This place is easy to miss since there's no sign. It's between two other buildings and you have to look for the house number. The entrance gate has a coded lock but when we arrived it was unlocked. It had rained that day and puddles accumulated throughout the walkway, including right in front of our second floor unit. There was no mat on which to dry our shoes either inside or outside. We had to use a towel. The code we were given for the room lock didn't work so had to call to sort that out (which didn't take too long). The room itself seemed clean but there were stains on the couch. The ceiling fan light flickered. AC worked fine. Bathroom is very small and stocked with just the bare necessities. Overall, this place was just okay and it was the cheapest option in the area. We wouldn't stay here again though.

A small space but conveniently located to anything you would need. Ideal place to stay the night before a cruise. Bed was super comfy.

The room was clean but obviously rundown. The a/c worked and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but again obviously not in best repair. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Expedia should remove this client from their website. The pictures were quite deceptive and didn't give an honest representation unless they were taken 5 years ago.

Bed was broke, in first room. 1 bath towel for a room for 2 people. Towel bar ripped off wall. Mold in bathroom. Moved to new room, for second night again towel bar ripped off wall. Air conditioning dripped water all night big puddle in the morning. No cups at all in this room. Property outside needs a thorough cleaning. Avoid at all costs.

The people in the room under us were yelling and slamming doors until 3am. Some of the crown molding on the ceiling was falling off, maybe due to humidity. The bed was comfortable and clean, the comforter had a few stains. Overall it was decent. The place was in a good area for bar hopping, parking is not good though, very tight spaces.

We are returning customers and sadly, this experience was one of the worst. We arrived and found that our room had yet to be cleaned. On top of that the room we had booked was not the room we were given. This was problematic as we needed the extra sleeping accommodation. We called the staff who looked into it, we spent upwards of 20-30 minutes on the phone and ultimately they told us to call Expedia about our problem. We had initially asked for a refund from hotel staff and for the difference to be paid for an alternative accommodation. We had been traveling since 1 AM with a 2 year old and at this point it was 5pm. Due to it getting later and later

So even after reading the reviews about the mold, etc., we took it with a grain of salt & booked. NOTE: this property does not have a reception area. You do everything via text message. The property does NOT respond to messages sent through Expedia nor on their website. I tried twice before we arrived about a specific issue and ... . They provide a telephone number but I don't know who that connects you to. We booked a Deluxe King Pool View. Deluxe? Not quite. I'm not sure when the photos of this property were taken but given the condition of the room we stayed in, I would say when it first opened. Needs some upgrading. The sink vanity was water damaged, it looked like there had been substantial water in the room (damaged floor, door bottoms, etc.). The floors were sticky. The place needs a deep clean, but thankfully no mold. The chain door guard was installed backward so it was of no value. The not so clean comforter was UNDER the top sheet. Only one night stand. No chairs. There's no heat nor extra blanket so it was cold during the night. Yes, it does get cold in Florida! The pool looked nice but we were only there one night so didn't use it. Coffee maker, 2 coffee packets, but no cups/creamer/sugar. Checkout instructions (to take your garbage out) was sent AFTER we had checked out. Maybe should have been sent just after we had checked in. For the price for one night, it was okay.

We did not stay here because we were never given the codes to get in the gate or the room. Called the number and the office was closed, could not even speak with anyone. Had to stay elsewhere but still was charged for the stay!

If you are in the area for a short stay, this place honestly on of the best choices you can make. The only downside I didnt like was the front door to complex doesn't lock. If you need help, call their number and they answer quickly.

A unique small, upbeat property, economically priced. Could use a facelift, Not for everyone. Comfortable, the TV used APPS which you needed to sign up for if you weren't living in the US.

An older facility that has been remodeled, but not recently. Furniture is particle board that shows damage. Exterior of building needs some attention. No staff onsite; phone support only. Lockboxes/electronic locks that work *most* of the time.

Will definitely come back loved this property! The lounge area where the pool is was great. It needed a garbage in the washroom but everything else was perfect. Washroom looked newly renovated which I loved and they even provided 2 beach towels which was lovely.

Cute and comfortable. Bed and linens were nice. Missing a few minor details; coffee but no cups, conditioner but no shampoo. Needs some patch and paint in areas (again, minor). Also, there was a very heavy cleaning smell when we got there (fake lavender). It cleared up after opening windows a turning on fan, but it gave me a mild headache. Pool was nice and warm!

The property is outdated, a little TLC would go a long way and there was no hand soap ..With that being said for the price it’s amazing, great little spot.. coffee, grocery store, car rental and liquor store all right there. $10 uber to the beach, pool was nice and warm.

