They gave us a room not ready, went to front desk and no apologies just change rooms. Place is in bad shape. Front desk person not dress Appropriate. Is a horrible place.

The room was nice and clean and I had a do not disturb sign ready and available for usage and it was respected

Lots of parking on site. Lots of bars and restaurants from walking distance and stores too.

Overall, everything was very clean. The only areas for improvement would be updating the shower curtains and doing a more thorough cleaning of the bathtub tiles. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, it’s an old property but it was clean. Nowhere to hang or store your clothes but we didn’t need that. There were no towels in the room but they gave us some when we asked and they were clean and soft. We needed a room close to the airport for a short time. The price was right for the property. We would stay again for a short stay. It was about 30 mins to the airport and there’s plenty of food options close by.

Ni deposit, rooms were clean with easy access. This was great for a nice, simple, super affordable stay. Ill definitely be back.

There was a gross odor throughout the room. The mattresses were not comfortable and the pillows were almost non-existent.

My first room had a puddle in the middle of the floor. They then gave me the last room available, which had ants on the counter near the sink. The next day, the manager was very courteous and gave me a nice room, but the first night was a disaster.

I arrived much earlier than planned and the lady working that morning was able to switch things around and put me in a room ASAP so I could rest. Hotel location I was told great location.to be at just blocks away from food shopping and pubs. I had only 1 day to be in Fort Myers and unfortunately wasn't feeling well enough to explore.

It smelled awful, there were holes in the walls, burns on the bathtub, blood on the wall, and a clearly not “sober” couple fighting outside all evening. I didn’t feel safe. It was a terrible experience.

felt noisy and trash on property. Also, tried to use the hotel provided hair dryer and the smoke alarm came on each time I turned it on. It took me 3x longer to dry my hair than if I would have brought my own. Bathrooms had black mold on the caulking also

Noisy, and the parking lot was full of beer cans in the morning. Room was partially painted. Bathroom door would not close. My kids were scared to use the pool due to a large party drinking in the space.

The lady in the front office was very nice and kept apologizing for the conditions we met. First, we were given keys which did not work in the assigned door. When she came to try the keys, she opened the room with her key and realized the room was being used by the owner. She sent us to another room & the keys worked. Amenities listed were a hair dryer. My 1st trip back to the office was for toilet paper [none in the room], and a hair dryer. She sent me back with the hairdryer & toilet paper. After trying the hair dryer in 3 plugs, I returned it to the office & asked for another. By this time the lady was almost in tears, but gave me another dryer in a broken box. This one worked. She kept apologizing for the problems. She also gave me 2 towels for the pool. The pool was dirty and full of leaves when we arrived but a person came later that day and cleaned the pool and it was fine for the rest of our stay. My colleague wanted coffee our 1st morning which the office stated was open at 8am. It was not. At 8:45 am, office was opened & I got her coffee. Location is good & price is fair but Expedia needs to get its info updated. "Restaurant on premises" was destroyed by the Hurricane. It still stands. I truly hope this new owner can get this place up & running to be successful.

Had quite a few people staying for work. They seem to stay up evenings a bit later than myself.

I stayed for a week with business. I was asked for a cash deposit on arrival, rooms were not cleaned for 2 days and towels not changed. I had to go to the desk in the evening to request towels, and was advised they did not have any clean. Had to request it to be done daily. Also the tv did not work, just a run down place.

Maintenance looked at it . Had a burnt out light fixture.and it never got resolved. Had to shower in a dark room with the door open.First room key received to an occupied room. Very shocking walking into a room and invading someone’s privacy. Very embarrassing for both parties.

In the shower the beath faucet did not work (Brocken) for hot water. Doors to the shower are damaged (holes in it).

The cops were called in the last morning we were there I couldn’t feel comfortable standing outside having a cigarette for the men trying to pick me up I was so embarrassed and felt very uncomfortable as a female

Loud people all night! Very seedy area. Never expected that going thru Expedia to find a decent and safe place to stay. Thank goodness my children were not with me.

Staff couldn't find a key for me at check-in, so they had to let me in with a master key; I had to come back later to pick up the key. Overall, okay.

The bads: When i checked in the information said the breakfast was included but on arrival we're explained that after the hurricane the breakfast is not longer served. My husband was snezzing all the time. There's humidity or mold there. Otherwise, not bad to sleep over and for the price.

The rooms were all nice and clean. Very roomy.They could add the History channel to the cable tv list.very good place to stay on a trip or anytime.

I wouldn’t have my dog stay at this place, seedy area, no coffee in rooms and they don’t serve coffee until 8 am. Rooms were terribly fixed up.

This place is well worth the price. A bit dated but very clean inside the room, outside not as good, but still good enough.

