Beautifully appointed hotel that’s takes pets, extremely clean and off the beaten path so it was quiet back n the woods but close to EVERYTHING ! We LOVED IT WILL ALWAYS STAY THERE NOW

We were only there one night, but I was impressed with the facilities. The breakfast was interesting, but they had waffles so I was in heaven.

The breakfast was OK. Some of the food was really over baked but I think it was just sitting there too long. The staff was amazing. The gym was fantastic. The rooms were oversized. Bathroom was great.

Immediate entrance appearance, kind, smiling greeting by Lyndsay, very comfortable suite and everything one would need! Breakfast was great, and the gentleman that staffed the meal was smiling and welcoming. Smoking permitted near the front door entrance.

The staff was great. They couldn't find my reservation because I booked through booking.com instead of the hotel's actual website. They were super apologetic and polite as they sorted it out. I thought I was making the reservation with the hotel and not a 3rd party like booking.com. I will be more cautious next time. I was grateful the employees who were checking me in took interest in solving the problem. I didn't like how booking.com somehow kept its hooks in me as I attempted to make my reservation on the hotel's website and not through booking.com

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was quiet overall. The breakfast area wasn’t ideal and there could’ve been more options and more hot options to eat. The space was small and it was difficult to get your food with other people waiting around you. The pool was nice and warm but it made my two boys breakout in a rash.

I would say the room was 85% clean. There were three dog hairs in the shower. I hope it was just dog hair. It looked like dog hair haha. Otherwise, everything else was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s fine for a 1-night stay. The breakfast was just okay. They had egg pattie, spicy chicken patties, cereal, and other stuff. I don’t eat pork so I don’t remember the other food prepared. I would stay here again. :)

Huge, spacious suite with sofa, table, large fridge, sink with disposal, plates, mugs, cups. Definitely a step up from a standard hotel room. Enough space for 4 people to spread out and not feel too cramped.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last several years. It appears to be under new management. Each time we have gone for the last two years, something in the room is broken (handles, blinds) and does not get fixed because those things remained broken on our next trip. This time, we paid extra for an accessible room with a tub and it was not reserved for us. Breakfast is not great. We started bringing our own food two years ago.

Staff on 3rd shift was racism and try to put us out the room even called the police to have us put out.

Check in was easy and the front desk agent was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the TV and the refrigerator did not work. I tried calling the front desk and used the chat feature on the app but was not able to get anyone to resolve it. At breakfast, the food area was not maintained well. There was food, syrup, and trash all over the buffet area. Granted, I went about an hour before breakfast ended, but I usually always stay at Hilton properties and team members are always out cleaning and refreshing the food area. I just didn’t see that here.

The shower door was broken and replaced partially by a curtain placed directly on the door rails and wouldn’t move. The door to the bathroom which is just a sliding door, wouldn’t open and close properly. I don’t know if it was off track or what but nothing we did fixed it. We had to have my husband come over and open and close the door every time we had to go because he was the only one with enough strength to get the door. The old shampoo and body wash things were still on the wall with the ones that were full sitting around various places in the shower. The walls were banged up and missing chunks in places. I told the front desk and she just said oh we tried to fix the door but we can’t. Sorry.

The property was very convenient for where I needed to go around Fort Mill, there is a shopping center nearby . Places to eat are very close by as well . The staff was very accommodating and helpful . Nice gym with working equipment . Cleanliness of the hotel was very well kept indoors and outdoors . I would stay here again for sure.

When checking in the hotel desk couldn’t find I had two rooms. Then I guess he found them in a few minutes never told me he found them and he wasn’t nice at all. It was like I was bothering him.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is convenient to Carowinds and many restaurants. The hotel is very clean. The staff is nice. We will stay here again next year if possible.

The room was very clean and the atmosphere was happy. However, the sole reason we came to this hotel was because they had a 1 bedroom suite where we could shut the door, so we didn't have to go to bed with our toddler. However, not only did they give us the wrong room, but they CHARGED us for the more expensive room. When we talked to the front desk, they said it wasn't their fault, they probably overbooked and there was nothing they could do because we already paid. What?!? Minimally they should have at least give us the rate of the lower room. Ideally they would have adjusted a rate and given us a discount. Had we known, we would have spent the extra $20 and stayed at the Drury instead of dealing with these shenanigans.

Love this place. Traveling home from the keys this is our halfway stop. Will definitely stay here next year both on the way down and home. Nice quiet setting. Front desk was wonderful. Wish i could remember the gentleman's name so i could give him a shout out. He had strawberry blond hair and trimmed beard. He was exceptional. Room was clean, comfortable and big enough for my husband and myself with our 2 large dogs. Had the king suite w/bedroom. Def consider this place

My 3 kids loved the stay there. The room had a great kitchen, which we needed very much and the indoor pool was very convinient. Breakfast was good and location not so good since the area, I believe, is in development. But other than that it was close to supermarket and corowinds.

