    The rooms were okay clean. The bathroom did have hair around the toilet so that why I said okay. Hey they charger $10 to park which I did understand cause I park in the property regular parking space. Let’s talk about the night I stayed, this property did have that many people but that night it was like 5 or 6 cops surrounding the front of the building for a long time. The next I found out by front desk there was a fight and guns was involved. That why I will return this property. Last but not least that next morning there was glass broken and Liquor in front of the elevator, I told the front desk and he was like I don’t have nobody to clean up smh just left time.I k ow it was free breakfast but the best thing was the coffee.

    Beds had sand/dirt in them! Says airport shuttle but was told will take an hour to arrive! Cruise shuttle extra $20 per person so much cheaper to get a taxi! Breakfast average compared to other holiday inns.

The owners are a bit scary. He was rude to me upon my arrival and getting my reservation sorted out as I added an extra day (and they couldn’t find it as I had booked on booking.com) and then she was also rude to other customers on the phone. It’s definitely a staging hotel for the cruise port and they are very busy but the owners need some customer service training.

    I arrived late in the evening where I was met with the worst customer service representative I’ve ever come across. She was rude, sarcastic and unapologetic throughout the entire experience. Aside from her very unprofessional behavior, the room was clean and met my expectations. The morning representative was helpful and very polite. I would not stay at this location again due to being treated so poorly at arrival.

It was a complete pain in the ass for us, but yet when I arrived earlier and dealt with Mr Mac he knew exactly what the whole reservation was.. so the confusion with the staff later in the day made no sense. The shuttle service was not very well organized and information prior to this and the location pick up could have been discussed more in detail instead of “ call us when you have your bags”…

    I had a great short stay, There were plenty of things to do and see in the surrounding area, which made the trip even more enjoyable.     They were renovating during our stay - but everything was great! The staff, particularly Mac, was top notch! I am happy we found this hotel for our one night stay. From the transportation from the airport to the hotel, to our stay and then our transportation to Port Everglades! Mac also recommended places to eat, things to do and how to get around if we wanted to go far. The breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty! I'd recommend this Holiday Inn :)

    Front desk attendant on the morning shift Alina was professional and kind. The lady on the 2nd shift was same. They do their best to help make it a good visit to the hotel. The breakfast was awesome and my room was very clean. Bed slept wonderful. The room was very dark. It needs more overhead lighting. There are few places you can walk to for food without crossing that busy street. We ordered food for delivery with the front desk evening shift ladies assistance.

    The front desk attendant last night it was terrible, arrogant and nasty. We requested a king size room and we got two full bed. Their website is not updated to advise the clients of their new policy of charging parking and charging for a service door with the paperwork. The manager of Ray we saw this morning. He was very nice and I thought he was the one who indicated to the front desk clerk last night to take away the service dog charge of $50 as for Expedia website I’m going to delete it from my phone and I will use somebody else because you don’t keep up with updating the site. As for the hotel, I will never come back there.

    The hotel desperately needs an update. We’ve stayed at several Holiday Inn Express locations, and this was by far in the worst condition. We had to use the soda bed, and my son felt like he was laying directly on the springs. We could hear every time he rolled over. The hotel is located on a busy street, and the traffic noise was loud at night since our window faced the road. You also have to pay for parking at this location. On some positive notes, the staff was friendly and although the room looked old, it was clean. We picked it because it was close to the airport, but next time I would pick a nicer area and just drive 10 more minutes to the airport.

    The breakfast was good, but we had to have a voucher to get in. That made it tricky when one of our kids wanted to go back for something. Also, the floor in our room left residue on our feet. When I got in the shower after walking barefoot, I left dark footprints. I could feel it on my feet when I got into bed.

    Stayed 2 nights before a cruise from Ft Lauderdale. Picked this hotel for price and proximity. I will stay elsewhere the next time. Need to go to front desk to get a voucher to access the free breakfast. Small step, but kinda annoying. Especially since my family came down stairs staggered in time. Breakfast area was very crowded both mornings. Room AC is an under window unit that was very noisy and not very good at maintaining a temperature. Elevators had a few times where they were not working. The other times they worked but in a way that made you think they were broken. Loud alarms screaming the whole ride. The shuttle service recommend (All Star) was 30 min late. Ended up ok but that is an expensive service to be so far behind schedule. The hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel never arrived. Waited 45min for it and took an uber.