The property is under new ownership and they are working very hard to rennovate the hotel room by room and help clean up its guest list. They want this to be more family friendly and less pimps and drugs. And so far theyre doing a great job!

first off first room had a broken window second room fridge still had food from previous guest in it had strong chemical smell staff did not care we left would never go back any under any circumstance

Pictures and amenities need to be updated, especially since Hurricane Ian tore things up last Sept. Pool was closed and not very clean when first got there. We questioned about it and was told they would clean it up the next day. It was advertised that there was a restaurant and bar at facilities. NONE... told we could go across the street (6 lane highway). Otherwise, room was not real clean, very run down and water smelled of sewage!

The whole night there was a teenagers party, kids were like 15 years olds, very noisy, loud music. No security. When we complained, 3:30 at night, receptionist just entered the unit, looked like she knew well kids inside.

Roaches were a night time event...had to inspect my luggage before unpacking at home. Smoke alarm was not installed. Sheets and towels were stained / worn / old. Ice machine did not work. Will never stay here again. Thinking of taking the EconoLodge name off of my list forever.

I, ve used your site at least 15 time. I paid over $220 for no cups in the room no tissue paper, stained bedsheet, over 6people drinking beer next to my car on the ground. Several people standing or sitting on the stairway, talking as if they were in my room around midnight. If I wasn't so tired I would have left. You should have paid me to stay there. Don't go to this Flop House. Your company should take this place off your list. What a pig pen with old furniture in it. I left at 6am without taken a shower, totally discussed with this FLOP H O U S E😠😠

Overall was a decent stay. Could use some new carpet and pillows. However the rest of the room was fairly clean.

They also claim to have breakfast well it's coffee and bagels and some stale cookies. I travel a lot for business and would have moved hotels but couldn't find one to move to and already paid and was worried I wouldn't get a refund so I toughed it out. They also took a $100.00 deposit ( I knew that up front) but unlike most that just put a hold on your card they took it out and so far haven't gotten it back on my card ( not sure I will).I hope Hotels.com will remove this hotel from there list of hotels in Ft. Meyers

Although the hotel is dated, it is very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast of bagels, muffins, and coffee.

We liked absolutely nothing. The room smelled terrible- a very dusty smell. One bed spread appeared to be on right while the other one was on the wrong way and the extra length was bunched up. Sheets were a dirty gray color and the towels were also stained and dirty looking. We shared this disaster room with two spiders. Very disappointed.

Many bad reviews BUT we had a great experience. Older outdated accommodation but it was clean and the desk man was sweet.

The air conditioner was not attached properly to the wall. The bathroom sink needs to be replaced due to cracks around the drain hole. There was not any kleenex in the room. You could see daylight around the door. The microwave and fridge looked old and well used. I expected better upkeep and maintenance of the facilities.

Someone else was told they had the same room as ours and tried to get in our room in the middle of the night. The key didn’t work but they showed me the room number written on the card (through the window) and it was our room number. It was frightening.

Overnight stay between two destinations. It was ok for that. It was quite. Double beds not queen beds. We made it work for the one night. We did check out the town and the area. Close to destination area.

It's the kind of establishment that cares about all the guests...only bad thing was I had no Wifi signal where my room was located, had to go outside on the breezeway to pickup a signal.

The AC went out about an hour into my stay, but the front desk person came and fixed it. None of the power outlets worked, little flying bugs in the shower. Asking a $200 deposit for this room is absurd!!! But other than than those few little complaints, it was fine. Comfortable, quiet.

Dirty room, stained sheets, operated more like an apartment complex than a hotel (tenants seemed to be more permanent occupants), rude service, scrutinized our credentials for 15 minutes before they gave us our room key, no breakfast although it was listed as an amenity.

Would have been nice to know that the room would not be touched by housekeeping during my 3 day stay due to Covid. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. AC was marginal and the humidity in the room never went down.

Cleaning staff entered my room while my wife was still changing clothes and before we checked out. Not good.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Absolute bare minimum in terms of amenities, furniture and quality of such. Old, tired facility that is sorely in need of TLC. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.

One night quick stay. Air conditioner didn’t work the best-rooms need updating. Some areas of the room needed better cleaning. Owners need to update for better reviews. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am- we had to leave before that to catch our flight. Most hotels start breakfast at 6am.

I never have stay in a hotel where they took your towels and then had to go and ask for them back..Most of the time they just folded them. Never changed sheets or pillowcases.Tryed to put us in rooms that had leaks and mold on the walls. Manager totally unhelpful,,and really only coffee and bagels for breakfast

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very friendly. I would recomend this motel because of the price value, and location, with easy access to many things to do.

I found every thing fine and the workers kind and very helpful.
