and there were no instructions or guides anywhere in the room on how to use the TV or what stations were available. There were no brochures or area attractions information. And no booklet or information on amenities at the hotel. I would stay there again if in the area.

We spent one night at the hotel. The pool was fun and had plenty of towels, the area was also very clean. Our room was also very clean, but dated. there was plenty of room for our family of two adults and two kids. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

bathroom sink was cracked and plunger was disconnected. Smoke alarm battery died in middle of night.

It’s an older property but in relatively good condition. Needs blackout curtains in the rooms for longer sleep. Breakfast was fresh.

It was a nice place to stay nothing special

Probably the worst food possible. I was sick for at least a day. Powdered eggs, powdered most everything junk food is the worst kind.

The staff only cleans the rooms every 3 days. It’s expensive for that consideration. The property is older but the room was decent. The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub was the reason we chose this location. The pool and hot tub were both warm and nice.

Mike at Front desk was very hospitable and helped us. The room was clean and had shampoo conditioner lotion available to us. The bed was comfy. The pool and hot tub were pretty empty till later.

We stayed a week and really enjoyed the breakfasts everyday. We found that the staff were very helpful, especially Lacie Vansickle, and her assistant Patrick. The room was clean. We didn't, however, know what tv channel coincided with the tv guide, and our small coffee maker didn't work. The repair on the hot tub limited our use to about 15 minutes, which was better than nothing at all.

The pool and the customer service were great! The food was pretty good as well. My only 2 complaints are that they don't have it disclosed on Expedia that they take an incidental fee of $100 per room per stay and when we first got there, I used the restroom downstairs and it was dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Door handle fell off and my mom was stuck in her room. Also my mom fell coming out of the elevator (she's 83) and cut her hand. Staff was notified and did nothing.

Parking was great and staff responsive. Was totally unimpressed with the manager telling us we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more clean towels. They dont pick up dirty towels and replace them at request in between 3 day cleanings. Ive never had to do this. Also, garbage gets fulll when cleanings are only every 3 days.

We went to breakfast at 8:30am there was no food. There was all over the floor. Counters had food on them. Like the person whom took care of it seem like she didn’t care that it was disgusting. The trash can was loaded over with plates on the floor from how full it was. Hen we got there we went to our room and it smelted like Mariana

I book my hotel on the amenities. This hotel had a hot tub in which I was looking for. Got to said property only to find their hot tub broke down. Next morning when leaving elevator broke down on my husband and daughter.

Hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was less than average. Hotel was empty but when I asked for a late check out they said they were unable due to reservation. There were never more than like 4 other people there. Front desk at night was lacking as the guy would be in the back asleep.

I’m not sure of what to think of the thick white, but half transparent, blind across the big window. Personally, I like blackout blinds and curtains best!

It was much better, no more chips in the furniture and new furniture and redone bathrooms. Will definitely stay again. Did miss having the beds made and room refreshed but I guess that’s the sign of the times.

This motel is very quiet and easy access to the freeway. The breakfast has a lot of options. Room cleaning services are excellent!

Bathrooms are small and the sink area is small. Overall updates are needed to the facility for the price. Desk staff was great, but the breakfast items were slower to get refilled. The room we had served the purpose of our visit.

This hotel is just okay, noting special. The guy at check in explained nothing to me about the property or what he was wanting me to sign for just handed me papers. The breakfast was very small.

The beds were so comfortable! We were so surprised and the pillows were amazing. Simple hotel, but clean. We loved the bath products the front desk check in person had zero personality and was acting like we were disturbing him. They need someone else because that was not a nice greeting, even though we tried to smile and make conversation. He gave us a very unhappy welcome.

Checked twice on my room wasn’t ready. Ask for a different room got charged the same price for for a room that wasn’t anywhere close to being as nice as the room I should have had. If you can’t have room ready for tired guest then you shouldn’t book those rooms.you knew the room had been book you should have had it ready.

The pool was not clean. The small pool had lumps of fat or something that looked terrible. Breakfast was included but we got kicked out by a rude staff woman. Her attitude was awful and grotesque. I hated it. The breakfast was very limited, cold and bland.

It was pretty average at best - everything seems VERY old/outdated… room walls are seemingly really thin? we could hear the people next to us way too well - a nice loud family lol definitely not ideal when trying to get some quiet/peaceful alone time away from the kids. Alsooo the lighting is honestly really terrible - the light bulbs were all really bright florescent white instead of a softer yellow & that bathroom is all white so it really hurts your eyes. It’s average/okay if you absolutely need a night somewhere: but definitely not a place to book if you’re trying to find a nice/quiet place to just relax. I probably wouldn’t book here again personally.

Property was nice, easy of check-in and answered all our questions.

The room was loud due to neglect. There was a loose piece of siding on the outside wall that was banging all night so we couldn't get any sleep. The manager basically said "too bad, they can't help it if it was windy". OK, but they can maintain the building properly, which they failed to do.

We enjoyed our time at this property. My children enjoyed the pool daily. I enjoyed breakfast options that were diabetic friendly. Easy access to Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins and Denver. Just wish trash and coffee were checked daily in the room.