    Everything was excellent, the room, beds, breakfast, the pool was warm for the girls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got there really late and I asked for a late check out and they give me two more hours and that was so nice of them !MAC was the guy who help us the most!     It is only 8 mins drive to drop off rental car service at T-3 and there have shuttle bus to go other Terminal so very convenient. Hotel is just valuable hotel but not high quality clean.

    Airport shuttle to the hotel took a little while to show up and it was a cluster of people and shuttles waiting, eventually it worked, but was quite a wait. Shuttle from airport to our cruise port was smooth and easy, nothing to complain about with that.

    The shower was great with adequate amenities in the bathroom. The little gym was basic but very effective. Parking was adequate with a small fee. Staff, were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I’m coming right back there next time I’m in FLL.

    At check in, host insisted I only booked 1 room. I had booked 2. Said I would need to call Travelosity. Told me they could do nothing. I was very mad. Host had me come around the desk, to check for my name. The reservation was right in front of him. He was rude and dismissive.

    Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. Toilet paper holder was coming down. We paid for four people but only got three towels. No bar soap or liquid by the sink. Breakfast was barely acceptable. Left my hat in the room and called soon after leaving. They said they would check for it and never called. I called back later and talked to another person who had no idea what I was referring to. Good by hat.

    It offered free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but it took a really long time to come and even when they came, it was full. After waiting for around an hour, we just paid and took a taxi instead. After arriving at the hotel, they had 2 people at the counter and there was a really long line up just to check in. We waited in line for at least 15 minutes. The breakfast was good, quite a bit of food offered.

    TERRIBLE, the room is horrible and was very dusty you couldn’t wipe and see they haven’t clean the place property. The bathroom over rusty and smell like urine. I couldn’t even sleep it was miserable. I will never recommend. Only thing that was nice is the lady at the front desk

    This was an older hotel but still nice. I like the size of the bathrooms. I guess the only negative I would have to say is that the outlets don't hold any kind of plug and so with all the devices everybody has these days it was hard to find plugs that would actually charge different items. The accessibility for our overage in devices is definitely out of date. The staff was beyond a 5/5 in kindness!

As soon as I got there I was taken care of with so much care. Mac at the front desk was amazing. Not only did he comfort me after the stressful day that I had because of my flight issues. He made sure I was set up well to destress. He found a room that had no one above it so I could rest and a standing shower at my request. He set me up for a late check out the following day so I wasn’t wandering aimlessly until my 6pm flight. And then he set up my free airport shuttle for me so I could get to the airport early the following day. He had a laundry list of food recommendations and walked me through all the amenities the hotel had to offer. When I was experiencing great chaos, Mac provided me with calmness and support. I would definitely stay here again as long as he’s here to greet me. The hotel is also well located with food and light shopping options across the street and your Uber Eats can get delivered directly to your room! A fantastic stay!

    We had issues opening our door. We even had to back down to get a new key card but even with that, we struggled openingthe door. On the last night we found a roach and the room just smelled bad, it smelled like a gas station restroom. I wouldn't stay here again.

    One of the nights, when I requested a shuttle ride back from the rental car drop off at FLL airport, the front desk manager told me to call the front desk number when we were ready to go. When I called, no one answered the phone, we were stranded at the airport and had to pay for a Lyft to get back. The elevator was broken when we arrived, the pool gate was broken and our room cards had to be reset during our stay.

    Mac at the front desk was great! The check-in process was quick, and he went above and beyond to help point out some good places to eat or visit on our short trip to Fort Lauderdale with our kids. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The included breakfast was pretty good - and it was nice to not have to go out first thing in the morning to find food. It was also nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in our room. The pool area was well-maintained, and the kids had fun in the sun! We'd definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

    The room was in good shape except there was not enough lights which made it dark all the time. The pancake machine did not work and the breakfast food was cold. Only one elevator was working when we were there, so some of the guests used the stairs. It could have been just a bad day, but we won't stay there again.

