The facilities are excellent, with all the amenities one could need to spend a few relaxing days. The accommodation staff was always friendly and willing to help us with our questions. Everything was very clean and tidy. Fantastic!!! I didn’t find anything negative.

Location to the water taxi was close and convenient. We were able to get early check in and the staff at the front desk was great. They also had great communication and were very helpful with our reservation before we arrived.

Front desk staff was amazing, super friendly and nice. Helped with everything. Apartment was meticulously clean. Had 2 TVs, a balcony, a spacious dressing room. Everything was well-thought-out - we had all the things one might need during stay. Not a hotel problem - no decent and not very expensive cafes nearby, had to order Uber Eats. But the kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped for all sorts of cooking which was amazing. Also a small thing - not working jacuzzi (no stream) in the presence of hot water. The button did not work.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. While we were there we visited the Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, about a half of a block away from the resort. It was a beautiful place to explore and walk around and learn the history of the property. You can not book late check out. Everything else was perfect. I would 100 percent stay here again.

Nice central facilities with pool and hot tub 3 bbq’s and ample tables for outside dining Quiet but close to the beach Many of the guests come back every year so there is a community feeling and people are respectful. Only downside was that the Florida room wasn’t a screened in balcony but had glass windows so we couldn’t sit outside directly from the condo. The central area makes up for this though, and i think there are other condos that do have a real balcony.

The room was clean, and the location was convenient. The outdoor pool area also looked nice. The room was much smaller than advertised and did not match the photos at all. This was very disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable — my back still hurts after the stay. Overall, the room quality did not meet expectations for the price.

Loved the layout of the condo. The amenities, staff and actually the vibe is just so chill. We had a room on the lower level which was great for access to the dock and pool. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping

Location was great! We rented a two bedroom unit. Great space, plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only thing we didn't like was that there was a smell to the unit. Couldn't really identify is oder. Maybe a cross between cleaning supplies and mildew mixture. We had to open the windows and door, for a will. We were only there for two nights, so we didn't complain. Overall the unit was clean. Truly I expected it to be worse but I really have to say it was a very decent place. Yes, I would book again, I'd just bring my air freshners next time.