I booked for a king size bed and a twin futon, as I was traveling with a male colleague to work on a project and was not planning on us having to share a bed. I was pretty disappointed to arrive and find that there was no twin futon. There was no liner in the trash can, no soap, or cups, or any basics. Location was great, and we just made do with the one bed, but it was not ideal.

Amazing little property. Quirky best describes. Excellent, clean, quiet little room. Too cold this trip to enjoy pool, but looked clean, a good place to lay out. Room, tiny , ultra clean. The shower was the bomb! Great water pressure, tons of hot water. I wish it was at my house. THE BED!! Wow soft, luxurious cool clean crisp. ULTRAVIOLATE Lite check? Crisp clean sheets. Yes I carry a small ultra light. The property IS older. Bushes need trimming, a good pressure wash on deck and walk way. BUT a fun little place and a definite economy choice. Will definitely stay again in 2025. Cigars and cocktails by the pool on me.

It was such a cute and nice place to stay, went for a quick little weekend trip and the room was perfect for it! The pool was a nice feature, and during our stay the pool area was pretty quiet which was nice. Cleaning staff was friendly and I was able to get into our room a little earlier. When I called and asked about getting into the room earlier, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and happy to help.

Location was great. Access was confusing without an on property check-in person. Access codes were not sent prior to check-in, had to call guest services number to gain access code(s)! Email was lacking information. Once I was able to gain access, then no issue with property. Room was adequate (albeit mold smell). No extras such as coffee maker, disposable cups, et al. Small refrigerator/microwave was provided.

Great room, comfy beds, and clean. Just wished the room was a little bigger and the restroom was bigger. It was a pretty great place for the price and a 2 night stay. Lovely pool, though I didn’t use it and ended up going to the beach instead. I would definitely stay there again but the pictures are a little deceiving because I thought my room would come with a kitchen. Staff were also super friendly and nice!

Cute guesthouse, conveniently located to areas of interest. Reminded me of a Melrose place type of establishment. I had guest house number one. Large bed, refrigerator microwave large bathroom. Did not receive welcome email with gate code, but was able to quickly get the information by calling the number and the email was immediately sent.

The outside of the property was dirty. No real Staff , you got to call to even enter the property. That when they give you an access. Around the corner was room 5 with a dirty shopping cart in front of the door way. Tried going up the street and there were some homeless men that creates fear in the room. Thank God I decided let me see how the first day would go before I committed so I was able to move on,

Has been left unlocked for 2 days. The metal stairs to get to the 2nd floor rooms are so rusted that the rust comes off on shores and tracked into room. This place needs TLC maitenance.

Arrived to our room and the door key was dead. Called guest services and they led me to the manual key box and that code did not work. They moved us to another room and the door barely shut and it was filthy. The TV did not work along with the TV remote that was covered in sticky grime. We ended up leaving and buying a hotel room 5 minutes down the road.

I would first like to say that the housekeeper was very kind and responsive. She got us what we needed and tried to help us as best she could. Our problem is that we booked a king room with a futon for a family of three and received a queen with a couch and with no additional linens. We were traveling with our daughter and the futon was meant to be her bed, or she’d have the option to crawl in bed with us. You have to download a third party app to get any information or try and message the property via the hotels.com app bc no one answered the phone. Our room was in the basement and so I didn’t have reception, I had no access to the WiFi.. so needless to say after traveling for 11 hours, I was more than perturbed with how the situation turned out. I knew it would be small and we would be in one room, especially for the price, that was understandable as we just needed something short term prior to a cruise, but what I wasn’t expecting was to not be in what I booked, have to scramble to provide my child with bedding, a broken tv, the tiniest shower known to man, and a property much aged from the photos. Again, the housekeeper went above and beyond once she was dispatched to the property and I couldn’t thank her enough. This would be a chill place for maybe one or two people to get a no frills trip to Ft Lauderdale in, but was not ideal for a family.

I am leaving this stay a 3 star. To be clear I liked this room and will probably stay here again. So here is the negative feedback but is fixable. This is a guest house operated by a management company. Only 8 rooms and a pool. About an hour before my arrival I was readying my itinerary and noticed I was suposed to receive an email (that I did not receive) from the management company to gain access to property and room. I had to call to get the code. First time I called I got an answering service. Received no call back. Once I arrived I called again and was given the code. Upon entering the room I noticed it was dirty. So I called back and tg t switched my room. The room was nice. This is not a 5 star resort so lower your expectations. But the room itself was nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. Next morning I met the house keeper. She was very nice and engaging. The other guests were also engaging. I spent 4 hours in the pool just relaxing and talking. The grounds could use some weeding and the renovations they have done are a little sloppy. Floor looked dirty but it was just poor construction clean up. I also could not get they tv to work. I think the remote was not there. Lots of places near by to walk to to eat: many other options less than 10 min drive: great location. I will stay here again. The pictures attached are the room. The original was much smaller.