    The room was okay. We had a problem with the pullout couch. I called down to the front desk at midnight,told them that the bed was broken and there were no sheets on the bed. She said that she would report it in the morning. 2 of our guest went and slept in another friend's of ours room. First thing in the morning I went to the front desk and complained about it again. They told us that they would look into it. We arrived back to our room at 7:00PM. I went back to the front desk to tell them again that the bed was still broken and that it still wasn't made. He told me to go see the manager in the morning. Our 2 guest still had to sleep in our friend's room again. We were in 510,our friends were in 507. Well i went to the manager in the morning to report it again. His reply was you should have told us. We were very disappointed with their actions.

    Good amenities. Great coffee. Solid breakfast. Mac checked us in and he was great. However, when waiting for the airport shuttle, I asked the other guy at the check-in desk (didn’t catch his name) about it and he was incredibly rude. I still don’t understand why. We signed up for the 2:00 shuttle when we checked in. We were in the lobby waiting at 1:15 and went out front to wait at 2:00. There was another couple waiting in the lobby as well. At 2:15 I went back in and asked when we should expect the 2:00 shuttle and the desk attendant was insulting and rude saying, “didn’t you see the shuttle? Didn’t you see all the people who were dropped off?” He just kept going on about how I should have seen it. I asked “does that mean we missed it? What are you saying? He said yes we missed it, we should have been out front. Mac, the other front desk guy called the shuttle and he came to get us. Thank you, Mac. Williams, the driver, said he dropped people off but he forgot that there were people waiting to be picked up. He apologized profusely. It was fine as our flight was delayed anyway. The other couple was outside by then - about 2:25. The front desk guy asked if there was anyone waiting for the airport shuttle. I’m just flabbergasted at how rude the one guy was for absolutely no reason. Maybe he was just having a bad day. But I won’t go back there because of him, so…

    My stay was mediocre at best. The floors were dirty, and the pool closed earlier than the posted hours of operation. Check-in was significantly delayed because only one staff member was working the desk, handling both new check-ins and questions from already checked-in guests. While the location was convenient since I needed to be at the port the following day, the overall experience was not worth it. I will likely look for another hotel in the future that can better accommodate my needs.

    The check in was very quick and the attendant explained the sign up and schedule for the free airport shuttle. He also made sure we knew about the complementary breakfast. Parking is $10 onsite which we didn't expect. There are lots of restaurants nearby but the street is busy so we had to walk down to a set of lights. I would stay here again for its location and ease.

    Everything was fine except our beds. The pull out couch for our oldest son was horrible and not useable. The mattress was so slanted and thin. He had to sleep on the floor. One of our queen beds was so squeaky it kept us all up at night. I’m sure the Holiday Inn corporation can afford new mattresses for their rooms especially with the cost of the hotel stay.

    Staff was very friendly (especially Vesna). They not only helped us with the hotel services, but also guided us about local siteseeing, dinning, and shopping places. We were able to drop our bags early in the day and go out for lunch and completed checkin thereafter. Room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was well maintained. It did become a little busy during breakfast and we had to wait to get a table but I think the rush was due to the peak holiday season (Christmas week). Breakfast menu was average for vegetarians. To make it better and worth the wait for Vegetarian guests, my suggestion would be to add a few more ‘hot savoury’ vegetarian items (e.g. hot meshed potato/hash browns, Idli/Sambhar, etc). That said, the oatmeal and pan cakes were really good!

    The hotel was great. Just what we expected. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle to come and pick us up.. We called as instructed as soon as we got our bags at the airport and first of all got a person on the line who did not speak English well. After figuring out where to wait we waited 45 minute, called back several times to get no answer on the shuttle line finally called the hotel reservation line and got someone who told us we got the wrong line. Anyway we ended up waiting over an hour for a shuttle to a hotel less than 10 minutes from the airport even with traffic.