The indoor pool was very nice and clean. We visited for my daughter’s birthday and really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend and will return if needing another room in the area.

Honestly the hotel room and property was nice. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The problem is they did not do a good job enforcing the nuisance pet policy. We had a dog barking early in the morning and throughout the day. Multiple guests complained but it seemed like the property was not able to take any action. If you are going to allow pets you have to be able to enforce proper behavior. Have always enjoyed Home2Suites before but this was a disappointing stay.

Everything you expect a hotel to be with the Hilton named attached to it. Lovely stay.

The pool is lovely, and the workout room is nice. The breakfast is full of hot foods. The staff was kind, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely return.

Really enjoy our stay for area soccer tournament.

The staff, cleaners were very loud, VERY LOUD. I stayed for 2 weeks, prebooked or I would have left after first day. I worked nights, from the room, and couldn't sleep because the cleaning staff would let doors slam into the latch repeatedly, over and over and over. Instead of propping the door open , they would let the door bounce into the latch, over and over and over. When I brought it up to the manager at the front desk, her first statement was, ' It was probably people leaving/checking out. That angered me more than the noise. But I told her, that I observed it from my room, popped my head out and watched 2 of the cleaning staff so it multiple times. I told her, Unpaid for a room with comfort, it was not cheap, and regardless of what time of day, someone that works there should never be noisy...EVER!! It was almost like there was construction going on in the room next door. If you want a comfortable stay, it's comfortable until 8-9 am when the cleaners start banging. I have stayed at MANY hotels, slept in late, and never dealt with this. They have lost my Company Business.

The hotel is only 4 years old so it still looks clean and presents well. The room was clean and spacious with good kitchen amenities. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was awful. There were limited options and the "hot" meal items were quite gross--they were obviously sitting too long in the heating tray which made the food seriously overcooked and inedible. There wasn't even a muffin or fruit as an option. Plus, the hot water dispenser was always luke warm.

Family friendly

The propery was horrible. It had a barndoor type door for a batherom door. The boor would not stay closed because the pole sloped downward. The window shade was electric, but it would not go up so our room stayed dark. Outside door handle to our room was loose and almost to fall off. The shower curtain was too short and allowed water to leak all over the bathroom. We were told the first night that they were totally full and couldnt move us to another room but they would move us the next day. We never heard from them again. I won't be staying at another Hilton property again. Lousy customer service and crappy quality in the hotel.

The staff were amazing! Anything you need they were right on it! They had amazong attitudes and always greeted with a smile and said hello. It was clean and peaceful and the kids got to swim in winter in the indoor pool. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and accommodations were quite nice and roomy. Only problem was galley kitchen faucet is not attached to the counter so it exposes the hole to let water drip under cabinet.

I’m so glad I chose this hotel! First time ever booking and I will look for this hotel from now on. I am so picky with hotels and this met all my requirements. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Rooms in great condition, comfy beds, friendly staff, secured building, free parking, free breakfast. And the breakfast was the best! Complimentary hot drink bar with actually good options. I was so impressed. I would have done the check-in with the app but I forgot to download it. However check in was probably 1-2 minutes, my husband was surprised when I came back out so fast. Plenty of food around also. Book them!

This hotel was extremely loud, there were kids running up and down the hall screaming, you can hear everything and sadly management did nothing. Also, the cleaning staff were banging and clanging all morning. I work overnight and got zero rest. They knocked at my door and woke me 3 times despite my son not disturb. Cleaners talking loudly outside of my door. Never will I stay here again.

Breakfasts were pretty bad. On our 2nd day they had no food to serve due to not getting their delivery.

Breakfast bar not clean. Food spilled and not cleaned up. Dirty dishes piled up at stations and tables. We were there for three nights and it didn't improve. A positive-the room itself was spacious.

Only needed to stay one night but super friendly employees, very clean & comfortable. HVAC setup is a little hard to get just right & floors are thin so could hear the late night guests above stomping around but other than that, excellent. Breakfast was well above expectations!

We have stayed in the past and it was not as nice as it had been in the past. Limited desk staff and no cleaning of a room in 4 days. Sad that rates are much higher than they were in the past and less service.

Love that there is a refrigerator with enough space to actually put something in it. And the microwave to reheat your leftovers. The look of the rooms is very homey!

For a one night stay near the interstate, this was a great choice. We had a beautiful suite with a full kitchen for a great price. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were able to eat breakfast at our own table instead of the crowded common room. Awesome.