The service was great! The condition was “meh” it wasn’t luxurious like in the photos. But it was still a decent place to be at. The manager was super nice though! And so were the other front desk folks.

there were nonworking issues in the room for which we were not informed of until we discovered them. We should have been told at check-in. we should have been offered a reduced rate...at minimum an apology. Two front desk people including manager are disdainful and unfit for hospital front desk work. When asked a checkout by manager "how was your stay, I attempted to reiterate the issues for which we weren't informed of and she cut me off over an over again and the "tagteam" partner told me to leave the premises immediately and to get "your husband because he's nicer than you." My husband substantiated our issues as best he could between interruptions. Cusdtomer care for Windham corporate is no help. They said ONLY these management people can deal with this. I have 4 page writeup about our experience.

Very nice budget-friendly stay in Fort Collins. Room was basic and clean, with all amenities easy to access. My one qualm is that the showerhead was intense! We especially enjoyed the pool, which is spacious, very clean, and gets great natural light (and those ceilings are gorgeous). Breakfast was just fine and suited our needs.

I have stayed at many americinns in the past i always enjoy the nice breakfast and comfortable beds. This was not the case for this one. Beds sheets would not stay on the bed. There was 3 fitted sheets that we had to fix multiple times a day. Just by sitting on the bed the fitted sheets would come off the bed. Our bathroom door would not latch from the inside and we would have to keep the bathroom door open tonuse the sink outside the bathroom otherwise there would be extreme pressure from the AC. Breakfast was okay. The eggs tasted like they were literally cooked in the microwave and were dry. Definitely would not stay here again.

The hotel smelled like strong room deodorizer and scent sprays and smelled like a sewer or vomit smell in the hallway . They must have known since trying to cover it up . Jay the young man working at front desk was great !

First time in Loveland and would recommend staying here every single time. Staff was incredibly and friendly and the hotel itself was very well taken care of.

Location is very convenient to Fort Collins, Greeley, and Estes Park. Rooms are very clean and our king suite with a jacuzzi tub was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Breakfast is basic scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pancakes, etc. but sometimes that's all you really need to get the day started. I highly recommend and will stay here again on my next trip to the area.

The rooms at AmericInn are just strange, ours had three sinks. There is an area that looks like a mini-kitchen, with a refrigerator, sink, cabinets, and a large dining table, but there are no glasses, plates or eating utensils. Our room faced I-25 and at night we were treated to the sound of 18-wheelers using their engine brakes.

We have stayed more than once here. We went back the 2nd time because the first time was so good. Everything is great. Rooms, pook, hot tub, breakfast, staff, etc. Is great.

I liked that it was quiet. I didnt like that they inly clean every 3 days i disnt like that they closed the jacuzzi for a couple of the nights for no reason i didnt like that the coffee was always cold i didnt like that the inly option to wash clothes was to download a app and add a credit card and i didnt like that there were nights when we had to park off property because of no parking.. we paid to stay we should have had parking spot

The check in was easy. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The coffee was surprisingly good. I have liked having fresh fruit offered for breakfast as well.

The ac unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. Like a bearing was going out. So we opened the window and listened to the sounds of the interstate highway 100 yards away.

The hotel its self was out dated bit older but the beds were comfortable. It was super clean and staff were great. Room stayed a little warm even setting the teno to the lowest but otherwise it was a good room. The pool was super warm and relaxing and the hot tub was a bonus.

The location of the property is great. You are right off the highway (not nosey at all) and can be in several fun towns under 30 minutes. The staff was super friendly and enjoyed meeting Baby girl (friendly dog). This is an older hotel but super clean. Love the warm feel of the facility. The pool & hot tub were great! Breakfast was basic. What you expect from a free hotel breakfast. I loved that they always had tea, coffee and water available for guest. Would stay here again.

We were put in a handicap accessable room, not what we reserved. This room had a shower with no tub and one desk chair only. All other rooms also had a large upholstered chair. It was very inconvenient fo two people.

The breakfast here was amazing. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful in loaning an item that we forgot to bring. Love the dining options within walking distance.

This is a nice hotel. The only negative comment is this: it is so hot in the pool area that it is unpleasant to sit and visit when not swimming.

Hotel was ok. When booked the room it was supposed to be for 5 people with pullout couch. When we got to the hotel, we were told that they don’t have rooms like that. The room was small. Dark colors and not enough lighting. Bathroom was clean with plenty of lighting. Breakfast was ok. I guess it would be ok for a family with 2 kids.

Service was decent, the pool was warm and nice and the hot tub felt amazing. The rooms a bit dated and almost had a smokey smell. The beds first felt pretty comfortable but after waking up i fekt pretty sore. Had issues with the Tv and air-conditioning the tv would not turn on until we took. The battery out of the remote and put back in figured dead battery so asked the front for more and replaced. This did not solve the problem ate and watched a show tried turning the tv off bedore falling asleep. Hit power over and over finally gave up and fell asleep with it on, finally got it to turn off in the morning. The air conditioning chilled the room ok but it made tons of noise and ended up dealing with the heat rather then the noise. We just wanted to sleep so we did not complain to the desk. It was decently priced and these issues could just be the room.