    Adjust shuttle times and arrangements this was a very horrible experience. We were waiting on the shuttle for 3 whole hours and had to catch a Uber back to the airport since there was none running in the morning, with no compensation. This is highly unprofessional and pose a inconvenience to us.

    Room in good condition. Wifi was an issue as the speed were extremely slow. Water pressure low on fifth floor . The breakfast is good however there not much seating so you would end up taking breakfast back to room . Overall good stay but could be improved

    I would’ve gave this hotel a 5 stars but I was a bit disappointed, the television didn’t work throughout my duration and they don’t mention online but it’s $10 per day to park at this hotel. If I, as a customer am patronizing an establishment and something so simple, would not encourage me to stay again. Yes it may only be $10 but customers pay for the stay in the hotel which let’s not get into details about the rooms conditions or amenities being up to par. Free parking on the property would be better.

    There was a charge for parking per day. Please note that there was no mention of having to pay to park your car in the hotel parking lot while I rent the room to sleep. You are charged $25 per day. If you took a shuttle from the airport or cruise port it’s not a big deal but if you drove be prepared to pay

    What strike me when i first stepped my feet in the hotel was the smell...it smelled so good! My room was ready and clean. Hot shower was good. The place was quiet and clean. I already paid everything prior so i didn't have nothing to pay. I should not have a bad surprise when i will be back home. If everything is ok i probably be back again for my next trip.

    Vesna did an incredible job of getting a very full lobby of customers(everyone decided to check in at 3pm) to their rooms in a very timely manner. She was a delight to talk to and work with, and she gave us several recommendations for food which we enjoyed! We also watched her help an elderly couple that had seemed to get turned around in the hotel. 7/5 stars for Vesna.

    We were told to call the hotel from the airport when we arrived to get the shuttle. We called 5 times and no one answered. Airport staff directed us to the shuttle area and we waited quite a while for the shuttle. It was frustrating that no one answered. We arrived at the hotel early, we knew, but wanted to leave our luggage. When someone finally came to the desk I said "we have a reservation" and the guy just pointed to the "check in is 3:00 p.m." sign and looked at me. I said "yes, I know. I was wondering if there was a place we could leave our luggage so we can go have lunch and come back." He showed us where we could leave it. He wasn't very friendly. The guy who later checked us in was very nice. My only other issues were that the ice machine on our floor didn't work so we had to hunt for one that did, and the floor in our room was dirty. Not to look at but our socks and feet were dirty after walking around the room. It was a good place to stay for one night, pre-cruise. Breakfast was very good.

    Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has been renovated and exceeds its past luxury and high standards. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. The bathroom is fantastic and has all deluxe features including backlit lighted mirrors and curved glass shower doors for the oversized shower. Room furniture is very comfortable and all new decor. Keurig coffee maker and variety of coffee as well as the mini fridge and microwave round out the attention to detail. The hotel lobby and dining area as well as the rooms are maintained and kept clean to a very high standard . We have stayed here over the years and have enjoyed every stay.

    The room was not spotless, the floor needed to be cleaned better. The main problem was the toilet had them up twice and they said it was fixed , but still backing up. Called them this morning and was told maintence doesn’t come in until 930 or so. Not sure why there's not a maintence guy 24 hours or at least get here by 7.

    We got in at 9 pmI called to the hotel right after I landed and the shuttle driver was there in 10 mins!!! The check in was smooth. The staff was amazing!!     Our flight arrived later than expected but we were stable able to catch the hotels shuttle a few minutes after we arrived.     I am blown away of how amazing this spot is. I dont even know where to begin, the place looks like something that you might think twice about staying but trust me its the best ive stayed at. The staff is over the top welcoming and make you feel like your a family member. Super polite and helpful. I stayed in the honeymoon suite and WOW WOW WOW, its perfect. Absolutely perfect. Clean and didnt have that hotel smell. I felt like I left my house and came back home with different furniture. You Have good shampoos and soaps, dishes, pots & pans, cable TV, quite, & clean. Not to mention the tub that is perfect for a couple to have a glass of wine and some bubbles and just relax. If your into walking a few blocks your not far at all from downtown. Ubers are $6 to $8 bucks if you dont want to walk. This is such an under rated spot, I swear DONT HESITATE AND JUST BOOK YOUR STAY!!! Hotels around the area are going to charge you an arm and leg because they are Brand Names but your not going to have the same treatment you get at the Cozy Inn.     We stayed one night before a cruise. Beds were comfortable, but pull out couch was broken. Once we got it out, mattress was in rough shape. Seems they are trying to renovate and are making progress but the floors were oozing glue when we walked across one section.     Rude sheets were still dirty house keeping threw away stuff that wasn’t trash and claimed they didn’t and then when I made them go thru the trash they found it and didn’t apologize for doing so left our door wide open which our luggage was gone thru and they did nothing about it there was bugs in the bathroom

