Fabulous stay for the price. Wasn’t looking for luxury. Was looking for a safe clean place to sleep and I got it.

But this room's bedroom ceiling fan was noisy. The water pressure in the bath area (the shower) was strong. The bathroom sink had an issue with the water draining (the draining water was very slow). A maintenance request was mentioned. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

We stay here most of the time when visiting our son who attends college nearby. Although the property is a little older, it’s always very clean and near plenty of restaurants and places to shop. And the breakfast and coffee are always appreciated! Highly recommend🙂

Room was clean and well maintained. Our breakfast was very good with both hot and cold entrees, including eggs. Mattress was soft, which is not my preference.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Only downsides were the AC was noisy in the bedroom. Outside of that - everything else was great.

My only complaint was the bedspread/duvet cover had multiple snags all over the surface, probably from a previous pet in the room. This didn't bother me too much that I asked for a new one while there, but I did mention it on check-out and the manager stated she was very sorry, appreciated me bringing it to her attention, and that it would be handled. Very convenient location and super place for the quiet retreat that I needed!

Very clean with spacious rooms, nice staff and nice group of guests. The free breakfast is a plus with a great selection of breakfast options, as well as clean. Highly recommend if you are coming from the airport- it is close and there is a shuttle to take you there.

The new breakfast menu is not the best. You can find other things than always having burritos and tacos for breakfast.

Staff was super friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel itself seems in need of renovation — carpets are worn, room was ok but I found someone else’s toe nail clippings on the floor so it made me question how well it had been cleaned!!

The hotel staff were so kind and helpful, the housecleaner wad thorough, and the breakfast was good! One of our windows was cracked, but the staff was aware and will handle it soon. The location was close to the airport and many restaurants, highway, and convenience stores. I works stay here again!

We arrived late and left early due to a delayed flight but the breakfast ladies were outstanding. They were not supposed to open until 7 but helped us out with some food to go that made the rest of our day so much better. Please share this with them and say thank you again from the two of us. They made our day.

It was great for the kids and I, because we got to spread out. It was clean and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast had so many options. We will stay here again for sure.

I arrived at breakfast halfway through the serving time, and there wasn't much left. More fruit options for breakfast would be nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Checked us in late withoit explaining situation..can deal with issues as life happens but when asked why staff rude!! Room not cleaned no bed changes trash out for the 5 days we were there..had to beg hpuskeepers for towels our 4th day...went to front desk to get things cleared up with concerns on 3 different times ..all shift duty manager would do would hand me card with the main hotels info...sucked service a rudeness.WE WILL NEVERCSTAY THERE AGAIN!! SO MUCH FOR BEING HILTON REWARDS MEMBERS..I did email main manager with still no response.

Hotel was clean and service good. Pool and pool area clean. Breakfast was solid, no concerns. Ice maker on second floor not functioning. Amazing large aquarium in lobby so appropriate for Florida location and aquarium well kept. AC worked great in suite. Would stay here again.

We always had to ask for towels at the pool. Every time we looked for them, the storage bin was empty and we had to wait. They should have a supply at the desk so it doesn’t take so long.

Check-in Desk was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. I accidentally double booked a second room. At first they thought they could not do anything about it until the manager came back on Monday. But by the time I looked at my text in the room, they had gotten a hold of the manager, and it was taken care of. Outstanding help!

Very welcoming after a long day of travel.

The hotel was very loud. You could hear the highway as if you were outside. Had to use ear plugs to get some peace and quiet.

Actually, only 2 wash machines for the whole place and 2 dryers which were both out of service. Machines take quarters only and there is not change machine in the laundry room. That was a pain in the neck as it’s on the complete opposite side of the complex.

This property is very clean and provides a shuttle to FGCU. Family weekend was fun, safe and the property was a convenient place to spend time in between activities. Thank you Hilton!.

We were in town as our teen son had hockey games at Hertz Arena on Saturday, and we wanted to stay overnight and enjoy Sunday in the area. The room was clean and was plenty big enough for the three of us. The only negative thing was the close proximity to the front lobby. It was Game 7 of the World Series, and there were several people watching the game on the lobby television. They were quite loud and the sound carried to our room. Other than that, our stay was good.

The only negative was the location of our room next to the elevator shaft. That being said, we will absolutely stay there again when we are in the area visiting, minus the “elevator room”!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I’m a female traveling alone and stayed for 4 nights. It’s extremely safe, the staff is super friendly, everything is immaculately clean and it’s within walking distance to several places to eat. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the facility instead of 5 is because my daughter planned to come hang out with me and grill one day and that was the day the pool was closed for maintenance. We could use the pool next door (at Hilton) but that’s where we usually stay and the pool is in the hot sun with no shade and there are no grills. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

We were here for over a week and were treated amazing. The staff was great and the place was very clean.

Perfect spot if you are visiting FGCU. Lots of dining options that you can walk to. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was OK, I wish they had more fruit as well as gluten-free options. The only not great thing, was the pillows. They were very uncomfortable.

Only spent one night. But everything from front desk and the room was spot on. Loved the room and the layout of it. Shower was great. Good water pressure and hot. The only thing was the parking but that was because it was close to the university and it was move in weekend lol. Will be staying here again

We had a glass of wine at the evening social. Then we walked to the backyard social and played some games and ate some delicious food truck snacks. It was walkable and safe.

Breakfast was good. However, they lost our reservation and had blamed Expedia. Turned out, they gave it to another person. Then, they gave me the key to the room after half hour of working with Expedia to correct and it was the room in which was supposed to be mine and a guy came running out when I opened the door!!!! We could have been killed in that dangerous situation!!

The property was pretty nice. Usual wear and tear for a hotel that isn’t new. Pool is okay but lots of road noise. Hot breakfast is like any hotel hot breakfast. Room was spacious. Lots of food and shopping in the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Barbara at the front desk. Fish tank is fun for the kiddos to look at.

This was a great stay for the weekend. We were moving our daughter for the summer. Suite had a terrific kitchen with a full refrigerator. Furniture was comfortable and rooms were quiet. This was also close proximity to the airport and FGCU. Staff was tremendously friendly and breakfast was wonderful!