    Transportation was advertised on the internet for 24 hour transportation pick up.My daughter arrived at 11:15 pm called the hotel to schedule her pick up and was advised that the transportation shuttle stopped pick ups at 11pm

    I got this for my mother in law and this hotel created a terrible experience for her. They lost her luggage at the luggage hold. When she was going to retrieve it they had let another person staying on the property take her luggage. She had to get the police involved and made the staff look through cameras. Once the culprits were found the luggage was not returned until midnight. Staff male member that initially assisted her on day one was nice and understanding, he was training. Everyone else seemed to not care about her pain and suffering. Hotel management promised some refund but that has not happened nor will it based on Thai experience. I would not recommend this hotel!!!

    Booked last minute due to a missed flight. Selling point was the “Free Shuttle from airport”, even received an email after booking stating that the shuttle was available 24/7. When I called the hotel for the shuttle they said that it was only available until 10pm. Ended up having to take an uber which was disappointing.

    After 12 hours of travel, you just want to get your shuttle and check in and get the keys to your room. I waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes in 95 degree weather the shuttle was a no show and finally got an Uber. Unfortunately, this was not the only mishap. I arrived and was immediately told my reservation was cancelled. I never received an email or notification, and the hotels.com app shows BOOKED and had a confirmation code. I showed this to the front desk agent, who seemed to be in a bad mood. He said, well that’s not what my computer shows. After 15 minutes of this, I finally asked if I had a room or not. I was exhausted and just wanted to lay down. He finally conceded and gave me a room, then charged an extra $50. Turns out this was a deposit, but he did not say that so when I said this is higher than the rate I booked he rudely said it’s a deposit, but I have to start over again. So after 1 1/2 of waiting I finally got keys to my room- #109. Turns out this is the loudest room in the hotel, immediately adjacent to the breakfast room and the pool. The pool had kids screaming and running 1 ft away from my window until 10:30pm, and the breakfast commotion started at 6am immediately followed by the loudest vacuum. It was not a comfortable or quiet room, but otherwise fine. I wore noise cancelling headphones the entire time, and checked out as soon as I was able to get an uber out.

    The room i stayed had a roached but when i got up at 3am in the morning i found what it seems a infestation of roaches. They from desk didn't care at my previous request. I have been trying to reach out but no answers. Corporate can't help and suggested we reached out to them directly. Very disgusted and disappointed on how they handled this

    Dry wall in the room looked very bad... they tried covering it with trim around the borders... still an eyesore...property was close to food, beach etc.. breakfast was mediocre...i wished it was open a little longer than 6-9 i was traveling with kids ... staff was nice

    We stayed for 1 night before a very early morning flight. Check in took a long time since there was a problem was the reservation before us and only one staff available. Upon entering the room we noticed that bathroom wasn’t clean since a good amount of hair was found in the shower area. I called front desk and someone was sent upstairs to clean the bathroom. The shower had very low pressure so little water was coming out of it. The issue was informed to front desk who said someone would fix it. No one came to solve the issue neither a new room was offered to us. Upon our check out we informed the issue to the front desk staff who didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Terrible service, dirty bathroom and low pressure shower. I don’t recommend this hotel.

    The location is close to the airport and they have a shuttle. There are some restaurants and stores within walking distance. There was a vast array of items for breakfast. The room was clean, no complaints there. The shuttle to the cruise port was convenient.
